Chapter 9: Jimmy Getting Tough

A/N: So it has been awhile since I have released a chapter on GTA, well no fear guys, I have a new one. It's a character situation that will be focusing on Michael and Jimmy. You will not want to miss how this one turns out. I was happy to get through the issue I had with the last chapter because of the November attacks in Paris that delayed this chapter's release and struck a mortal cord with me, so let's just get into the chapter. You might like some of the jokes I put into this chapter.

Michael De Santa's House At Rockford Hills

Today was a bit of a special day for father and son bonding. For Michael and Jimmy BTW, after Michael was able to savage enough of the heist to do the military raid in the near future. Tracey and Amanda were going to be heading off to the spa to get away for the day, thanks to an advice by their favorite friend Isiah Friedlander to have the men and women each have one day respective to themselves to be who they always wanted to be. Michael and the group think this is a really good advice, and perhaps he could use this time to bond with his son a little bit more.

"About time those bitches are out of the house, well not really bitches, more like Tracey and Amanda." Michael smirked to himself just as he looks through the window and sees Tracey and Amanda walking to the Amanda's car. After a few short moments, they left the house to head to the spa. They were also heading to the beach as they want to get some nice scenery and have fun after their spa. Michael did always though that Jimmy was a dumb little shit who loves playing video games all day and not doing something with their lives, and you know this actually got Michael a bit inspired.

Thinking on his brilliant idea, he walks up the stairs of his house and walks into Jimmy's room. Jimmy had the system settings cranked up to high and also with the loud surround sound system which is some Dolby sound, which makes it sound even louder. He was playing Righteous Slaughter 7, a ultra-violent game on his big flat screen UHDTV. "Oh hell ya, just kick that momma's vagina up real good." Jimmy said loud just as he kills another player on screen. Michael smirked just as he watched his son play his game for a few moment before he tries to say something to him.

"Hey Jimmy, seems like that game is keeping you from the outside world." Michael said with a little bit of enthusiasm, sarcastic one at that.

"Well yeah dad, and from you, you just aren't fun." Jimmy said to his dad in a rude manner.

"Come on son, I am a fun dad, can't you see I am at least trying."

"Fuck off!"

"Come on, we got the day to ourselves, and our therapist did suggested we each have a day for the boys and girls."

"Like I said dad, fuck off. I already got my day set. Playing this game all day with my online buddies, unless you try to do something about it, fuck off." Jimmy yelled very angrily at his father, who still smiles.

"I knew you were going to say that from a mile away Jim." Michael smirked at his son before he pulls out a gun, which makes Jimmy gasped and then Michael shoots the TV, and the console. Both of them were destroyed upon contact with the bullets that Michael fired from his gun. After about 10 seconds of silence in the room, Jimmy then turned to his father and screamed. "WHAT THE FUCK DAD?!"

"Look, I am just trying to spend some quality time with you Jimmy, and you are just wasting your time on the game and your foolish online pals. Do you remember the time you got kidnapped by some gamer and I had to come rescue you? This is partly why we are going to have this day together." Michael then explained to him.

"For what?" Jimmy asked annoyed.

"Going to teach you how to be a man." Michael than said to him.

"And just how you are going to do that?"

"Trust me, you will find out. Get in the car." Michael said to him. "Time is wasting on this day."

"Well time wasting my ass, you just broke my system that I or you had to replace twice already."

"Well maybe if you were looking for a job instead of playing games all day and smoking crack, maybe you wouldn't be wasting time." Michael said just as he and Jimmy walked down stairs to the car. "Besides, they are some skills than ever man should know."

"Like what? Getting a job? That is bogus."

"Actually much better than that, you will see." Michael said just as they both get into the car. Michael then starts driving out of the house and onto the streets and then proceeds to head south. "Going to call our friend Trevor as well."

"Okay…. This should be fun." Jimmy said a little bit more excited, but not much.

"It will be." Michael said, and phones in Trevor. "Trevor, how you doing?"

"Doing good my friend. Ron is doing fine as we speak and is on the way to making a full recovery."

"Good. I am going to be hanging out with my son today, so I would like for you to join in. There is an Ammunation across the street from the strip-club you work at, so let's meet there."

"No problem. A little family gathering should do him some good."

Ammunation At Downtown Los Santos, Los Santos

About 15 minutes later, we see Michael and Jimmy just pulling up to the Ammunation just as Trevor arrives, since he is just nearby the place, he might as well just come by walking. He did bring his truck just in case he needed to go somewhere in a hurry. Trevor got out of the car, waiting for his friends now just as they got out and walked up to him.

"Well Jimmy my man, you are so lucky to get an introduction to what will soon be a great place in your life…. Ammu-Fucking-Nation!" Trevor said in a buoyant but very psychological way that he normally always say things. "Here we get to test out all the greatest guns in the entire world, from the AK-47, to even a fucking homing rocket launcher!"

"Well… okay." Jimmy said a bit nervously and out of confusion as he is introduced to a gun shop.

"Trust me my son; this place is going to really make you feel like a man, much more than that fucking game would anyway." Michael said just as they all walk into the store. They then see everything that a good gun store would provide. Jackets, ammo, guns, attachments, new skins, you name it. They even have a testing range to where if they wanted to test guns out, they can. "Ah…. Ammunation, I love the smell of lead. Do you my friend?" Trevor then asked the gun owner.

"Of course my friend, need your guns for the upcoming zombie invasion, or before the Second Amendment gets violated by super nanny governments, we got them here." The gun owner then tells Trevor in a good nice way. "So, brought a newbie here?"

"Yep. This is Jimmy, and we are teaching him how to be a man, so get us the best in the house." Trevor then tells him, pointing to the bigger weapons. However, Michael does get a little concern when Trevor begins to point towards the much bigger guns like the rail gun, rocket launcher, and stuff like that.

"I think we should start Jimmy off with a stun gun or a pistol." Michael said to be a little bit more reasonable for his son.

"I actually agree, plus I like to see if I can do that gun holding style like one of those gangstas from the movie "Bust my Ass Nigga 5, Sucks To Be You Gangsta Nigga!" Jimmy said.

"Okay, that can be worth something, and besides, one of my favorite movies I helped out on." Michael added as well just as he points to the smaller guns only to be pushed a bit to the side by Trevor.

"I think Jimmy here is old enough to handle the big toys, so one rocket launcher please." Trevor said to the owner. He even brings out his debit card to pay for it. "Uh, don't you think he should start off with pistol or stun gun, I agree with his father."

Trevor then knew what to do at a time like this; he grabs the guy in the head and knocks him down in the head, much to the shock of Jimmy and Michael. "Is that really necessary Trevor?" Michael complained.

"It was absolutely necessary. Jimmy is old enough to do it." Trevor then reply back ,and the gun salesman gets back up. "Oh my head."

"Well you deserve that you idiot, now give Jimmy is rocket launcher."

"I think I will just stick with the pistol for the first few times." Jimmy then said with honesty.

"I agree." Michael said. "Get us the starter package." Michael said, pushing Trevor to the side and then grabbing his card and buying it.

"Thanks, now here is what you get for your starter package. You get a stun gun, 96 rounds of pistol ammo, an actual pistol, a grip, and a flashlight attachment." The salesman explained to him just as he hands Jimmy the package. "Now if you want to test it at the firing range, feel free."

"I think we will go somewhere good where we can test it." Trevor then said to him, pushing Michael away again, and then turns to Jimmy. "Have you ever been to my house?"

Trevor's RV

"Unfucking believable, I was hoping to train my son at the testing range and instead you brought him to your RV?!" Michael said in disbelief that Trevor suggested to his son to head to his RV. Michael remembered how he had one of the worst times in Sandy Shores, and how the town is dirt shit on all possible levels. Trevor's RV also smells like a rotten pig that was killed for many years and its insides have gotten even viler. Imagine if a home inspector came in and notice it with children inside, you know how well it will turn out. "You better have good reasons."

"Well I do my friend. I have a shooting range where Jimmy can test his baby pistol." He said normally until the last part where he makes a playful baby like voice when he says baby pistol. Even with a badass dad like Michael, he still was overprotective of Jimmy when it came to testing guns. "I was trying to make him a man just like you."

"Well a man can shoot a pistol, and I am trying to teach him the basics before we get into advance stuff like the rocket launcher." Michael argued just as he got his son into position. Trevor went inside and got some beer cups and placed them outside. Michael and Trevor are going to be having Jimmy shoot some beer cans and blow them up really good. Once the beer cans were set up, Michael then goes right over to his son Jimmy, now already to teach him how to shoot a gun. "Alright, now what is the first thing you do when handling the gun?"

"I don't know, start shooting as if there was bullets in there?" Jimmy asked.

"Well not exactly… you got to know how to load a gun." He said, and he hits a part of the gun that lets him unload the gun right out, the clip hits the floor. "Now this one has bullets in there, and putting them in the clip is as simple as loading them inside by hand. Now take the clip."

Jimmy then does what he was supposed to and grabs the clip. Michael then hands over the gun. "Now look under the gun."

"Okay, now… oh, I get what you are saying." He said, noticing that the clip isn't in the gun. "Now you must insert the clip into the gun where the bullets are facing upwards."

"Exactly, how do you know that?"

"I was reading the instruction manual on using the gun."

"Well manuals only get you so far, knowing how to use a gun well makes all the difference. Remember how in some of the gangster or western movies, the person's use of the gun is almost as easy as breathing. It needs to become natural to you my friend."

Jimmy then does that his father tells him and ulimately is able to load the gun and click into place. "Good job my son. Now for the fun part, shooting the gun. Now I will let your stinking manual do the job for the rest of the..." Michael said just before he sees Jimmy getting his hands into the right position to shoot the gun. He then starts suddenly shooting the gun and unloading everything on the wall. "What the fuck? I didn't tell you to start..." He said and then he grabs his son's gun.

"Hey, I was shooting the gun."

"I was impressed you figure that out quickly, but you got to aim the gun you little shit." He mocked just as he then points the gun. "You look down the sights and then when you are sure you got a shot, then pull the trigger. Don't just go all willy hilly with it."

"Well I thought I was doing that." Jimmy complained.

"Don't worry, you are learning." Michael said just as he shoots the gun, and manages to shoot a bottle can to pieces. "Now you give a shot and this time... Aim." Michael said, handing the gun back to him.

"Okay." Jimmy said to his father just as he takes the gun. This time he pulls the gun up slowly and begins to look down at the sights. "Oh, I see what you are saying." Jimmy then pulls the trigger again and fires a bullet. It still misses, but at least he isn't going all crazy with the bullets. "Okay, that's a little better." Michael replied to him. "Honestly Trevor should have let us do it at the shooting range, therefore it would be easier as you got one long as target."

"I agree." Jimmy said, he then pulls the trigger again and this time he hits a bottle. "Hey, now you are getting it.' Michael replied.

"About time." Trevor said happy. "Perhaps I can help his target practice a bit..." He said to him just as he comes back up to Michael.

"My son's got this. I hope." Michael replied just as he watches Jimmy fire some more bullets, some hitting the beer bottles, others not. "But I can say, he can shoot a gun okay, but he needs to learn how to really focus on aiming."

"Well I can help him with that." Trevor said, and then he suddenly goes to an outside locker. "Hey Jimmy, I think I got a present for you that you might like."

"Well okay, I like to see." Jimmy said with some interest. "I like this, I think I will keep this in case something goes up."

"Might use that to scare off some of your gamer friends that threaten you in person." Michael even smirked as he is now somewhat satisfied with the progress that Jimmy made with the gun. Just as Jimmy walks up to Trevor, Trevor then suddenly opens the locker door, and what falls down as a member of the Lost that was completely tied up and strapped shut in the mouth. Jimmy then suddenly screamed in terror along with the mute Lost member and then he falls down just as he shoots him in the head, causing the brains of the Lost member to splatter real good. "AAAHHH!" Jimmy screamed. "AAAAHHHH!" After he got done with it. Michael also jumped and then looked at Trevor angrily. "What the hell was that?"

"I trained Jimmy how to kill a gang banger. Element of surprise, now he is ready for the big time."

"Trevor, what the hell was that?"

"That my friend, was a member of the Lost, a gang that will rip the blood from your still pumping veins if you are not careful. That is why you pass your test in..."

"Killing him, do you know how bad this it? Now they will start targeting me."

"Yeah Trevor, what the fucking hell? Now they will be coming after my son. We should have gone to the ranges, not here?"

"Well I wanted to help out." Trevor replied.

"You crazy psychopath." Jimmy screamed in absolute horror. "I mean I like you, but this is fucking nuts."

"I know my son, I tell him that all the time." Michael said. "But I will admit, I did like how you screamed, could use you maybe for a horror movie." He then turns his attention back to Trevor. "You just made my son kill a man in cold blood? What kind of sick twisted family are you to him?"

"I was just trying to be a good... "Uncle." Trevor said.

"Well my uncle my ass, we are out of here. You better still be prepping for the heist my friend, we will be doing it soon."

However, unknown to him, Jimmy overheard his father talking about some sort of a heist, and was really shocked to heard that his dad is still in the criminal business. "Dad, what did. You just said?"

Michael then turns around and notices his son pointing the gun at him. "Wow son, hold on there, there is no need to get hostile towards me."

"Is it true you are still in the criminal business?"

"No son, I am uh... Coming up with ideas for a new movie." He replied.

"Oh... I thought you said something about a heist."

"Yeah, planning a heist scene for the new movie... Trying to get some ideas from a local neighbor."

"Okay. Sorry about that." Jimmy said just as he holsters his gun. "We are leaving Trevor, better get your things in order in case he files a lawsuit."

"I ain't worried." Trevor said. "Besides, I got my own things I gotta do. See you whenever." He said. Trevor then walks back inside his RV to relax for the night. Michael and Jimmy then gets into the car and they both drive away. As they drive off, Michael then says to Jimmy.

"Jimmy, welcome to the real family."

"I thought we are in a real family."

"Oh... Then... Not bad for your first day on being a man."

"Okay. Let's not speak about this to anyone other than Trevor, Franklin, and you."

"I agree."

Michael and Jimmy soon reach home where they both head back to their respective rooms to rest for the night. What a day for Jimmy? He learned how to use a gun and even killed a man in cold blood. A Lost member that was. Who knows what could happen if the Lost will go after Jimmy now. All that is for sure, Jimmy is now in the real family with Michael.

A/N: Okay, I will admit I was really happy with this chapter and how it turned out. It was worth the wait. It wasn't a main story one, and the next one won't be, but I will be cramming out some fun chapters that involve the main characters in their respective lives doing shit that they get themselves into when it ain't criminal. Look forward to next time. Sorry about the wait, life's a bitch right life.

Next Time: Franklin and Lamar... Again, with Morgan

Okay, now it is time to get to the serious matter. I will be focusing on mainly this, X-Men, and Godzilla vs Unknown stories for the recent time being and will be putting Yugioh GX America on a hiatus until further word on Ill Fortune, which I have no clue over right now. I am not sure when it will be release, but I might do one or two side story or origins before the next one, so look forward to those. Will be doing X-Men, then Godzilla, and something on GX America, don't know if it will be side story or origin chapter, but Ill Fortune is on hold until an unknown date. I am hoping it won't be another year, tons of difficulties happen that prevented it from being updated back in May and June. I will be hoping to hear from Jase Raven 13 soon on it. Other than that, I hope you enjoyed this chapter, and please remember to read and review my other stories. This TheNew959 is now out.
