Here's the next chapter! Day three part two of the trade! We get to see the first two teams and how they get along in the last day, hope you enjoy reading since I had a blast writting (and I frankly notice how everytime I tent to write the last chapter I postpone it.) however am going to stay true to my words. Shizune was waiting for her just outside, Tsundae could be a little bit overwhelming when she wanted to be. As Tsundae closed the door behind her they both walked to the third floor to the next patient on the chart.
"Don't you think that was too harsh, Tsundae-sama?"
Said woman shrugged nonechalantly. "They all need a lesson. They are ninjas and they are under training to get better. They still need to learn a lot of things it they ever want to make it out alive to be jounins. I don't see the harsh part."
Shizune nodded. "I understand about the first task. It is reasonable and it will help on future missions but the second task im not so sure. Shikamaru right now is on the training grounds, isn't it, along with Neji Hyuga, aren't they?"
Tsundae nodded and smiled as they went into the elevator. "They are. He came early in the morning to apologize to me and that's when he found out about Naruto's big idea. Seriously those two are going to be the dead of me. I want Naruto to suceed me and Shikamaru to be his adviser but I dont see that happening." Tsundae pressed the botton to go up. "Ino and Tenten are going to get in real trouble if I find them standing, they had just went over an operation for god's sake. What is Asuma and Gai teaching them?"
Shizune smiled as how Tsundae talked about them all as if they were all her kids under her watch, and somehow they were.
"What happened?"
"Naruto had just this bright idea of how 'Shikamaru needed an intervention' like this kid doesn't need one too." Tsundae sighed and smiled a bit. "All I do know now Is that I just hope the next Hokage in line is still breathing after the Nara's outrage."
Shizune laughed at this but something still bugged her and Tsundae being the perceptive person she was compiled to Shizune's not spoken question as they excited the elevator.
"Shikamaru went too far with what he said and did yesterday, Shizune, that is why. His reasons were valid but for the first time ever he just yelled at me instead of question me first. He should have known better. Losing his temper that bad could cause trouble on a real mission." Tsundae didn't say it but she was still hurt with Shikamaru's actions, she trusted all his ninjas and the fact that Shikamaru had so quickly just placed his brain aside and let emotions control him showed he was still too young . He should know that a wrong movement could bring the whole team to collapse. Him more than anyone else.
In a real mission he couldn't get his feelings get the best of him, even if supposedly a teammate died, a lesson she had thought he had learned a long time ago.
Now she had a goal. Even when his faith of Ino and herself had faltered she would show Shikamaru that he could still trust his comrades to do what they were supposed to do even with misplaced information. She had to show Shikamaru that Ino would work as hard as him to be alive, to trust his team, besides Tenten was at fault too.
She's a smart girl who all this time has feel behind her own abilities, she need a lesson too, no trusting herself is as equal as damaging as over confidence and Tsundae didn't want to lose any more important people on her life. She didnt want her beloved city to be missing any citizen.
As Tsundae asked a nurse to get the three kids meals on Chouji's room Shizune she smiled. Tsundae could whine all she wanted about how stupid her genins were and how many things they still had to learn but it was clear to everyone how she loved them all just like they were her own kids.
Funny—Shizune thought as she followed Tsundae into an operating room ready to pull out a surgery—how she never had any kids but how, now as she's hokage, she has a whole family to take care of.

"Don't forget to add that droplets take effect after ten minutes." Tenten reminded Ino and she nodded in concentration writing down that too.
Name three ways to avoid getting poisoned. So far they had wrote down near six possible ways just to make sure. Chouji couldn't write since his arms still hurt so Ino was doing most of it.
After she was done she turned to Tenten who was writing a timeline of the events that had happened in the mansion where they had been attacked. So far they didn't know that much.
"Who was the guy we were working for?" Tenten talked out loud with Ino's help she had finally starting to make sense as to what had happened outside but none of them had any idea as to why they were attacked in the first place. There were still a lot of blank pages and Chouji wasn't much of help either.
If Shikamaru had been here he would know, he tends to know everything… she blushed a bit as she found herself wishing the day would be over to see him. A part of her refused to believed what had happened.
Tenten wondered about Neji too, if he had been here he would have known, he always has this perfect memory of a mission and its details while she was the airheaded one, she wished she paid more attentions to little details now.
"I don't know… I never asked." Ino said as she sulked on the rigid chair, maybe getting over here was a terrible idea, she looked at the head band that she had wrapped around her neck and she could breathe Shikamaru's essence.
They had been quite for the past two hours or so, Ino had finally realized something with Tsundae words. They hit home to her.
She could die. If she was reckless if she didn't think twice. She was a ninja and she could die and after seeing Shikamaru last night and how he took the information of her dead made it home.
Why? Why was she feeling this way, her hands rose to her lips as she sighed and looked to the ceiling. Why would he quit?
She was too distracted to think straight on her task. Shikamaru quit being a ninja? That was impossible and still she was holding his head band. She couldn't think of anything logical and when asked Chouji had refused to answer and she had glared at him.
'Shikamaru is going to be removed from his title of ninja if we don't find the answer to all this, Chouji!' She had said in rage after Tsundae had gone, Tenten had fell on the chair in shock because her team would be disintegrated if she couldn't find why he had committed treason.
Her mind refused to believe it.
Chouji had looked at Tenten and then at Ino and the only thing he said was:
"In time you'll know the answer. I know I do."
Chouji had wanted to elaborate but it looked like Tsundae had an intention for this. Ino needed to realize Shikamaru would never do that. Never and at the moment both Tenten and Ino were clouded, unable to continue with the mission at hand because of the false information that Tsundae had given them.
It was training.
Ino clutched Shikamaru's head band in her hand and nodded, she would figure out why. Tsundae had asked her why and to be honest she couldn't come with one reason besides: For me. But that didn't make any sense! She was alive and he knew that, sure the idiot had thought she had died… but to quit being a ninja? For what?
She blushed and passed a nervous hand over her ponytail, maybe… just maybe he did loved her that much. She lost herself in her thoughts about how he had kissed her yesterday till she heard Chouji's voice.
"I think we have an Idea, Ino if you are up for it." Tenten was sitting close to Chouji and all the time they had been hushing and planning without her notice.
Ino perked at that setting her papers aside with the solutions as to how not get poisoned. She felt she was in the academy all over again. "What is it."
"If you are done thinking about Shikamaru, that is." Chouji smile was so wide on his face Ino glared hard and threw him her pencil at him. Tenten laughed and Ino found it hard to not stutter in front of them as she crossed her arms over her chest.
"I was not-t… h-how could you e-even? W- whats the plan, anyway?"
Tenten just smiled and Ino had a bad feeling about this. They had been together less than three hours now and she was hating her team already. She so wished Shikamaru was here and again she blushed.

"A-are you okay? Naruto-kun?"
Naruto turned from the fence they were painting to his teammate for a day. Hinata. She was looking curiously at him as she had stopped painting and Naruto sighed.
"Yes, I am, why?"
"You seem d-distracted."
Naruto smiled a bit at her and he noticed how red in the face she was. Maybe she liked him? After a moment of processing this shook his head. Neh. She would never like him like that.
"Im just… uhh… frightened a bit as to why Shikamaru acted like that."
Hinata nodded and continued painting. "Yes, i-it was so w-weird. I have never seen him like that."
Naruto nodded and kept on painting in silence. Of all people he didn't want Hinata to know how he had coldly lied to Shikamaru about Ino's well being, but it had been for a good reason, dattebayo!
Shikamaru had realized his feelings, hadn't he?
"You don't know? Hinata?"
Naruto turned to glare at Kiba who had just done collecting the rest of the yellow painting and smirked to her teammate, said girl shook his head as she refilled her bucket. Asuma sensei, their teacher for the day was resting under a three with a cigarette on his mouth oblivious to the three kids doing their chores.
"Well it's a very fun story, isn't it? Naruto?" Kiba smirked to Naruto and he glared at him.
"Im sure Hianta-chan doesn't want to hear it."
"Oh you bet she does!"
"She doesn't!"
"She does! I would know! Im her teammate!"
"Oh yeah? Well Im… im her teammate too!"
Kiba scoffed as he let the bucket down to cross his arms over his chest. "Oh really? Just for a day."
"Shut up, dog boy!"
"You didn't—"
Hinata turned to both of them and sighed, she had just been put on with a team so outspoken, she was going to turn away when she heard Ino's voice on her head along with Lee's, she must be more confident, she must speak if she wanted too, even if this was Naruto.
No, more importantly because for that same reason. For a day she would be with him, as teammates.
"Stop it, you two!" She said a low scream at both of them and then imitated Ino posture by putting her hands on her hips and glared. She got what she wanted both boys stopped bittering and looked at her in total silence and from Kiba's point of view shock.
His only thought was that she looked so out of character and then he smiled down at her.
"Getting along with Ino, I see."
Hinata flushed a bit and her hands went together to her chest. "I didn't mean to yell."
"Its alright, hey it was about time." Kiba said sliding his hand on his pockets and then with the other hand patting Hinata's head who just smiled up at him. His stomach grumbled and he sighed. "Im so hungry."
Hinata giggled and went for her backpack as Naruto watched in amusement. How Kiba jumped in the air happily as Hinata came back, Kiba looked at her like she was the freaking sun and when Hinata took out food he knew why.
"Im so happy that I least I got you back Hinata!" Kiba said taking the sandwich the girl was extracting from her backpack as he munched he talked between gulps. "Yesterday trade was horrible."
Hianata looked amused at this. "Really? K-kiba-kun?"
"I was in a team with Sasuke and Shino." Kiba was about to elaborate when he shuddered. "I better just keep it to myself."
The boy nodded as Hinata giggled the girl turned to Naruto and Hinata shyly gave him a sandwich too. Naruto took it amused. "You mean you carry them on your backpack for us?"
Kiba nodded as he finished eating and Hinata gave him a bottle of water to drink and he smiled in appreciation. "She does it all the time."
As Naruto raved on his sandwich he stopped and looked at Hinata who shyly and with all effort returned his gaze. Without fainting. Kiba noticed amused.
"All the time."
"Yes."
"Like… on every mission?" Naruto just wanted confirmation and Kiba face palmed.
"What part of all the time you don't get?"
Naruto smiled at Hinata brightly. "You should be the best teammate ever! Sakura-chan never lets us eat!" He whined as he ate happily and soon enough finished, both guys asked for seconds and Hinata shuddered.
Shino always asked for only one and now that she had Naruto and Kiba on her team she would have to start making more sandwiched if by the end of the day she wanted some for herself.
"She's the best and she's mine" Kiba grinned at the blond who just shrugged.
"She's mine today too."
The both boys began quarreling once again and neither noticed who madly and red on the face was Hinata. At least without Shino here she could past unnoticed. She sighed and finally she began to work again, that called the attention of Naruto and before he could follow her Kiba took his good arm and stopped him.
Naruto turned to him and he saw how solemn Kiba was looking.
"What is it?" He said annoyed and Kiba let him go and crossed his arms stubbornly as he looked to one side.
"Ask her out." He said bluntly and Naruto took a second to comprehend before his hand went to his neck and his cheeks turned red, glancing at the working girl.
"What with people asking me to do that." He muttered under his breath and sighed.
Kiba rose and eyebrow but didn't ask. "Just do it." Naruto shook his head. "Do it or im going to tell her about why Shikamaru tried to murder you today."
Naruto almost told him to shut it but didn't if Hinata found out she would be terribly mad at him, doing those kinds of things to people didn't seem right to her and for some reason he didn't want her mad at him.
He mumbled something under his breath as he bent in frustration. Kiba just glanced annoyed at him. Maybe he should take Hinata away and tell Naruto that she had died, and maybe then he would understand what he was meaning with all this.
"How thick can you be?" He said to himself as he took Akamaru's from the floor and put him on his head comfortably.
Naruto suddenly rose up and walked to Hinata without another thought, Kiba watched from afar amused. When he got next to her he began painting and he noticed as how something he had said made her smile a little, he sighed, he would give him till they ended if he didn't he would just make him do it. It was about time already! Isn't it?!
At that moment his eyes darted for a second to the side and down the road he saw Tsundae-sama walking down fast, he shivered and ran to do his task before she had a chance to yell at him.

Naruto didn't saw her coming till she was a few feet away from her. He turned sharply and she found Tsundae looking intently at him for a second before she turned to Hinata.
Everything stopped. Kiba was watching intently at his two teammates as they both turned fully to greet her. Hinata muttered a good afternoon that the Hokage returned with a nod. They were in silence for two minutes straight before her gaze fell on the girl.
"I was looking for you, Hyuga Hinata." And Tsundae smiled… a weird smile. Naruto and Hinata shared a glance and Hinata blushed at this.
"Hai, Hokage-sama?"
Tsundae walked a bit away motioning her to follow. "Come with me, it wont take more than a few minutes.
Hinata nodded and followed her, after they were out of earshot they stopped and began talking, suddenly the air around them seemed very official and grim as Hinata talked moving her hands and Tsundae listenen intently sometimes adding to conversation. Kiba strode until he was side by side with Naruto.
"What is going on?"
"I have no idea." Naruto said in hushed tone and both of them glared at the pair. After a few minutes Kiba smirked at the same moment Tsundae glared at Naruto who recoiled back a step.
"She's getting things straight from what happened from the attack" Kiba wondered out loud and Naruto's glance fell on him. He was still not used to the fact that he could listen to things he could not. Then Kiba laughed as Hinata made a horrified face and turned slightly to Naruto then to the floor.
The hell?
Kiba by his side just laughed. Tsundae had just told her about Naruto's doing with Ino and Shikamaru. Boy this will be good, Kiba shoved Naruto a bit so they would start working instead of looking like plain idiots staring at the girls chatting and they began on finishing the tiring job of painting a wall, a few minutes later Hinata came by.
"Naruto-kun?"
Naruto turned and smiled.
"Oi, what did obachan wanted to talk about?"
And the most surprising thing happened, Hinata kicked him hard on the head with her hand and Kiba dropped his paintbrush as he couldn't keep himself from laughing.
"Wha, you don't have to be so mean Hinata-chan!" Naruto said as he nursed his head and pouted, it didn't hurt much but it had caught him by surprise.
"I honestly didn't think you would do it." Kiba said as he walked to her and gave her a high five that Hinata didn't return. "Hinata?"
"I know it was both your idea what you did with Shikamaru." She said icily and Kiva sweat dropped.
"Hinata… look—"
Hinata glared at Kiba who recoiled a bit to stand with Naruto, she glared at them both and Kiba couldn't help thinking that she still looked cute even though he glanced at Naruto who was sulking.
Needless to say Hinata didn't speak with the two of them the rest of the day. Asuma, who was watching the kids and had seen the ordeal with Tsundae from afar laughed and shrugged, he looked up, it must be around two in the afternoon, he should make a visist with Inoichi and Chouza to get them news about theirs kids soon.

Kiba and Naruto where talking in hushed tones as a dark cloud seemed to follow them as Hinata no matter what kept ignoring them. Finally they finished and when they turned to prove that to Asuma they found he had left already leaving them sensei-less.
"So? We call it a day? I'll report to Tsundae if you want, I agreed to meet Kurenai sensei there." Kiba said as he packed the paintbrushed on a bag and Naruto closed the lids of the yellow paint, he nodded and glanced at each other, they turned to Hinata.
"Oi, Hinata, wanna come?" Kiba said with a shy smile and she shuddered. "Uh.. im sure Kurenai wants to see you too."
Hinata blunty turned to Akamaru and she spoke to him.
"Tell Kiba-kun that I'll meet with Kurenai sensei on the hokage's tower, thank you."
Naruto chuckled at Kiba's face. Hinata glanced at him and Naruto rose his hands on surrender. "Well I uh…think I might as well see how Iruka-sensei is doing, its been a while since I have seen him." He looked at Kiba who nodded in agreement that yes, he could leave. "I would go with you but, you see—Oba-chan hates me right now and I appreciate my life."
At the mention of the problem Hinata just turned her head and Naruto sweat dropped sheepishly. "See you later, Hinata?"
The girl turned slightly and finally she nodded. Kiba thought how this was so unfair. Naruto smiled and left before she could change her mind.
Naruto ran away lazily away from the duo. He hadn't asked her out for dinner but how could he when she was at the moment so mad at him, he turned on the corner and sighed in relief as he felt Kiba's gaze fall from him.
It looks like lately nothing good had come out, first an injured arm, now how badly Shikamaru wanted him to suffer and not forget how he had managed to get Ino and Hinata on his bad side. All in three days.
At least he could have the rest of the day to himself and he began walking in a lazily from to the academy where his teacher must be at this hour. They trade will be over tomorrow.

Naruto disappeared on the corner and Kiba turned to Hinata who had began walking briskly away from him in the direction of the hokage's towers. He followed in silence after letting her be. After a while he saw how Hinata shuddered and he thought if she was cold it was almost six in the afternoon so he found this weird.
"Hinata?"
She stopped and when he caught with her he finally saw her face.
"Wha—what are you crying?" Kiba said in total shock as he let the buckets fall on the floor heavily, he took her hands away from her face and he grimaced.
"Naruto is a total idiot for making you cry like that."
Hinata was in silence for a second before she screamed at him and hit him on the chest. Akamaru glanced down amused.
"Alright, this was so uncalled for." Kiba said with half a smile wanting her to stop crying, he wasn't used to see her crying even if she tended to do it at times.
"Im not crying because of what he did, Kiba-kun…" Hinata said slowly and then turned to face him. Kiba was the only person along with Shino that she didn't stutter; she was that comfortable around them. "I just imagined how sad Shikamaru-kun must have felt with Chouji-kun injured and Ino-Chan dead… and I thought about how I would feel if you or Shino k-kun died and…"
She sobbed a bit before she could control herself. Finally she stopped and dried her tears and for the first time Kiba saw her mad at him. Real, real mad and angry and something in Kiba's heart just down right broke. He loved Hinata like a sister, like his own very little sister and he thought how sad he would be if he woke up one day and someone told him she was dead.
She understood now as she cried why he must never do this to no one, the pain of losing someone was a pain no one had to endure.
"If you ever pull a stunt like that on me Kiba I will never forgive you." Hinata said and finally she sighed looking at her feet, her shy self again. "Please."
Kiba nodded even if she didn't saw him, finally she smiled a bit and turned to see his eyes, she smiled wider seeing something in them. "You understand now."
It wasn't a question and Kiba nodded. That was how good Hinata knew him, he got the damn message alright.
"I do."
Hinata nodded and they began walking side by side again and it was until they reached the hokage's tower than Kiba remembered.
"Damn! That bastard got away without asking you out!"
Hinata turned for an explanation but she never got it because she fainted, Kiba sighed as he went to push her up leaving the buckets on the floor, he would come for them later. As he looked down at her he smiled even if she tried some things never change.

Tsundae opened the room of Chouji-s and sneaked in in silence.
Yes.
Sneaked in silence.
Tenten and Chouji were not waiting for her and they both glanced at each other. They were caught and surely they were dead. Tenten had began an apology when Tsundae made a pose and grinned at them with a hand on her hip and the other in a thumbs up.
"I did it!"
Chouji and Tenten clapped at her as the unconscious Ino was on the bed next to Chouji, relaxed to see she had succeeded.
"Good but didn't we agree you would leave Tsundae body on her office?" Tenten asked in a hushed tone as Tsundae went to Ino's body or rather her body and grinned.
"Im such a beauty."
Both genins face palmed .
"Just get out of there Ino." Chouji hurried her. "Shizune-san already came twice asking for Tsundae sama."
"I was away like half an hour!" Tsundae/Ino whined as Tenten just happily giggled. Seeing Tsundae whine was a sight.
"You are the hokage." Was the quick remark of the brunette. "How did it feel?"
Ino remembered all the questions she had to answer and knew nothing off on her way out of the hospital and how people wanted her to stop every three minutes once in the street. The fact that she had been able to find Hinata on time was a miracle.
"You don't wanna know." She sighed and then headed for the door. "Alright, wait here and wish me luck."
Tenten and Chouji both looked expectantly at Ino's body and five minutes later finally she opened her blue eyes, she looked lost for a moment before she grinned at herself. She had done it, she had actually went inside Tsundae body with total success, Tsundae wouldn't even remembered what had happened.
"Mission accomplished!"
Tenten had her notepad already on her lap and for a second she envied Ino's ability, to have such great power whitin herself, to actually be able to possess someone's body, she wondered if Ino had ever had thoughts of how she could actually take over other villages. How easily no could take down a whole nation.
Then he looked at how Ino was smiling at Chouji as he did a quick remak and she sulked an apology and Tenten shrugged that off. That is why she had this ability, she would never.
"Ready to write Tenten?" Ino said to her friend as she nodded.
"Im ready, tell us what happened." Tenten said watching the clock. "Its already past six in the afternoon and we only a few hours to get this straight."
Ino glanced at Tenten and then at Chouji and finally she crossed her arms. "Well, get ready because you are never going to believe it."

So! Here it is! Next chapter will be about InoShika all the way! Since I neglected them a little. I think I have only two chapters more to go. Hope you liked this one, I know I was rambling but I wanted to give Ino and Shika a bit of time apart. Ino is still thinking that none of this is real but I guess it finally started to sink in and I wanted to put a little bit more of NaruHina in this story and how I think Kiba sees Hinata in my eyes.
And I really like Tsundae I had missed writting about her lately, she's so fun to write! I just hope she never finds out Ino Yamanaka had the nerve to poses her body to acomplish her mission, it would be the last thing she did.
