*Thank-you for the reviews on the last chapter. They were greatly appreciated. Thank-you all so much*

I sit in my locker room and look over my script time and time again. I'm trying to think of the best way to make the start of my feud with Brock Lesnar perfect and how I'm going to jump in to save Renee. I just don't know if I am ready to do this type of storyline yet. It is one thing if Renee and I are enjoying our privacy dating one another but it is another thing to publicly display that. What if this storyline causes something to go wrong between us or this storyline destroys our relationship. I like Renee and the last thing I want right now is for something like a storyline to get in the way of it. I take a deep breath as I put my script down and think about the moment. It's going to be intense. The WWE universe is about to see a whole different side of me. I'm going from this lunatic fringe to a guy in love with a girl. It's pretty overwhelming and nerve racking.

"Dean, it's time," says one of the guys in the back as he pokes his head into the room. "We need you to be in your spot in the next 5 minutes."

"Okay," I say as I finish taping up my wrist. "I'm coming," I say before I bite the tape off and finish wrapping. I stand up and shake my head as I jump in place before I follow the guy to the spot he wants me in so that I am ready to step in to save Renee. I smile at her as she's standing on standby while she's waiting to do her interview with Paul Heyman and Brock Lesnar. I look down at her feet and see that she's not wearing any shoes. She smiles back at me and gives me a quick wave before she is cued to talk.

"Ladies and Gentlemen," says Renee into the microphone. "I am standing by with my guests at this time Paul Heyman and Brock Lesnar."

"Well, well, well, Renee," says Paul. "I see we meet again."

"Paul, yes we do," she says nervously as she looks up at Brock as he is looking down at her.

"What stupid question do you have to ask today? Let me see," he says, "You're going to ask us what's next for Brock Lesnar after he lost his title to Seth Rollins. Aren't you?"

"Well," she shrugs her shoulders, "what is next for Brock Lesnar after he lost his title to Seth Rollins."

"So original, Renee, I thought maybe by now after a couple years of experience that you would have better questions than that. So predictable and unintelligent. Brock, what is next for you now?"

"When I want to talk about it I'll talk about it," he says towering over Renee.

"He doesn't' like the question, next one, Renee," says Paul.

"Okay," she says looking up at Brock. "Brock, do you have your sights set on anyone now that you're finished with Seth Rollins."

Brock laughs and says, "Renee, I'm not done with Seth Rollins. He thinks I'm done with Seth Rollins but there is plenty more to go," he says with a laugh. "Seth Rollins is about to take permanent residence in Suplex City. I will get that championship back I don't care if it's Randy Orton, Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns, I don't care if it's you," he says moving closer to her intimidating her. "I am going to get my title back and bring it back where it belongs. You know what I'm going to do," he says.

"N-n-no," she says nervously as she is backed up into the wall.

"I'm going to take Seth Rollins and I am going to suplex him after suplex. I am going to destroy him and anyone that gets in my way. If you get in my way Renee, I'll destroy you too."

"I-I- am not I-I-just."

"You just what, Renee, you wanted to ask the Beast a question and he didn't like the question now you're scared. Maybe an f-5 will help you ask better questions," he says as Renee is scared beyond belief as Brock towers over her smiling down at her and laughing before I am cued to interfere.

"Is there a problem here?" I ask getting Brock's attention.

"This doesn't concern you, Ambrose," he says.

"You're attacking an innocent woman. She has nothing to do with you losing the title to Seth Rollins. You were off your guard, he came in and took it. It was pretty smart. Don't take your stupid actions out on her."

"Are you trying to become a resident of Suplex City?"

"I'm ready to buy a one way ticket," I say with a smile. "You want to stop people that get in your way? I'm in your way, Stop me. You lost it's time for other people to step up for the belt and I'm getting it."

He lets out a laugh before he picks me up catching me off guard and before I know it I am on the concrete ground after he gives me an F-5. I lay on the ground as I watch him walk away and then I feel Renee's hands on my back. "Are you okay?" she asks as trainers come in to look over me. "Dean," she says, "thank-you." I remain motionless until they cut the scene.

I groan as one of the trainers turns me onto my back. I didn't expect it to be that painful and my head is throbbing from hitting the concrete. "You're bleeding," says Renee with concern.

I wipe the blood from my head and say, "It isn't the first and it won't be the last."

"We need to get you to the trainer's room," says one of the trainers as he cleans up my head and helps me up.

I stumble to my feet as they help me up and the room spins around me. "Dean are you sure you're okay?"

"I'll be all right," I say with a smile. "Thanks for being concerned my head just hit the concrete a little too hard."

"I see," she says as we walk to the trainer's room and she walks with me. "I can stay with you," she says.

"That would be nice," I say with a smile as she takes her hand into mine.

When I get into the trainer's room I sit up on the table as the trainer starts to check me out. "How does your head feel, Dean?"

"It hurts and the room is still spinning," I say.

"What year is it?"

"2015," I say as I rub my eyes.

"Okay," he says. "Let me just check your eyes." He takes a look at my eyes as he shines a light into my pupils. "Your pupils are dilated. This is a sign of a concussion. You're probably going to need to take the next few days off before you get back in the ring."

"I have a match tonight," I say.

"Not tonight you don't," he says, "my orders are that you're out of action for at least a week. I will check you out next Monday before RAW but until that you are not allowed to wrestle."

"Fine," I say with disappointment.

"Now, let's get you stitched up so you can be on your way," he says.

"All right," I say before he cleans up the cut on my forehead. I'm not exactly in the best mood because I don't like to be told I can't wrestle but having a concussion I know he's only doing his job but it sucks. Brock Lesnar better be ready for me. "Renee, you don't have to stay. I'm sure you have some interviewing to do," I say as they lay me back on the table to stitch me up.

"No, I'm all right being here with you," she says with a smile as she takes my hand.

"Okay," I say with a smile as they start to stitch me up. "So what are you doing tonight after the show?"

"The usual," she says with a smile. "Sleeping."

"You sleep a lot," I say with a smile.

"Unless there is a certain someone that wants to entertain me and keep me awake. Maybe I'll find a guy to keep me up."

"The guy you're looking for is right here. Want to go out to eat or order in?"

"Order in?" she asks with a smile.

"Yeah," I say with a smile as they stitch me up. I feel nothing because Renee has me distracted. "Are you rooming with anyone?"

"I room with Summer mostly but she's probably going out with the other girls tonight," she says, "are you rooming with someone?"

"Roman," I say, "but he usually goes out for some drinks after the shows. You could come to my hotel room, we could order in and watch a movie if you want."

"I'd like that," she says with a smile.

"So it's a date."

"Always," she says with a smile before she leans down and kisses my cheek softly. I smile back up at her as they continue to stitch me up.

I sit out the rest of the show normally I would be miserable but I am looking forward to my date with Renee. It will be the first time either of us been in the other's hotel room. I'm not sure how I feel about it but we'll see how it goes. When the show is over I meet Renee out in the parking lot so that the fans don't start getting curious and asking us questions about our love life. I put her bags into the trunk of my rental car and then open the car door for her before I get into the driver's seat. I shut the door and before I start the car Renee leans over and kisses my lips softly. "I hope you're feeling better," she says.

"I am now," I say with a smile as I take her hand into mine after I start the car, "so what do you want to eat tonight?"

"How about we have Chinese food? Do you like Chinese food?"

"I have no complaints," I say, "my tastes are pretty exotic. I love Chinese food."

"Me too," she says with a smile as I back out of the parking space and make my way down the road to a Chinese restaurant that I saw on the way to the arena. I'm glad she suggested it because I was about to do the same. "Are you sure you want to go to your hotel room? I know we're taking things slow and that seems like a big step."

"I'm sure," I say as I drive. "The bigger step is you meeting my daughter and my mom in a couple weeks. I think going to my hotel room is all right and nothing compared to that."

"Okay," she says with a smile. "So can I put the radio on?"

"Go ahead," I say, "do what you want."

"Sweet," she says as she puts the radio on and starts flipping through the stations to find music for us to listen to. I smile as she finds a song that she likes and starts singing along with it. I think it might be Ed Sheeran but I'm not sure. I smile at how lovely her voice is. She can sing amazingly well. It's beautiful. I smile at her as she belts out the lyrics. I never heard her sing before and I sing along with her as she looks at me and smiles as we sing the lyrics to Thinking Out Loud. "Wow," she says when the song is over. "I didn't know you could sing."

"I didn't know you could either, you have a beautiful voice."

"Thank-you," she says with a smile. "You know my dad was in the music business so I know a little thing or two."

"Well, you have a beautiful voice," I say.

"And you, Dean, you can sing. Did you take lessons?"

"No," I say with a laugh as I pull into the parking lot of the Chinese restaurant. "I just got blessed with this gift."

"Well, it's nice and I love your dance moves."

"I don't dance," I say as I park the car.

"Yes you do, you do that Axel Rose move thing every time you get interviewed. You've got some moves don't you?"

"Maybe," I say with a smile as we get out of the car. "Are you talking about this move?" I ask as I do my little Axel Rose move and she laughs at me.

"I love it," she says with a smile as I wrap my arm around her shoulders as we walk into the restaurant. I love hanging out with this woman.

We order our food and then head back to our hotel. Of course we can't get into the hotel elevator without fans asking us for autographs and pictures. Once we finally sign all the autographs and take pictures that we can we make our way to the elevator and make our way up to my hotel room. I am a little nervous about it all but I know it should be all right. We step off the elevator and I take her hand leading her to my hotel room. I open the door for her and say, "help yourself."

"Thank-you," she says with a smile as I close the door behind us.

"I'm sorry about the mess. You know how it is with two guys," I say.

"It's okay," she says, "you should see my room."

"Is it like this?"

"Yeah," she says with a smile as she takes her shoes off as I get our food ready. "You two have a nice room and a nice view."

"Perks of being the top superstars," I say with a shrug.

"Lucky," she says with a smile as we make our way over to the couch in my hotel room. I hand her food to her before I take a seat with her on the couch. "Thank-you."

"You're welcome," I say with a smile. "So what movie did you have in mind to watch tonight?"

"I'm down for anything. I'm not really picky on what type of movies I watch. I like anything."

"Action? Comedy?"

"It doesn't matter, we don't even have to watch a movie if you don't want to. We can watch TV or we can just talk."

"I'm okay with just talking," I say with a smile.

"Me too," she says as we open our shrimp fried rice to eat.

"So what is up with you not wearing shoes when you do interviews?"

She lets out a laugh and says, "everyone asks me that. I just don't like shoes. I hate to wear shoes. I am much more comfortable without them but it's really weird because I have a really big shoe collection but I hate to wear shoes."

"That's weird why have a big shoe collection if you don't like to wear shoes?"

"For when I do wear shoes I can have a pair of shoes for every outfit I own."

"Now you sound like Kennedy," I say. "Kennedy has a lot of shoes, lots of shoes it's my fault. I let her get a pair of shoes for every outfit she has. It's her idea I just roll with it."

"Because you're an awesome dad and she's an awesome kid," she says with a smile. "A girl after my own heart I love it," she says as she takes a bite of her rice.

"She's spoiled I'll tell you that much."

"She's not spoiled she's just loved a lot."

"This is true," I say with a smile as I eat. "So you like to buy shoes?"

"I like to shop," she says, "clothes, shoes, music whatever it's a girl thing. I'll take Kennedy shopping whenever she wants."

"She would love that. She likes shopping too but I hate it."

"Of course you do," she says with a laugh. "Not many guys like it."

"Not at all," I say. "So you and Summer seem to be pretty close, how long have you been friends?"

"For a while, we were down in NXT together and came to WWE together. She's my best friend. I am glad to share this journey with her. I love that girl. We are pretty inseparable."

"I noticed. So you travel with her to every show and every town?"

"Pretty much," she says, "what about you? You and Roman seem to be pretty tight."

"We are Roman is my best friend. We were in NXT together and then we did the Shield thing. He was with me the day Saige died. He's been my best friend since our NXT days and we just got closer when we did the Shield thing. He's my brother pretty much. We travel together all the time."

"Cool," she says. "You two seem like you're really good friends. I like that."

"Me too," I say with a smile, "but I was wondering."

"Yeah?" she asks.

"Maybe after Vegas you and I can start traveling together? You know driving from city to city, sharing a hotel room and all that?"

"Are you sure about that? That's a big step, Dean," she says.

"I want to spend as much time with you as I can. We already spend hours after RAW together just hanging out and talking, making out sometimes and spend our afternoons together before the shows so why not just travel together, stay in the same room that way we don't have to worry about getting back we can enjoy each other."

"I'd like that," she says with a smile. "I'd like that a lot."

"So you will?"

"Of course," she says with a smile.

"Thank-you," I say before I lean in and kiss her lips softly.
