A/N: So I know I left it at a bit of a cliffhanger last chapter and I'm sorry I haven't updated in forever a lot of stuff has happened, I'm at a new school, I had a job over the summer so I couldn't type much, I have travel softball on the weekends when I did have off so I didn't have a single break so I apologize again. Sesshomaru's POV:

'She is perfect, so kind, caring, considerate, smart, and funny.'

"Well no duh! I've been saying that this entire time you fool, but nooo, no one listens to their beast."

'Oh quit your pouting I'm trying to concentrate on her.'

I look up at her, showing all of my love for her in my gaze and I hear her quiet appraisal of my face.

"Beautiful…" she says.

I give her a slight smile and speak my mind by saying,

"I was just thinking the same thing."

I see her eyes widen slightly and start to tear up again, so I sit up and hold her face in my hands.

"In all my years, I have never seen one more beautiful than you. You are more radiant than the sun, your hair is finer than the most expensive silk, and your eyes shine brighter than any star in the sky."

"Geez Sesshomaru could you be any more cliché? Where did you read that, on the back of a book of sonnets?"

'Will you desist? I am trying to express my feelings to her in a mature fashion.'

Kagome's POV:

'That is probably the sweetest thing I have ever heard in my entire life. Inuyasha would never have said anything even close to that, the closest I would get is, "Hey wench, this ramen is actually good this time, keep it up!" I can't believe I ever had feelings for that Neanderthal'

"Are you serious? That was so cliché, but at least he's trying to be sweet instead of Mr. Stone cold with a stick up my ass. Hehe... And why are you even thinking of the Half-Breed? Just be happy because of who you have now, not because of who you don't have."

'You're right, sorry it's just hard not to think about him when he was such a big part of my life.'

I was so absorbed in my thoughts that I didn't realize that Sesshomaru's face was getting closer, I blush and start moving my face towards his as well, our lips are inches apart and I can feel his hot breath on my face. I close my eyes and wait but it never comes, instead I feel a kiss placed on my forehead.

'Ugh! He's such a tease! I thought he was going to kiss me.'

"So did I but I guess he's getting payback for you teasing him when you were in the bathroom, although this is minor compared to that."

Sesshomaru's POV

I smirk against her forehead as I place a kiss on her crescent moon.

'She is upset that I didn't kiss her properly'

"Well thank you captain obvious. Of course she's upset, why didn't you kiss her anyway?"

'Because now is not the time nor place, I want our first kiss to be special and in front of a certain Half-Breed who would surely enjoy the show we shall put on for him.'

"I see. So you wish to get back at the Hanyou for hurting Kagome by doing the same thing in front of him, that she saw himself and Kikyo doing?"

'Well, not exactly the same thing since she probably isn't ready to mate me yet, but something to that effect yes'

"That sounds like a plan to me as long as you can make sure that you will not mate her yet."

'I promise. But why can I not mate her yet if she is ready for it?'

"Because your father has other plans, important plans that you cannot ruin by doing this, trust me. He will tell you and Kagome all about it eventually but until then you mustn't mate her yet."

'Don't worry, I will make sure it does not happen until my father gets the chance to talk to us, if it truly is that important.'

I pull my lips away from her forehead still smiling and start speaking to her.

"Kagome, do you think we should return to my era now? I'm sure your friends are all worried about you especially the fox kit and the demon slayer." I ask gently.

"I guess so, but I'm not looking forward to seeing that stupid Half-Breed at all." She says almost painfully.

'Damn that bastard to hell for what he has done to her, she sounds so pained just mentioning him.'

"Neither am I but I have a plan to get a bit of revenge on him if you'd like to participate, im sure you'll enjoy it." As I'm saying this I start to kiss her neck slightly and start nuzzling where the mark will go when we do mate.

Kagome's POV:

'Damn that mouth of his, he knows just where to kiss me to get me riled up and he hasn't even done this to me before.'

"That doesn't mean he hasn't done it with other women before, but that's beside the point, ask him about this plan I am quite intrigued by it."

"What exactly does this plan consist of Sesshomaru?" I say as he continues his assault on my neck.

"Well, Kagome I'm glad you asked. It's basically just giving Inuyasha a taste of his own medicine. We will go into the wood near him and start preforming certain acts on each other, he will hear the noises, come to investigate and catch us red handed, just the way you found him and that lifeless bitch." As he says this he pulls away from my neck to look into my eyes passionately.

"I love it, it's perfect and it's sure to piss the Hanyou off. Well what are we waiting for? Let's go!" I say as I stand up and start running to the well, all the while pulling Sesshomaru with me. We get onto the edge of the well and I look down into it.

"Are you ready Sesshy?" I say as I look up at him, he blushes slightly at the nickname again but nods, and then we jump.
