"Excuse me. Why I had to show my ID card?"
"From order of General Warczewski, every citizen needs to show his ID card in control. After what happened in the west district, General implemented curfew. Sorry for trouble."-Soldier said and walked away. Emilie stopped soldier. He looked at her with risen eyebrow.
"Why are even soldier here. Shouldn't police be doing it?"

He looked through window and saw roof of Kaczynski's house. He said.

Warczewski didn't reply. He opened the gate and slowly walked to property. One soldier ran to him and stopped.
"With due respect, sir. I don't think you should go there. We don't know if this 'creep' does something. Better not touch it."-soldier looked at General. He sighed and said.
"Fine son. But we should do something about it. People in town are starting to panic, and soldiers didn't help either. I sent them to keep them in rank. If panic explodes then we would need to deal not only with this something but also civilians."-General sighed and walked back to car. Soldiers joined him and they ride back to base. They didn't notice few zerglings and hydralisk who were watching them when they were here.
Back to Hive

She spent as much as she could for army.
She knew that soon army will try something. She tried to find any useful DNA which can be applied to her Swarm, but she found none. Saber was very good, for Annie. She thought he will be more aggressive, because of Zerg DNA, but it wasn't. Even after what happened in west district. It's seems that he was calm when he was away from battle and blood thirsty when he was in it.
Annie went inside Evolution Chamber and called.
"Takashi." Takashi appeared from flesh wall, and bowed.
"How can I serve?"
"I got little headache, I thought it was because I got too many zerg under my control, but it wasn't that. Can you check?"-Takashi nodded and slowly approached her. Annie then nodded with shining eyes, emanating power.
"But try something funny, and you will know pain you wouldn't want to now."-Takashi backed and nodded then again approached her. He was touching her head and hair, looking careful. After few minutes he said.
"Found problem. Another stage of evolution. Brain is mutating to be capable holding psionic power. Pain should increase soon. Nothing what I can do. Need go through it."-Takashi explained. Annie sighed and touched her temple.

"Brain shut down. Still evolving. Must been protect instinct. Good option."-He said and took Annie on his arms and took her to Hive. He slowly laid her on her bed. Bed gave wet sound and soon cocoon appeared around the bed, separating Annie from world.
"Evolving finish in possibly two days. Need wait. Going back to work."-Takashi said to himself, and left Annie alone.
Space, Far orbit around Mars few minutes later
On dark scenery of space start appearing lights, which soon morphed in one huge portal. From it came few Protoss Carriers, and couple Terran Battlecruisers. But they were heavily damaged. They stopped in shadow of planet. Their engine didn't work. Everything was too damage.
Hyperion, Bridge
Everything was in mess. Few control panels were broken, one was torn apart. People were scattered around bridge. Few people were growling from pain, but everyone was unconscious.
Jim Raynor slowly opened his eyes. His vision was blurred, and was fading but he didn't surrender and tried to focus his vision. He shook his head, but felt sharp pain in head. He grab place where he felt it and touch it. He looked at his hand and saw blood.
"Dammit… It's last time I go on such rodeo." Jim complained and slowly stood up. He grabbed nearby pipe trying to stand but it broke and he fell on his knees. He stood again and looked around.
Bridge was looking like swarm literally charged through it. Everything was either broken, or wrenched. Only map and couple of consoles weren't too damaged. Jim looked at Matt and called him.
"Matt. Wake up."-Matt groaned but didn't open his eyes. Jim walked to him and shook him gently.
"Wake up, buddy. Sleeping on the cold floor isn't healthy."-Jim said. Matt opened his eyes and blinked few times. He tried to stand up but Jim stopped him.
"Slow down, buddy. Take it easy. We went through nice rodeo."-Jim said. Matt nodded and slowly stood up with Jim's help. Matt looked around and said.
"Oh My God. It's looks like battlefield. I don't think we're able to do anything right now. I can just imagine how it's looking in others sections in the ship."-Matt looked shocked. He looked at window and saw few cracks. He went to near console to close window with steel plates. After that he used it to scan ship, and sighed.
"Commander, this isn't looking good."
"How's it looking?"
"Sir, ship is damaged in sixty percent. Few sections got holes in them, making them unable to use. Armory is also badly damaged. Honestly I think we're stuck here for very long time. If we don't start repairing damages, it will only get worse."-Matt said with sad tone. Jim frowned at this. He used communicate console to call Zeratul. After minute Zeratul appear.
"I see you're fine, my friends. It appears that this travel cost us more than we thought."-Zeratul said. Jim said.
"It's appears so. Well but I think we're all mana-!"
"Sir! There is another portal."-Matt report.
"Give it on the screen."
Mat nodded and started working. Soon screen displayed showing portal which start opening. Jim looked at this with risen brown only to be terrified. From portal appeared one of his Battlecruisers. The problem is it was destroyed. Burning, wrenched in several places, drifting in space. Battlecruiser was literally crushed and tear in few pieces. Only few big parts were left from it.
Matt and Jim looked at this with horror, on each Battlecruiser was thousand people if not more. And tons of equipment and ammunition. This was heavy wound for them. Matt looked at console who give warning.
"Sir another portal."
Another portal appeared and opened wide. From it two destroyed Carriers flew. They were also broken, and were burning with blue flames. Zeratul was looking at this on his screen. He finally spoke.
"It's worse than I thought. It appears my decision brought more death that it should. Be no one should die through this travel before we encounter Zerg."-Zeratul said with guilt, sadness and regret in voice. Jim turned to him.
"Don't worry. You warned us, and we made a choice. But it's hurting to know that a lot of people died unnecessary. But if we defeat Zergs on this planet, their death won't be in vain."-Jim said and looked at Matt.
"Matt, try to wake up everyone. We need prepare our self."-He ordered, Matt nodded and went to do his job. Jim looked at Zeratul.
"Get your boys ready. We need as much fire power we can. Because soon, we're going down on Earth. But first."-He grabbed bottle of whiskey which was still in one piece. He opened it and shook it.
"I need drink."-Jim smirked and ended the communication. He walked down the corridor to canteen.
Zeratul Void Seeker
Zeratul looked at bridge. It wasn't damaged as rest of the fleet. It hurt him that lot of Terrans and Protoss died without facing the enemy and by his decision. He hit fist on panel and lay down his head on it.
"How many have to die? Wasn't the first war enough. Zergs still engage us but not like before. We had few times break from war. But this. It's only getting worse."-Zeratul said to himself. He decided. He sent message to all units, Protoss or Terrans.
"Friends, I'm aware what happened, and it's hurting and tearing me apart. But we must carry on. If Zerg plague spreads, everything will be lost. So hear me. I want you to repair every damage you can. Prepare yourself as best you can. Because we are going to fight. But before this I will go on the surface of planet and scout the area. I will find location of their Hive Cluster. Be safe my friends. I will be back when I gather information."
With this, the recording ended. He gave course to Earth and turned on invisible. He didn't want to scare people on Earth, or give them reason to fight them. There was already too much blood spilled of the innocents. He won't allow Overmind to corrupt another planet.
Earth, evening, Hive Cluster
Emilie walked into Hive tired. She started having enough of soldiers. She met them for first time and they already pissed her off. Especially if you want to leave the town. Whole city was surrounded by them. It was locked down and only in few places you could leave, which she was forced to go around.
She growled under her breath, trying to calm down. Soldiers were searching everyone and everything. City became a prison and people started complaining. A pair of soldiers who were talking with each other said. It was better that than mass panic. At least Emilie approved their logic. It was good reasoning.
Emilie walked to chamber and her eyes winded. She saw that bed was now covered by cocoon and she saw Annie inside. She tried to run but someone stopped her. She looked at person and saw Takashi.
"Why are you stopping me?"
"Don't interrupt. Cerebrate is safe. She's evolving, cocoon give protection and stability of process." Takashi explained. Emilie was confused. She looked at cocoon again and asked.
"But what happen? Why she need to be in it?"
"Evolution started changing brain. Massive pain. Brain shut down to protect host. Will be indisposed for two days."
"What do you mean 'indisposed'?-Emilie asked. Takashi looked at her with his mutated eyes and said.
"Coma. Cerebrate is safe. Whole swarm is on high guard."-Takashi said and left, leaving behind sad Emilie. She looked at cocoon and noticed Kasia sleeping on the floor near it. She walked to her and grabbed her on her arms. She was sleeping peacefully. Kasia nodded she wasn't hungry. Perhaps she eaten creep, But, still it was dangerous to leave her alone. Emilie walked to her bed and place Kasia in it. After that she gave last look at Annie and left the room.
When she left the hive she moved deeper in the forest. She wanted to be alone, to think about everything what happen today. It was hard. She thought she would talk with Annie after her return and now she won't be able to talk to her for two days. It hurt her. She kept walking and finally found large rock to sit on it. She did it and looked at sky.
It was clear sky with full of start shining on it. It was beautiful to watch. She wished she didn't think about it earlier. She would lay on the ground or creep and watch sky with Annie and Kasia. This would be the best moment in her life. She closed her eyes and started thinking. She kept doing it for long time when suddenly a crack from behind get her back to her sense. She jump from the rock and looked around trying to figure out who made that sound.
She could see properly and said to herself.
"How I wish I got night vision like zerg."-he complained under her breath. Then something hit her. Her instinct told her to jump. She wasn't sure why but she do it. When she looked at place where she stood she saw green blade which h was shining on the black ground.
She was shocked and terrified. She looked at herself and notice scar on her side. She didn't feel it to this moment. A sharp, burning pain came from that place. She fell on her knees and grabbed her side. She looked at place where the blade was. It didn't move. Soon person became visible where blade was. Emilie's eyes winded. She knew that person. Everyone who played StarCraft knew that person. She gritted her teeth and said with anger.
"Zeratul."
Zeratul looked at Emilie with his green eyes and spoke.
"How do you know my name?" Emilie smirked and said.
"It's not you problem. More important is what are you doing here?"-Emilie ask slowly standing up. Zeratul turn off his blade and said.
"Forgive me for that attack. I thought you were zerg. I think I became blind because of age."
"You're right. Don't see different between Zerg and human, someone must be really blind. Now answer at my question."-Emilie hissed through pain. Zeratul responded.
"I'm here to find Zerg Hive Cluster. And I did it. Now why are so close to it? You should know it's dangerous." Zeratul said with concern. Emilie was going to respond when suddenly a lot of growling, hissing came from around them. Emilie looked around and saw zergling and hydralisk. Every one of them was looking at Zeratul.
Zeratul activate his blade and walked to Emilie and stand to her with her back. He said.
"I will give you opening. Then you will run, understand?"-he asked.
Emilie started chuckling. Zeratul rise eyebrow at this. Emilie slowly walked away from him. Zeratul pulled out his hand to grab her but Emilie dodged it. She she jumped and landed near two hydralisk and said.
"You're wrong Templar. You're the only one in danger here."-Emilie gave him insane smile. Zeratul looked around. Zergs were hissing at him.
"So, you're infected as well. I will give you quick death then."-Emilie responded.
"I'm not infected, yet. You know. This world is corrupted far more that you think. To free it from this corruption, Zergs are needed. And don't even say a word. I know you gonna said something like 'it's not as bad as you think'. I gonna surprise you. Mother selling her own children for couple of coins, murdering because of greed, or jealousy. This world is living hell for everybody. And I will say this again like I say to previous one. I will enjoy watching this world burn under mine, and my love's, feet."-She turned to zerg.
"Get him. I don't wanna that other might know about us."-She ordered. Zergs howled that entire city who was near hear it. People there began to panic, and Army prepared to calm everyone down.
Zeratul cursed under his breath and stabbed zergling who jumped at him, splitting him in half. Emilie watched fight for few seconds before walking away, back to Hive. Zeratul looked last time at her and thought.
"It's seems that again I made wrong decision."-he thought and avoided spike from hydralisk. With battle cry Zeratul jumped at zergs, trying to survive. And give back message about Swarm.
