Bathroom! Bathroom! Amu raced and barged open the door, hoping that no one was in there. There wasn't. She sighed from relief. Amu leaned in and realized that the toilet paper ran out.
"Damn it! Yaya! Can you get me some toilet paper?" Amu yelled with a glance. A toilet paper bounced on her head. "Ow..." she grimaced as she caught the roll just before it made its destination in the water of the toilet bowl. "Thanks!" she called.
"You're welcome," footsteps led the voice away. Amu froze. That wasn't Yaya's voice. Amu opened her mouth, trying to think of the worst insults possible to throw to the man, and demanding what he would have done if she had pulled down her pants, when her stomach flipped over, reminding her that she needed to finish her business first. Afterwards, Amu promised.

"To make noodles..maybe I should actually ground it?" Amu muttered as she was reading a cook book carefully. She looked carefully at her own noodles, it took a long time to make them. She shrugged and decided to at least try it out despite of the stew looked far from the one from her mother's. She took a careful chomp of her noodles when she suddenly felt the nasty feeling of clogging in her throat. A cup of water magically appeared in front of her. It could be a mirage but it seemed solid enough. Amu dived to grab it and drank like her life depended on it.
"Ah, I'm saved," Amu sighed. She looked and almost toppled off her chair when she spotted the blue eyes. "IKUTO! BATHROOM! PERVERT!" she suddenly shouted, unable to think properly to string words in a sentence.
"Is this what you say to the person who saved your life?" Ikuto asked with slight contempt.
"Save! You didn't save anyone," she said angrily. Amu took another bite. Boy, maybe the gods have something against her. She started choking again. Amu tried to grab the cup of water when Ikuto snatched it before her and started drinking it.
"Why...you!" she coughed. He was much too tall. After some pushing she finally managed to reach the cup of water. "Are you trying to kill somebody?" Amu demanded as she thumped her chest.
"You're really short," he smirked. Amu could feel herself reddening.
"Not true! I'm not short! It's just that you're uselessly tall! Hey, where are you going?" Amu yelled as he had already turned to leave.
"Wipe your boogers before you do anything, okay?" Ikuto sang as he walked away. Amu made a muffled scream of frustration.

The restaurant was extremely quiet as usual. The gloomy clouds loomed over Amu as she stared at the depressingly empty space.
"Maybe everyone went to the beach," Amu muttered as she put her chin on the counter.
"At winter?" Utau said as she focused it on the door.
"I wish telepathy existed," Amu muttered as she her pounded. She pressed her fingers at the temple of her head and willed rain to come.
"Do you want to close up? I don't think anyone is going to come. Most of the customers come from reservation, anyways," Utau suggested. Amu immediately agreed to it. She packed up and walked slowly through the blistering cold. During the day, the weather had this blah feeling to it, during the night, she was sure her hair froze. Depressing as always. Amu used to love the cold but now, it didn't seem anything special. Fond memories don't usually form in the cold. At least if it's warm she could go somewhere in solitude without wearing 10 sweaters. Amu shivered and wrapped her hands around her arms and started jumping around, hoping to keep warm.
Amu yawned and waited by the crosswalk and squinted at a little shop across from it. Ikuto was right there munching away. Was that ramen?
Even before the crosswalk flashed the green man she rushed across anyways, almost getting killed by crazy cars in the process. But right when she was about to pound on the window, she stopped. What in the world was she doing? She turned to leave but she heard the window knock. Amu stared.
Ikuto gave a slow wave and beckoned her to come in, also showing something that looked like a mocking way of her bunny hops that was supposed to keep her home. Amu rolled her eyes and went in the store, hoping that Ikuto's ramen was still warm for her to eat.

"Why of all foods were you eating ramen? We have tons at home," Amu asked. Ikuto shrugged. Amu sighed. Suddenly a question dropped in her head. "Do you believe...in telepathy or such?" Amu suddenly felt embarrassed asking it.
"Who knows?" Ikuto smirked. Amu scoffed. Her head wasn't in the right place indeed.
"You know...I was wondering all this time...you smell..like money..." Amu muttered. Ikuto turned and gave her a weird look.
"What? Money?"
"You do smell like money. In the mist of my poverty perfume that I give off, you seemed completely out of place. It's really weird. Could it be..." she turned and gave him a sly look, "that you used to live in a well-off family but got into a horrible bankrupt?" Ikuto gave another smirk.
"Perhaps."
"See? Ha! I knew it. I'm well of in this area," she grinned and skipped ahead.
I can probably upload..every other day? Since I know they give a lot of hw in the summer school and stuff, but I'm a night person so it should be good XD Please review!
