Nocturne phased through the wall, the nightmarish being thankful for his numerous tricks. For the past hour and a half he'd been at this; working to locate Melody's room, and speak to her...hope she was indeed the one capable of freeing Renekton from his captivity. But so far every room he visited held the wrong Summoner; of course they tried to banish him to his cell but some well planted nightmares left them out of commission for a while.
"Where the hell could she be?" He was growing impatient; how hard could it be to find a vampire? He moved into another room, and found someone there, currently looking at a mirror, a sigh escaping her black painted lips.
The mirror, oddly, held no reflection.
The girl who stood there was amiss from the usual Summoner; wearing a form fitting black dress that cascaded down to her thighs, black and orange stripped stockings starting from her lower thighs and down to her feet being complimented by a pair of black chic boots. Her body was pear shaped; her thighs shapely and large while her chest was lacking a tad but still admirable. Her face, smooth and pale, was complete with glossed black lips, piercing red eyes, and raven black hair cascading to her lower neck. To complete her sinister ensemble, when she opened her mouth to yawn a tad, her elongated canines were on full display.
"So you're Melody..." She turned sharply, staring at Nocturne, the nightmare's arms crossed as his blades were retracted; the Ravager form of him preventing him from removing them unless desired. Where he expected fear, he received...admiration; he could see pure joy in her eyes as she beamed up at him. "...cease your staring; it bothers me."
"Sorry it's just that- I know you; you're Nocturne; I saw your games back when I lived in the dark castle."
"Castle? Why would you be living in a castle- there are cities and towns that are more...assuring." He wouldn't have minded his own castle of darkness however, but baby steps.
"Oh, my dad wasn't exactly...fond of the people here, what with Piltover's cops violently beating criminals, Noxus' brutal life, Demacia's foolish virtue; he felt it'd be better for me to remain with him with no...well contact with anything else." A closed in child...made sense; her ilk weren't...liked in Valoran. They spoke for some time and Nocturne did discover some things about Melody; her father wanted her to learn more adept magic and what better way than to study at the League of Legends, with the best and brightest magic users in the world? Nocturne ran a hand along his chin now...and then asked the more compromising question.
"Out of all the Champions here...why go for Renekton, despite his track record reaching you? I'm aligned with him yes but even I know when at full fury he's an unstoppable force of nature." Melody fidgeted for a moment, currently sitting on the bed present while Nocturne hovered before her.
"It's because...he seemed so... amazing, when I first heard about him~" She breathed, Nocturne...a tad disturbed by the way she exhaled that last part. "A demi god with the rage of a hundred men...I had to meet him, and see if I could use him on the Fields of Justice; that's why I came here."
"Most Summoners have a hard time controlling, let along steering him in the right path. But I can tell you know what you're doing." Bidding Melody goodbye for now, Nocturne floated away, phasing through the wall, floating off to report that Melody was indeed perfect for the butcher.
More than Willow could ever be.
Q&A Spotlight
Rengar did protest when he was shoved into the study, but alas seated himself in the chair there; letting out a short sigh, reaching for a scroll.
"Apparently I'm supposed to do this now...no clue why but I apparently have to. Anyhow the writer was in college for the time and he managed to improve his writing form...no clue how." The Pridestalker reached for the first scroll.
"Carnage068 asks: 'When did you start playing League and were Renekton, Cho'Gath, Kha'Zix and Nocturne and anyone else in the group some of the first champions you played?' From what I know the writer started around 2011. His first champion was Cho'Gath, and then to Renekton; the rest of the team fell in over time, myself included. And as for the second question; the passage of time chapter did have something to do with how long it took." With that Rengar tossed it into the fire, dusting himself off and standing.
"Who knows how weirder this'll get before we're done..."
