A/N: Hey my little yaoi kittens, I'm back with the next chapter of our little story, sorry if it takes a long time to update, it takes awhile to finish these chapters, well that's all I had to say and I guess we'll see you all in the next authors note.

"Keep away from my son you putrid creature!" Rachel shouted as she unsheathed her sword and pointed it at the angel. The angel, looking extremely calm for Rachel's liking, only put a finger on her lips to quiet her as Ciel shifted in his sleep. Once more mumbling some strange words.
"Hush now, don't wake up," the young demon visibly relaxed into the angel's touch. Possessiveness overtook Sebastian and Rachel as they both glared the angel. "I bet you both know this boy is the only demon who is pure hearted, he has yet to be corrupted by any of you and we'll make sure to keep him like this until he finally makes his choice of where he belongs."
"Ciel is a prince and he'll never join your vile kind," Sebastian growled as his eyes flashed red and he bared his fangs.
"That's what you say, but is that what he truly is?" The angel carefully moved the sleeping boy and stood, she opened her pure white wings and disappeared in a flash of bright light. But before she disappeared she turned to the duo and smirked.
When the light finally died down Rachel had noticed Ciel began to wake up; his eyes back to their normal blue.
"Sebastian, Mother? Why are you in here? What happened?" Rachel dropped her sword and hugged Ciel. Ciel patted her back in an awkward manner, confused as to what brought this on and before he knew it he noticed his shoulder was getting wet. His mother was crying. "Mother, Mother, mom," he said as he shook her gently, "Don't cry, I'm still here." Rachel did later stop crying but she didn't loosen her hold on her one and only child. After his mother was calmed down, Ciel looked at the other person in the room, Sebastian. "What happened?"
The older demon just looked down ashamed of what had happened, before opening his mouth, "An angel… possessed you… and I couldn't stop it." Shock dawned on Ciel. An angel possessed him, but why? He was a demon so why would something considered to be pure posses a demon? Unless… Instantly, Ciel looked up at Sebastian and at Rachel, who was still would loosen her hold on him.
"What are you not telling me?" he asked in serious tone and as Ciel predicted he felt Rachel tense and saw Sebastian's eyes widen a bit. It was brief and too quick for anyone to notice, but Ciel wasn't just anyone. Rachel then stood up, letting go of the young demon.
"You will not ask that question ever again," she ordered in a cold demanding tone, one that a parent would not use on her child but rather the general commanding her soldiers. With her back turned to her son the Queen of Hell left the room leaving the once warm room, icy cold.
Ciel was frightened, at first, but soon anger seeped in. Once more he was being kept in the dark! How was that fair? He had the right to know!
"Why can't I know?" he screamed at the top of his lungs causing the most powerful demon knight to step back in.
"Ciel calm down," Sebastian said in a soothing voice but this only added fuel to the younger demon's anger.
"Why should I? Why?" Ciel once more screamed, "How am I supposed to trust any of you when I don't know anything? And even my stupid, fuck-" But before he could finish that sentence he felt something hard hit his cheek.
"You will not talk bad about Her Majesty," Sebastian ordered in a cold, icy tone much like the one his mother used before she left. And much like his mother, Sebastian too just turned around and left the room. Clutching his now bruised cheek, Ciel felt his pride diminish just a bit. With angry tears streaming down his face he decided he didn't need them to find out what was going on. In fact, he'll find out the truth by himself! With that he stood up, still clutching his cheek, and headed toward the library.
Unknown to all three demons, the angel that seemingly disappeared was still residing in Ciel's mind. Laughing at what just happened, she decided to just work with what she had, and what she had was the best tool one can use against the royal family and maybe even all hell.
Ciel stormed into the library ignoring the servants that asked the young prince what was wrong; he didnt even know the answer. He was a demon so why did an angel of all creatures want him? Wasn't he impure, filthy, corrupted? There just had to be some answers in here, there just had to be.
Ciel searched through multiple books hoping to find something that would tell him about what he was and why he was so important. But throughout the whole day he didn't find one book with the answers he needed.
A few hours later, Ciel was seen on a really tall ladder, on his tippy toes trying to reach a book.
"Ciel? Are you looking for something?"
The prince flinched, almost losing his balance at the sound of that voice. Very careful, as to not fall, he turned around to see his father looking at him in amusement.
"No, I was just umm…" he answered as he was desperately trying to find an excuse. Finally giving up at his poor attempts he sighed, "I got possessed by an angel and when I asked Mother why they wanted me and she suddenly turned cold. Can you give me some answers? I'm just so confused." Vincent was surprised by all this information, but he smiled at Ciel sadly.
"Rachel will kill me a thousand times over for this but you're old enough to know this, come with me," Vincent motioned for Ciel to come down the ladder and follow him.
As father and son walked down the long corridors, Ciel felt himself flinch at every shadow. Why am I so jumpy? But before he could answer his Father suddenly stopped.
"What is it Father?" the prince asked. Looking around at his surroundings, he noticed this place had a dungeon like vibe, one that he didn't like so much. There were giant wooden doors in front of them with iron handles. Right above the doors was a plaque that seemed to be made of black marble. With his extremely good, vision due to being a demon, he could make out the words.
"What does, Bestowed upon thee is the great power and soulitude of the kings?" asked the young demon as he felt dread come over him. HIs father just looked at Ciel with this blank stare, causing him to almost regret his decision in following Vincent.
"All shall be explained once you open this door."
