Arthur, King of all Britain, stood at the foot of his throne and watched as several men in robs shuffled in.
"You claim to know of a one true god?"
The men nodded and one stepped forward, hands held out imploringly. "Please, Sire, if you would just hear us out…"
Three hours later as Arthur finally entered his chambers, Merlin cleared his throat. "Sire, did you believe them?"
Arthur turned and fixed his manservant with a stare. "Gods, no!"
