I know its been a long time since I uploaded but due to the fact that it was the end of the summer and people were enrolling to the College - where I work - it was extremely tiring. It was also due to the fact that I had writers block and couldn't think of a way to get the story running. But this chapter does fit in and I needed to let everyone know that there is an evil villain about to take off.
Also, I have resigned from my position from the College and I am going back into full time education at the same College. I will be studying Acting and I start on the 8th September! I can't wait!

Chapter 10
The Boss
As I stood in front of the window, I stared out into the night sky, as if I could see my brother up there. I knew he would be looking down on me, watching me. He would be proud of what I have accomplished. Of what I have planned. But I am no closer to reaching my goal. Christina is still far away from me and I need her on my side. The daughter of a Pure Angel is something I need to lead my army of rogue Angels and Demons. Too bad that imbecile of mine, Michael, was unable to get her attention and I'm running out of time. Christina needs to be trained soon, so that when she Ascends to an Angel she can make her first act of betrayal.
My hands clenched into fists against the window pane as I felt frustrated with tension. Nothing was going right and I needed to act quickly. My knuckles were turning white against my skin and suddenly, the pane snapped under my hands and the wood splintered my palms. But I didn't care. Blood came pouring down my fingers. I clenched my fists again but it didn't stop.
After I cleaned my hands, I started to go through the plans I had already thought out. None of them seemed to be working; we had tried getting Christina to fall in love with Michael, I had tried to contact her in her dreams but she was ignoring me, we had tried to locate her at her house but all the time she wasn't there. We needed to get close to her...or...infiltrate someone who was close to her.
Then I realised that I do know someone within her circle. Someone who she trusts and loves. Someone who is fragile and vulnerable; the perfect spy.
"Ha," I chuckled to myself, "I think it's time I pay a visit to my own daughter."
Anyway, I know it's short and I do apologise but I thought I would give you something to read about before I finish Chapter 11 - I have the ending, I know what's happening now so you should be seeing a new chapter tonight or tomorrow.
