Previously on Code Lyoko: Code John
"Aelita, if you're watching this that means that you've discovered John. It is time you know the truth. You before you were born, Anthea and I had a son. John was a natural computer programmer and he helped me develop Lyoko. When I started testing the virtualization process he volunteered. He stepped in and I launched the procedure. Once it finished I looked for him on Lyoko, I couldn't find him. I tried RTTP but it didn't work. You were young and I couldn't tell you what happened so I devised a special one-shot RTTP. Years later when I sent us into Lyoko, X.A.N.A was attacking me. I told you to return to the tower. I was doomed. I then saw something. A figure with a laser sword running to attack the monsters, I looked and saw it was John. I called out to him, he didn't recognize me. I recognized that he had been given special powers. Not only could he deactivate towers, but he also had the Sector Reconfiguration ability. Much like you're creativity. I noticed something strange as well. He seemed to have telekinesis in Civilian mode. Aelita, inside this email are the codes for John's earth DNA. As well as his Lyoko code. Return him to Earth Aelita. You're his only hope.
"Aelita, are you alright?"
"No I'm not alright!"
"Aelita, he was trying to protect you, you weren't that old when Franz sent you and him to Lyoko,"
"I wasn't that young," Aelita began, but Jeremy cut her off.
"Aelita, you were 12, what would you have thought if your father had come up to you and said 'Aelita, your brother is gone, he's not coming back'?"
"Do you want to tell him? Or wait till we get him here?"
"I-I don't know."
"So the question is, how do we explain John's sudden appearance?" Jeremy asked out loud. The Lyoko warriors had gathered to in the lab in order to discuss the new revelation of John.
"Why don't we just play him as he is?As Aelita's brother."
"That… could work,"
"Aelita get to the tower. I'll take this guy." John reactivated his laser swords.
"No," Aelita said putting her hand on her brother. "You go."
"Fine." John ran to the tower. Aelita turned to face William.
"Well, well, well. It's Deja vu all over again." He said walking toward Aelita.
"William. I will stop you." Aelita said charging up energy fields. She threw them at William. He deflected one, but the second one disarmed him.
"Argh! Well. If that's how you want to play, then so be it." William charged to Aelita. He threw a wild punch. Aelita ducked and kicked him. William used super smoke and picked her up.
"Enough of this," He said walking toward the end of the cliff. Just then, a yell was heard.
"LET HER GO!" John yelled running at William.
"Finally," William said. He dropped Aelita onto the ground and walked over to John. John was charging at William. William then used super smoke on John.
"This will be the end for you John." William's sword appeared in his hand. He began to pull John toward him.
"LET MY BROTHER GO!" Aelita yelled firing energy field after energy field at William. He tried to block them, but there were too many. He was devirtualized. Aelita ran to John. He was unconscious.
"John? John, wake up." Aelita said in a panic. John opened his eyes.
"You… You called me brother." John said weakly.
"Yes. Now let's get you to the way tower."
"Way tower? Why?"
"Because, in a few days, you're coming home."
"Home?"
"Yes John. To Earth."
"Earth is good." John had recovered some of his strength. "Then let's get to that tower.
"Alright," Jeremy said starting up the remateralization process. A minute later, Aelita had stepped out of the elevator. John appeared on the screen.
"Hello Jeremy." He said.
"Hello, John. So I guess you know now."
"Well I can't say I didn't have my suspicions. But I'm glad to know I have family."
"Don't worry John," Aelita said with a smile on her face. "We'll be here for you."
"Good. Now tell me about this plan of yours"

Kadic Principal's Office
"So, what can I do for you Ms. Stones?" Headmaster Delmas asked Aelita.
"Well, you see Mr. Delmas, my brother has shown interest in coming to Kadic to study with me. I was hoping you could admit him. I have a letter from our parents, as well as his school records." Aelita handed the documents the headmaster. He looked them over.
"Well, everything seems in order. As soon as we can find him a room, he can enroll." He checked his computer. "It seems we have a room available. He can start tomarrow." Aelita beamed at this news.
"Thank you Mr. Delmas, you won't regret this. I promise you." Aelita ran out of his office to find her friends.
Kadic Jeremy's room
"You know, I don't think we can fit someone else in this room." Odd said. He was leaning against Jeremy's closet. "There's barely enough room as it is. I mean, once John gets here, we'll probably be violating fire code."
"Wow Odd, since when do you care about the rules?" Jeremy asked. He was sitting in his chair with his back to the computer.
"As a matter of fact Jeremy, I have always cared about the rules that keep me alive. Why else do you think I never touch the supercomputer?
"Touche'." Aelita's voice came. She had just entered the room. She looked to her friends. "The plan's a go. He said yes."
"Well then," Jeremy said getting up from his chair. "Let's go."
The Laboratory
"John, you there?" Aelita asked into the headset. The screen leaded up and John's face appeared on the screen.
"Aelita," John said smiling. "It's good to see you. Is it time for me to come to Earth?"
"It is. We have already gotten your room ready, and all we need is you."
"This is a little over wealming. For the past three years, the only life I have known is here on Lyoko. Fighting monsters, and protecting you. I have no idea what Earth is like."
"We'll help you John. Don't worry. Now get ready I'm beginning the procedure." Aelita began to activate Code Earth.
Lyoko Way Tower
"We'll help you John. Don't worry. Now get ready I'm beginning the procedure." The produre began. John was lifted up above the second platform. He spread his arms in a t pattern. Codes from the sides of the tower began to revolve around him. He slowly began to dematerialize. John closed his eyes as he felt himself leave the world.
Scanner Room
The scanner hummed with activity. When it finally opened, John fell out of it. Aelita went to catch him. He was wearing a red jacket and a pair of blue jeans. When he opened his eyes, the first thing he saw was his sister.
"Hey sis." He said in a weak voice. "It's good to see you in the flesh. Strange, your hair seems pinker here."
"I'll take that as a compliment." Aelita said embracing her brother in a hug. He returned it. "It's so good to have you here."
"Thank you sister."
Later that night
John was sleeping at the factory for the night. He would meet up with the rest of the gang tomarrow to enroll at Kadic. However, he couldn't sleep. He was too excited. So instead, he meditated. After an hour he yawned. He decided it was time to go to bed. He opened his eyes and saw something that shocked him. Everything that wasn't bolted down to the floor was levitating.
