Episode 10 – Fear and Beauty –

The Harry Potter Universe and its characters do not belong to me.

Malfoy woke up with his arms full of a bushy brunette. He didn't even try to contain the grin that broke out on his face. Glancing at the clock, he duly noted that it was past the time they were supposed to go work.

Hermione will not like being late.

The moment Hermione woke up her whole body jolted in panic. It took her five full minutes to get a recollection of last night and why Malfoy's hand was rubbing her arm soothingly. Malfoy's sleepy, roughed up voice spoke.

"Good… you are awake." he stopped rubbing her arms, but didn't remove his hand from her arm, a warm steady pressure.

"Malfoy?" Hermione spoke quietly, yet urgently. Throwing his hand off, she jumped out of the bed. She spotted her wand on the night stand, and glanced at the clock freaked. Malfoy was looking at her with a curious expression on his face, cocking his head to one side and slightly squinting.

Humiliation has flushed her whole body, but she couldn't look away from him.

"Listen" she tried again "Listen, I – uh – this-"she gestured to the bed and swallowed hard.

"You know that nothing happened right, Granger?" Malfoy inquired amused.

Hermione eyes widened, mouth agape. She remembered the exact moment something happened, when she didn't let him leave. That moment was a bigger weakness to her mind than anything that happened before.

"Yeah, I know." She looked away, unable to bear those piercing eyes anymore. She turned away, Tranfigurating her clothes back on. "I don't even want to think about this, Malfoy. I realize that I was wrong, and this is possibly the most awkward moment in my life… so thank you for not jinxing me or whatever when I was sick." She finished in a breath and before Malfoy could say anything she Disapparated.

Draco furrowed his eyebrows and huffed out a frustrated laugh.

~SSSSS~

"Hermione, if there is something bothering you... you can tell mom." - Jane Granger said pacing slowly with her in the garden of St. Mungo's.

Hermione sighed. She was tired. Last night wasn't exactly a field trip. She honestly couldn't remember a time, when she slept healthily. Although she did sleep well after the Sober Up Potion.

In Malfoy's arms.

"I'm just tired, mom. Nothing to worry about."

"You should take some time off, sweetie." - Her mother said, patting her hair.

To Hermione she looked incredibly beautiful. Her colour was completely back, her teeth were fixed. And her hair slowly grew back to a short bushy mane.

"I can't, mom. I am busy with work."

"I'm sure Draco would allow it." - Jane said smiling conspicuously.

"Can you not call him Draco, please?" - She said with a snort – "It's disturbing."

However, her mother didn't pay much attention to her frustration.

"Maybe you two can go together somewhere nice." - She said looking at the distance dreamily.

"Mom, how many times do I have to tell you, before you believe me, that I am not dating Malfoy!"

She could hear herself scream in her head in irritation.

"Oh..." - she said in mock shock, looking at her daughter – "but I've heard you had quite a nice dinner together."

"That was a business dinner last week!" - She said defensively, then stopped in her tracks and gripped her mother's shoulders gently.

"Wait... what? I thought Malfoy didn't come here anymore! I forbid Augustus to allow that!" She was panicking now, she should have known not to trust Malfoy. Not to trust Augustus.

"Oh, he didn't. He stopped coming after last time you were here." - She said pondering something with furrowed brows.

"Mom, I thought you can be honest with me." - She said in a disappointed tone. Jane Granger paused, then looked at her daughter smiling.

"He stopped coming, honestly. And when I saw that I was quite disappointed. So I wrote him a letter."

Hermione's head spun madly with thoughts.

"What? Why did you do that?" - Cold sweat started to cover her body finely.

"He is such a nice person. He really cares about you. And I genuinely like him." - She said still smiling.

"So what... now you exchange little letters and gossip about me?" - She asked furiously. Hermione was aware that getting angry at her mother was idiotic. At her innocent unsuspecting mother, so she tried to calm herself promptly.

"Well, more like I'm the one talking. He asks me a lot of questions, you know. Seems very interested in you. What you like... what you don't like. Any detail seem to fascinate him."

Hermione felt faint. Of course he was interested. She felt nauseated at the thought of Malfoy knowing so many things about her life. However, looking at her confused mother, she knew it was wrong to take out her anger on her. She had the best of intentions.

They were back at the entrance of her saloon.

"Okay, I have to go now, mom. I am going to the Magical Leak site to experiment." - She said rapidly kissing her cheek. "Take care." She kissed the top of her head.

"You too, sweetie, you too." Jane called out after her daughters retreating form.

Hermione actively and with a considerable amount of mental prowess avoided thinking about Malfoy and all that confusion that swept through everything that was related to him recently.

She couldn't think about how his personality seemed to turn upside down.

Or of how gently he could rub circles on her back.

Certainly not of how he made her feel at the restaurant.

Or the power trips she felt when she faced him.

There are two responses humans can have to danger. Flight or fight. Fighting, even thinking about engaging eventually still felt like losing to Hermione. Whenever he faced Malfoy, it just felt like he took something away from her ultimately. She was scared. Terrified, even.

Packing up to the field trip to the Leak made her busy. Making sure that Cormac wasn't messing up the equipment made her busy. Re-doing calculations and setting up the camp in a forest clearing made her busy. Making sure that all the protection spells countering the radiation made her busy.

Then Malfoy Apparated in the middle of their camp and suddenly busy wasn't enough.

"I was trying to ask you to let me co-supervise the project of the field."

He came directly to her. No hesitation in his stance. His voice was honeyed with mischief.

"Granger! Lovely to see you." He put a hand on her shoulders and droned on "Now where do we set up our tent."

She flushed and poked him in the side, making him jump.

"Malfoy…" Her voice had an almost pleading edge to it.

"Alright… alright… Not big on public affection. Dully noted." He took his arm back, but kept looking at her intently.

The camp was littered with the tents of the Chanters Co. workers. Her tent was in the center. Naturally, Malfoy made the workers set up his own tent adjacent to hers.

The clearing was beautiful, wildlife was flourishing spectacularly around them. It was almost midnight time and everything was glowing with an odd combination of dark magical radioactivity. The protection spells Hermione put in place made sure that none of it could actually come inside the camp bubble. A few hundred meters to their left, beyond a few scattered trees was the Crater. Dark Magic was oozing from it, occasionally exploding in beams around it. Hermione spent two days prior the camp being set up with a special team to put in place the enchantments protecting the camp. It was one of the most difficult magical works she ever had to do, and that was just protecting themselves from the Leak.

Hermione sighed looking in the distance. Something akin to acid rain was falling around the camp. The enchantments protected the camp from outside whether conditions, however the amount of magic was making the atmosphere heated and humid.

She wiped her brows from the sweat that was gathering on them and chanced a glance at Malfoy.

Hermione, we need to talk.

He was inside of her head again. She really wished he didn't constantly do that to her, then again actually speaking with him might have just been the worse option. She tried her best pretending that he didn't say anything.

This was the first time they saw each other since sleeping together. Actual sleeping. Warm humiliation flooded her body, prickling her senses.

Hermione, please…

Glancing around, she found that her curfew mostly worked on the chanters and staff of the camp. Most tents were alight with a soft glow. A few workers, including Cormac were tiding up the round table that was next to Hermione's tent.

"Miss Granger." Cormac acknowledged her. "I am so excited to go down to the Leak tomorrow!"

Hermione smiled faintly at him.

"Mr. Malfoy! A true pleasure to see you here."

"Mr. McLaggen!" He nodded towards him "Me and Ms. Granger have to discuss a few strategy plans for tomorrow." He gently, but firmly grabbed Hermione's elbow and dragged her towards his own tent. "Keep up the good work, McLaggen."

"Of course, sir." Cormac replied somewhat baffled.

~SSSSS~

"Malfoy!" Hermione shrieked, prying her elbow from his grip "Will you stop manhandling me?"

Oh, god, if this woman got any more confusing he'll probably go bald from pulling his own hair out.

"Hermione…" He started cautiously. "You can't keep pretending nothing happened and ignoring me."

She panicked. Her body was pumped with the familiar adrenaline effect Malfoy had on her whenever he provoked her.

"What do you want from me, Malfoy? Because this is driving me insane. Merlin help me, I don't understand a single fucking thing about this. About you."

Malfoy took out his wand and for a moment Hermione's head was buzzing with the possibilities. Nevertheless, all he did was cast a Silencing Charm on the tent.

"Hermione… I need you to calm down. I am not your enemy. At least not anymore."

She silently glanced around, observing anything but him. His tent was almost cliché: dark green tones, a king sized bed covered in dark cotton sheets, warm snake shaped lamps littering the walls. She spotted two dark grey armchairs in the corner. Sitting on one of them, she sighed exhausted.

Malfoy watched her, she seemed so tired, so utterly done with this world. A pang of guilt took home in the pit of his stomach. He'd done this to her. He didn't even know how to make this right. A direct approach didn't seem to work. Actually, no approach seemed to really work. They all backfired spectacularly.

He sat quietly on the armchair next to her. Minutes of uneasy silence passed between them. Hermione couldn't take it any longer.

"Listen, Malfoy, I know you are trying to protect your investment or whatever, but I can assure you, your presence is not needed in here. I am the most capable person in Wizarding Britain to handle this. And you know that… so why on earth are you here? Because let me tell you… this game of yours… this game we've been playing… it will not help!"

Anger coursed through Malfoy's veins.

"Protecting my… oh good Merlin, Granger… could you be any dafter?" He leaned forward determinedly "What is so hard to understand that I want to be here to protect you? Protecting my investment!"

Hermione looked at him for the first time. She scanned his face for anything to give him away.

"Why?" she whispered delicately.

"Why indeed." He answered just as softly "Perhaps because I'm in love with you, Granger."

She promptly stood up and stormed out of the tent.

Well Malfoy thought as far as reactions go, it could've been much worse.

~SSSSS~

The first day on the site was a total disaster. Two men got injured. Their dragon hide protective equipment was sturdy enough, but as soon as they got close enough to the center of the Leak the Dark Magic beams seemed to purposefully attack them as if protecting whatever was inside from intruders.

Hermione sent the remaining staff to secure the perimeter and to bring in samples of every living thing they could find in the area. Although she made sure that no animals were unnecessarily harmed.

Malfoy was organizing a flight to St Mungo's for the injured man, while Hermione was busy recalculating their approach. She scrutinized him furtively. He was calm and collected, giving out orders and chastising staff were it was needed. His dragon hide boots stomped the dry dirt of the camp unwaveringly.

Hermione stopped herself from contemplating Malfoy and promptly started on a new set of equations. She didn't have the luxury of thinking about what he said last night. She needed to focus.

~SSSSS~

He was aware he wasn't the best of people. Between handling the injured and trying to tone down the general panic in the camp, all he could think the entire day was…

Thank Merlin it wasn't her.

He suspected beforehand that this is going to be a dangerous mission, but he facing the facts was more difficult than he'd expected. He wished he could've kept her from this, but hard-earned experience taught him that there is no arguing with Hermione if she considers something important.

Dammit, the woman would've been capable of sleeping with him – someone she evidently despises – for the sake of this project.

When his company was in competition for the Magical Leak Project, he saw the opportunity for long-term profit. His family, although eventually neutral in the last war, had lost from its former glory. This project was his advertising opportunity. A chance to link himself and his legacy with heroism.

Now, though… maybe it was Granger's influence, or maybe he just simply started to actually learn something from circumstances, he wanted to do this right for the sake of it.

Nevertheless, after the misunderstanding in the hotel, he wanted to do this for Granger as well. To give her what she wanted. It seemed like this was the only thing he thought about lately. To give Granger whatever her hear desired.

Malfoy sighed, taking of his clothes and stepping into the Conjured bath in his dimly lit tent.

It was a long day, and he felt exhausted and lonely. He contemplated how much of a mistake it was to confess to Granger. Eventually, he assumed that it didn't make much of a difference.

She probably didn't even believe him anyway.

He closed his eyes and almost drifted off in his bath water when a feminine cough disrupted him. Eyes snapped open, he called out irritated.

"Just a minute, I'm not decent." He climbed out of the bath, hoping to whatever deity there is to not be one of staff girls trying to get some kudos with the boss.

"When are you ever, Malfoy?" Hermione's disembodied and amused voice was heard from the other side of the entrance fabric.

"Granger?" He called out confused, wrapping a towel on his lower half. "It's okay. You can come in now."

"Are you sure Malfoy? Or is your exhibitionism taking on new forms?" Despite the jab, he could feel the uncertainty weaving through her words.

"Come in, Hermione." He said gently.

Hermione pulled over the fabric, briefly glanced at Malfoy and his wet torso, and then promptly looked away flushing.

"I could've waited a bit more, you know."

Malfoy took his wand from the nearby table, evaporated the bath tub and conjured on himself a pair of black flannel pajamas.

He took Hermione's appearance in, she looked haunted, and the flush didn't leave her cheeks. A soft red t-shirt was hugging her form – and it was evident that she didn't wear a bra underneath. Her light blue stripped loose cotton pants were slightly wavering on her due to the electrified magic air that was ever present in the camp.

"So yeah…" She started somewhat self-consciously. "Tough day, today, huh?"

"Yes, quite… trying." He narrowed his eyes, taking in her disgruntled look. "Have a seat?" He gestured toward the armchairs, then smirked and additionally gestured toward the bed.

Hermione promptly sat down in the same armchair she did yesterday.

"Did you mean it?" She inquired and there was a defiance in her tone that he missed lately so much, that now it reappeared he was relieved, whatever the outcome of the present little chat would be.

"Maybe I shouldn't have dumped that much on you last night." He watched as her eyes narrowed. "But yes, I did mean it."

She looked almost relaxed in the armchair, while he was on the edge standing before her.

"You should've realized by now, that playing the revenge game won't work with me. You do know that, right?" She was testing him.

"Hermione, I don't want to play anymore. I just…" But he was unable to continue. Silence cloaked the room.

"I don't feel the same. I just want you to know that. No offense, but I doubt you feel what you think you are feeling either. You know the thing with love and hate, it goes both ways."

Malfoy couldn't help the laugh that escaped him.

"It's just like you, to be a know-it-all about other people's feelings, aye?"

Hermione blinked slowly at him, a small smile graced her lips.

"I guess it is. Doesn't mean I'm wrong." She stood up, passed him in her way towards the tent entrance.

"Hermione?" She stopped in her tracks.

"Yes, Malfoy?" Her back was turned to him, but he could see the tension.

"Could you perhaps consider it?"

Hermione nodded slowly.

~SSSSS~

What was she doing? Was she actually contemplating Malfoy telling her the truth? Or its implications? She was undoubtedly attracted to him. Could that be ever something more? Unlikely considering her own hate-filled feelings toward him.

There is something gut wrenching about this whole situations

Hermione thought as she coordinated the workers through the overgrown jungle. She saw how slowly everybody moved. It was the Dark Magic's effect… a crawling depressed, sluggish state. The camp wasn't affected by it, but out in the open the protection equipment didn't ward it off.

A whole week passed since the first day of utter fiasco, and no progress was made. Every single time they tried to approach the Crater, the Beams were ever so aggressively attacking them. No amount of protection magic sufficed in countering it.

Malfoy was by her side, wand at the ready. He insisted on being there in every outing she had beyond the camp. They didn't talk about his confession, or anything that happened between them. It was sort of liberating. They talked randomly about Enchanter issues and the Leak, and she was pleasantly surprised to note that Malfoy was quite documented in most aspects of the project.

They were a few meters from the Beams' threshold. As far as she observed from her data, the Beams were a sort of tentacle of whatever was at the center on the crater. The Dark mist surrounding it made it impossible to get any reading of what that thing actually was.

Hermione gestured to the workers to halt. They set up a perimeter and synchronized the protection spells to fire simultaneously. After, 30 minutes of continuous trying there was no result. Hermione's heart started to feel heavy with gloom.

"This is not working, Granger." Malfoy's voice echoed all of their frustrations.

Hermione threw him an annoyed look.

"Yeah, well… tell me something new, Malfoy!" She shouted back at him. The Crater consistently made a loud murmuring, almost rhythmical noise. It cracked and electrified the air around them.

"I have the feeling that it would've been easier to fight the Dementors than this thing." Malfoy said "It sure feels as wretched as a Dementor's presence."

Hermione froze. The Dementors… their death made this – whatever this was. Malfoy was right. It did feel like they were still present. The heaviness around her heart was proof enough.

"Hey, Malfoy… are you feeling unhappy?"

Malfoy opened his mouth to say something, then shook his head twice in affirmative motion.

"Do you think…?" he started.

"I think we've been approaching this wrong the whole time. It's not something new. It's something we all know." She turned to the other enchanters. "Ladies, gentlemen… I believe I have an idea. I trust you all know how to perform a Patronus Charm?"

Hermione motioned for everyone to step in the Beams territory. Soon enough Beams started to crawl from the mist and snap towards the Wizards and Witches approaching them.

"Expecto Patronum!" Hermione cried thinking about warm childhood summers and protective friends.

Her Otter attacked one of the Beams holding it down to the ground. The other Wizards and Witches followed her example. Except Malfoy. He twirled his wand in his hand hesitantly.

Hermione panicked, a Dark Beam was rapidly approaching Malfoy. She shouted at him, only to see that in the same moment he seemed to realize what was happening. She cast her Patronus praying that it won't be too late.

However, his survival instinct kicked in just in time.

"Expecto Patronum!" he shouted pointing his wand toward the Beam.

Hermione couldn't believe her eyes. Not one, but two Otters were fighting the Beam. She looked at Malfoy, he refused to look in her way.

The Beams were controlled by their collective Patronuses and the Mist was slowly starting to dissipate. They approached the center, fighting of one or two rogue Beams.

The cracking sounds intensified, a smoke like substance wrapped around them. Descending into the Crater they spotted a strong white light. Hermione gestured to the enchanters to halt. The center of the Crater was a sort of fire. She could feel her magic being contaminated by it. It was worse than the Dementors effect. The smoke tried to seep into her very magical core.

"Get back! Retreat!" Hermione shouted. The fire… or whatever it was, seemed to be stronger than anything she ever saw. She needed to make up a new strategy.

~SSSSS~

Back at the camp everyone was devastated. The fight and being exposed to that Dark magic was more than anyone could process. Malfoy swiftly ordered a dozen crates of chocolates, and commanded the kitchen staff to give out the current chocolate supplies to anyone who had been out on the field today.

The enchanters were prompted to take the next day off, and spend it with their loved ones creating happy memories. They will need it by the time they will go back to the Crater.

Only a few people remained in the Camp. And they were advised to thoroughly bathe and sleep the effects off.

Hermione scrubbed her skin almost raw, trying to get rid of the uneasy feeling the Crater left in her. She collapsed on her mattress in the tent in a fit of unrestful sleep. After a few hours she woke up from a vivid dream of a mist Otter circling her.

The effects had considerably faded, however she still felt a bit hollow. Although, she suspected that that might have to do more with her recent revelation.

Malfoy did genuinely feel something for her.

Whether it was some temporary delusion on his part, or something else… something that she didn't want to think about, she felt strangely drawn to him. Washing her teeth and her face she glanced in the mirror. Her hair was a humid disarray of curls, loosely tied together. She wore a black tank top, which hugged her curves a little too tightly perhaps. Red shorts covered her thighs.

Suddenly a distressing need entered her mind. She wanted to see Malfoy. Perhaps, it was the after effects of the Crater, after all. Maybe she just needed some chocolate.

She exited her tent and headed toward the kitchen area, barely managing to ignore the dim lights coming from Malfoy's tent. Disappointingly the kitchen was out of chocolate. They still waited for the next batch Malfoy ordered.

She hesitated before Malfoy's tent.

She really shouldn't.

~SSSSS~

Draco Malfoy was eating his feelings away with chocolate. Now that was a ridiculous thing as any, and frankly it would've made a great headline in the Witch Weekly's interview with him.

Maybe he really ought to say that in one of the interviews. He would explain all his recent escapades with chocolate poisoning. He huffed frustrated.

"Malfoy…?" Her voice was ever so hesitant from outside his tent. His heart started to beat so wildly it was almost as if it was trying to escape his body.

You and me both, buddy he thought wistfully.

"Come in."

He was lying on his bed, reluctant to get up and face her. He heard a small creak from the bed as she sat down on its verge.

"I ought to congratulate you for your discovery today, Granger." Malfoy started, he sat up slightly facing her.

Boldness taking her over, she pulled herself up on the bed until she was sitting at the same level with him.

"Thanks. It was partially your achievement, too. You gave the starting kick."

Malfoy huffed out a chuckle.

"Yeah, I think that's a bit exaggerated, but I've never been one to refuse a compliment."

Hermione grinned at him, gradually, however, her grin turned into a frown.

"It could have cost you, your life, Malfoy… your hesitation." She didn't want to say it out loud for fear of what it might imply to both of them. Malfoy sighed and rubbed his eyes with the palm of his hands.

"I realized that, Granger. Rest be assured it won't happen again. Probably."

He reached to the bedside table's drawer and pulled out a box of chocolates. After opening them he put it in the small space between them. He gestured for her to take some, popping one in his mouth himself. She didn't hesitate taking one.

This time the silence between them wasn't so much awkward or heavy, rather just a new flagrance of amiable.

Hermione kept sneaking glances at Malfoy furtively.

"Not that I don't like to be admired by beautiful women and all, but you are kind of making me uneasy in here, Granger." Malfoy had a half-smirk on his lips, but his eyes conveyed a questioning look.

Hermione snorted out a laugh.

"Jeesh, Malfoy. Beautiful? Really?" she bit her lips and looked at him amused "I recall you considering me anything but."

'What would follow now, is for me to say, that you are beautiful.' - He paused and seized her body, from her toes to the top of her head – 'But you are really not that special.'

'In fact' – he continued with a tantalizing smirk, while running his fingers down on the sides of her body – 'you are most probably, one of the ugliest whores I have had the misfortune to come across.'

Tension cracked through the air with an unforgiving emotional whip.

Malfoy looked away from her, his face contorting into a painful expression.

"You cannot imagine how many times I wish I could redo that night." He murmured softly, looking at her.

She chanced a small melancholy smile at him.

"Yeah, well… you and I both." She chuckled hoarsely.

"You are, though, Hermione." Malfoy whispered intently.

Hermione looked at him questioningly.

"Beautiful." He carried on. "Absolutely beautiful." His eyes were looking warm at her face.

Hermione raised an eyebrow at him.

"Don't take this the wrong way, Malfoy… it has absolutely nothing to do with the bullshit you just spewed on me but…" she hesitated and turned to him. Taking his face into her hands, she leaned in closer, until merely a few inches were dividing them.

"But…"

And she closed the distance, kissing him. Her lips were warm and soft and pliant to every move he was making. He was kissing her gently, then desperately, nipping on her lower lip to ask for entrance. Her tongue was stroking his in a sensual manner. He re-positioned his body so the angle wasn't as awkward anymore. Wrapping his arms around her tightly, he deepened the kiss.

Finally parting for air they looked each other in the eyes. He had a hopeful look illuminating his whole face, she was enchantingly flushed.

Gently he guided her underneath him, kissing his way on her neck. Nipping and sucking the tender flesh there. He stroked her curves and kissed every bit of available inch of skin on her body.

Tonight, will be all about her.

He sneaked a hand underneath her tank top caressing her stomach, while kissing her collarbone. A moan escaped her, which spurred him on.

Slowly he lifted her top, and she complied by getting it off completely. She had a moment of uncertainty trying to cover up herself, but he kissed her hands and gently lifted them away. He took off his own shirt, so she'll feel they are equal in this.

Her hands touched his chest uncertainly, stroking it delicately.

He trailed kisses up her stomach, stroking one of her breasts with a hand. Trailing wet kisses on her other breast, he lastly took her nipples in his mouth, nibbling and sucking.

She arched into him, gripping his arms in the advent of her pleasure.

Her shorts and panties eventually came off in their first gentle, then more and more passionate caresses.

He lowered himself between her legs, touching her curls with reverence.

"Malfoy…" It was both a warning and a plea. He understood that this was difficult for her, but judging by the wetness of her core, her body at least was more than willing. He lowered his head and began licking ardently, while stroking her breast sensually. He moved one of his hands on her nipples and began to twist and circle it.

He could feel her starting to tense and curl up beneath him. Applying a more steady pressure with the flat of his tongue he stroked her center rhythmically. She grabbed his hair and came with a hoarse groan, twisting her body. He smirked against her wetly, bringing one of his hands down and entering her. His other hand kept twisting and stroking her nipple. His tongue continuing to lick up the juices from her first orgasm. His fingers found the soft spot inside her. Her body was moving almost violently under him, until she came again with a shout. He smoothly licked through her after bliss, caressing her body.

After she came down from her high, a laugh bubbled up inside her.

He climbed up beside her, pecking her lips. She grabbed the sides of his face and deepened the kiss, tasting herself on him. One of her hands came down to his crotch teasing him through the fabric of his pants.

He put a hand on her hand. Tonight was going to be about her, not him.

But her hand wouldn't budge, and she seemed to defy his plan. She tugged down his pants, freeing his erection. She moved them around, straddling him eventually. Malfoy looked at her questioningly. In turn she gave him a dazzling smile.

She began kissing down on his torso, taking one of his nipples into her mouth, while grinding her wet open cunt to his erection. The friction alone would've been enough to make Malfoy come like a school boy.

She lifted herself slightly, took his erection in her hand and lowered herself on him. Arching her back she threw her head back, and began circling her hips.

Malfoy groaned loudly, bucking his hips up. Hermione yelped in surprise, but shortly after began bouncing on him. He met her every stroke with a movement of his hips. Their touched became frantic and wild. He touched her breasts, twisted her nipples, and caressed the sides of her curves lost in the sensuality of the moment.

He could feel himself come closer, as the movement of his own hips became more erratic. He gripped Hermione's hips and pumped into her, hitting her in a new deeper angle. He could feel her walls becoming tighter around him as orgasm coursed through her body. He watched her close her eyes and get lost in the pleasure.

Beautiful.

He came with a groan, hoping to forever engrave this moment to his memory.

She rode out slowly the after strokes of his orgasm, barely coming down from her own.

Pulling herself off of him, she collapsed next to him chest heaving and breath erratic. He took out his wand, performed a post Anti-Conceptive charm. She looked at him gratefully. He Conjured a think silk sheet and draped it on them.

However, Hermione sat up, ready to leave. He panicked… thinking about all the times he did that to women, this time it was done to him. He felt desperation course through him.

Grabbing her elbow she slowly tugged on her, trying to convey with his eyes what his lips couldn't quite say.

"I…" she began "You…um… You want me to stay."

Malfoy looked at her, then sat up and kissed her cheek.

"If you'd like, that is." He whispered.

A moment of hesitation later, she lay back down next to him. He was still touching her elbow, afraid that if he wrapped his arms around her, it would scare her away. She turned to him.

"Oh, why the hell not." She said and put her head on his chest, hugging him.

He wrapped his arms around her tightly, squeezing her a little. His heart was beating frantically, and continued to do so for hours, even after her breathing became leveled in her sleep.
