Paige's POV
It's almost three weeks that I'm still in the hospital Emily and the girls have been visiting me. My mom comes and visit me and sometimes she stays late here with me and my brothers can't visit me because they are in jail. But I'm not sure for how long Spencer's mom is still working on the case. Right now my mom is busy and Emily is at school with Aria, Hanna and Spencer now I'm just watching TV. Pam and Wayne come into my room and I'm nervous they are here now.
''Hi Paige how are you.'' Pam said.
''Hi Mrs. and Mr. Fields and I'm doing well so far the painkillers helps.'' I said.
''Paige are you hungry?'' Wayne said.
''Yeah I'm hungry.'' I said.
''I'm going to get food I will be right back.'' Wayne said and he leaves.
''Mrs. Fields saying thank you is not enough.'' I said.
''You can call me Pam.'' Pam said.
''Thank you so much for doing this.'' I said and we hug.
''You have to promise me one thing.'' Pam said and we break the hug.
''What is it?'' I said.
''Promise you will never try to commit suicide again. Emily told me what happen and everyone was worried about you and we love you. Promise you won't do it again and when you feel like giving up please talk to someone.'' Pam said.
''I-I-I promise and I will go to someone to talk to.'' I said and Pam hugs me.
''Whatever you need me and Wayne are here for you.'' Pam said.
''Thank you so much Pam.'' I said.
Pam and Wayne left a while go and I'm here just watching TV and my mom will come to visit in a little bit. I been thinking lately I want to meet my dad and mom never spoke about him at all when I was growing up. My brothers and I we don't have the same father their father raised me until I was ten years old. But he died at war and it was hard for us and mom has his old stuff in the closet.
''Hey sweetie, how are you doing?'' My mom said and we hug.
''I'm okay just watching TV and the nurse gave me my meds. Oh Pam and Wayne came and visit me a while ago.'' I said.
''That was nice of them to do that. Saying thank you to them is not enough for what she did for you.'' My mom said.
''Yeah that's true and I want to give her something but I don't know what. And I promise her I won't commit suicide again and if I feel like giving up I will ask for help.'' I said.
''I thought I lost you. Why you didn't tell me you were getting bullied or why didn't ask help from your brothers.'' My mom said.
''I-I-I didn't wanted you or them to think I'm weak.'' I said in a low voice.
''We will never think that. Paige you are my daughter and I want to protect you from everything but I can't if you don't tell me what is going on. I know you are growing up but there are times you are going to need help and your brothers are here to help you and I will help you. If I lost you right now I will be blaming myself asking what I did wrong that you didn't come to me for help.'' My mom said and I start to cry.
''I-I-I'm sorry and you are a great mom.'' I said crying and she wipes my tears away.
''You will always be my little girl even when you are an adult.'' My mom said and I smile.
''Mom can I ask you something.'' I said.
''Sure sweetie what is it.'' My mom said.
''Who is my real dad? I know Chester wasn't my real dad.'' I said.
''Let's not talk about that okay you have nothing to worry about. Later I will have to go to work and tomorrow morning I will come visit.'' My mom said.
Later my mom left to work and Spencer came to visit and she got me ice cream. We hug and we smile Emily, Hanna and Aria had to do something after school.
''How are you?'' Spencer said and we eat ice cream.
''I'm okay. Emily's parents came to visit and my mom came too but then went to work. Now you are here and thank you for the ice cream.'' I said.
''I saw Ben and Chelsea.'' Spencer said.
''And?'' I said.
''I punched them in the face.'' Spencer said.
''Really?'' I said surprised.
''Yeah I did punched them I couldn't just let them get away with what they did.'' Spencer said.
''Thank you for doing that.'' I said.
''What's wrong?'' Spencer said.
''Nothing don't worry.'' I said.
''Just tell me Paige.'' Spencer said.
''I asked my mom about my real dad and she didn't wanted to talk about it. My brothers and I don't have the same dad only the same mom.'' I said.
''Do you know anything about your dad?'' Spencer said.
''No I don't know anything about him and I don't know his name. I have no picture of him for some reason she won't tell me.'' I said.
''Why don't you check your birth certificate and maybe he signed his name.'' Spencer said.
''I will try and find it and if I ask for my birth certificate my mom won't give it to me.'' I said.
''Are you going to tell the girls?'' Spencer said.
''Yeah I will, you and them can't tell no one.'' I said.
Emily's POV
I'm here at the comic book store looking for comic books. I keep looking and I find comic books of Nightwing, Batman, Reverse-Flash, Ares and I go pay for it. I buy muffins and smoothies then I go to the hospital and I see Paige watching TV and I hug her.
''Do you want sugar free soda.'' Paige said.
''No you have to drink that.'' I said and I sit next to her.
''I know but I don't like sugar free soda. Spencer came to visit but had to go home early and your parents came to visit also.'' Paige said.
''How did that go?'' I said.
''I promise your mom I won't try to commit suicide and I will ask for help.'' Paige said.
''Do you mean it?'' I said.
''Yes I mean it.'' Paige said.
''I believe you and I got you a gift.'' I said.
''What is it?'' Paige said and I take out the comic books I give it to her.
''This is so cool thank you Em.'' Paige said.
''I wasn't sure if you have read these or not.'' I said.
''Not I haven't but I like them. What's in the other bag?'' Paige said and she smiles.
''I got blueberry and strawberry and fruit smoothies.'' I said.
''You are really the best.'' Paige said.
''Did you get two more smoothies?'' We look and it's Hanna and Aria.
''I only got two.'' I said.
''Paige and I can share the same smoothies.'' Hanna said and we laugh.
''I can't laugh too much then it will hurt more. Yes Hanna we can share the same smoothie.'' Paige said smiling.
''You guys are funny.'' Aria said she grabs a muffin.
''Aria and I already ate a while ago.'' Hanna said.
''There is something I need to tell you.'' Paige said.
''What is it?'' I said.
''I want to look for my real dad who I never met and I told Spencer about it.'' Paige said.
''Does your mom know?'' Aria said.
''No she won't tell me anything she will just change the subject.'' Paige said.
''Are you sure about this?'' Hanna said.
''I been thinking about it every day since I been here there isn't much to do here in this room.'' Paige said.
''You have to be sure about this Paige I don't want to see you get hurt.'' I said.
''My brothers and I we don't have the same dad only the same mom. Their father raised me since I was a baby until I was ten years old, but he died at war. I never asked about my dad and she never talked about him at all.'' Paige said.
''We will help you to look for your dad.'' I said.
''Yeah we will help you whatever you need.'' Aria said.
''Can't tell anyone I meet it no one.'' Paige said.
''We will won't tell no one don't worry.'' Hanna said and she grabs muffin starts to eat it.
Next day-
I came to visit Paige early today and she just ate breakfast and we are watching TV. Paige and I still haven't talked dating and I don't want to rush anything I'm sitting to her and we are holding hands. The nurse comes and changes the IV bag and brings new blankets for her the nurse leaves the room.
''I need the bathroom.'' Paige said slowly tries to get up.
''Let me help you.'' I said and I put my arm on her back slowly I help her get up.
''Thanks.'' Paige said.
''Anytime.'' I said and I smack her arm.
''What the hell!? That hurts.'' Paige said rubbing her arm.
''I'm angry at you for what you did. You put me through pain I really thought I wasn't going to see you again.'' I said.
''I'm sorry and I meant when I said I promise I won't do it again. You have to believe me and I will do anything to gain your trust back I mean it. If you want exotic flowers I swear I will go find it for you no matter how long it takes.'' Paige said and she kiss me. I kiss her back and I feel her hands on my waist my hands on her back and we keep kissing we start to run out of breath.
''I love you.'' I said we stop kissing.
''I love you too but I really need the bathroom.'' Paige said smiling.
After Paige used the bathroom and lays back down we kiss again. Then Paige's mom comes into the room and my face turns red.
''Hi Emily.'' Stevie said.
''Hi Ms. McCullers how are you.'' I said and she hugs Paige.
''I'm okay and how are you doing.'' Stevie said.
''I'm doing well.'' I said.
''that's good. Paige got your clothes here in the bag and you will start going to school once you are better.'' Stevie said.
''Can she come back to Rosewood?'' I said.
''No she will go to a new school.'' Stevie said.
''Mom I don't want to go to a new school please.'' Paige said.
''The new school is better for you and your safety I don't want you to get bullied again.'' Stevie said.
''I understand we want don't want Paige to get bullied again but she won't I will make sure. But Paige is not alone she has me and her friends.'' I said.
''My answer is no Paige will go to a new high school.'' Stevie said.
''Mom please don't make me go to a new school please I really don't want to.'' Paige said but she doesn't say anything.
Paige's mom left and it's only me and Paige in the room. I help Paige get up because she wants to take shower and slowly we walk into the bathroom. I turn on the water and I untie her hospital gown and she slowly takes off her boxer and underwear.
''I seen you naked before don't have to be shy.'' I said.
''I'm not being shy.'' Paige said.
''Yes you are.'' I said.
''No you put the water too hot it's burning my skin.'' Paige said.
''Oh I'm so sorry.'' I said and I change it.
''Now it's better.'' Paige and she gets inside and I go grab her clothes, hospital gown and towel.
Paige is done taking a shower and I start to help her get dressed and her body is hot. Oh god right now I can't think about we will do in the shower together. I try to think of something else Paige puts on her Guardians of the Galaxy boxer and she puts on the gown and I tie it. Paige goes lay down and I wash my face with cold water.
