A few months later...
Pitch's P.O.V
Pitch walked the halls of the sanatorium, enjoying the sounds of screams coming from everywhere. The fear at first had been almost overwhelming when he started testing the nightmares. It was so powerful, that people began to see him. He chuckled, recalling how easy it was to trick the mortals into believing he was a doctor, allowing him full access to the place. His own personal playground. But it wasn't enough, he needed more. He read over Elsa's file. In the beginning, her fear had developed rather nicely, growing stronger and stronger. However, it recently slowed. He assumed it was due to her physical state. Elsa refused to eat, couldn't sleep, and was growing weaker. Yet she still had that damn ability. It made getting near her impossible. He could wait it out, she'd get so weak she wouldn't be able to stop him from his fun. He stopped. No, she deserves to be punished. Thinking she can just replace me. I won't give up. He sighed as he tried to think of a way to get to her. "Doctor Pitchner?" He turned to face a nervous looking nurse. "We've received a new treatment for the patients," she said quietly, handing over a file. He quickly scanned it and smiled. "Thank you nurse, this is perfect," I said. She nodded and hastily walked away. " Just perfect he grinned.

It had taken forever, but I had finally caught up on what I needed to. I let out a whoop of joy as I sprang into the air, the wind shooting me forward. "To Arendelle!" I cheered as I soared through the sky. It had been a long time, but I never stopped thinking of Elsa or Anna. I grinned as I began to think of games for us to play and ways to teach Elsa to control her powers. I hope they're doing ok I thought as I remembered how Elsa's mom was. I shook my head as kept racing forward. I'll find out soon enough. It didn't take long for Arendelle to come into view. I stopped, admiring the scenery. The moon was full, and the sea was calm. The town was quiet and at peace. I hope Elsa has been able to go out more. She deserves to experience this life, not just see it. I looked out once more, then sprang up and flew to the castle. If she hasn't, ill sneak her out tonight. I grinned to myself as I opened her window, entering her room. "Elsa?" I called as I straightened up. I was answered to silence. It's been empty for awhile I thought worriedly as I noticed the coat of dust everywhere. I quickly left her room, making my way to Anna's. I cracked her door slowly and peered in. "Anna?" "Jack!" Anna replied excitedly as she jumped out of bed. I picked her up and twirled her around "I missed you so much!" She laughed "I missed you to!" I smiled as I set her on her bed. "But where is your sister?" Anna's face dropped as she looked at me. "She...she's...she's gone." Anna sniffled. I felt myself go numb. "What do you mean Anna? Wheres Elsa?" I asked again. "Mommy sent her away, right after you left. She knew we were playing together…" Anna began to cry. My stomach churned, but I remained calm and tried to soothe Anna. "Hey, it's gonna be ok. You know why?" Anna shook her head. "Because I'm gonna go get her." Anna's face lit up. "You are!?" She said excitedly. "Yes, but I can't go get her if I don't know where she is," I answered quickly. Anna's face became scrunched up as she tried to recall. "I'm not sure where she went, mom never told me where. Although Mommy did say something about going to a place where they could fix her...mentally?" Anna said confused. My heart sank. This is could be bad. I need to go to her now! "Thanks Anna, I'll be back with Elsa as soon as I can!" I said as I hastily hugged her, then opened her window and lept out. "BYE JACK!" Anna yelled as she waved me goodbye. I waved back, then called to the wind. "Take me to Elsa!" The wind blasted me forward and we raced through the forest.

"Is she ready?" I asked excitedly as I entered the observing room. "She's tied down and ready to be put under sir" one of the male nurses answered. I nodded and as I watched her weakly struggle and scream. If she had been at her full strength, he might have been worried, but luckily all she could manage was a light snowfall. "Stay here, I'll call you when I need you." The nurse nodded, and I entered her room. She looked up at me and everything froze; even the snow hung in midair. "Good evening Elsa, how are you?" I grinned, savoring how she squirmed. "What is this Pitch?" she whispered. "A new procedure Elsa, a cure!" I said triumphantly. "What cure?" I smiled as I approached her. "A cure to these fantasies you believe. To your powers. A way to calm you down. " her eyes widened. "NO! NONONONO!" She screamed, the room turning into a blizzard. I quickly stuck her with the needle and she slowly started to pass out. "Please..." she begged as she went to sleep. "Don't worry my dear, you will be fine." I gestured for the nurse to come in as I grabbed the Orbitoclast. "Just fine..."
Jack's P.O.V
I knew I would hate this place as soon as I saw it. In the middle of a beautiful forest, sat Concord Sanitarium. It was just a plain white building, surrounded by a stone fence. The windows were tiny and barred, and the grass seemed to be dying around it. Even the people I assumed were there to get better, looked lifeless. The whole building seemed to drain everything around it. Of all the places I gotta break into...I hope your ok Elsa...I shook my head and flew to the entrance. I softly landed on the brittle grass and headed inside. As I thought, no one saw me. Some even walked right through me cause it was so crowded. I repressed a shudder as I continued searching the place. She's a princess, surely that would get her some sort of improvement. I headed upstairs and continued my search till I heard a door slam. "WHAT THE HELL IS THIS?" I followed the shouts to a tall, very pissed off looking doctor screaming at some woman. "I don't understand doctor, the procedure worked! She hasn't used her powers once and- AND SHES COMPLETELY UNRESPONSIVE! She hasn't reacted to anything I've done and- "what have you done, doctor?" the nurse asked. The man growled and stormed off. "Doctor wait!" the nurse called rushing after him. I quickly ran toward her, snagging the key from her pocket, and hurried back to the room. Please don't be hurt, please! I unlocked the door, quickly entering the room, and slamming the door shut. I spun around and stopped. She was propped up against the wall, her hands folded neatly in her lap. She was breathing, and her face showed a calm bliss, but her eyes. I took a small step forward "Elsa?" Her blue eyes were open, and yet the bright spark they once had was gone. I rushed to her. "Elsa? It's me! It's Jack! Elsa?!" I shook her shoulders, but she gave no response. I cupped her face and made her look at me. "Elsa, please! Say something!" I looked her in the eyes, and there was nothing there. I pulled her into my lap and hugged her. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry I didn't get here sooner. I'm so sorry..." I kept whispering to her as I cradled her. We stayed like that for what seemed like forever. I kept hoping that she'd respond, hug me, smile, look at me, something. But she never did. Soon the sun began to set, and I knew her keepers would be coming. I wanted to take her with me, but I couldn't bring her home. Not like this. I suddenly felt overwhelmed with rage, sadness, and determination. I gently laid her on her bed and kissed her forehead "I will fix this" I whispered, and headed out the door, looking back at her one last time. "I promise"
