Unlocking the Frozen Flame - Chapter 10 - Mystery
Natsu x Ur
Natsu goes on a job and finds Ur frozen. So of course Natsu defreezes Ur and helps her heal. Things start to happened and once Ur wakes up.. Ur claims her own private dragon slayer. Gray is beyond pissed and things are starting to happen..

Normally I never put one of these in the beggining of my chapters.. but it seems I need to for this chapter. Please do not correct me on the type of ice magic I have chosen. This mystery man uses ICE GOD SLAYER MAGIC, he does not use ICE DEVIL SLAYER MAGIC. That's the magic Silver uses.. Silver will not be appearing in this fic.. that's Gray's dad.. our mystery man has nothing to do with him.. so to the people trying to correct me.. please don't. You will see why soon.. Should be this chapter depending how it turns out.
"Well.. that's about it." Ur sighed as she finished explaining everything about the ice she could. She explained to him that her ex used the same magic and about how he had just left her to raise there daughter by herself.
At the moment, Ur was sitting across from Master Makarov inside of his small cozy office. From the wooden desk covered with paper from the magic council, the large Fairy Tail symbol etched into the wall, and the worn down couches were countless Fairy Tail wizards had sat, the room was quite spectacular. Yes it was old, but it was nostalgic and amazing to just know how long these items had been in here for, how long they had been handled down one after another.
"I see.. Ex's royally suck. For now I honestly don't think we can do much about it. Well.. not until we can atleast get confirmation that it was him." Master Makarov replied back to Ur once she had finished explaining her long tragic past.
"Alright, I'll keep my eye out and notify you if anything happens." Ur announced as she slowly stood up and began to leave Master Makarov's office. Once she had left his office she quickly walked down the stairs and began to make her way towards the large towering doors of the Fairy Tail guild hall. As she approached them a certain pink haired man quickly came up to them and opened them for her as she left in a rush with that man following after her.
Silently Ur walked through the buildings of Magnolia as she aimed to go straight to the forest where Natsu's home lies. Her dark purple flew back as the wind whipped around her and she kept on rushing. She was at the point of breaking and so badly wanted to burry her head straight into a soft pillow. She just wanted to scream as loud as she could.
Natsu quickly followed Ur through Magnolia at a quick pace, he dodged people left and right as Ur rushed off ahead of him. He already knew something was wrong, Ur was practically running in the direction of his home. 'Maybe talking about her past brought back some unwanted memories..' Natsu thought to himself as he rushed after the purple haired beauty in front of him.
"Hey! What's going on?" Ultear yelled as soon as Ur dashed into the forest with Natsu following behind her. She had been waiting there in the forest as she decided not to go down into Magnolia with Natsu and her mother due to her still being wanted by the Magic Council by a certain past event.
"Haven't got a clue, she's been practically running since she left Fairy Tail." Natsu explained to Ultear as he saw her appear next to him and quickly began jogging with him as he went after Ur.
"Leave me alone." Ur suddenly stopped dead and looked down at the ground. Her emotions were everywhere, she was shaking, and horrified. How could this be happening? How could the man she so badly hated be coming back? Her mind couldn't comprehend it.. she just wanted to be left alone.
"No thanks." Natsu sighed as he stopped and caught his breath behind Ur. Slowly he walked up to her as he rested his arm on her stiff shoulders. He could tell that whatever she was going through was tough and worrisome. Instead Natsu made sure he was there for her as he slowly pulled on her.
Slowly she swayed over as she felt Natsu's warm hand gently pull her towards him. She didn't want to at first, but her body quickly took control. Ur then turned toward Natsu and practically collapsed into him as she buried her face into his tone chest and wrapped her arms around his neck. With that she let a loud cry and let the tears held up out.
Ultear stood there and watched as her mother, the women she had thought abandoned her cry. Whether she liked it or not, her mother wasn't bad. She was nice, kind, and sweet. She acted like a mother to everyone and she knew that Ur was strong. The only problem was her own blood and flesh mother was dating the only man she has ever had feelings for. What was she to do?
The past always hurt. Thinking about someone that had hurt you when you were younger would always bring emotions you never wanted to revisit. Ur sat there in Natsu's lap as she cried and cried. Tears running down her cheeks and her head buried deep into his chest. Her arms wrapped around his neck and her legs without realizing it straddled in his lap as she wept.
High above them the sky was turning orange as the rays of the sun began to hide behind the world. The shadows began to stretch and the sounds began to grow louder around them. The crickets were beggining to chirp and the world around them continued to grow darker.
Ultear watched her mother cry. Even though she badly wanted to comment on the way her mother was latching onto Natsu, she couldn't. Just hearing the women cry like she was was heart breaking and sorrowful. 'What was brought up?' Ultear thought to herself as she pondered over what could have her mother bawling like she was.
"Hey.." Natsu whispered gently into Ur's ear as he felt her cries began to slow. He was already trying to do the best he could to comfort the women his heart was aching for. His own mind was curious as he only heard a tiny bit of what this man had done to her. Was it that horrible that it would make such a strong women cry.
"I'm sorry.." Ur mumbled over her words as she heard Natsu whisper to her. In her heart she knew what he was trying to do. He was simply being a good gentleman and trying to help her. Her heart had been aching like crazy becuase of the past days events. Every terrible memory of the man raced through her and her body even reacted.
Her first lover wasn't just terrible, she had thought he was her entire world. She quickly found out that was a lie and wasn't the truth. He was a man wearing a mask, a man that woudnt let her have her own free will. To this day she regretted that mistake.
Her largest mistake was falling in love with the man. Her second was letting him use her body and becoming pregnant with his child. She loved Ultear so much, but she hated the man who was her father. The third was the abuse he did to her. From being slapped, hit, and put to the side as if she was never important, she never wanted to see that man ever again.
Now.. with the black ice in Magnolia, she knew it had to be him. The charcoal onyx black ice.. that was his magic he had primarly used. There was no doubt about it. He was around Magnolia.. but for what reason? For her and Ultear?
"Ur.."
Ur glanced up and her mouth turned from a frown to a gentle motherly smile. Natsu was looking straight into her eyes with a warm strong smile that melted her heart of its thick ice that had surrounded it. She couldn't deny this man, he could melt anything of hers, and do everything she had ever asked for.
"Natsu.." Ur whispered as her eyes watched him give her a chuckle and lean in. A warm pair of lips were pressed against her forehead as she coutinued to smile and practically wiggle in his lap. She was happy, hell she didn't even care if she was still straddling him and knew it would look weird if someone had seen them. "Thank you.." Ur begun to say as she began to go back to normal.
She had needed this, a long cry to clear her mind, and to get all of the old feeling stuck inside her out. Finally she was relieved.
"No problem, only wish I could help you out more. If I knew what you were going through, maybe I could burn it away." Natsu laughed slightly as he made a joke and saw Ur laugh as well.
"Hmm.. maybe one day," Ur replied with a slight giggle. "Have fun with me in a bed and maybe I can start telling you some details." Ur then hinted as her mood was quickly changing to a much happier mood. She began to tease the poor dragon slayer instead as she quickly left a kiss on his neck and purposely arced her back to press her large breasts against Natsu's chest.
She also wiggled her butt that was resting on Natsu's lap as she teased him and began to play. Ur quickly left another kiss on his neck as she began to leave kisses lower and lower down his chest. Her arms that were wrapped around his neck kept him close for her to maneuver and tease the poor man better.
"Ahem," Ultear coughed as she watched her mom basically tease and work Natsu. Her brown eyes could see just how far she was going, so she decided to interfere. "You know you two don't need to this here or in front of me. Though Natsu I don't mind if you want to do that to me." Ultear explained as she looked down at Ur and Natsu begining to get randy.
"Oh, but I doubt you could even satisfy my dragon." Ur spoke aloud as she slowly stood up and got up off of Natsu's lap. She looked to the right and faced Ultear who had her arms crossed under her breasts.
"Heh.. bet I could easily do better then you and probably could give him a better time in bed!" Ultear replied back to her mother as she fought back. Even though her mother was just crying, she wasn't just going to stand there and lose to her.
"Oh, maybe we should tes-." Ur begun to yell back at Ultear but was silenced as a finger appeared in front of her red lips. Her eyes saw Ultears lips being kept close by a finger as well.
In between them was now Natsu's arms holding them back so they wouldn't fight. Slowly both Ur's and Ultear's eyes drifted over to where they saw Natsu had stood up. His eyes were narrow and he looked quite serious.
"Nats-." Ur began to say his name but before she could even finish the word she was interrupted by Natsu.
"Shh.. someone's coming and I don't know they are." Natsu explained with a low voice as his sensitive nose has picked up a unfamiliar smell. He knew everyones scent from Fairy Tail, so there was doubt that this person was someone he might not know. What was worse was this persons smell.
A heavy musk that smelled of old wool and beer. He could smell the alcohol from far away but the musk only made him curious. It made him want to shiver.
"What do you mean by t-." Ultear quickly tried asking Natsu but wasn't fast enough as Natsu placed his hand on her lips to quiet her.
"This persons smell is off, I don't think he or she is going to be friendly." Natsu explained with a whisper as he finnaly pulled back his hands and prepared for anything. Slowly the scent was coming closer and his ears were now able to pick up the persons heavy footsteps. He or she was coming towards them.
Ur and Ultear stood there ready. They honed there magic as they prepared themselves for battle. Ur was ready to cast her first ice make spell off the tips of her fingers and Ultear had her orb in hand to reverse any spell that would come at them.
The rustling of leaves finally reached Ur's and Ultear's ears as they began to turn towards the sound. Who ever it was... that person had just arrived.
With the orange sun setting they finnaly saw there visitor. The person had a large black cloak covering there body to keep there body and face hidden. Finally the person stopped in front of them.
"Who are you? What do you want?" Ultear asked as she stood there. At first she thought she was going to great him or her nicely, but that was quickly changed once she felt magic coming off of the visitor. It felt dark and heavy.
"So.. the rumors are true. Both of you are alive." The cloaked person stated as Natsu, Ur, and Ultear heard the rough voice. The rough voice quickly made them realize that there visitor was a male.
'No.. that voice. It couldn't be..' Ur thought to herself as she kept her mouth closed before it could drop down in surpise and terror. A scene out of a real horror story was now playing in front of her. This couldn't be happening. Ur took a single step back as her mind froze up. Her eye brow began to tick as she began to shake her head.
"Heh.. you've might have not aged, but it seems you still know who I am. That's good." The cloaked man in front of them laughed aloud as he saw Ur's movements. It told him everything he wanted to know, she still remembered. "And you must be the girl.." The man then stated as he faced Ultear and saw the resemblance between Ultear and Ur.
"The girl..?" Ultear asked as she quickly became confused. "I'll ask again, who are you? If you do not answer, I will force it out of you!" Ultear demanded as she stood there waiting for a answer. Her orb was now beggining to glow as she poured magic into it. She was ready to fight to find out who this man was. What interested her more was why her mother was reacting to just the man's voice.
"Oh? Force it out of me.. then why not." The unknown man stated as he slowly began to release his own magic. Wisps of streaks of cold frozen waves of air began to surround the man as the air began to freeze. Pulses of magic surrounded the man as he watched as the girl in front of him took a step back.
"That power.." Ultear whispered as she felt just how dense it was. Seeing the waves of black magic roll off this guy make her knees shake as she felt just how cold the magic was. 'This magic.. could this be the man that froze over Magnolia?' Ultear thought to herself as she watched the man's magic.
"Yes.. this is my magic that was handed to me by the gods." The man announced with his rough voice. "Now feel it!" The man yelled as he sent a black ice shard straight at Ultear.
Ultear stood there for a second before she reacted. The black cutting ice shard was aiming straight at her. Seconds a way before it was going to hit her she tried to dodge but calculated as she went the wrong way. The onyx ice share was about to hit her, but seconds before it was going to hit her, something happened. In her brown eyes it was reflected, she could see the ice shard. But a second before it hit her, someone grabbed it out of mid air.
A steaming hand grabbed the ice shard mid air. Natsu wasn't just pissed. Waves of heat rallied off of him as the cold shivers from the mystery man was turned into bursting waves of heat. A war between heat and cold was being taken place In-between Natsu and the man.
"Fire.." The man spoke with a rusty voice as he watched Natsu with haunting eyes. The man with the flames surprised him as he was easily able to catch his ice from the gods.
"Who are you?" Natsu asked without hesitation and a serious rough voice. The hidden masked man was now a threat In his eyes, he had attacked Ultear for simply asking a question, and Ur was scared. This man was someone he needed to go against.
"What about you? You've never introduced yourself.." The man asked as he stood there with his magic lessening and disappearing.
"Ultear asked first, so answer the question." Natsu demanded as his onyx eyes stared straight into the soul of the threat in front of him.
"Hmm.. fine." The man sighed as he grabbed hold of his black cloak covering his face and slowly pulled it off his body. Slowly his face was revealed.
Ur's breath hitched as she saw the man reveal himself. Her heart fell into a pit in her stomach as her head began to pound. Her legs began to shake and she held down her teeth from chattering. He was here, how did he find out about her so fast?
As the man revealed himself he showed his face. A massive deep scar ran through his left side of his face. From his forehead, down through his left green eye, and ending on his chin. His long dark oil black hair was in a pony tail in the back and a black beard was on his chin. His chest had a black long sleeve shirt hiding the majority of his body and he had dark blue long pants on. With black boots on, his entire outfit consisted of a dark colors to keep himself hidden inside the cold shadows.
"Boreas." Ur muttered under her breath hastily. Her ex, the man she never wanted to see ever again was standing there in front of her. The man that made her go through so much pain. The man that was the father of Ultear in which she never wanted her to know about him.
The Ice God Slayer, Boreas was standing there in front of Ur, Natsu, and Ultear.
And.. that's the reveal. Major back story is gonna be happening next chapter.. things are really going to make sense, the reason why she acts different when he brought up will also be answered next chapter. It's gonna be interesting...!
