Ch 10 Taken by Surprise
As they waited for Eiji to return, Shotaro began to explain everything about the Kamen Riders. He began on telling them about their origins with the help of his link through Philip, and also with a help of a Batta Candroid to project some images, he began telling them the story of the 1st Kamen Rider and the other Showa Riders, then to the Heisei Riders from Kuuga to the newest Rider Drive.
Everyone listened to him as he tells everyone about each Riders story, success, struggles, hardships, and how they were able to surpass them.
Gimli felt ashamed of himself upon hearing what great ordeal the Riders had to deal with, and the sacrifices they had to make. He approached Shotaro and bowed to him as an apology "I'm really sorry for how I acted earlier, I was too overwhelmed by my stupid logic and jealousy.".
Shotaro smiled knowing that the boy learned his lesson then he patted him at the back "Knowing your own mistake is a step forward kid.".
As Shotaro went on a whistling sound was heard in the wind, they all look up and saw OOO flying down towards them. As he landed they noticed that he's bringing two bags which looked like made from dried leaves.
The Captain approached him "So young lad, did you see how far this mist goes?".
OOO nodded as he pointed at the jagged mountains "The mist goes up to the end of the mountains.".
"Did you find what lies beyond that?" asked Falknear.
OOO nodded again "There is an oasis right past the mountains, but beyond that it's just a wide desert.".
"Were gonna have to fly overhead the mountains Capt'n, so we can avoid damage to the ship." Falknear suggested, then he took notice of the bags OOO have brought, "What are those?" he quickly pointed it out.
"Oh these?" OOO took out the contents of the smaller bag, and revealed a lot of mushrooms "When I was in the oasis, I found some edible mushrooms there, at least this could help us on our way till we can re-supply on a city.".
"And the bags?" The Captain asked.
"I made these from the dried leaves I've found that have fallen into the ground..." OOO explained.
Then Falknear pointed at the larger bag "And what's in that?"
"These are some coconuts and some few meats." OOO said as he took out some coconuts from the larger bag.
Shotaro then approached OOO "So what kind of meat did you find in that oasis anyway?".
OOO quickly showed what he got, but they all reacted negatively to it, he brought out two very large lizards.. He tilted his head wondered why the negative reaction, "What's wrong?" he asked.
"A-are those even edible?" Kirche was the first one to reply.
Louise, Montmorency, Tiffania and the three members of the Ondine Knights covered their mouths in disgust, while Tabitha didn't show much emotion but she's currently looking away and covering her mouth as well.
Even the whole crew of the Aquila went pale from seeing the dead reptiles, and the thought of eating them just disgusted them.
Saito, Shotaro, Falknear and the Captain was also taken aback from what OOO has shown to them.
"Eiji-san are you even serious of eating those?!" Shotaro asked.
OOO simply nodded "Yeah, why haven't you tasted lizard meat before? It's rather tasty but a bit stringy.", he looked back inside the bag "Oh yeah I have more...", then he grabbed two more contents which shocked everyone even more, he brought out two large pythons out from the bag. OOO once again wondered why they seem to not like what he brought "Huh? I thought you all would like it, snake meat is good as well and taste like chicken when cooked right, though a there's lot of bones to pick out.".
The Captain tried to talk his way of making OOO to throw away the reptilian meats he gathered "L-Lad t-they do sound nice, and though it will help us on our problem with our food supply... But I don't think that it will sit well in our stomachs.".
Everyone else nodded in agreement with the Captain.
"A-and some of the crew went fishing earlier while you were away.." Falknear added, "Right lads?!" then he gestured some of the crew members.
Two of the crew members rushed down to the storage area, then went back up showing OOO the fish that they've caught.
OOO slumped down as he sees everyone not liking what he brought.
Tiffania tried to cheer him up "U-umm... Well we may not like the lizards and snakes, but at least you brought mushrooms, and u-umm some coconuts.".
That didn't help OOO that much, but he made a request to the Captain "Can I at least keep the meat?".
"NO!" Everyone quickly answered.
"Awww..." OOO groaned as he reluctantly threw the bag of reptiles overboard. He gave a big sigh as he canceled his transformation reverting back to Eiji, then he went and slumped in one corner.
Tiffania approached Eiji and tried to cheer him up once more "Umm... It's alright Sir Eiji, I think it was thoughtful of you bringing those in... but... umm..".
The Captain noticed that Tiffania has a bit of trouble of cheering Eiji up, he decided to help her a bit "Well lad reptile meat have some... uhh... strange effect on an elf.
"It does?!" both Eiji and Tiffania replied.
Tiffania quickly covered her mouth as she got he idea on what the Captain is trying to do, she nodded at the Captain and added "Y-yes we elves have some sort of allergic reaction to reptile meats...".
Eiji can be a bit gullible as he started to believe them, "Really? What kind of reaction?" he asked.
The Captain scratched and tried to find a way out of his question "U-umm... It's kind of embarrassing to describe it... a-and it might cause Falknear here might turn into a blowfish if he eats a snake.", then he gave an elbow bump to Falknear.
"Oh... Y-yes... I'm actually very allergic to snakes!" Falknear nodded.
Lucky for them Eiji believed them so easily, he smiled at them "Why didn't you say so in the first place.", he then gave a sigh of relief "So there's no need for me to be disappointed in throwing them.".
"Lucky for us he did or it would've cause us all an indigestion." Shotaro commented.
The group nodded in agreement on that comment.
Hours Later...
The ship have hovered higher above the jagged mountains, but it seems they weren't able to avoid the mist, it has already covered most of the area and have spread higher as well. It was a long journey so Saito and the group are in the center of the deck just chatting amongst each other, while Tiffania, Tabitha along with Shotaro are currently on the bridge with the Captain and Falknear, Eiji is with them as well but currently asleep.
Tiffania approached the Captain and bowed to him, "Thank you for helping me out earlier." she whispered at him.
The Captain shook his head "Don't mention it... ", he paused for a bit and stared at Tiffania "It's just... You kind of remind me of my wife and slightly resemble my daughters complexion.".
"R-really?!..." Tiffania was a bit surprised as she blushed a bit, "What are they like?" she curiously asked.
"Well my wife and daughter are my most beautiful treasures in this world. My daughter is very fond of her mother and never leaves her side." The Captain described, then his expression turned a bit down "Then two years ago when a plague hit our village, my wife was taken from it.", he paused with a tear dropping from his eye and took a deep breath as he continued "At that point my daughter became too depressed due to the loss of her mother, she stopped talking to anyone up to the point that she entirely lost the ability to talk."
Tiffania looked down upon hearing the sad story, then she gave an apologetic bow "I-I'm really sorry to hear that...".
The Captain smiled at her as he wiped his tears away "Don't worry about it..."
In the meantime Shotaro approached the Captain "I've been wanting to ask about this since Falknear told us your story...", he looked the Captain straight in the eyes.
"What is it lad?" the Captain wondered.
"Well I've been wanting ask why have the pirates taken your daughter? What's the motive on doing that?!" Shotaro asked.
Eiji who they thought was sleeping approached the Captain as well "I want to know too.".
The Captain sighed "Alright... .I'll tell you everything... My daughter like any other elves have some special gift, while others have an ability like adept in healing, or having a sharp sight and senses.",.
Everyone who is listening simply nodded
The Captain continued "Well my daughter has a special ability of Retrocognition and Precognition.".
"What's Retrocognition and Precognition?" Eiji asked.
Tiffania explained "Retrocognition is an ability to see the past while Precognition is to see a part of the future.", then she wondered about one thing "Hmm... but my mother told me that an elf suppose to have only one special ability."
The Captain then continued "True.. But my daughter is special, she has both abilities and also an added one.".
"An added ability?" Tiffania and the others wondered.
"She also have the ability called the Shared Vision." The Captain added.
"Shared Vision?" Shotaro asked.
Tiffania explained again "It's an ability to share someone's or your own vision to others, this is usually an ability that mages have to their familiars.".
Shotaro then got the gist of it "I see... So she can see the past, predict the future and even share visions to others as well.".
Eiji got the gist of it as well "So those pirates would certainly keep her alive for having that ability!".
The Captain nodded "Right, a lot of people would want that kind of ability, and you know that seeing just a glimpse of the future can alter a lot of things that are bound to happen, and also that's not the only thing why those pirates wanted her.".
"Then what else is there?" Shotaro asked
But suddenly they were interrupted when they heard Sylphid's wings flapping nearby, as they all saw her they noticed that she seems to be groggily flying towards the ship, as she landed on the ship's bridge she transformed back into her human form.
This caused all the men to stare since her clothing is not present when she transforms back to human form, but Tabitha used her cape to quickly cover her.
"What happened?" Tiffania asked as she approached Tabitha and Illococoo.
"Illococoo suddenly got dizzy while flying in the air." Illococoo said as she rubbed her head.
Suddenly Tiffania and Tabitha began to feel dizzy as well, Eiji approached the two girls "Hey are you two alright? What's going on?".
And not just them but also The Captain, Falknear, Kirche, Louise, Montmorency, Guiche and the Ondine Knights began to feel dizzy. Falknear nearly fell down but Shotaro quickly supported him.
"H-hey what's going on?!" Shotaro began to wonder why the sudden dizziness between the mages.
"Louise! Why is this happening?!" Saito began to worry about it as well.
The Captain looked around as he held his head, "This is bad!" he said in a worried tone.
"Why what's wrong?" Eiji asked while he helped up the three girls.
The Captain quickly drew out his sword as he got over the dizziness, he quickly shouted an order "Men! Draw out your swords, prepare for combat!".
Shotaro's eyes widened when he heard the Captain "Combat?! You can't mean that those pirates are already here?! But I don't see anything from this mist!".
"Aye! This feeling of dizziness is temporary, it is the effect of a sudden loss of mana created by the Dragon's Heart artifact! And the only bastard I know who has it is definitely close by." The Captain said as he looked around.
Falknear got over his headache as well and drew out his sword "This is bad!", then he called out Shotaro and Saito "Hurry and get everyone to safety!".
But before they can carry out the order, grappling hooks suddenly lodged at the side of the ship, and to Shotaro's surprise a horde of Masquerade Dopants have climbed up from them.
The crew started to fight them off, but was clearly outmatched and easily killed by the Dopants.
Saito led the group the the bow of the ship to avoid being attack from behind, at the same time was able to fend them off since he is the Gandalfr, he pushed back the Dopants away from the group, then he called out to Shotaro "Anytime now!".
"You don't have to tell me twice." Shotaro quickly placed the Double Driver on his waist and took out the Joker Memory "Let's go Philip!... Eh? Philip?!", he suddenly clicked his teeth "Dammit! I lost my link to Philip!", he quickly removed the Double Drive and replaced it with the Lost Driver then pressed the the Joker Memory.
"Joker!"
Then he shouted "Henshin!" as he inserted his Gaia Memory in his Lost Driver.
"Joker!"
A gust of wind have appeared around Shotaro as silver particles merged around him transforming him to into the left side of Double, Kamen Rider Joker. He gained the attention of the Dopants that invaded the ship, he pointed at them and said "Now, let me count up your sins!", but he stead his ground and protected the group along with Saito.
The Captain, Falknear, and Eiji are on the bridge busy on protecting Tiffania, Tabitha, and Illococoo.
Eiji took out his OOO Driver, but he suddenly felt an immerse pain from inside him. Then he dropped the OOO Driver and fell to his knees, his eyes turned purple as dark energy began to overflow from him.
"Eiji!" Tiffania called out as she and Tabitha approached him, they tried to help him up but a burst of energy pushed them away.
The Captain and Falknear was about to help them when he was blocked off by two Dopants, they slashed them away but wasn't strong enough to kill them. Suddenly he was struck from behind, as they stumbled down he saw it was a different kind of monster that attacked him, it was a Spider Dopant carrying two unique daggers.
Falknear suddenly recognizes the daggers the Dopant was carrying, "YOU! You're that bastard son!" he quickly exclaimed.
"Oooh! You remembered me?! But I don't remember you though! I'll probably remember you by stabbing you a lot! GAHAHAHAHAHA!" The Spider Dopant laughed and said as he pointed his dagger at them.
"BASTARD! WHERE'S MY DAUGHTER!" The Captain demanded.
An Ice Age Dopant suddenly hopped on board "Don't worry... She's safe, with that kind of ability she have there will be no harm coming to her.".
Falknear and the Captain wondered who that person is, at first they thought it was the Pirate Captain, but his voice is younger.
Falknear then demanded "And who in the hell are you!".
"I am the Pirate Captain's youngest son, but you don't need to know my name!" The Ice Age Dopant introduced himself.
"Never seen you before!" Falknear commented.
"It's because I'm the one who snuck into your ship and took your daughter." Ice Age Dopant scoffed.
In anger the Captain stood up and quickly charged the Ice Age Dopant, but his arm was struck with a dagger from the Spider Dopant, with that interference the strength of his swing was lessened, then Ice Age Dopant created an sword made of ice and parried his sword away.
Eiji who is currently struggling from the pain he's feeling, he sees what is happening and tries to help the Captain who is currently in danger, but the pain is way too unbearable. He tried calling out for him "C-Captain...r-run! D-don't fight... them!".
But it was all too late as the Ice Dopant stabbed The Captain's chest with his ice sword. He let's go of the sword as it shatters away leaving a large shrapnel of ice inside his chest.
"CAPTAIN!NOOO!" Falknear shouted as he tried to rush to the Captain but his peg-leg was suddenly encased with ice making him incapable of moving around.
"CAPTAIN!" Eiji shouted as he saw the Captain fell down. Then everyone heard him and witnessed on what happened...
Joker along with Saito and the group saw it as well even from afar. Both Joker and Saito was about to rush to them, but they both know if they went out to help the Captain they'll be leaving the group defenseless.
"GRRUGH!" Eiji grunted as he tries to stand-up, as he got back onto his feet he looked back at the three girls "Just... s-tay... there.", then he groggily approached the downed Captain, he held his hand covered his wound with a cloth "J-just... h-hang... in... there...".
The Spider and Ice Age Dopants noticed Eiji, they also noticed the dark aura his body is emitting.
"Strange for a human to have that kind of power..." The Ice Age Dopant commented.
"Can I stab him? Can I, can I?" Spider Dopant requested.
"No I'll take care of him, you can have what's left on the ship here." Ice Age Dopant said, he looked at Eiji "So you're a friend of that elf reject?".
Eiji just glared at him.
"For our elven kin to interact with humans is such a disgrace, I don't know what he sees in you..." the Ice Age Dopant blurted, then he sighed "What a waste... But we'll be keeping his daughter with us after we eliminate you all, then when she is no longer a use to us... We'll kill her as well!".
This began to tick-off Eiji, then suddenly his eyes turned to purple as he shouted "RRRRAAAAAAWWWRR!". His left arm soon became covered with a dark purple armor with sharp glowing purple nails, the left side portion of his face has began to be covered with a white skeleton-like armor.
Tiffania and Tabitha stared at Eiji's burst of power, then they realized that the Captain is still in harms way, so they went to him and pulled him out of the way.
The Ice Age Dopant created another ice sword, he just laughed at Eiji and pointed his sword at him "HAHAHA! Putting a little armor will not help you!", then he charged him with all his might, but to his surprise Eiji grabbed the ice sword with his right unarmored arm without any effort.
"GHRR!" Eiji growled as he violently punched the Dopant straight through the chest.
The Dopant could only look down in horror as he sees the armored arm of his opponent went through his chest.
"RRRRAAAAAAAWR!" Eiji shouted as he released some sort of purple energy from his arm, then he slowly pulls it out as he watched the Ice Age Dopant fall to his knees and explodes. After the flames fades away he also fell down to his knees, "The Core Medals are acting strange, something is causing them to become more berserk and powerful." he said to himself.
The Spider Dopant saw the opportunity and tries to take advantage of it, he then jumped towards Eiji but only met a straight right punch which sent him flying in the middle of the deck.
Eiji wasn't the only one who's feeling this strange, Joker felt something strange as well in his end, the purple cuffs on his arms and legs have started glowing. When a Dopant tried to attack him from behind he quickly countered with an elbow on the Dopants face, then followed by a straight jab on the torso, the punch was so powerful it obliterated the Dopant completely.
Joker looked at his hands "W-whoa! I didn't put that much power on that punch! Did I?", another tries to attack him but he quickly gave the Dopant an uppercut that decapitated him as it's body crumbles into dust. He quickly looked at his hands again, then he began checking the his glowing cuffs "Strange... something is causing me to become more powerful."
Back at Eiji after helping Falknear he walks towards the Captain to see his condition, he knelt down and saw it's getting worse, the ice shrapnel that was inside his chest is not melting but seems to be growing. This made him worried, he then ask Tiffania "Can't you do anything to help him?".
Tiffania shook her head as she held the cloth on the Captain's wound "I can't without magic..."
"Tsk! We have to do something!" Eiji clicked his tongue as he looked over the mist, he then saw a ship similar to the Aquila and notice a silhouette of a man holding some glowing orb. He picked-up the OOO Driver and placed it above his waist as it forms around a belt, he took out the Taka, Tora, and Batta Medals and placed them inside the OOO Driver, finally he took out the O Scanner and scanned over the Medals while shouting "Henshin!".
"Taka, Tora, Batta: Ta-To-Ba! Tatoba, Ta-To-Ba!"
After transforming to OOO he quickly jumped over to the ship, as he landed the mist that's covering it subsided, he saw the Captain of the Pirates wearing an all black pirate robe, one eye is covered n a patch, and he's carrying a golden artifact that looks like a dragon's hand holding a glowing red orb.
"Oho! A Mage Knight able to use his magic even when there's no mana around. You must be one of those Kamen Riders we were warned about." The Pirate said.
OOO quickly stood into a fighting stance.
"Oh where are my manners, let me introduce myself... I am Captain Turiel de Gama, the Captain of the Pirate vessel Black Crow." the Pirate Captain introduced himself.
OOO suddenly realized something as he sees the ears of the Pirate Captain "Huh? Turiel de Gama?! W-wait don't tell me that..."
Captain Turiel laughed "HAHAHAHAHA! You figured it out didn't you? I am Captain Vasco's brother!".
OOO couldn't believe on what he heard from the Pirate, "W-why are you doing this?! He's your brother isn't he?!" he demanded an answer.
"For revenge of course! He took everything from me! He achieved fame, gotten the heart of a great woman, and everything I could've asked for in my life!" Turiel shouted his anger.
OOO had heard enough as he shook his head, "No... That's not revenge... That's only jealousy!" he quickly pointed out.
"Wh-what?! Jealousy! This is revenge for taking everything from me!" Turiel countered, then a black aura began to wrap around him, it began to transform him into a humanoid dragon-like monster.
"Mutamit!" OOO exclaimed as he unfolded his claws.
"I will crush you like an insect human!" the Mutamit charged OOO, but he was blocked easily, "W-what?! Impossible! They said this would make me invincible!" he said with surprise.
OOO then kicked the Mutamit on the abdomen then gave a right hook on the head, as the monster fell down he quickly pinned him down by pointing the claw at him, "Now tell me where's the Captain's daughter!".
"Like I will tell bastard!" the Mutamit said as he hits OOO with the Dragon Heart artifact on the head making the claw drop the orb.
This cause the stress to lessen from OOO, but also returning his power back to normal, as he stood-up he was suddenly kicked at the mid section by the Mutamit, then followed-up with a punch to the chest.
The Mutamit realizes OOO's sudden loss of power, he laughed as he picked up the claw and the orb, "What happened to the power you've shown earlier Rider?" he mocked as he kicked him sending him flying near the ledge, he then approached him and grabbed him by the neck, "You can't win against me!" he mocked again as he blasted OOO at point blank with a fireball which sent him falling off the ship.
Everyone else on the Aquila saw the blast and saw OOO falls off the pirate ship.
"Eiji!" Tiffania shouted.
"Eiji-san!" Joker shouted as well as he looked over the ledge, then he was slashed from behind by the Spider Dopant, "GUAH! Bastard!" he grunted as he nearly falls off the ledge as well.
Saito then attacked the Spider Dopant to keep him away from Joker, he managed to slash the Dopant from behind then kick him near the ledge as well.
"Your good!" the Spider Dopant commented, "But not good as me!" he said as he charge Saito with a series of attacks.
As Saito blocks away the attacks, he realizes that this Dopant doesn't really know how to fight.
"This guy is an amateur! He's only stabbing randomly..." Derflinger commented.
"I know... But with that Gaia Memory inside him, he can really be a handful." Saito added to the comment as he continues to block the attacks, but then he accidentally trips on one of the crewmen's dead body which put him suddenly in a worst situation.
"Your dead!" the Spider Dopant shouted as he readies to stab Saito.
Joker stepped into the fight and kicked the Dopant on the side of his head giving Saito a breather. "You alright?" he asked as he helped Saito up.
Then they all heard a familiar announcement coming from below.
"Taka, Kujaku, Condor: (Eagle Screech) Ta~Ja~Dol!"
The mist that covered the area quickly dispersed as they all saw OOO soaring through the air, his form is now in all red. His Taka head have changed into the Taka head Brave, with the eyes becoming red rather than the usual green, it also have a red visor covering the face, wings protrude from the Taka Head, and the hawk head symbol on the forehead becomes more prominent, his legs turned into the Condor legs, donning a red and black greaves with golden-yellow talon-like attachments called the Raptor Edge, and using the Kujaku arms again, but now equipped with the Taja Spinner a shield-like gauntlet, finally the O' Lung symbol on his chest is now a whole image of a Phoenix instead of three separate animals.
The Mutamit panicked from the power that OOO's Tajadol combo have shown, he quickly placed the orb back on the golden dragon claw, "Now fall from the skies Rider!" he laughed expecting it will affect the Riders.
OOO felt the strain again but also a rainbow colored aura began to flow around him, he didn't mind the pain, but went to offensive instead as he dove straight to the Mutamit, "SEEEIYAAA!" he shouted as he gave burning punch at him.
"GUAAAAHH!" the Mutamit screamed as he skidded on the deck of his ship knocking him out temporarily.
The remaining Masquerade Dopant Pirate crew on the ship charged OOO, but quickly met their end as OOO used his Raptor Edge kicks at them.
As OOO eliminated the Dopants, he quickly blasted a hole in the ground using the Taja Spinner, he went inside to search for the Captain Vasco's daughter, he began searching for each door until he reached the Pirate Captain's quarters found a young elf girl, assuming her is age she looks like a 14yr old girl, she has pale-blue eyes, and a long straight pale-blonde hair, she's currently sitting on the bed with her hands and legs bound in chains.
As the girl saw OOO she quickly crawled away from him, she was afraid of his strange appearance.
OOO quickly tries to calm her "D-don't be afraid, I'm a friend... I won't hurt you.", then he reached out his hand to her.
The girl nodded as she slowly reached out as well and took his hand.
As OOO held her hand he quickly ripped out the bindings on her hands and legs, then he carried her with him, he then thought of a quick escape, "Close your eyes and cover your ears!" he told the girl.
The girl quickly complied as she closed her eyes, covered her ears, and also tucked herself on OOO's arms.
OOO blasted the wall creating a big hole, he then flew off while carrying the girl with him. He headed straight back to the Aquila, and he landed besides the Captain. As he gently let down the girl from his arms, she quickly rushed to her father.
Though the Captain is having a hard time breathing at the moment, but it was a joy to him that his daughter is safe from harm, he held her hand as he gave out a weak smile.
"How's he doing?" OOO asked Tiffania.
Tiffania shook her head "Not good... We really have no experience on healing wounds without magic."
OOO looked back at the pirate ship, then he flew upward then released a peacock energy feathers on his back, then he fired them all at once in which rained down on all the Dopants from both ships.
The Dopants panicked as they quickly met their doom since there is no where to run, on the other hand the Spider Dopant is doing well on dodging the raining feathers, but since he was too focused on dodging them Saito on one side tripped him making him fall near the ledge.
"ORYA!" Joker shouted as he followed-up by giving the Dopant a kick to the face to finally pushing him over the ledge.
"BASTAAAAAAARRRDS!" the Spider Dopant screamed as he falls into the misty clouds below.
The Mutamit wakes-up and parries away the torrent feathers, but he got hit eventually and lets go of the Dragon Heart artifact.
OOO then decided to end it, he opened the Taja Spinner revealing slots to place Cell or Core Medals in it, then he took out the three Core Medals from his OOO Driver and placed them in the Taja Spinner, then he closed the lid and pulled the lever in the back, then he took out his O' Scanner and placed it on top of the Spinner, the medals inside started to spin around as the O' Scanner started chanting...
"Taka, Kujaku, Condor, Gin, Gin, Gin, Giga Scan!"
Flames then formed around OOO into an image of a Phoenix, then he proceeded to do his finisher the Magna Blaze as he dive towards the pirate ship while shouting "SEEEEEIYAAAA!".
Everyone (except for Shotaro) was in total awe seeing OOO's flaming Phoenix form.
The Mutamit was also in awe as he sees OOO turning into a Phoenix, "A G-God!" he can only mutter, then he realized that OOO was headed straight to him, he dove away barely dodging the fire from the Phoenix. Managing to survive the attack he sees his ship ruined, and completely engulfed in flames, "No! This can't be! Her vision told me that Vasco's was suppose to die and his ship should've burned in a hellish blaze!" he muttered as he falls to his knees.
"Maybe that vision of the burning ship was yours instead of his?!" OOO interrupted.
The Mutamit looked up in horror to see OOO, he then backed away from him "N-no... p-please don't Phoenix God, please s-spare me!"
OOO shook his head "I'm no God!... And I'm usually a merciful person!... But if I spare your life then you'll just return and try to harm them again... I will not make that mistake!", then he took out three red Core Medals and inserted them back into the OOO Driver, then used the O' Scanner on them...
"Scanning Charge!"
OOO proceeded to do the Prominence Drop where after sprouting wings from the Kujaku Arms, he flies back into the air and performs a flying drop kick while shouting "SEEEEEIYAAA!", the talons on the Condor Legs then splits apart, then hits the target.
As the attack hits the Mutamit screamed "AAAAARRGH!", then exploded along with his ship.
OOO soared back up to the air and watched the pirate ships debris fall into the misty clouds below, then he flew back to the Aquila. As he landed he saw everyone has already went to the Captain's side, but as he came closer to them, he noticed all the sad faces from the group, he then rushed in to where the Captain is, and he saw Tiffania was already in tears, and the girl he saved earlier was crying hard without a voice coming out of her mouth, at that point he already feared for the worst.
"It's far too late to save him now... The ice have reached his heart, not even magic can help him." Falknear sadly told OOO.
The Captain is still breathing, but barely hanging on, then he smiled at OOO "Even with that helmet on... I know you're putting on an expression just like them.", he gestured for him to come closer, then he gave his hat to him "Take... care... of the ship and my precious little daughter... she's the only treasure I have... and also... you have to... promise me... to finish your mission... I pledge my life for it's success..."
OOO nodded as he took the hat "I will! I promise!"
The Captain then looked back at his daughter, he caressed her cheeks and smiled "Don't cry my little Sophia... Just for one last time... smile for me...".
The girl named Sophia wiped her tears away and tried to give out a smile to her father.
"That's what I've always wanted... to... see..." the Captain finally said as he gave out his last breath.
Once more Sophia cried even harder this time as she hugged her father, only for Tiffania to comfort her.
Falknear felt devastated from what happened, only a 12 out of 70 crewmen have survive, and they no longer have a Captain to commandeer them.
OOO approached Falknear and handed the hat to him "It's probably not the right time, but you are the next in line to be the Captain...".
"No laddie... I can't take the helm... Not right now... Everything is just too sudden." Falknear said as he declined the offer, "Besides he gave the hat to you, then you should take the helm." he added.
OOO then looked at the Captain's hat as he held it tightly.
"So laddie... Are you going to take the helm?" Falknear suddenly asked OOO.
OOO looked back at Falknear and replied "I promised that I'll finish this mission.".
"Then we should get going... But we should bury and honor the dead first." Falknear suggested.
OOO nodded "We should head for the oasis... I think it would be a best place to lay them to rest.". He then asked everyone's help so they can set sail towards the oasis.
Meanwhile...
Under the jagged mountain lies the rummage of the pirate ship, but underneath it all one individual rises up. The oldest son of the Pirate Turiel and the user of the Spider Gaia Memory seemed to have survived the fall thanks to his Gaia Memory, "Damn those armored monsters! Once I have my way with them I'll stab them to death, and then I'll stab those girls on their ship... He he he he he!"he muttered while crawling out of the debris from their ship. He then began to look around to search for anything to salvage, he saw the orb that came along with the Dragon Heart artifact, he then saw the claw, as he was about to pick it up some one have stepped on it, as he looked up to see who it was, he saw a man unfamiliar to him, it was Daiki Kaito.
"This is a fine treasure that you have here, care to give it to me..." Daiki simply said.
The young pirate quickly pulled out the claw from Daiki's foot, then he took out his Spider Gaia Memory and pressed it, "Don't you dare come closer, human!" he warned.
"Spider!"
He inserted the Gaia Memory on his neck and transformed into the Spider Dopant, "HAHAHA! This is our treasure! I'll stab you before you could lay your filthy savage hands on it!".
Daiki just lauged at him as he took out a strange gun he calls the Diendriver, then he took out a card and quickly loaded the card inside the gun.
"Kamen Ride!"
As the gun started to create a strange sound he then said "Then I'll just have to take it away from you!", then he followed-up by shouting "Henshin!"
"DiEnd!"
Silhouette images began to appear around him as the move around randomly in different colors, then suddenly merged into him giving him a black and gray armored bodysuit, with his torso armored with a black grid-like design, then finally bars formed onto his helmet. His the gray part of his armor is now colored cyan along with his eyes but covered by a grid, his arms have a golden bands called the Tesla Bands.
The Spider Dopant quickly backed away as he saw his transformation "Y-you're one of those armored monsters!".
DiEnd laughed at the Dopants comments "You calling us Kamen Riders monsters?! HAHAHAHA! Have you looked at yourself in the mirror lately?...", then he suddenly became serious "But you may be right... We Kamen Riders are basically monsters, we were created from the same source of evil that we were meant to destroy.", and then he pointed his gun at the Dopant "Now... Give me that Dragon Claw artifact!".
The Spider Dopant quickly placed the orb onto the claw, then he laughed at DiEnd "HAHA! Now let's see you fight back! I know with this thing I can easily defeat you!".
DiEnd then explained to the Dopant "That's funny... Because that thing only negatively affects anyone from this world... But I'm not from this world!", then his eyes and Tesla Bands started glowing.
"W-what!? Th-that's impossible! You should've weakened by now!" the Spider Dopant was clearly not listening form what DiEnd had just said.
"I forgot to mention that that thing has a positive effect on a Rider... Though with a slight painful setback for some other Riders, it actually increases our powers!" DiEnd added to his explanation, then he shot the arm of the Dopant without any warning.
Due to the increased power the Dopants right arm was disintegrated dropping the Dragon Heart, "GUAAAAAAHHH! My arm!" he screamed in pain as he falls to his knees.
DiEnd picked up the artifact and aimed his gun at the Dopants head.
The Spider Dopant then begged for mercy "P-please have mercy on me!".
DiEnd slowly shook his head "Mercy!... Then let me ask you this... What about those people, those women, those children who you killed mercilessly?! Did you ever gave them mercy!?... You're love for killing the innocent made you a prime target for us Rider to exterminate you!".
"N-no please! I will be a change man I promise!" the Dopant pleaded.
DiEnd then raised his gun "Maybe I will spare you... But tell me one thing first.", then he asked "This is the right claw and the heart of the dragon, where is the left claw and the soul?".
The Dopant quickly gave him an answer "I-it's with the Sand Raiders... They are a part of our guild.".
DiEnd nodded satisfied from his answer "Well thanks for that info...".
"Now will you let me go?" the Dopant finally asked.
"Nope!" DiEnd answered and fired his gun at the head of the Dopant, then he kicked the headless body leaving it to explode, "Now time to hunt some treasure!" he said as he walked away from the from the explosion without looking at it.
At the Oasis...
The day is almost over as they send their prayers bid farewell to the fallen, the one's that have survived have left a heavy feeling in them. As they all returned back into the ship, Sophia is left alone standing in-front of her father's grave, for her it was very painful to lose the only known family she had left, the only thing she can do is cry.
Tiffania went to her side and consoled her as she gave the little a light hug, then she tried to convince her to return to the ship "Come on Sophia, let's head back to the ship, everyone is waiting.".
Sophia nodded and took Tiffania's hand, but she stopped for a bit and gave one last glance at her fathers grave.
Meanwhile Eiji and Shotaro were watching over them at the bridge of the ship.
"Having to lose the only family she have left is really painful, but I can see that girl will grow stronger." Shotaro commented.
Eiji agreed with him "You're right, she will be a stronger person once she grows-up, but for now she may still need someone to care and guide her.".
"Well it seems that Tiffania-chan is already taking care of that position." Shotaro pointed out.
Then Falknear approached them both "Sorry to interrupt you boys, but do you think we should be sailing out?".
Eiji shook his head "No, not yet... Since a lot has happened today... I think we better rest for tonight."
"He's right, a good rest for tonight so at least we could ease this heavy feeling that we all have." Shotaro added in response.
On another place within the Desert Continent...
Currently an elven village is currently under siege by a group of bandits which have possession of Gaia Memories. The Guards that protected the village were easily defeated and killed in battle since they are no match against a group of Masquerade Dopants and were led by an Arms Dopant.
The villagers were now rounded up in the village square, they were bound by the Dopants so they couldn't fight back, it was hopeless for them.
The Arms Dopant then dragged one of the young female villager, "This village has some good merchandise, the young women can be a good trade for a slave trader."
"L-let me go!" the young girl shouted as she struggled.
The Arms Dopant pulled her closer "A feisty one eh?! This will probably sell a lot!", then suddenly he got shot on his hand, he let's go of the girl "GRUGH! Who's the fool who did that?!"
"It was me!" Daiki Kaito appeared from the shadows.
The Arms Dopant was amused "You're a brave one! Hm?", then he noticed that this attacker doesn't have any long ears "A human?!", he then burst into laughter "HAHAHAHA! A human trying to save a village filled with elves?! I guess the world is really changing after the elven council decided to make peace with savages!", then he pointed his gun-arm at Daiki "So what are you here for? To prove that humans are better than elves?"
Daiki smirked then gave a comment "Don't get me wrong, I didn't came here to do that.", he pointed back his DiEndriver at the Arms Dopant "I was just passing through!", then suddenly he fired at the Dopants arm.
The Arms Dopant flinched from the shot, then he fired back at Daiki.
Daiki simply dodged all the incoming fire at him until the Dopant runs out of bullets, "Is that it?!" he mocked as he loaded three cards inside the Driver. He then first pulled the trigger and shouted "Henshin!".
"Kamen Ride: DiEnd!"
His transformation to Kamen Rider DiEnd surprised everyone in the area, it's the first time they saw such a thing.
"W-what kind of magic is that! Are you a Mage Knight!" the Arms Dopant stuttered after seeing such strange armor.
DiEnd simply shook his head "Nope, I'm a Kamen Rider!".
"A what?!" is what everyone's question after the first time hearing the word.
"I'm a Kamen Rider" DiEnd simply quipped, "But I won't be your opponent!" he then pulled the trigger again twice, "It will be someone that will take you all by surprise!" he added.
"Kamen Ride: Mach!"
"Attack Ride: Invicible!"
Everyone was surprise that he suddenly disappeared.
The Arms Dopant laughed again "All that flash and he just disappears, I guess he's just a...".
He was suddenly interrupted by a loud voice coming from one of the house's roof "Ladies and gentlemen!".
Everyone who heard looked to where the voice is coming from, all their eyes widen to see another human on top of a roof.
As the strange man got there attention he jumped off the roof with a front-flip and landed safely on the ground, he then continued "It's time for the greatest show in the world!", then he took out a buckle called the Mach Driver Honoh and placed it above his waist, then it formed a belt around him. A group of miniature motorbikes called Signal Bikes have suddenly appeared and started flying around the mysterious man, he grabbed a white one, then opened a panel of his Driver called the Signal Landing Panel, he inserted the Signal Bike in it.
"Signal Bike!"
It started playing a music as he gave a pose, "Let's Henshin!" he said as he pushed down the panel.
"Rider: Mach!"
White pieces of armor along with a small motorbike wheel suddenly appeared around him, it converged to the stranger which formed a white armor on him. The helmet also called the V-Helm is based on a motorcycle helmet, it has a antennae on top and a red racing stripe at the center, it also bears inside a blue visor. His body armor also bears red racing striped on the left side with an R' logo on the upper left part, his shoulder bears the Signal Advent that looks like a small motorbike wheel, on his back also hangs a white scarf with the same red racing stripe.
The Arms Dopant began to belittle the Rider "Hmph! Did you transform to run away as well!", but in a split second he receive a barrage of rapid punches on his body then a side kick to the abdomen, "GUAAAH!" he screamed as he was thrown from the impact.
"Searching... Destroying... both done at mach speed! Kamen Rider Mach!" Mach introduces himself with a pose, which earned a tilt on the head from all the villagers. Then without any warning he dashed forward to the group of Masquerade Dopants while pressing the button on his Driver called the Boost Igniter multiple times.
"Vroo-Vroo-Vroo-Fwiiw!"
"Zuutto: Mach!"
A gun appeared on his right arm which looks like a motorcycle's front wheel called the Zenrin Shooter, he then shot one Masquerade Dopant, then proceeded to deliver an uppercut using the Zenrin Shooter's wheel to another.
"Zenrin!"
The Zenrin Shooter announced as Mach sends the Dopant flying, then he suddenly pulled the trigger.
"Shooter!"
He fired the Zenrin Shooter in the air which quickly destroys the airborne Dopant, then he pointed the gun at the fallen one who was still recovering.
This proved to the Arms Dopant that DiEnd wasn't bluffing, they were taken by surprise by this unknown opponent. Even the villagers were amazed by this unknown warrior, who was able to defeat one of the Dopants so easily.
"W-who are you?! What do you want?!" the Arms Dopant stuttered as he stepped back a bit along with his men.
Mach crossed his arms and shook his head, "Weren't you listening to my intro earlier?! I'm Kamen Rider Mach!" he said again with a pose, then he sighed and started talking about nonsense "To tell you the truth Drive was suppose to be the one fighting you guys but author of this fanfic decided to switch me instead.".
"What are you blabbering about?!" the Arms Dopant was clearly puzzled on what he said.
Mach simply shrugged as a response and just ignored the Arms Dopant as he continued "Oh well, I just have wrap this up quickly coz this chapter is about to end!", he took out a blue Signal Bike with a multi directional arrows on it, he removed the Mach Signal Bike and replaced the blue one.
"Signal Bike!"
"Signal Koukan: Kaksarn!"
The a sign appeared of a multi diretion arrows on the Signal Advent, he then placed the Mach Signal bike on the Zenrin Shooter's Signal Landing Panel.
"Hissatsu: Full Throttle!"
Mach then raised the gun and fired. As the bullet shot up to the air he then pressed the Boost Igniter...
"Vroom!"
"Kaksarn!"
The shot then exploded in the air and rained fire at the Dopant destroying most of them, only two Masquerades and the Arms were the only ones left.
The two Masquerade Dopants were shaken in fear and tried to run away.
"H-hey! You cowards, get back here!" the Arms Dopant calls out to his men.
Mach took out a green Signal Bike this time and replaced the Kaksarn Signal Bike.
"Signal Bike!"
"Signal Koukan: Magarl!"
The Signal Advent then changed into a curved arrow, then he pointed the Zenrin Shooter at the villagers and fired without warning.
"Shooter!"
The villagers were shocked and closed their eyes as the shot heads directly to them, but suddenly they heard an announcement...
"Vroo-Vroo-Vroo-Fwiiw!"
"Kyuuni: Magarl!"
The shot suddenly curved and hits the two escaping Dopants and destroys them...
The Arms Dopant suddenly felt weak on his knees due to the fear from Mach's display of power, he tries to crawl his way out but sees DiEnd is in his way, he aimed his gun-arm at him but got shot with DiEnd's gun.
"Where do you think your going?" DiEnd said as he pointed his gun at the Arms Dopant.
The Arms Dopant backed away until he bumped onto Mach. At this point he has no where to go, he felt that he was cornered as a rat, he then knelt down and begged to them "P-please spare me! I'll do anything you want!".
DiEnd then started rubbing his chin "Hmm... Well I do need you to answer a few questions.".
"W-what is it? I-I will answer them!" the Arms Dopant gave a little sigh of relief.
DiEnd then took out the Dragon Heart artifact and showed it to him.
Most of the villagers reacted especially the elder "T-that's the ancient elven artifact the Dragon's Heart! H-how did a human get his hands on that!"
Another villager reacted "It was suppose to be owned by the Desert Pirate Guild!".
DiEnd just ignored them, then he asked the Arms Dopant "Where can I find the left claw, the Dragon's Soul?".
"It's with another group of pirates the Sand Raiders! T-that's all I know!" the Arms Dopant answered.
"And where are these Sand Raiders?" DiEnd asked again.
"I-I don't know... T-they move around a lot and never in the same place." the Dopant answered.
DiEnd satisfied with the answer he got, he withdrew his gun and turns around.
"N-now will you let me go?" the Arms Dopant pleaded.
DiEnd just shrugged "That's not for me to decide.", then he pointed at the person behind the Dopant.
The Dopant slowly turns around and sees Mach is still behind him, he quickly stood up and tries to run away.
Mach already has the Signal Mach Bike back back onto the panel, then he lifts it up and pressed the Boost Igniter.
"Vroom!"
"Hissatsu: Full Throttle!"
Then he pushed the panel back in...
"Mach!"
Multi-colored flame-like energy are now coming out from the Mach Driver Honoo, it started revolving around him and builds-up on his feet, he then he performs somersaults like a buzzsaw, he kept spinning towards the target and finally delivers a powerful kick which destroys the Arms Dopant. After he landed, he lifted the Composite Face Guard of his helmet revealing the Shutter Face Guard which lets out the pent up energy that Mach builds up during extended use.
After the Dopant bandits demise the two Riders helped the villages by freeing them from their boundings.
The village elder gave thanks to their rescuers "I've never thought that humans will come to our aid...", he then gave a sigh "This world is really changing.".
"I thought most believers of Brimir still thinks that elves are monsters?" one villager suddenly spoke out.
"Believers of who?" Mach was of course oblivious to this worlds culture and religion.
"You're not believers of Brimir? I mean all you humans practically worship that heretic." another elf wondered.
DiEnd shook his head "We never heard of him."
Mach responded with a shrug and added "And whoever that Brimir is... being called a heretic probably means he's a bad person.".
The village elder then began to wonder "From which kingdom or continent did you two exactly come from?"
"We're not from any kingdom or continent from this world, we're from another dimension." DiEnd simply answered.
"Another dimension!" all the villagers quickly reacted to his answer.
DiEnd nodded, then he turned around and gave a quick salute to them "Then we'll be taking our leave."
Then the village elder halted him "W-wait! You mentioned that you're looking for the legendary artifact.. the Dragon of Elements.".
DiEnd stopped upon hearing it from the elder "Do you know anything about this Dragon of Elements?".
The elder shook his head "Not that much... But I warn you, the legends say that the someone created those artifacts in order to revive the Dragon... The Dragon of Elements in the legends is a destructive force, able to control all the elements, capable of obliterating lands and all living.".
DiEnd just chuckled "Oh don't worry about it, a treasure like that will fall into better hands.", then he saluted at them once more as he walks away.
Mach did the same as he disappeared with a bright flash.

Character introduction:
Sophia (OC)
The only daughter of Captain Vasco, she lost her ability to speak due to depression since her mother's death. She has gift called Retrocognition and Precognition, in which allows her to see a person's past and future, and also gifted with Shared Vision, in which shares her vision with others.
Captain Turiel de Gama (OC)
Captain Vasco's jealous brother. His main goal is to take everything from his brother, he doesn't see it as a jealousy but depict it as a revenge for surpassing him on any way. He took his niece Sophia in order to lure her father in for a trap and also to be able to keep her abilities for himself.
He met his demise upon facing OOO, which he didn't see in the visions foretold by Sophia.
Two sons of Turiel (OC)
The user of the Ice Age Gaia Memory is the youngest son of Turiel. He was the one who kidnapped Sophia when they first attacked their ship.
He met his demise after retrieving a deadly punch which punctured a hole in his chest by a Eiji.
The user of the Spider Gaia Memory is the eldest son. He has a very psychotic personality, who loves nothing more but to stab people, he doesn't care if they can't fight or a child, he enjoys seeing them bleed.
He met his demise after DiEnd obliterated his head off.
Go Shijima a.k.a Kamen Rider Mach
He is the secondary Rider of the Kamen Rider Drive series. He utilizes the Signal Bikes to transform into Kamen Rider Mach.
He has a flair for drama and also quite the jester. Despite being entirely capable of subtlety, he prefers to make his entrance in a proud, flashy manner.
Also has a 4th wall awareness.

The heat of the desert is very intense, food supplies are getting low, what are they to do?!...
Also other Riders will make there appearance, who will acquire the Rings?...
