The days seemed to drag on and with the exception of when Jenette delivered the finished costumes to Antoinette she spent the rest of the time in the caverns and tunnels. Finally the day of the performance came and she decided that she would watch it from the passageway near the stage. However Erik had his own plan. So after she got ready and headed out Erik finished up and then set fire to his model stage and then left.
As Jenette watched the performance she wondered why Erik had not shown up yet. That was till she saw the one actor go backstage and then a another person come out in his place. As soon as he began singing she knew who it was and wasn't sure if she was more shocked, angry or hurt. Then the screams that followed after Christine removed his mask a second time. This time in public. Jenette became furious with her. How dare she do that. As Erik grabbed Christine and took her back down though the trap door Jenette made her way back though the passageway. When she got there Erik was sitting and looking at the ring.
"Damn you, you, you." Jenette said storming in. "I ought to kill you for what you did!" Erik and Christine both looked at her, surprised though for different reasons. Christine was surprised to see that anybody else even knew how to get down here while Erik was surprised at what Janette said. "Not only did you completely humiliate him and piss me off but people will probably be coming down here now."
"Enough." Erik said before looking back at the ring. When Christine asked him if she was to be his next prey Jenette sent her a death glare. She stood silent listening to them and continued to send daggers flying in Christine's direction. When Raoul showed up Jenette just sighed frustratedly and removed her own mask, things were so out of control at this point she really didn't care. She could tell that by the looks on everybody's faces that they were not expecting that but she just ignored it.
Finally Erik tied Raoul up. When Erik gave Christine the ultimatum both she and Jenette were completely floored. But then she had to go and kiss him, Christine actually had to kiss him. Not knowing what else to do Jenette grabbed a candle holder and shattered the one mirror and went in to the tunnel bringing the fabric down as she left. After Erik let Christine and Raoul go he smashed the rest of the mirrors then went through the same tunnel Jenette did. They didn't speak for a while because neither were in the mood to. So they sat with there own thoughts and tears.
