KKD: *walks in, exhausted, holding an unopen bottle of Gatorade* ...Hey… Min'na… *collapses to the floor*
Silver: *walks in* Whoa! Sempai, what happened?
KKD: Made a stupid move… went to workout… without eating beforehand… ran on fumes… didn't have energy. Barely had enough to get this bottle… and make it back here… speaking of… mind helping me open this thing?
Silver: No no no. What you need right now, Sempai, is a bit more of an energy boost… *takes out his Sengoku Driver before placing it on KKD's waist, then pulls out a Himwari Lockseed* Eh… needs more energy than THAT… *pulls out his own personal Orange Lockseed* That's better. *places it inside the Sengoku Driver as locks it on*
KKD: You sure… this'll work?
Silver: Hey, how do you think I have so much energy to spare? *the Lockseed's energy slowly flows into KKD*
KKD: Uh… whoa… okay… *opens Gatorade bottle* Thanks, but what I need is some sustenance in my gut. *Takes a sip and instantly feels better* Whew! Much better.
Silver: Hey, whatever method works. *pulls out an orange can and pops the top* All I need right now is some liquid Gaim! *drinks the orange-flavored sparkling juice*
=HANAMICHI, ON STAGE!=
KKD: Uh… okay… how'd that happen?
Silver: Magic! Which is both friendship and delicious! XD
KKD: Uh… okay…
Silver: Anyways, we've got another chapter to get through and little time to do it, so… let's get this party started! *pulls out a black lockseed, that looks kinda like the Dark Orange Lockseed, before placing it in his Sengoku Driver*

Gathered friends… listen again to our legend… of the Bionicle. Previously, After running into a mysterious young man, who was revealed to be Bitil, Mason finds himself running into the yellow Makuta, who challenges him to a race, which he cheats at because of his Mask of Time Duplication. In the end, Mason is given new hope by his Sensei, Antone, and confronts Bitil to regain his honor. The Adventure continues…
Yuki sat up in his room, which was ice cold as usual. Since Ignatius didn't want him using up all the air conditioning, he had to resort to using his own ice abilities to keep it cold. Yuki closed his eyes and breathed in. It felt calm feeling the peace in the air around him, the silence making him feel at ease. He was lucky his room was soundproofed so he could properly meditate. And yet… it still felt off.
Yuki sighed. "It's just not the same as Ko-Koro…" he muttered, looking down at the ice crystals that had formed from his powers. It felt as close to his home as possible… but it still wasn't enough…
Just then, he heard the door open, as Mason and Ven entered inside. "Heya, Iceman!" Mason joked, patting Yuki on the back.
Yuki just sighed before trying to get back into meditating. "What do you two want?"
"We just wanted to check up on you. You're always so quiet, and you never wanna hang out with us at all," Ven noted.
"You do realize this isn't a game, you two. The Makuta are trying to take everything that we know and love away from us. I don't have time for fun and games," Yuki replied.
"Hey, we know that, man, but we're not robots or anything. You can't just fight the Makuta forces non-stop," Mason stated.
"Well, we never know. Yuki might be a Toa-droid under all that cold exterior," Ven joked.
"Ven, I swear, you keep that up, I'll choke you to death," Yuki growled, annoyed at the wind Toa's antics, "And need I remind you… the original Toa were part machines themselves."
"Really? That's… pretty interesting," Ven admitted, "Either way, all you do is meditate, train, and fight. You need to spend time away from that. Go outside or something!"
"I would… if it wasn't in the middle of summer. Need I remind you I'm the Toa of Ice?! Not the Toa of Summer Heat, or the Toa of Fire (that's Ignatius)... the Toa of ICE! If I stay out there too long, I'll overheat. Don't you remember what happened to me before?"
"To be fair, we weren't there, and you were wearing a winter parka," Mason rebutted, "Regardless, go get some ice cream or something. As the Toas of Wind and Stone, we command you to go outside!" With that, the ground suddenly rumbled below Yuki before a stone launched him into the air.
"Um… you think you overdid it a bit, Brother?" Ven asked.
"Hey, it was the only way to get him outside. I'll fix the floor later," Mason replied, pointing to the hole in the ground.

Chronicle 10: Yuki's Doubts
"Ugh… stupid Ven and Mason kicking me out of my own room. Why is it they have to be so annoying?!" Yuki muttered, having ditched the two other Toa after they got their ice cream and was walking around the city, feeling the heat from the summer sun, "Damn… I hate that annoying sun. I wish I was back in Ko-Koro…"
With the sun beating down on him, he was barely able to produce a chilling breeze to help him out. He finally found himself a cool spot in the shade to sit down under a tree, before thinking of that girl who had helped him when he first came to Japan… AJ. For some reason, the name couldn't get out of Yuki's head.
Finally, Yuki snapped himself back to reality. "You have a job to do, Yuki," he said to himself, "Whatever this girl may mean to you, she doesn't have anything to do with your mission…"
"A girl dragging you down, eh? Sounds like a pretty interesting problem if you ask me," Yuki heard a voice speak, as the teen looked up to see a young man around his age, who looked about 20, having stark white hair, gray eyes, a white shirt under a black vest, black shorts, and white socks and sneakers.
"Huh? Who the heck are you?" Yuki growled.
"No one you need to know, just a guy passing through…" the young man replied, "Though, I can't help but noticed that you were with those two other boys before you ditched them."
"...They… are just some people I have to work with. Honestly, they drive me nuts with their antics, including sending me flying out of my room and through the roof… er… long story," Yuki stated.
"Honestly, they don't sound like the kind of people you should be associating with. I mean, I would think whatever you're doing, you could do it a lot better on your own and without these two dragging you down," the young man noted, "Kinda like that White Mataranger guy. He looks like he's rather reluctant to be working with those other losers."
"Wait a minute… how do you know of the Matarangers?" Yuki responded, a bit hesitant toward the white hair young man.
"Why, it's been going all around the news, of course. New heroes come to save Japan! Oh, it just sounds so cheesy, doesn't it?" the man remarked, giving a smile that looked somewhat mocking.
"Wait… Ven and Mason both talked to someone who knew about the Matarangers before…" Yuki gasped, before standing up to face the young man, "Kisama…"
"Oh, my, how perceptive you are… MataWhite," the man sneered, before pulling out a mask that looked a lot like Krika's mask before placing it in a launcher-like device, before pointing it at Yuki.
=KANOHI CRAST! BACK AWAY!=
"Krika!" Yuki growled, pulling out his own Kanohi as well as his Metranexus, "I should've known you were behind this!"
=KANOHI AKAKU! SEE BEYOND THE LIMITS!=
"This time, White Toa, there is no escape for you. Makuta… Transform!"
With that, Krika shot his launcher at Yuki, producing a blast similar to when Yuki transforms. Instinctively, Yuki shot his own Metranexus as well, as the two blasts clashed before forming around the two men.
"Now… face your death!" Krika shouted, holding his twin swords in hand.
"As if!" MataWhite retorted, taking out his sword and shield before charging straight at Krika, their weapons colliding.
The two clashed blades and were swiftly dodging attacks, Krika going faster due to the the fact that he had two swords, but MataWhite was able to block and recover faster thanks to his shield. However, it wasn't long before Krika was able to get the upper hand, knocking the shield out of MataWhite's hand, which he quickly recovered from the knockback before drawing his Mata-Buster in sword mode.
"I won't go down that easily! I have a duty to uphold!" MataWhite shouted, blocking swords-to-swords.
"You truly think that your duty will keep you alive! Pathetic!" Krika shouted, "A duty is just a job, a pathetic job! And what have you left when it's done? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! You have nothing planned ahead. Even if you defeat us, humanity will still fall!"
"You… you lie. My team will help me in setting the world down the right…"
"The right path? Like that'll help. These people are worthless to save. Even if a select few are led down that path you speak, what are the chances they'll stay on it? Humanity is flawed, no matter what path they take, it'll lead to their destruction eventually. Face it! Your duty is for naught, and you have no Destiny!" Krika countered. With that, Krika's mask began to glow, before MataWhite found himself shot backward into the tree behind him.
"Ugh… M-Masaka…" he grunted, as he was suddenly pushed away from Krika again into another tree in the distance.
"You're pathetic. Your team doesn't understand their chances of victory are a billion to one, and you… oh~ you! You're the worst in this climate. In the summer, this time of year… you might as well be a snowflake in the middle of the desert! Face facts, kid! You're in way over your head! Say goodbye!"
"Not so fast!" the two heard a voice shout, before Krika was unexpectedly shot with a blast of ice, which froze his leg solid.
"N-Nandatto?! Who dares interfere with me?!" Krika growled, trying to break his foot out of the ice. However, just as he said that, he felt what looked like snowshoe-like axes hit him in the back, knocking him down and breaking off his robotic leg, which he then grabbed from the ground to reattach.
"Okay… that's kinda disturbing," MataWhite admitted before looking at the figure, who was a white version of MetruRed and MetruGreen only with a helmet that was slightly similar to MataWhite's, with the difference of being a bit rectangular, and the fact that it had only one scope compared to MataWhite's three, and it was on the opposite side of the face, "...Sensei Kryos?"
The being before him, assumedly MetruWhite, nodded before speaking in a series of clicks and whistles like a bird.
"Uh… Sensei, you know I can't understand you when you talk like that," MataWhite responded.
MetruWhite then chuckled a bit, before removing his mask and changing into his human form, which had gray hair that was almost white and went down to his back, sky blue eyes, a white longsleeved shirt, light gray pants, and heavy dark gray boots. "Yes, I know, young Yuki, but it is rather fun confusing people like that," the man, Sensei Kryos, remarked.
"Yea… doesn't help the only person who can translate you is back home in Ko-Koro," MataWhite replied, "Speaking of, is everyone alright?"
"Yes… your fellow Matoran students are safe, Yuki. Though, I guess I can't consider you the rank of Matoran anymore…" Kryos chuckled, smiling at the white Mataranger, "You've truly grown from the young boy you once were. You used to never trust anyone, and thought you could do everything on your own… I'm proud to see how much you've grown."
"Sensei… is what Krika said really true? Is the world destined to fail?"
"Ah… I believe you aren't looking to the future here, young Yuki. Let me tell you, back in the time before time, our predecessors… Nuju, Kopaka, even Matoro before he sacrificed his life to save the great spirit… whenever they were discouraged, they always found their inspiration in the stars," Kryos replied, before walking over to MataWhite and handing him the elder Toa's mask, "Let the stars help give you faith as well. The future is bright, young Yuki. Trust me, I know…" With that, a light breeze blew past the two before Kryos jumped into the air, using a second mask to change back into MetruWhite before speeding past, leaving a trail of ice in his wake.
"...Thank you, Sensei…" MataWhite murmured, before switching his masks and glaring at Krika, "You want me, Makuta-breath?! Come and get me!"
=KANOHI MATATU! MIND OVER MATTER!=
"Heh! So you've got a new mask, big whoop. What's that gonna do? Turn you into putty?!" Krika laughed.
MataWhite smirked, as his helmet changed into that of MetruWhite's. "Nope, but you're not gonna like what it REALLY does!" MataWhite shouted, as he looked over at a boulder in the ground before it started to glow with a cyan-colored energy, lifting off the ground and blasting straight at Krika.
"GAH!" Krika gasped, knocked back unexpectedly by the attack. The Makuta then growled before the boulder launched away from him. "Grrr… so you think lifting rocks is going to stop me?!"
"Of course not… I'm letting fate decide. Let's dance!" MataWhite shouted, charging straight at Krika with both swords, using his mask power to propel himself and counteract Krika's mask power before slicing at him right in the open, knocking the Makuta down.
"Urgh! ...Onore…" Krika growled, as MataWhite quickly switched masks, using his Akaku's power to find the Makuta's weak point, before combining his Metranexus and Mata-Buster weapons.
=AKAKU! UNITY CHARGE!=
"Toa Virtuous BLAST!" MataWhite roared before shooting straight at Krika, which made contact resulting in Krika exploding. However, much to MataWhite's surprise, he looked to see Krika in humanoid form on the ground, holding tightly onto his henshin blaster.
"Grrr… you'll pay for that, Toa…" Krika growled, before putting his hand to his shoulder, digging his fingers into it before pulling a flabby piece of flesh from it, which instantly molded into the slug-like appearance of a red Kraata, "Let's see if you can truly fight fear, Toa of Ice!"
"Oh crud," MataWhite gulped as Kraata slowly grew, limbs emerging as it did along with it's staff, and then, the squishy body began to harden into metal, forming the full Rahkshi body. It then took its spear, aiming it straight at MataWhite, sending a red blast of energy at the Toa, which impacted before MataWhite suddenly felt a wave of despair fall over him, as he fell to his knees.
"Excellent work, Turahk," Krika smirked, "I'll leave you to finishing off the Toa for good." With that, Krika disappeared in a flash of light, leaving the Rahkshi, Turahk, to take his position in finishing off Yuki, who had changed out of Mataranger form.
"I… I've failed…" Yuki murmured, eyes full of fear, as the Rahkshi was about to strike. However…
=BANG!=
The Rahkshi was then blasted backward before a hand shook Yuki's shoulder, snapping him out of it.
"Brother, get a hold of yourself!" Yuki heard Ven's voice shouted, before he turned to see Ven and Mason looking over at him, smiling.
"M-Mason? Ventus?" Yuki gawked, happy to see them and yet unable to believe they had come for him.
"We heard fighting, so we came to help you out," Mason noted, helping Yuki off the ground.
"Can't leave you to face off against a foe alone," Ventus added as they looked over to get a good look at the Rakhshi, "Especially against something like that."
"Brother. That's a Rahkshi. And from what I've read, this is one of the six Rahkshi the Makuta used against our predecessors," Mason responded.
"Well… looks like we have no need to hold back then," Ventus smirked, "We're with you, brother!"
"Mason… Ventus… arigatou…" Yuki replied, as the three activated their Metranexuses, "Let's show this freak why you don't mess with the Matarangers!"
=KANOHI MIRU! RISE ABOVE ALL!=
=KANOHI KAKAMA! ACCELERATION!=
=KANOHI AKAKU! SEE BEYOND THE LIMITS!=
"Toa Transform!"
With that, the three shot forward at the Rahkshi, knocking it backward before taking their positions.
"MataGreen!"
"MataBrown!"
"MataWhite!"
"Unmei no toitsu gimu!" the three Matarangers shouted together, before MataWhite stepped forward.
"Toa Sentai…"
"Mataranger!"
The Rahkshi just screeched at the Toa before charging in, trying to attack them with it's staff, the three managing to avoid it, until Turahk sent one blast at MataBrown, who suddenly convulsed and was reacting like he was about to sink like… well… like a boulder in the ocean.
"Oi! Get a hold of yourself!" MataWhite shouted, slapping some sense into MataBrown, "This thing is too fierce. Prepare your weapons to finish it off on my count!"
"Ryokai!" MataGreen and MataBrown responded, combining their Metranexuses with their Mata-Busters as MataWhite placed the Kanohi Matatu he got from Kryos in his Metranexus, his helmet changing, before blocking Turahk's attack while using the Kanohi's power to knock the Rahkshi straight into the pond nearby, causing it to sputter in the water.
"Rahkshi, washed and chilled!" MataWhite smirked as he stuck his Ice Sword in the water, freezing the Rahkshi to its waist in the ice, leaving it vulnerable for an attack, which MataBrown and MataGreen prepared.
=MIRU/KAKAMA! UNITY CHARGE!=
"Toa Virtuous BLAST!" the two shouted as they fired their blaster at Turahk, blasting the front half of the Rahkshi to pieces, and as the pond unfroze, the legs of the robotic beast fell to the bottom.
"Whew! That took a lot longer than I anticipated," MataWhite panted before looking to his fellow Toa, "...Thank you brothers."
"It's no problem, Brother! I mean, where would we be without Unity, am I right?" MataBrown noted, as the three changed out of Toa form.
"Hmm. I guess you're right about that," Yuki chuckled, before starting to walk off, "Now, how about we get some ice cream. It's way too hot out here."
"Good idea… wait… you don't mind coming with us?" Ven responded.
"That fight made me realize something…" Yuki noted, "It made me realize that I can't do things alone. There's a reason the Great Spirit gave me these powers and showed me the five of you… it's so we can work together to finally achieve our goal. I think that's what AJ was trying to teach to me all along…"
"Again with this AJ person? Who is it you're talking about, Brother?" Ven asked.
Yuki paused for a moment before smiling. "I'll tell you about her when we go to get ice cream. Besides… we have a lot to talk about…"
With that, the three walked off, not knowing that Krika stood nearby watching them.
"Grrr… those damn Toa are so hard to kill! What's it going to take?!" Krika growled.
"Maybe you shouldn't have tried to take him on yourself," he heard another voice point out as he turned to see a figure in the shadows, but it was clear he was wearing all black, "You know, the one thing I saw you and the rest of your Mistika troop do that screwed you all over was that you blatantly informed your targets you know of them as Matarangers."
"Again with the Mistika naming, Chirox? Seriously, that name is so dumb, and we're all on the same page here! Also, if you're so tough, why don't YOU take them on?!"
"I would… but Antroz has other ideas. He's sending Vamprah after the girl," the voice, Chirox, informed, "I'd gladly take on Blackie, but… orders are orders… and Lord Teridax did place Antroz above all of us."
"Grrr… curse that Antroz. One of these days, I'll get the upper hand above that fool!" Krika growled, smashing his fist into the tree.
"Temper temper, Krika. You don't want to blow our cover, do you?" Chirox replied, "Now c'mon. We're needed back at the base. You creating a new Turahk gave Lord Teridax a new idea… something in case our normal Rahi fail us."
"...What do you mean?"
"Knowing him… he'll have us make the Rahkshi, but… with some more time… he's gonna add his own personal touch to them."
"Hmmm… I like the way Lord Teridax thinks…" Krika noted, intrigued by the notion before he and Chirox teleported away.

Silver: Well, that was a good writing session. Though, I just realized we forgot to include a Fire Rahi. Sorry, folks.
KKD: Well, we can't always include everything we write in the previews of previous chapters. Who can blame us for that?
Silver: Yeah, good point. Anyways, shall we talk about favorite parts or… wait, actually I have something. Since it has been a while since I've spouted out Bionicle clarifications (I haven't done that since chapter 1), I may as well spout out some more. Anyways, you may be wondering, for those who have never heard of Bionicle before reading this fanfic, what we mean when we are throwing around Ta-Koro, Ga-Koro, Onu-Koro, and what-not. Well, you may have already guessed that the Koro is, in the context of the fanfic, the civilization/training location of the six main characters, but in the sense of the Bionicle Universe, it's the villages the people on Mata Nui (the island where it all began) lived. As for the prefixes, they each stand for the respective element of the Matarangers. Ta meaning Fire, Ga is Water, Le is Air, Po is Stone, Onu is Earth, and Ko is Ice. So yeah, when we say Ko-Koro, it's not someone stuttering or anything. Just wanted to get that off my chest…
KKD: Right… also, a little tidbit, all those prefixes are used for the first parts of the names of the first Toa, the Toa Mata, whom are the predecessors of the Matarangers. I mean listen: Tahu, Gali, Lewa, Pohatu, Onua, and Kopaka. You guys get it yet?
Silver: I remember when I was younger, I always thought they named the Koros after the Toa, but it's actually the other way around.
KKD: Funny how things work out. Anyways, I think it's time we get moving to the next studio and the next part of this Triple Super Hero Time, don't you, Silver?
Silver: Sempai, aren't you forgetting something?
KKD: Forgetting something?
Silver: The favorite parts, section, silly! Anyways, my favorite part was the "push battle" between Krika and MataWhite. That was pretty cool. Also, we got some nice callback to chapter 3 with Yuki remembering AJ.
KKD: Yea. That was cool. I guess I liked that, too, but that battle with MataGreen, Brown, and White against Turahk was pretty cool too. It had two references in and of itself. The members of the Matarangers were all paired up in the Phantoka line against Antroz, Chirox, and Vamprah, and not to mention part of the bit MataWhite pulled on the Rahkshi, as well as his line, were pulled from the first Bionicle movie.
Silver: Yep. There were so many quotable moments from that movie *sigh* that movie was my childhood. Speaking of Phantoka/Mistika, we didn't see Ig, Aqua, or Terra at all in this chapter. Wonder where they were.
*Meanwhile, at the Mataranger's base*
Aqua: Ha! I win again. *looks to show Aqua and Ignatius playing chess with Terra watching, Ig groaning in defeat while Aqua gave Terra a high five.*
Ignatius: No fair! Okay, best 17 out of… 33?
Aqua: Okay then, but you're gonna lose this time… again! *sets back up the pieces*
Terra: This is gonna be a lot longer than I hoped.
*back at the studio*
KKD: ...Eh, I'm sure they're fine.
Silver: Yeah. It was kinda weird not seeing them in the episode, though. Anyways, let's go meet up with Pika for the next story. Until next time, this has been your friendly neighborhood Radiant Rider...
KKD: And the Crossover King, KKD Silver, and we'll see you next time. Jaa ne!
Silver: Stand up the Vanguard!
