A/N: I apologize for how late my update is, but the only excuse I can give is APUSH (AP US History). The teacher for that class loves to give us at least thirty pages to read a night. It's fun reading all about the history, but there are so many pages and the big AP test is coming up, so I didn't have a chance to update. Enough of me complaining, here is the next chapter hope you will leave reviews.

Bella POV

{You could have told me they were already here. Tell me though, is R-Rosalie still outside or did she leave.} Bella looked at the dark gold eyes in exasperation, trying to convey to their owner that there was nothing to worry about. "H-hey T-Tanya, It's okay I..I'm feeling much better. I just needed to catch up on my sleep is all." Bella said nervously, rubbing the back of her neck. Explaining my absence is going to be fun. Bella thought, her frustration evident in her brown eyes.

Behind Tanya, Bella saw Edlyn looking out the window, while Pelo was once again being held in Alice's arms. "No. She left the second these two arrived at the house...as usual." Edlyn said, moving to sit on the chair next to Bella's bed. Carefully eyeing their guests, Edlyn observed how Tanya's face was poorly hiding her worry and desperation seep through her voice.

"Bella,please tell me if you are in any pain. I'll make it better, I promise you." Tanya said, grabbing Bella's hand tightly, unaware of the two pairs of eyes watching her every move. Glancing at Alice had Bella's mind was being filled with memories of the past. Keeping her eyes on Alice, Bella was left feeling guilty all over again and couldn't help her next words..

"Mary Alice."

Bella spoke under her breath and watched Alice's eyes widen. Bella stared at Alice with sorrow filled eyes, until the pressure on her hand regained her attention. Looking back into Tanya's dark eyes, a sense of calm took over Bella's body. Her focus was all directed to Tanya, so Bella had failed to see the conflicting emotions that swept through Alice's face.

"Oww! Too tight! Human! Your hold is too tight, at this rate I'm going to be squeezed to death." Pelo yelped, struggling in Alice's tightened grip and trying to get free. Pelo's cry was only noticed by Edlyn, who found a small amusement in the small demon's situation.

Glancing at the rabbit in her arms, Alice's eyes widened in surprise and she quickly loosened her grip and started to whisper apologies. " I am so sorry Pelo. So sorry." Even as Alice kept apologizing, it was in a sort of trance, like she herself was conflicted.

Seeing the distress on the human's face, Pelo rubbed Alice's chin with her nose in effort to calm her down. " I guess it's okay, I mean...I wasn't actually going to die." Glancing at a smirking Edlyn, Pelo continued to offer her support, " B-but d-don't think I actually like you. It's because you're Bella's friends that I allow you to hold me."

"Yeah, that's the reason." Edlyn commented, watching how Pelo's efforts of comfort succeeded when a small smile broke out on Alice's face as she brought Pelo into a hug. Edlyn's attention was brought back to a worried Tanya when she heard her voice.

"Bella, answer me. Are you in any pain? Does your head hurt or are you thirsty?hungry?Just tell me whatever you need." Tanya said, leaning her forehead on Bella's head, looking right into her eyes for any sign of discomfort.

"I'm f-fine,honestly. A bit tired but otherwise in working condition. Although I'm happy to see that you and Ma-Alice care about me." Bella whispered, squeezing Tanya's hand in order to give reassurance. I can't use Alice's real name until she tells me herself….which would require her to gain her memories..which she doesn't have. With a sigh, Bella ran her hand through her hair and took a deep breath.

Raising an eyebrow at her master, Edlyn took notice, with amusement, that Bella had unconsciously followed Tanya's order without hesitating. She had watched Tanya move her head away from Bella, and took some pleasure in the disappointment that flashed through Bella's brown eyes.

"Well that's a shame, and here I was ready to kiss it better. Now what can I do?" Tanya's melodic voice whispered in Bella's ear. Her teasing comment turned Bella's face scarlet and into a stuttering mess. Which garnered the amusement of her servants, seeing as their powerful master was effected by a succubus.

"W-wh-what! I-I d-don't need y-you to d-do that, a-anyway...A-Alice! Was there anything I missed in school. I mean that is why you brought your school bag,right" Bella stammered out, while the people in the room started laughing.

"O-oh my god Bella! I thought you wanted a kiss from the succubus...I mean Tanya."

"I've got to hand it to you though Bella, This Tanya person is hotter than any other succubus I've come across. You sure know how to pick a chosen."

Bella's face had turned a darker shade of red after hearing Pelo and Edlyn's comments and had almost thrown a fireball at them if Tanya wasn't holding her hand. {S-shut-up the both of you! And go away, hunt some demons or assist Dolce, either way I want you two out of the room now.} Bella had buried her head in her pillow avoiding Tanya's amused look.

"Yes miss Swan. Or should we start calling you miss Denali now?" Edlyn said, moving farther away from Bella and closer to Pelo. Although Edlyn was sure that Bella wasn't going to do anything while two humans were in the room, it was just a safety precaution.

Giving a glare at the two smirking demons, a small snarl left Bella's lips as she gave them a command.{Leave!Now!Before I find that looking normal is unnecessary.} Edlyn and Pelo gave Bella a wink, gesturing towards Tanya before walking out of the still opened door. The banter between servant and master had gone by without alerting the two other occupants in the room who were still chuckling, to Bella's dismay.

Once her demons were gone, Bella looked back at Alice and Tanya. Alice's eyes revealed how amused she was of the situation, and Tanya's eyes reflected the same. Wait a minute...did her eyes get darker? Bella posed her question, but instantly regretted asking when Alice's bell-like laughter rang through the room once more.

Tanya gave Bella a smile before bringing her hand to move a strand of her hair. "It's the lighting my dear. It makes my eyes look a shade darker."

Bella had barely registered what she was being told. Her main focus was on the soft,cool hands caressing her cheek. Giving a small nod, Bella gave Tanya an adoring smile. Taking notice of Alice's amused look and putting it on the back of her mind.

Bella and Tanya could have been staring at each other for hours and Bella would not have noticed. Now this is a view I would not mind seeing forever. Although an exaggerated cough had broke the staring match between the two.

Turning away from Tanya's alluring eyes, Bella had blushed under Alice's knowing look. "Well Bella. As much as I love seeing that you are actually okay...I brought all of your missed work for you." Alice said, showing Bella a couple papers, "I had a feeling you would wake up today."

"Thanks Ma-Alice, I really appreciate it." Bella said with a smile, internally cursing herself for the slip-up. When Bella reached for her assignments, Alice placed her hand on Bella's and gave a happy smile. Even though her eyes were still swirling with uncertainty.

"I am so happy that you're okay Bella. You had me worried there for a second, and that is rare."

Hearing how sincere Alice was, had a warm feeling erupt in Bella's chest. Taking a quick glance at Alice and Tanya, realization and surprise flooded Bella. Th-they care...about me. Even if we only met a while ago, they care. Feeling tears swell up in her eyes, Bella brought both Alice and Tanya in a hug.

Bella tried to show how grateful she was and kept whispering thankyou. After a few minutes, Bella got control over her overwhelmed emotions and released the two from her embrace. Both were a bit upset that the warm hug had ended, but never the less they gave Bella a big smile.

"Bella, you don't have to thank us, we wanted to be here." Alice said softly before turning serious, "Bella. What happened after you left my house? Your dad said they found your car pulled to the side of the road and you looked exhausted."

Shit! The others must have forgotten about my car before flying back here. Looking into Alice's eyes, Bella looked calm on the outside and was freaking out on the inside. Bella started to tell her story ,even though her heart was running a mile in her chest, but for some reason she felt that the Alice and Tanya didn't believe her.

"After I left your house my emotions were all over the place, I-I normally don't talk about my mother...so I pulled over to calm down. I thought it was a good idea to take a walk in the woods, since I knew your house was nearby, but I-I-sigh-I lost track of time thinking about my mom. And before you know it, I was lost. Took me a couple hours to come back home, but when I did memories of my mom were rushing back. I took a few sleeping pills to help knock me out, but...I guess I was too exhausted and I didn't look at the instructions so the effects were stronger. Sorry for worrying you all."

Throughout her reasonable explanation, Bella felt another presence get closer to her room that put her on edge. After her story, Bella watched Alice open her mouth, only to be interrupted by the door being opened and a child's voice.

Looking at the newcomer, Bella's eyes widened and her jaw was practically hanging. While Bella was staring, Tanya and Alice started to hold a conversation that flew right above Bella's head.

"Oh. I'm sorry, I didn't know Bella had any visitors at the moment." A surprised, but excited voice rang from the door.

Alice and Tanya had turned their heads to address the new person in the room, who was having trouble keeping her excitement from her eyes. {No!No!No! Leave right now. You are going to make things worse. I mean it Edlyn.}

There, leaning on the door was a now human Edlyn, dressed in dark blue-ripped jeans and a simple red checkered flannel, laying comfortably on top of Edlyn's pale blonde head was Pelo, thankfully still in her rabbit form. Bella stared at the sight suspiciously and kept glancing at Alice and Tanya's faces. What are the two of you up to?

"I had heard from aunt Renee that Bella was injured, so I wanted to come visit her, but it's nice to see that Bella has people who care for her here." Edlyn said, giving Alice and Tanya a sincere smile, " And besides...I've always wanted to meet Bella's future partner."

Future what-!

Bella's eyes had started to resemble saucers and was doing a good impersonation of a fish out of water. "Wha-N-No.. T-Tanya is n-not my partner...s-she's my friend. W-who I have recently met." Bella had barely managed to stutter out her sentence, but was greeted with Edlyn's smirk.

Giving Bella a grin, showing off her white teeth and her two dimples, Edlyn replied with a teasing tone, " Who's Tanya? Wait! Is she the one you like? Which one them is she, the small fairy girl or is it the tall-hot blonde?" Edlyn had started to bounce on the balls of her toes, which forced Pelo to hold tighter to her head.

"Oh My God! She's adorable!" Alice squealed, launching herself at Edlyn with open arms. How the hell did I get into this mess. Bella's eyes, now normal sized, was focused on Alice and Tanya coddling her servant.

" It's nice to meet you two, I'm Bella's cousin, Edlyn Nightingale at your service" Edlyn said, giving an exaggerated bow and grabbing Alice and Tanya's hands to lay a kiss on them. " May I know both of your names?" Edlyn asked, her voice full of charm and a dimpled smile.

Judging by the looks on both Alice and Tanya's faces, they seemed to be quite taken with Edlyn's behavior. Alice was nuzzling the eight year old's cheek, while Pelo was securely in Tanya's arms.

"You are quite the charmer little one, I'm Tanya and that's Alice, my cousin." Tanya said, gently stroking Edlyn's cheek with her hand. { What are you two playing at, and when do you allow a human to touch you Edlyn.}

Edlyn managed to hide her shock from Bella's statement, because it was true, she had never allowed a human,child or not, to touch her...but there was something about Tanya that had her lower her guard. Even knowing that Tanya was a succubus didn't have her bringing up some sort of hesitation, she didn't even flinch when Tanya's unexpectedly touched her face with a cold how Edlyn couldn't talk, Pelo took the liberty of answering for her.

"It's probably because Tanya means a lot to you, even though you've only met….she was really worried about you so that makes her okay in my books….for a succubus."

After the introductions and more teasing from Edlyn and Tanya, the room fell in a comfortable conversation. "So Edlyn, where's your mom? Shouldn't she be with you?" Alice asked, seeing that the sun was starting to set.

Glancing at Bella, too quick for a human to catch, Edlyn answered with a small smile, " Not really, she's with my sister Eira getting food for supper. So I was put in charge of keeping Bella company." Edlyn said, getting comfortable in Tanya's lap.

While the others were conversing, Bella had felt one of her servants coming closer and sighed in relief. Maybe they'll help get rid of these two. As the presence crept closer, Bella became more relaxed so she didn't see her two servants tense up. When Edlyn tensed in Tanya's embrace, she was too anxious to see the pair of curious eyes darting from her to the stairs. After a few seconds, three knocks rang through the room, stopping the conversation all together.

"Come in." Bella said, sitting up to greet her other servant,as well as to show that she was in perfect health. Standing at the door with a tray of food was Eira, who was dressed in white skinny jeans, a white blouse and a blue blazer. Her emerald eyes had quickly roamed over the occupants, assessing any danger, before giving a quick glare towards her sister.

Offering the two strangers a smile, Eira addressed Bella who was happy to see one of her clear minded servants,"Nice to see you're awake Bella, I brought up some food for you." Eira said, placing the tray of soup on Bella's desk, before mumbling under her breath "-If one could even call this food." Turning around, Eira greeted the two women holding Pelo and Edlyn in their arms, taking notice that both demons were relaxed in a human's embrace.

"Please excuse my manners,I don't believe we've been introduced. I'm Eira Nightingale, this idiot's older sister-"

"Hey! I'm older than you!" Edlyn shouted interrupting Eira, who chose to ignore the comment.

"-and Bella's cousin. Wait...are you the girlfriend Bella has?" Eira's question had the room erupting in laughter, while Bella slammed her head into a pillow and talked into it.

"Someone just kill me now." I'll even welcome a demon, just take me away from them.

Having dinner with Charlie was awkward for Bella, Eira, and Edlyn considering they were eating in silence. They had opted to go for takeout when Eira wouldn't let Bella cook since it would've been suspicious, considering Bella was just lifted her eyes from her pizza to glance at the two disguised demons at the table, one was scarfing a cheese pizza down her throat while the other was slowly finishing her spinach pizza.

Honestly, I know Charlie and I are not talkers, and Eira tends to observe a situation before reacting...but I at least expected Edlyn to be hogging a conversation. Stupid Pelo. Abandoning supper to play some shooting game...next time I'll just let her get hugged by Alice, see how she likes being under pressure. Bella's thoughts had started to get more bitter as she thought about Pelo, but soon shifted her focus to the table's occupants. Maybe I'll let Alice keep Pelo for a day?

{What did you guys do to Charlie? Why does he believe you're our cousins? Renee didn't even have a sister.}

After Alice and Tanya left, Charlie came home and was happy to see that Renee's sister came to visit. He then began to berate Bella about the use of medicine before walking into the kitchen to order takeout, leaving a baffled Bella and confused demons.

Glancing up at her master, Eira replied while starting a conversation with Charlie about his work, [ Dolce apparently used the same technique you did, the one that made Charlie think you're his actual daughter, except it was so he believed that Renee had a sister]. Eira replied, giving Bella a look that screamed 'you should know the answer'.

"Hey, umm..where's your mom? Didn't she come up here with you guys?" Charlie asked, finishing his third slice of pizza.

"Umm...right, our mom...she..she is umm-Oummph!"

Edlyn was cut off by Eira stomping on her foot with an innocent smile directed to Charlie and Bella. "Sorry, my sister tends to drone out whenever mom is giving us instructions. Right now she should be taking care of some business at the hospital, so she told us to come straight here to keep Bella company." As Eira was talking, Bella gradually grew confused.

Who"s playing their mom?

After dinner Bella started to head for bed, too tired to try and do any actual work. Slipping into her bed sheets had seemed like laying on the grass in New York parks. Wow! Pretty sure someone changed my sheets, this softness would have cost a lot. Letting out a sigh, Bella's mind started to wonder to her life back in New York….her cherished memories. Content with the images in her head, Bella allowed the tears that welled up in her eyes to fall.

Clenching her fists, a heart breaking smile found itself on Bella's face as her small tears turned into sobs. Stop! Stop crying! Crying won't help, you're just being weak! Stop….stop… please..stop. Bella's body started to shake with her overflowing emotion, her tears were falling and soaked her pillows in attempts to muffle her cries. Bella kept crying even when her eyes stopped shedding tears.

Feeling cool arms wrap themselves around her waist, Bella choked her sobs to maintain a semblance of calm. The owner of the arms brought Bella to her chest and started to hum a song while stroking Bella's hair. Breathing in the familiar scent, Bella started to take deep, slow breaths to calm herself and gain back full control of her leaking soul energy.

Feeling her eyes start to droop, Bella moved closer to the comforting body. Whispering a small thank you before falling asleep, unbeknownst to Bella, her eyes had turned electric blue and her tattooed wings shined a small light. The room was pitch black, except for the little light coming from the blinds and the barely there, white glimmer on Bella's back. The two occupants on the bed were relaxed and the three bodies on the floor were satisfied, awaiting for the sun to come up and the day to be over.

Sitting on the roof, were three figures who were going through the same pain Bella was suffering from. No matter how much bones Bella breaks, her servants felt her true suffer when she broaches the memories of New York. Eira,Edlyn, and Pelo had been laying on the roof enjoying the view before great feelings of sadness,regret, and longing crashed into them. Tears had welled up in their eyes at the amount of pain that they tried to reel in, the sound of their master sobbing was the final straw.

The trio had jumped into the room, poised to offer Bella comfort, but saw that their master was already being comforted. Ignoring the others, Eira sat on the floor next to the bed,Bella's side, and opted for a silent support.

"Good idea sis." Edlyn whispered, going over to sit beside Eira, "Pelo, come on."

Pelo had jumped into Eira's lap,after glancing at Bella, and the trio went to sleep knowing their master was no longer in pain.

Note: A few of you were right about the cafeteria food, most of the food served were greasy, and the time you get to consume it is ridiculous.
