The Anti-heroes made there way to New York where, more or less, Temen-Ni-Gru stood once again, now serving as the base of operations for the team, slightly altered by Dormammu, looking much darker and more intimidating. Vergil was the first to make it there, followed quickly by Vegeta and Alucard. The three most aggressive members of the team looked up at the tower and made their way to the top, where their enemies lie in wait. "Vergil. Excellent to see you again." Arkham smirked.
"Tell me, Arkham: How are you alive? Didn't your own daughter murder you?" Vergil asked in a taunting manor.
"I have Dormammu to thank for that. He's revived me and made me far stronger than I was before." The disfigured man said, nodding towards Dormammu.
"This time, I'll be sure you stay dead." Vergil said, ready to attack.
"Tell me something: Why are you all working together? I've heard you're all scoundrels that try to gain more only for themselves." Vegeta said, also trying them (they're trying to buy time for the others to arrive).
"I must admit, our goals our seemingly incompatible, but with the deal we've worked out amongst ourselves, we all have reached a point of satisfaction." Balder answered simply in his usual calm tone (In reality, each was planning to betray the others when it benefited them).
"And the only scoundrels are you, trying to stop us from gaining what we deserve." Loki smirked, stepping forward.
"If you ask me, what you deserve is death." Vergil said, preparing to attack with his Rapid Slash attack, but Loki quickly blasted him with his recovered scepter before he had the chance, blasting him off the tower.
"Dammit!" Vegeta said, looking as Vergil was shot off the tower, turning back and firing ki blasts at the entire group as Alucard shot at Balder and Arkham, but Dormammu protected them and rushed forward, grabbing Vegeta by the throat and throwing him into a building. Alucard turned to fire at him, but at that moment, Balder froze time, casually walking up to the vampire and striking him off the tower.
"Send in the army!" Dormammu demanded, turning to Loki and Arkham. The two exchanged glances and nodded, Loki opening a portal, once again, releasing an army of Chitauri, Arkham demonically enhancing them shortly after they came out of the portal.
"So, I'm assuming you have a plan of what to do now, right?" Alucard said, turning to Vergil.
"Kill them all." The older son of Sparda said, firing his summoned swords at them and attacking with Judgment cuts.
"Fine by me." Alucard said, flying into the air, firing at the oncoming threat (Alucard can defy gravity, I'm assuming he can fly).
At this moment, the others finally arrived in Jin's helicopter, observing the carnage. "Man, New York has to deal with a lot of shit. We'd better help 'em out, huh?" Deadpool asked, turning to the others.
"About time the rest of you got here!" Vegeta said, landing in front of them, firing a ki blast at a demon he wasn't even looking at, blowing it up.
"Nice shot." Deadpool said.
"We'll have to take out Loki and Arkham to destroy the army." Vergil said, rejoining the group, Alucard landing beside him.
"Well, if that's the case, someone should come up with a game plan." The vampire said.
"Here's the plan. They're coming from that portal. Bayonetta, use Hekatoncheir to stop as many from coming as possible," Jin instructed, to which she nodded, then he pointed to a tall building with an excellent view of the war zone, "Deadpool, get up to that roof and snipe those things from up there, tell us about their movements and any place they may be attacking." He told him.
"On my way." The merc said, teleporting onto the rooftop and waving, dodging a summon sword aimed at his head from Vergil.
"Shadow, you're the fastest here. You're dealing with the perimeter. Keep them boxed in. Destroy anything you think is getting too far." Jin continued.
"Got it." Shadow said, taking off.
"Alucard, you and I are gonna stay here, keep the fight on the ground, protect the civilians." Jin said.
"Got it." Alucard said, pulling out the Jackal and shooting one of the demons attempting to attack Jin from behind.
"And us?" Vegeta asked, standing beside Vergil with his arms crossed.
"Kill everything." Jin ordered.
"Oh, hell yeah!" Vegeta said, taking off and blasting any of the creatures he could see.
"This will be fun." Vergil said, rushing off down the road, quickly and expertly slicing through dozens of the enemies.
"That leaves us to this, then." Jin said, unleashing powerful strikes against the attacking demons, Alucard shooting at anything he saw in a stylish manor, one arm over the other, blasting targets to his left and right.
Bayonetta now had summoned the 4 demonic arms, watching in amusement as they pummeled the oncoming mutated Chitauri whales and, on occasion, Gigapedes (DMC3). Suddenly, demons landed all around her, preparing to attack. "You want to play with Bayonetta?" She asked, casually dodging the attacks, shooting the demons and grabbing the last one behind her, bringing it around in front of her. "You're hiding something, aren't you? Sorry, dear, but I don't like secrets." She said, pummeling the unfortunate demon before shooting it. As soon as she was done with that, a larger group landed and circled her. "I must be a fucking celebrity in this town, too." She said, whipping out her guns.
Shadow was racing around the 2 block perimeter he established, a large group of the demons chasing after him, shooting at him with worse aim than a storm trooper. "This is getting pathetic." He said, firing chaos spears at them, blowing each of them up effortlessly. "Not even a challenge." He smirked, jumping and kicking another one flying towards him in the face, smashing it into a wall before darting off again. "So, if those two are making the enemies we're fighting, shouldn't someone deal with them?" He asked.
"I'm working on that right now, Mr. Shadow spikes. Baldy, square in my sights, I got a nasty view of that Freddy Krueger burn on his face. This bullet may improve his face in a minute." Deadpool said, firing, but was shocked to see nothing there after recovering from the kick. "What the? He must've been self-cleaning. And-or magical." He said, looking around.
"I'm sorry to say, but you missed." Arkham said, now standing next to Deadpool, who jumped back.
"Holy shit! You can't sneak up on people like that. I thought Baraka and I were ugly, but YOU sir, you take the cake." He said, pulling out his pistol and aiming at Arkham, but he suddenly rushed forward, dodging the bullets Deadpool shot at him, grabbing the merc and throwing him off the building.
"That's one nuisance dealt with." Arkham said, turning to leave, but was met with Deadpool's pistol in his face once again. "Surprise, motherfucker!" He said in a tone similar to James Doakes from the show Dexter, pulling the trigger, blasting the twisted human's brains out, kicking him off the building, comically crushing a demon it landed on. "Hey, I got some good news. The Chitauri demons are only gonna be Chitauri now. I dropped the Freddy Krueger rip-off. One down, three to go." He said.
"Good work, Deadpool. That's most of the problem dealt with." Jin said, throwing a punch at one of the Chitauri, his fist now going through it and shattering it (like what Heihachi and Kazuya did to the JACK's in Tekken5).
"Good, that means it will be easier to slaughter them." Alucard said optimistically, blasting off another Chitauri's head.
The other villains were observing the battle, Balder being the first to sense the disturbance. "It seems as though our demonic ally has been killed. Quite troublesome." He said, although his tone sounded anything but troubled.
"Does anything ever TRULY concern you?" Loki asked, looking at him.
"It is of no great matter. Surely your forces have them outmatched." He said.
"Perhaps you would like to enter the battle and ensure that?" Dormammu asked.
Balder gave the slightest smirk at this. "As you wish." He said, sprouting his plumage and floating down to the battle.
"You have a plan, I trust?" Loki said, turning to the dread lord.
"I never like him. If he provides us any great gain, excellent. If he dies, no skin of my bones." He replied in a dark tone.
Balder floated down, still more observing the battle than participating in it. He remained in the area of the building Dormammu had thrown Vegeta into, looking over the battle. Suddenly, from the wall beside him, Alucard appeared. "Hey, kids, wanna see a dead body?!" He asked, whipping out both guns and blasting Balder in the face, staggering him, but not doing any great damage.
"Ah, the monster. The No Life King." He said, floating a few feet away, now outside of the building.
"You forgot to add theCrimsonFuckr." Alucard replied, flying forward in an attempt to bite him, but once again, he froze time and ceased the vampire's movements in his place. He then grabbed him by the throat, shocking him the same way he did to Bayonetta. He then threw the vampire to the ground, smirking. Suddenly, he was rammed into from behind and thrown into another building.
"Apologies, but if anyone if going to kill Alucard... it's me." Vegeta said, powering up to Super Saiyan 2, aiming his hand at Balder. "Big Bang attack!" He shouted, firing at Balder, eradicating the corner of the building and Balder along with it. "That solves most of our problems." Vegeta said, flying back up to the top of the tower.
"You have a plan now, yes?" Dormammu asked.
"So long as the Chitauri continue to invade, they stand no chance." Loki said.
"Certainly getting cocky, aren't we? I'm still more than ready for these bastards you're throwing at us!" Vegeta said as he flew above them, shooting a ki blast at each of them. They had been off guard, so while Dormammu managed to guard himself at the last minute, Loki was blasted in the chest and sent back across the floor. Vegeta then flew back down to the war before Dormammu could attack.
"I take it you're going to do something about that?" The dread Lord asked, looking back at Loki.
"Now there will be blood." Loki said, walking to the edge of the tower and jumping off a ledge, landing on a Chitauri's air bike... thing. They then began rapid-fire shooting at EVERYTHING, blowing up buildings, putting giant holes in the ground and blasting Jin and Alucard.
Alucard, of course was fine, but Jin was injured... And disturbed, becoming furious, losing control of himself, the devil taking over. A large piece of a building breaking off and falling on him, to which Loki smirked. Suddenly, he rose from the debris, now with demon horns, wings of a fallen angel and the iconic chest tattoo. Jin was gone and Devil Jin stood in his place. "Fear the wrath of god!" He said, flying at Loki. The frost giant turned and tried to escape, firing back at Jin, who was in hot pursuit, using his own lasers to counter Loki's. Loki had managed to fire at Jin and cause him to divert his course, but as he smirked, he turned around in time to see Shadow in the air, firing a Chaos Spear at his airbike, hitting it and blowing it in half. Loki landed on another building, where Devil Jin flew in and blasted him in the chest through a window, pursuing him, slamming him into a wall and throwing him to the floor.
Jin rushed in for another attack, but Loki stood up and shouted at him. "Enough! All of you shall bow before me! You are, all of you beneath me! I am a god, you pathetic demon! And I will not allow myself to be defeated by-!" He started, but then Jin attacked him, apparently using the force to throw him into walls over and over and smash him into the floor (in Tekken 6, Devil Jin levitates his opponent in the air by their neck when he wins occasionally). "Puny god." He said, flying back into the battle.
The portal finally closed, but there were still plenty of Chitauri left to deal with (I know, I'm running low on ideas at this point, I'm just trying to get this done). "Good news, guys! The portal closed! The bad news is, I'm still counting at least 500 of these guys." Deadpool said, looking through his rifle, shooting one in the head that Vegeta had by the throat and was about to bash its brain in.
"Goddammit, Deadpool!" Vegeta snapped.
"No sweat, it's a war, so I'm having fun!" Alucard said, shooting dozens of Chitauari.
"Just kill them!" Vergil said, slicing through a big group of them.
"I'm perfectly fine. Anyone having a hard time out there?" Bayonetta asked.
"We're all fine." Shadow said, shooting at the Chitauri chasing him.
Meanwhile, Devil Jin was doing as good of a job destroying the city as Loki previously was, although, to be fair, he was wiping out hordes of the Chitauari, finally managing to kill the rest of them. "It seems like you must do everything yourself if you want to succeed." Dormammu said, making the sky turn red.
"... That can't be good." Deadpool said.
"I like it." Alucard said.
"Let's just get up there and kill his ass!" Vegeta snapped.
"Someone's impatient." Bayonetta teased.
"Well, Vergil's already working his way up there." Deadpool said, pointing to Vergil constantly teleporting up the building.
"Then let's not keep him waiting." Jin said, now having gained control over his Devil form, flying up to the top, the others following closely. They all reached the top of the tower where Dormammu was waiting at the same time.
"You are all quite impressive. I could use allies like you. I offer you one chance. Join me... Or die." He said.
"Jokes on you, pal. I can't die." Deadpool said, aiming his guns at Dormammu.
"And I'll be sure to make you pay for what you did to Kakarot." Vegeta said, powering up again.
"Yes, Jeanne may have been quite the troublesome girl, but she was my friend. You killed her, which makes you my enemy." Bayonetta said, readying her katana.
"Oh, please. Do any of you honestly think you could ever defeat me?" Dormammu demanded, turning slightly into his fighting stance.
"My brother was once able to defeat you. If he could do it, I should be able to do it, too." Vergil said, rushing in.

Vergil attacked vigorously, but the Dread Lord either blocked Vergil's attacks, treating them as little more than nothing. Vergil backstepped as Dormammu tried to grab him and sheathed his sword. "Die." He said, unleashing a wave of judgment cuts on Dormammu, managing to do him damage.
"Son of a bitch, I've got you now!" Vegeta said, rushing in and launching a ki blast just before his fist hit Dormammu's face, launching them both back. Vegeta stopped himself in mid-air, but Dormammu was launched back into a wall.
"My turn!" Deadpool said, shooting at Dormammu, saying "Bang!" each time, but that did nothing to him. "Huh. Maybe guns don't work great on demon gods." He said, holstering them and running in with his katanas. He jumped into the air and was about to impale both blades into Dormammu, but the Dread Lord then used magic of some sort to grab Deadpool by the throat.
"Such a waste of space. Allow me to rectify this." He said, throwing Deadpool off the tower. "That's one problem out of the way." He said, but then turned his attention to Vegeta, who began laughing arrogantly. "What is the meaning of this?!" He demanded.
"Trust me, if it was that easy to kill him, I would've done it a long time ago. You might as well have tried that on me. It'd have the same effect: Nothing." He smirked, pointing to the ground, right in front of Dormammu.
"What?" He said, looking down.
Deadpool then reappeared in a crouching position, one fist ready. "Shoryuken!" He announced, throwing a massive uppercut at Dormammu, connecting right with his jaw, staggering him back a bit. "Yeah! How'd you like that, Mr. Dark Lord. Seriously, who came first, you or Star Wars? If it was Star Wars, you're TOTALLY a rip-off of Darth Vader." He smirked.
"Enough mockery!" He said, grabbing Deadpool again and throwing him into a wall, not that harmed yet.
"You seem quite hot and bothered. Maybe I could help cool you off." Bayonetta said, rushing in white Odette (her ice-making ice skates), throwing a large variety of kicks and on occasion making large ice spikes, effectively hitting and damaging the Dread Lord.
"My turn!" Jin said, rushing in and attacking, throwing a powerful combo, filled with demon energy at the Dread Lord, finishing by blasting Dormammu in the face with a demon laser, through a wall and off the tower.
"Die!" The Dark Lord demanded, flying back, throwing fireballs at Jin, kicking him in the head and knocking him down.
"Chaos Spear!" Shadow said, throwing a volley of chaos spears at him, but Dormammu put up another shield, then shot his own blast of demonic power at Shadow, knocking him off the tower and onto a lower building.
"Looks like it's my turn
"I've had enough of this nuisance!" He said, gathering all of the Anti-heroes with magic and throwing them off the tower, slamming them onto the rooftop Shadow landed on.
"There's just no way that we can win~ This guy's a fucking beast~ He fights too well because he's not a mortal man~" Deadpool sang softly.
"Shut the hell up, Deadpool!" Alucard snapped, shooting the merc in the head.
"We're not gonna beat this guy like this. Does anyone have a plan?" Jin asked.
"I've got the Chaos Emeralds. That can put me close to him in terms of power, but I don't know about you." Shadow said, holding out the emeralds.
"I've got a plan. I'd hate to do this, but it's a last resort. Fusion." Vegeta said, shuddering when he did so.
"Care yo explain?" Vergil asked.
"Yes. Through a RIDICULOUS dance, two of us can fuse into one being with the combined power of both of the fusees." He explained, showing them the fusion dance.
"It's ridiculous, indeed." Vergil said, obviously dismissing it.
"Tell me, do you have a better plan?" The Saiyan Prince asked
That silenced them and they decided pairs that would fit best: Vegeta and Vergil, now dressed in Vergil's coat, Vegeta's body suit and armor and had Vegeta's hair, but with Vergil's color, a mixture of both in the face, Vergetil.
Shadow and Deadpool, now a strange, spiked human with eyes like Shadow's, quills like Deadpool's suit, Deadshadow.
Jin and Alucard, Alucard's hair and fangs, most other features belonging to Jin, still in Devil Form, but now with the additional strength of a vampire, Jincard.
Bayonetta flat-out refused to do the dance or fuse with a guy, so she decided she would wait until they weakened Dormammu and finish him with one of her summons.
Deadshadow went to Super with the help of the Chaos Emeralds and the fusions all reached the top of the tower in seconds, shocking Dormammu. "What?! Who are you?! None of you are warriors I face before!" He said in shock and unease.
"I am neither Vergil NOR Vegeta! I am Vergetil, Deadlier than any Saiyan or demon. And wrecker of your shit." Vergetil spoke, activating his Devil Trigger and powering to Super Saiyan 2, rushing in at Dormammu. The Dread Lord attempted to shoot a fireball at him, but at that exact moment, he disappeared. He used the Air Trick ability to appear above Dormammu, crashing down on him with the Force Edge, then unleashing a devastating combo with both it and Yamato, firing a beam of ki and demon energy at him at the end, crashing him into another building.
Just as he recovered he was greeted by the twisted face of Deadshadow. "Surprise!" The merc with the spikes said, grabbing him and peeling him off the wall, throwing him back at the tower and teleporting right to him, pummeling him in midair and at the end, throwing an ax kick at him, sending him to the floor and raining down Chaos Spears on him.
Jincard then rushed in after than assault was over and slammed his fist into Dormammu's jaw, breaking it, then slamming him into a wall of the tower again and firing a powerful demon beam at him. "You fools! Don't think you've beaten me yet!" He said, standing up.
"In that case, Release restraint, level 1." Jincard said, releasing some of his vampiric power.
"Level what?" Dormammu asked. Suddenly, he was shot with the Jackal and staggered back, then Jincard's demonic dog monster tore into him, slamming him into the floor one more time, almost completely broken. "You done goofed." He said.
"Impossible! How in the hell did you do that?!" He demanded.
"Fuck you, that's how." The vampire demon replied.
"I am the Dread Lord! I will not stand for this! I am immortal! You cannot destroy me!" He said, getting back up, failing to notice the demonic portal opening on the ground behind him.
"I can't stand you talkative types. Maybe this will make you shut up." Bayonetta said, stabbing him with her katana and draining his soul with Gamorrah appearing from the and chomping down on the unfortunate Dark Lord as she jumped back at the last minute, tearing him apart and dragging what was left of him down the demonic portal.
"Yeah, that should be enough to kill him." Deadshadow said.
"We tore him apart. Even if he did survive, if he's smart, he'll know never to come here again." Vergetil said
"And if he comes back, we'll just make sure to kill him next time." Jincard said. The fusions then wore off and the anti-heroes looked between each other.
"Well, that was fun!" Deadpool said.
"We'll have to remember to do it again sometime." Alucard agreed.
"Good job, guys." Goku said, landing beside Vegeta.
"GODDAMMIT! I thought you were dead, Kakarot!" Vegeta snapped.
"Well, sorry, we had to trick you." He laughed nervously, rubbing the back of his head.
"To be honest, I can't believe you fell for that, Vergil." Dante said, now right beside his brother.
To this, the elder son of Sparda screamed in rage. "You can go to hell, Dante!" Vergil said, rushing after his younger twin with the intent to kill.
"You all did some great work. And even I have to say you didn't do too bad, Shadow." Sonic smirked, patting Shadow on the back as soon as he appeared.
"If you don't have a death wish, Sonic, I suggest you run." Shadow said, pulling out a katana.
And so, the threat was dealt with, the anti-heroes parted on good terms, they're friends were alive and they already had their next goal: Hospitalize their friends they previously thought we dead.
