Umi's eyes were focused, unwavering from the girl in front of her. She could feel her heart beating erratically in her chest, never once stopping as time seemed to be getting slower. To try and clam down at least a little, she took in a deep breath of air, but it seemed to get stuck and it hitched.

"Umi~"

"Umi?"

"UMI!"

"W-what?" she jumped. Finally gaining conscious as she looked up to a grinning blonde across the table. Almost fainting when their eyes met.

Eri's grin turned into a cute pout "weren't you listening?" she asked, crossing her arms in a playful manner.

Umi turned red "s-sorry..." she quickly apologized, bowing her head in shame and focused her gaze on her lap instead of Eri's playful azure eyes.

"You've been spacing out a lot lately. Is everything okay?" the blonde asked, her tone turning gentle to show her concern.

Umi gave a little smile "yeah, just a little tired" she replied, turning embarrassed for making the blonde girl worry.

Eri smiled and got up to walk over to the other girl, draping her arms around the younger girl's neck. It had been a tough week for the both of them. With Eri getting ready to go to college and Umi having to do her duties for the school. There hasn't been much interaction between them and when there was, it was only brief. Umi hasn't been getting any sleep because she knows that in a few day's time, she isn't going to be able to see Eri. Well except for the holidays, but for Umi, the holiday's weren't enough.

The fact that she won't be able to see the blonde, her charming smile, those beautiful azure eyes and that melodic laugh that always rings in Umi's ears. How is she going to cope?

Even when Eri gave her reassuring words, the archer would always have bad thoughts lingering in the back of her mind.

The older blonde had noticed, but there hasn't been a chance to bring it up. Umi had been acting weird and she looked like she hadn't been sleeping either. There had been a number of occasions when both Honoka and Kotori had mentioned that Umi had fallen asleep in school.

This made the blonde concerned and as little guilty, whenever they went to bed, Umi was the first to fall asleep, so the fact that she was falling asleep in school worried the blonde.

"Umi..." the older girl whispered, moving until she was fully behind the archer, her legs either side of the girls sides.

"Hmm?" Umi hummed, her body automatically relaxing into the blonde's embrace.

Eri smiled "I know something's bothering you" she tightened her grip, leaning her head onto Umi's shoulders.

Umi's body tensed and her eyes slightly widened, should she tell her beloved? She didn't want the blonde to leave on a bad note.

Letting out a sigh, Umi turned around so she could look into the others eyes. Smiling weakly, Umi clutched at the bottom of her shirt. Gaining some courage Umi gazed into the blonde's eyes "Its not the fact that you're going to college" Umi bit her lip, placing her head against the blonde "its just that I'm going to be lonely when you do" tears started forming in the corner of her eye's "I know it sounds selfish but-"

"-Umi" Eri cut her off, cupping her chin to get her to look up.

Tears were now falling freely down the arches cheeks. Eri gently wiped them away with her thumb "I know" she stated softly "I'm going to miss you too" she smiled and tenderly kissed to younger girl.

Umi let out a small smile, her eyes slightly red from crying. Eri chuckled "Is that the reason you've been falling asleep in school?" she probed curiously.

Umi turned away in embarrassment "n-no" she muttered.

Eri grinned "what am I going to do with you?" she breathed out, wrapping her arms around the archer, bringing her closer.

Looking at the time, Eri wondered if they should go to bed. Maybe this time Umi would be able to get some much needed rest. "Shall we get some sleep, then?" Eri asked, placing her head on top of the blue locks. Her response came with a slight nuzzle from Umi's part.

Eri let out a chuckle "is that a yes?" she teased, entangling herself from Umi and standing up.

Umi murmured something in her tired state, making the older blonde chuckle. Gently gripping onto the younger girls shoulders, Eri hoisted the girl up.

Umi gently wiped her eyes and smiled at the blonde, earning another short kiss. After her blushing died down, Umi pouted towards the older girl. "Come on" Eri called from the bedroom, earning another pout from Umi who huffed but smiled afterwards.

Making her way to the bedroom, the sight inside made the girls amber orbs widen considerably. Eri, standing their, with nothing on. Covering her eyes, Umi yelled at the blonde "ERI! put some clothes on!"

Grinning, the blonde strolled over to the younger girl, gently taking hold of her wrists "Umi~ I don't know what you're getting embarrassed about. Its not the first time you've seen me naked~" she called.

Umi blushed even more and continued to block her eyes. Earning a pout from Eri who took the opportunity to tease her beloved a little "what? do you want to see me naked?" she asked, nuzzling her cheek.

Umi made a few noises of embarrassment, doing her absolute best to not remove her hands.

"Umi~" Eri called, gently pulling the archers hands away.

"E-E-E-E-ERI!" the second year yelled. Tightly shutting her eyes.

Eri gave a wolfish grin and gently placed her lips against Umi's. Teasing her, luring her on. And by the looks of it, the act was starting to work. She could feel Umi relax and start to kiss back. It wasn't long until Eri could feel herself being pushed back onto the bed. A wild looking Umi above her.

Eri grinned, this was definitely a rare occurrence. And has only happened one or two times before. It seems that when Umi sees the blonde without any clothes on, she becomes like a seducing wolf. Even her eyes become wild and full of lust, almost glowing there amber color.

Placing her hands on either side of the 'wolf's' head, Eri brought their lips together. Enjoying the rare rough lip locking that Umi was enforcing.

It wasn't long until Eri started moaning, enjoying Umi's warmth against her body.

Though, when the girl on top of her fell limp, Eri became alarmed. Looking over towards the girl, Eri let out a sigh of relief to see Umi peacefully asleep.

Chuckling, Eri ran her fingers through the blue locks.

You know, I think I will always love you and I hope I always will.
