Sooo...yeah. I'm really sorry, but I can't even do the summary for this, I wanted it to have a nice solid ending, but so much has happened, and honestly, I've started to fall out of love with Total Drama. The book I'm writing that's supposed to be a sequel has changed drastically from its original purpose. It was supposed to be Total Drama meets VR meets Danganronpa but it's changed into something I have more room to write for and something that I love. I've lost my notes for this story, but at the end, LeShawna was supposed to win against Brick in an ultimate 3D version of chess with the other campers as the pieces, but all of it felt so draining, Idk.
I know that there were people who liked this story, and I'm sorry for letting them down. I'll be happy to answer questions if anyone has them, but I can't do a fancy summary like I did. I still have 3 more stories I need to write in the TD fandom before I leave it for good, and then I'm going to work on another project in the Danganronpa series, so those of you that follow me look out, because it's gonna be a good one!
But again, I'm really sorry for letting people down, but here is a snippet that I worked on over a year and a half ago, if that makes up for anything...
So without further ado...
=The next day, after eating a surprisingly delicious dinner from Chef, most of the campers woke up to find that exactly 18 (three from each team) of them were tied to chairs made in a circle in a room that looked like the VR machine and the people were as follows:
AA: Trent, Courtney, Eva
KC: Heather, Beth, Owen
MM: Sadie, Leshawna, Alejandro
SS: Brick, Izzy, Jo
DD: B, Geoff, Sierra
HH: Cody, Mike, Noah
By process of elimination, this left the following people in an unknown location:
AA: Bridgette
KC: Cameron, DJ
MM:Sam, Harold
SS: Anne Maria, Lightning
DD: Duncan, Gwen
HH: Scott, Dakota, Zoey
The ones tied up are then debrief by an anonymous voice (that Heather yelled out was Chris), that they must complete three challenges that will stress them out and/or scare them via VR machine to look into their deepest memories and thoughts (to the protest of those competing), and each "test" will be harder than the last. Each camper get a point if a heart rate monitor did not excited above average.
It is revealed that the rest of the camper that were left out to be in the Mess Hall.
For those who were in trails, here is an example of an easy trial.
Heather opened her eyes. She was startled at the realism presented in front of her. The Queen looked around her and found herself sitting on a moving throne of some sort. Further viewing showed her that it wasn't a moving throne, per say, but a moving float in the middle of a parade, though the reason of why the float was there exactly escaped her and personally she didn't care at the moment. All that mattered was the attention, the love, that the exceptionally large crowd bestowed upon her. She smiled as she waved her scepter helfd by her white glove in her right hand, making sure to show off her sparkling crown and pure white dress. Everything was perfect.
Then it happened. A majestic monarch butterfly hovered around her. Seeing the large beauty that almost surpassed her, she decided to use this to her advantage and extended her left hand so the bug could land on her index finger of her glove. It landed. While it was there it performed a weird dance and flew away. Where it once was laid a dark orange colored stain. Still maintaining her cool, and giving a false smile to the audience, she tried to rub it off with the knuckle of her right index finger. The result was a new stain on her right hand as well, making the girl give a small shriek. The same butterfly quickly came back and landed on her right shoulder. Heather soon made sure to get rid of her...
For the structure of this "chapter", it would be broken into four parts unlike the typical 3. The first part would show the "easy" challenges and the introduction to the challenge as well as showing the rest of the campers in the Mess Hall; the next part would show the "medium" part; Following that will be the "hard" test as well as some reactions by those watching in the Mess Hall. As I said in the last chapter, in order to leave you in suspense, and for other reasons important to the plot, I will refuse to say what exactly were the rest of the trials, why they exactly were chosen, and what was said with the rest of those that were left out until I have come back full cycle and complete the series.
So there it was...not much I know, but it's better than nothing. This was going to be over 100 chapters and that's too much time devoted to this. So...thanks for reading this I guess.
