Yohane looked through her deck as she tried to figure out how to play with her cards. Leo and Luna were dueling each other in the living room to past the time since it started raining. She wanted them to use their duel disks so that she could see the holograms. Leo refused to use it just to because Yohane wanted to see it.

"Are you sure we should let this weirdo live with us?" Leo asked. "She talks about being from another world and calling me a demon."

"Well, the spirts says that we can trust her."

"Maybe they're wrong."

"Leo."

"Just saying."

"Are you two done playing?" Yohane asked.

"Not yet," Luna answered.

She wanted to try playing the game herself with one of them. Nozomi explained to her the other day that duels are sometimes used in order to solve some of there problems. Yohane did not understand why this was the method, but at least it wasn't deadly.

"She did at act a little strange when I said that," Yohane noted.

"How?!"

"I win."

Yohane looked back at the twins. Leo laid on the ground defeated while Luna was putting up her cards. She had just beaten him three times in a row.

"You're really good at this," Yohane said.

"Thanks."

"But I almost had you this time," Leo whined.

"I don't think you did," Yohane pointed out.

"Shut up!"

The doorbell ringing sliced the two bickering. Neither of the twins was excepting anyone. Leo pressed the button on the speaker to see who it was.

"Hello?"

"Hello, I have an invitation for a Miss Luna."

Leo looked over to Luna, who shrugged. She walked over towards the door and opened it. A man dressed in a suit looked down at her and handed her the invitation that he was talking about.

"You are formally invented to the Fortune Cup for the chance to have a duel with Jack Atlas."

"The Jack Atlas!" Leo yelled. "At the Fortune Cup!"

"We await your attendance," the man said as he bowed. He walked away before Luna could ask him a question about anything.

Leo almost tackled Luna to the ground to take a look at her invitation. Luna managed to kick him off, but he grabbed the invitation. Yohane could not believe the noises that came out of his mouth. He acted like it was for him.

"I can't believe I'm going to duel in the Fortune Cup!"

"They didn't ask for you Leo," Luna reminded. "They asked for me."

"Yeah, yeah."

"Luna who is Jack Atlas?" Yohane asked.

"Who's Jack Atlas? Who's Jack Atlas?!" Leo repeated. "He's only the greatest duelist ever! And I get to duel him."

"Pretty sure they asked for Luna," Yohane pointed out. "Why do they want you anyway? Are you famous for dueling?"

"No. Maybe they just wanted a kid to duel and they picked me," Luna thought.

"The gods must be smiling on you," Yohane clucked. "You angels are amazing."

Luna sighed. She looked at Yohane who was in the middle of her speech while Leo was rolling around with her invitation. How could the youngest be the most mature out of the group?

"I don't understand why you have to present yourself to that man to give out the invitation," Lazar complained. "Honestly that Sayer."

The man who he is talking too, Rex Goodwin, chuckled. It not like he wanted to go see the man but it was the only way he that he could make sure that the invitation could get to his target. If Sayer did not have information on him, Goodwin would have gotten rid of him a long time ago.

"Now, now Lazar men like him want to feel like they have power. I won't be gone long."

Nozomi was in Akiza's room as they waited on Sayer to get out of his meeting. Truthfully, Sayer only wanted to talk to Akiza. If she can help it, Sayer would never be alone with Akiza again.

"What type of meeting is he in?" Nozomi asked.

"I'm not sure. It sounds important."

"Important?"

Nozomi wondered what type of meeting he could be in that would involve Akiza. Whatever it is it could not be good if it involves Sayer. How can Akiza trust a guy like him?

"You trust him a lot, don't you? Sayer."

"Of course! He has done so much for me. He's been there for me when no one else was."

"Didn't you have anyone around you that cared? Like friends or your parents?"

Nozomi watched as Akiza's face filled with anger. It was a good thing that they weren't dueling right now or Akiza could accidentally cause harm to her.

"I'm better off without them."

"Right."

"Well, living in the city must be nice right?" Akiza asked. "It has been a few weeks right?"A change in topic would be a good idea, but Nozomi could tell that Akiza was still angry at the mention of her parents.

"Yeah, it's nice."

"Honestly, I don't know how anyone can live in a place like the Satellite. If I didn't have to pick you up I would never step foot in that place."

"It's not that bad."

"Nozomi, it's full of criminals just look at that guy you were with. He had marks all over his face."

"Crow is a good guy! You don't even know him and just because someone has a mark on them doesn't make them as bad as you make them."

Nozomi did not know how Crow got his marks but he did not seem like the type of guy who would do something for his own gain. He probably got them doing something that Sector Security deemed to be illegal without a proper trial. Then she remembered Rally. They even made kids wear them if they do not do what they are told.

'Nozomi, you're letting your emotions get the better of you.'

"Huh?"

"I thought I turned the air on," Akiza said as she walked over to her thermostat.

"I forgot I have to do something!"

Nozomi ran out of the room. It seemed that every time she would get angry, Rage would take this opportunity to use her powers. She is the only one of her spirts that would take advantage of her like that.

'Don't worry about Rage, darling. She's getting a great old scolding from our dear Warrior Priestess.'

Lust was floating around her with an indifferent look on her face. Nozomi realized that this is the first time that she got to speak with her. The voluptuous monster, even with her risky style of clothing, looks gorgeous. The golden lining on her kimono makes it seem like that she was shinning herself. Her long mauve hair might clash with her seafoam eyes but she somehow made them work.

'That child has always been a problem.'

"Why does she keep trying to do that?"

'She represents rage. What do you expect darling?'

She had a point there.

Instead of going to her room, Nozomi thought that it would be a good idea if she practices her driving skills. Sayer usually only let her ride it if it was on her schedule, but he was currently at a meeting.

'So how do you feel about that boy?'

"Huh?"

'The one that takes care of all those children.'

"Crow? Oh, he's great. Could you not see him when I was still at the Satellite?"

'Darling, I don't mean like that.'

"What do you-"

Nozomi remembered what her sin was.

'He isn't bad looking and he has a nice tone body.'

"I could never see him like that! I'm just grateful for everything that he has done for me!"

'I could have told you the best way to show your gratitude,' she teased. 'Or is someone like that more of your style?"

Nozomi's face went red at the thought of her two friends. She wasn't even trying to think about what they would look like without clothes. Lust gave her a grin. This is how she uses her powers and Nozomi could tell that Lust could do a lot more to her.

'I see why Rage messes with you so much,' Lust laughed. 'Let's see how dirty I can get your mind.'

Nozomi bloated down the hall. This honestly did nothing since Lust would follow her everywhere as long as Lust card was on her. Nozomi was so busy trying to run away that she did not look at where she was going and crashed into someone. While she fell on the ground, the man seemed fine.

"I'm sorry," Nozomi apologized.

She looked up at the man who she ran into. He has on a white suit and long white hair with some tied into a ponytail. When their eyes met, it felt like something took over Nozomi for a second. She did not even realize that Lust had vanished. The man smiled at her.

"No, I'm sorry. Let me help you up."

"Thank you, sir."

"I'm actually on my way out."

"Let me show you the way Mr?"

"Goodwin. And don't worry I know the way."

Nozomi watched as he walked away. Instead of riding on her D-Wheel like she wanted to, she went straight to her room. She wanted answers and the only safe place that she could get it is in her room. Before she could walk completely into her room, Akiza ran up to her.

"Nozomi!"

"Akiza?"

"I'm glad I found you. I'm sorry about what I said before your friend."

Nozomi had honestly forgotten about their argument.

"It's fine. I'm sorry that I got you upset."

"Well, I waited to ask you will you come with me when I compete at the Fortune Cup? I already asked Sayer."

"Fortune Cup? Sure."

Akiza squealed. She gave Nozomi a hug before running off. Nozomi guessed that this Fortune Cup is what had Sayer in that meeting. She can think more about that later. Right now, Nozomi had questions.

Nozomi locked the door behind her and sat on her bed. She pulled out Warrior Priestess and Cursed Helper's cards out her deck.

"I need to talk to you two."

The two spirts appeared before her. It was clear that both knew why they were called. Cursed Helper looked especially nervous.

"I just had this vision and I don't know what it means."

'Are you sure that it was a vision?' Warrior Priestess asked.

Nozomi looked at her in shock and then turned towards Cursed Helper. She refused to make eye contact with her. This made her livid. Warrior Priestess was hiding things from her again and it seems like that she was forcing Cursed Helper not to say anything.

"I had a vision of this woman who looks like me dueling someone."

'Maybe you're tired,' Warrior Priestess guessed. 'Or maybe Lust was bothering you so much that you thought you saw something.'

"Stop it!" Nozomi was at a point that she did not care if Rage came out and set everything on fire. "Tell me the truth!"

'I do not know what you are talking about.'

"Cursed Helper!"

'She does not know either.'

Cursed Helper looked even more conflicted. If Warrior Priestess was not here she would have said something about this vision.

'If that is all we will be on our way.'

"This woman was dueling someone in a mask. A man I think. And, and... You were there."

Warrior Priestess visibly stiffed at the claim.

"And not just you."

She pulled out all of the Maiden of Sins cards. They all were there. They all knew more than they were telling her.

'I do not know what you want from me.'

"Tell me the truth. I'm at a loss at what I'm supposed to be doing. I know that it's more than just giving out some cards."

Warrior Priestess looked at her before disappearing. Cursed Helper wanted to say something but decided against it. She disappeared soon after. Nozomi has had it with the secrets and being locked up here only added to her stress. None of her duel spirits came out again for the rest of the day.

Nozomi decided that she needed some fresh air and that no one was going to stop her. She wanted until night fell to head down to her D-Wheeler. A quick ride through the city should be fine. It took her a while to open the garage door. She zoomed out of the building before anyone could see her.

This drive also gave Nozomi the chance to have a good look at the city. It seemed so different from the view outside her window or the silhouette at the Satilate. She had no real destination in mind and probably would have a hard time finding her way back.

"Man, I wish that Crow and the kids could see this."

Nozomi did not know why, but she decided to stop by the city's dueling arena. She was able to drive herself in there. The sounds of two Duel Runners and a duel stopped her. She spotted two guys in a turbo duel with both of them having a dragon out.

"Is that Yusei?"

A closer look proved her belief that it was, in fact, Yusei, Crow's friend from the Satilate. She did not recognize the other guy that he was dueling though. Nozomi wondered how Yusei made it here. People from the Satilate could not come here.

Before she knew it, a third dragon appeared of a size that was much bigger than the other two. Nozomi did not believe that either one of them summoned it. Sharp pain in her chest formed. She did not know where it came from but it became harder to breathe. Everything stopped hurting once the dragon disappeared but at that point, Sector Security had come.

"Let go of me!" Nozomi as she tried to pull away.

"You are under arrest," a man said.

Not too far away, Yusei managed to see Nozomi while he was being handcuffed.

"What are you doing here?!"

"Yusei!"

Lazar laughed at the monitor. He and Goodwin had been watching the duel and saw that Nozomi was arrested along with Yusei.

"She came at the wrong time. She shouldn't be getting more than a slap on the wrist from the judge."

"Or maybe not," Goodwin said.

"What do you mean, sir?"

"It's not every day that a Duel Priestess comes in your procession," he explained.

"Duel Priestess, sir?"

Goodwin did not answer this time. He turned and walk away. He needed to make a phone call to the judge. Goodwin thought that he was lucky that he just found a Signer in the form of Yusei but now he also had her.

"That man should of have a better grip on a treasure like her. And here I taught I would have to make a plan to get."

*Another chapter is done and it seems like Nozomi is more in the dark than ever before.
