Once again sorry about the wait, but guess what guys I have less than a month of school left woohoo. I'm also really sorry about the short chapter, but the next one will be a woozy, we get some reform and some disform? Read and review to find out.

"Mr. Malfoy nice of you to join me." Professor Umbridge said, looking up from here desk as the door to the trophy room opened to reveal Draco.

"Yeah, thanks for telling me where the detention was held I really appreciate having to wander all over the school looking for where my detention is suppose to be held." Draco scowled, walking into the trophy room.

"Mr. Malfoy may I remind you that things have changed, a smart alack such as yourself will no longer be tolerated at this institution. Now you will be writing lines until I call an end to it." She stated, handing him a quill.

Draco frowned staring at her in shock and disbelief.

"Is there a problem, Mr. Malfoy?"

"You must be insane if you think I'm gonna write with a blood quill." He stated throwing the quill to the ground and glaring at her.

"What a shame, here I was giving you one of my light punishments, but if that's not to your liking, I'm sure other methods can be arranged." Umbridge sighed, picking up the quill.

"Listen up Umbridge, if you even think of laying a finger on me my father will-" Draco started.

"Your father will what? As I seem to remember he is no longer on the board of governors, he is no threat." She smirked cutting him off.

"Be that it made, he still has potential sway over the ministry, and the board of governors despite not being on it. He'll have you canned before you can blink."

"That's a risk I'm willing to take. Besides you won't have any proof anyhow. All the students here are too young to be subjected to veritaserum so all they have is their children's word, with no markings or scars doesn't make for a very solid case now does it."

"Not if the whole student body argues against you."

"Doesn't matter, I'm a ministry appointed teacher, where would the case be argued? At the ministry. Now I ask you again? Do you want to take your assigned punishment, or will I have the pleasure of giving you a more fulfilling punishment." Umbridge smirked.

"I'm not afraid of you." Draco said walking up and staring her down. "I can take anything you throw at me."

"Excellent."

"I hope this punishment will quell any further acts of disobedience." Umbridge smirked.

"I can handle a lot more than this." Draco wheezed, swaying slowly trying to stay awake

"Oh I'm sure, I'll be looking forward to it." She grinned before backhanding him in the face sending Draco crashing to the floor.

Draco coughed letting out some blood as he struggled to get up.

"Get out of my sight, you worthless piece of trash. Before I do something I might regret."

"Harry calm down, Draco will be fine." Ron said.

Sally-Ann rolled her eyes from where she sat in the corner working on her Transfiguration homework. Harry was such a sap.

"I know but I'm just worried about him, he's become my life and soul I can't imagine life without him." He said.

At that moment Draco opened the door to the room of requirement, leaning against the closed door.

"Draco!" Harry cried, rushing to him scanning him with his eyes, "You seem fine to me." He said before wrapping him in a hug, causing Draco to cry out in pain.

"Harry let go." He wheezed.

"Draco, I'm so sorry. Where are you hurt, I don't see anything."

"Weren't you paying attention you dolt." Sally scowled. "Unless you've been punished you can't see it."

"Well, how bad is it. Is he alright?"

"Trust me you don't wanna know." She answered, Draco was a sight for sore eyes and not in the good way. His hair was matted with blood, eyes swollen, he had blood seeping through his uniform, lacerations from what she tell. He was favoring his left side and she could see a bone protruding from his skin. Sally silently cursed Umbridge in her mind. There was no way to win against her.

"I deserve to know." Harry protested.

"Listen to me Harry, you don't want to know and I don't have the heart to describe in detail what he looks like." Sally said, "However if you want to help him pick him up gently and place him on the bed."

"Geez Draco you must have seriously egged her on." Ron whistled.

"You bet I did." Draco smirked or at least tried to, "And I'd do it again too."

"No doubt you would, but here's some advice don't." Sally said. "The extant of your injuries are shocking. She's never gone this far before and I bet she won't hesitate to kill you if given the chance."

"Fine I'll try not to antagonise her, but we need away to expose the truth. I will not allow her to get away with this." Draco growled.

"I know but for now there's nothing we can do, at least not yet anyway." Ron piped up.

"Believe me when I say she will not get away with this. I don't care who she is, nobody hurts you and gets away with it." Harry said.

"That's so sweet it's making my teeth rot. I can look after my self. Despite what I look like right now."

"Sure you can." Harry muttered rolling his eyes, 'And I'll be sure to teach her a lesson myself.' He thought to himself.
