Me: This is the rest of the episode! But it's shorter due to the part that I already wrote a huge chunk of it. So today, I will update with one chapter for now. If I have time today, I will update with two chapters. But so far, I have one chapter and I don't want anyone waiting. I am only updating with a few chapters because I waited too long and school got in the way. School though is important to me and I want to get perfect grades. I do get perfect grades but foreign languages are hard especially at Honors level. Stupid overachieving me.

Emma: I don't care. You can whine later.

Me: Fine. Anyway, remember to vote for the polls and review to me of what you think of the chapters. Remember, good thoughts.

Snow: You also forgot about the polls note.

Me: Oh Yeah! The sleeping beauty dress has been popular for votes and I just want you to know that remember there are other options. Anyway…..let's go on with the show!

Chapter 10- Snow Falls- Part 2: Hugs and Chinese Take-Out

Emma struggled to catch up with Austin and Graham as they ran down the forest with determination in their eyes. It wasn't that Emma was out of shape or that she never took a hike before, it was just that Austin and Graham kept on walking and running at random moments. At one point, they were walking very slowly and then at the next moment, they were running down the path with fierce determination. Emma was getting frustrated that she wanted to attach a leach on them.

"Stay still before I make you," Emma muttered under her breath. Mary Margaret then put an arm on Emma's shoulder to comfort her. A frustrated Emma was a dangerous Emma.

"It's all right," Mary Margaret said to try to ease the teenager. "We are almost there."

"How do you know" Emma muttered. "You are not leading us to the coma patient. The crew, James Bond and Sherlock Holmes are." Hearing this, Austin suddenly turned around and covered Emma's mouth.

"Shush," Austin said. "Mary Margaret's right, we are almost there. Apparently Graham found a trail." Emma then rolled her eyes and pushed Austin off of her.

"Whatever," Emma said. "And don't put your hand on my face."

"Fine, sorry," Austin apologized said. He though didn't actually mean it. Emma rolled her eyes. Whatever. At least he apologized. It didn't matter. For now…

"Apology accepted," Emma said. Then suddenly Sheriff Graham stopped them and touched the dirt on the ground.

Emma and Austin stopped talking and looked at the sheriff.

"What is it," Emma asked. The sheriff looked up.

"The trail runs out here," Graham said.

"Are you sure?" Emma asked skeptically. "Because I thought that tracking was one of your skills." The sheriff got up and looked at Emma.

"Just give me a second," Graham said. "This is my world. I got it." Emma rolled her eyes at the seriousness of the cop.

"Right, sorry," Emma muttered. Wow…his world? Okay….Sherlock Holmes here is getting a bit….wacky…and cheesy.

Mary Margaret then turned to Emma with confusion in her face.

"What does he mean, "His World"," Mary Margaret asked. "Isn't finding people your thing too?" Emma watched as the sheriff run up ahead with Austin behind him. They were like dogs going after a bone. A very large bone….

"Sure. Just the people I find usually run to places like… Vegas," Emma explained. "They don't usually go to the forest. It's not the usual thing I see when I'm tracking them down." Mary Margaret nodded. She understood now. Most people go to the big cities instead of a deserted place. There was no such thing as a cheeseburger in the forest. Just berries, leaves, and water.

"It's an interesting hobby, finding people," Mary Margaret said. "How did you fall into it?" Emma sighed and continued to walk some more.

"Looking for people is just what I have done…since forever really," Emma explained.

"What made you start," Mary Margaret asked a little too eagerly. Emma looked down. "Your parents?"

Emma sharply looked at Mary Margaret. Was it that obvious? Man….was she that pathetic of an orphan?

"Henry explained it all to me and it wasn't hard to put it together with the whole foster system and all," Mary Margaret explained. Emma nodded. Of course Henry would tell Mary Margaret. He thought that Mary Margaret was Snow White, also known as Emma's 'mom'. "Did you ever find them?"

Emma looked away from Mary Margaret and kept walking.

"Depends on who you asked," Emma responded a bit coldly. Mary Margaret looked at Emma curiously. But before she could ask some more questions, they heard branches snapping. Emma and Mary Margaret sharply turned and waited for the thing that was coming out.

It turned out to be Henry instead.

"Did you find him yet?" Henry asked eagerly as he carried his flashlight. Emma shook her head.

"No, not yet," Emma said. "But you shouldn't be here."

"But I can help," Henry pleaded. "I know where he's going." Mary Margaret then looked at Henry confused.

"And where's that," Mary Margaret asked. Henry turned his head to the direction of Mary Margaret.

"He's looking for you," Henry stated. Mary Margaret stood there in complete shock and confusion. Her?

Austin, Emma, Mary Margaret, and Henry walked down the path with Graham leading them. But the problem was that they still couldn't find John Doe and also Henry kept on annoying Mary Margaret.

"You are the one who woke him up," Henry repeated. "You're the last one he saw. He wants to find you." Mary Margaret sighed in frustration. Oh Henry….

Emma though was giggling at the sight. Even though Henry was being annoying, it was still pretty funny.

Mary Margaret turned around finally and looked at Henry.

"Henry, it's not about me," Mary Margaret said. "It's just…I think he's lost and confused. He's been in a coma for a long time." Henry though didn't give up.

"But he loves you," Henry begged. "You need to stop chasing him and let him find you." After that, Emma had enough. Henry needed to go home. It wasn't that Emma didn't love Henry; it was because Henry was slowing down the search.

"Kid, you need to go home," Emma said firmly. "Where's your mom? She's going to kill me and then you and then me…again." Henry looked at Emma.

"She dropped me at the house and then went right out," Henry responded. Emma sighed. Typical….

"Well, we need to get you back immediately," Emma said. She was going to rush Henry home and come back before anyone blinked. She couldn't let Regina find out.

"NO!" Henry shouted in protest. Emma then opened her mouth to fight back but before she could, Graham shouted for them.

"Guys!" Graham called the group over with concern and worry edged in his voice. "You better come over here." Something was wrong…..

Emma, Austin, Mary Margaret, and Henry looked at the cop and then ran to where he was at. Graham had found something. Was it John Doe?

But it wasn't. Graham was looking at a name tag…with blood on it.

"Is that…" Mary Margaret started with shock. She though didn't finish her sentence. She was still horrified and worried at the same time.

"Blood," Austin finished. Emma and Henry both then looked at each other. They had to find John Doe…and fast.

AT THE TOLL BRIDGE

"The trail dies at the water line," Graham announced finally as he led the crew to the toll bridge.

Emma, meanwhile, sighed with relief as she flashed her flashlight around the river. They could finally find this John Doe. Emma knew that they had to find this man quick. It was no doubt in Emma's mind that she knew that he needed to go back to the hospital. The man had been under constant supervision, fed with a test tube, and under a coma for many years. He, of course, was going to be under a lot of confusion and pain. But as Emma kept thinking of the spots where she might find him, she heard Mary Margaret shout with fright.

"Oh my god!" Mary Margaret shouted. "Oh my god! Look!" Emma and the rest of the people sharply turned to where Mary Margaret was pointing.

It was John Doe. He was lying unconscious on the river.

Mary Margaret tossed aside her flashlight and ran to the man.
"I need an ambulance at the old toll bridge," Graham shouted in his transceiver. "As soon as possible."

Emma and Austin also followed the police officer with worry. They needed to revive him.

"Hang on, Hang on," Emma shouted as she carried one of the man's legs. "I got him."

Austin, Mary Margaret, and Graham meanwhile were each carrying another body part and helping Emma carry the man to dry land.

"No, no, no, no, no," Mary Margaret repeated as she shook the man. They had finished carrying the man and Mary Margaret was on top of the man trying to revive him. "No, no, no, no. I found you!"

"It's alright," Graham said as he tried to reassure the woman. "Help is coming."

"Is he okay?" Henry asked with a frightened face. Emma then turned to Henry and ran back to the boy.

"Henry," Emma whispered to the boy with each hand on each side of Henry's cheek. "Don't look. Please. Don't look."

Emma turned the boy around and embraced him to her chest. She didn't want him to see it. She didn't want him to see the sight of potential death and more blood. It was too much for a child could bare. She however didn't want to see it too but she would have to endure it. For Henry. If she could live through the foster system, she could go through a little blood.

Austin though also didn't want Emma to see the sight. She couldn't endure it for long. He had to protect his innocent angel.

He sharply walked toward Emma and turned her around. Emma however tried to protest while holding on to Henry.

"No," Emma said quietly. "You need to help John Doe." Austin didn't listen though. He took Emma's head and pushed it against his chest and embraced her.

"He's not important right now," Austin said as he kissed Emma's forehead. "You are." Emma paused for a second in shock. She was more important than an unconscious coma patient? Okay….

Her thoughts were then suddenly interrupted by Mary Margaret's muttering.

"Come back to us," Mary Margaret begged. "Come back to me…." Austin and Graham both watched as Mary Margaret pressed her lips over the man's to give him a CPR that seemed more kiss like. Uh…..

And as soon as she released the man, he woke up. Like magic…..

"You save me," the man whispered as he breathed up and down. Mary Margaret released out a small laugh.

"She did it," Henry grinned at the couple. "She woke him up." Emma stared at the man.

He just woke up….

"Yeah kid," Emma breathed out. "She did." Austin hugged Emma and Henry closer to him.

"Henry was right," Austin laughed. "I knew it." Emma turned her head to Austin.

"Shut up," Emma glared at the boy.

John Doe looked at the woman as he breathed up and down heavily.

"Thank you," John Doe said, breathing up and down. Mary Margaret smiled at the man.

"Who are you?" Mary Margaret asked curiously. The man was about to speak but then stopped. All he did now was just stare at his savior in confusion.

"I don't know," John Doe said confused. "I don't know who I am." Then sirens from far away were heard from the distance. An ambulance was driving to the toll bridge.

"It's okay," Mary Margaret smiled. "You're going to be okay."

AT THE HOSPITAL

Medics started to rush in the hospital as they wheeled in John Doe.

"Watch out," Medics warned. "Coming through." Dr. Whale then waited until the Medics transferred the patient to the bed.

"Thanks guys," Dr. Whale nodded. "I got it from here."

The medics nodded and then rushed off back to their truck.

With a bang, Emma, Austin, Henry, Graham, and Mary Margaret ran in the hospital room to check on John Doe but were suddenly stopped by the nurse. The nurses closed the glass door and ran back to the patient. Dr. Whale had to check on the man first.

"Do you think he will be okay," Henry asked Austin. Austin patted Henry's shoulder in reassurance.

"He will be Henry," Austin nodded. "I kn-"Austin's words were never finished. The reason was because of a blonde woman that stormed in the hospital.

"David!" the woman cried out in worry. "David, is that you?"

Dr. Whale frowned and looked at the blonde woman.

"I'm sorry Miss," Dr. Whale asked. "May I help you?" The woman ignored the doctor and just stared at John Doe with amazement.

"Ma'am," Dr. Whale said as he tried to push the woman out of way. "Ma'am, you can't be in here."

"David," the woman cried.

"Will you wait here for a second?" Dr. Whale asked, while pointing to the corner near the door. The woman stopped crying for a second and nodded while understanding what the doctor was talking about.

"Who is that?" Mary Margaret frowned. Meanwhile, everyone was staring at the mysterious woman.

"Who is that?" Mary Margaret questioned.

"His wife," a voice said from behind them. Everyone turned and saw Regina. Regina was standing there with a proud look on her face. Like she just won….

"His name is David Nolan," Regina said. "And that's his wife, Kathryn Nolan. And that joy on her face, well…..it's put me in quite in a forgiving mood." Regina then turned to Emma with a small glare. Emma just sat there and rolled her eyes. Jeez…

Regina then turned to her son and Austin.

"We will talk about your insubordination later," Regina announced. "Do you know what that means Henry?" Henry frowned and shook his head.

"That means you're grounded," Regina said. "And also, that means Austin will be getting less paid for letting you out in the streets."

Mary Margaret was about to say something but then was interrupted by Kathryn walking back from David's room.

"Thank you," Kathryn smiled. "Thank you for finding my David." Mary Margaret gave a stiff smile.

"Um….I-I don't understand," Mary Margaret said. "You didn't even know that he was here…in a coma?"

Kathryn sighed and nodded.

"A few years ago, David and I were….not getting along," Kathryn explained. "It was my fault. I know that now…. I was difficult and….unsupportive. I told him if he didn't like things, he could leave….and he did and I didn't even stop him. It was the worst mistake I ever made."

Emma scoffed under her breath. Yeah right. Austin meanwhile was chuckling under his breath. Typical Emma. But she however was right…..

"You didn't even go looking for him?" Austin questioned.

"I assumed he left town all this time," Kathryn said. "Now I know why I never heard from him. Now…..I get to do what I've wanted to do forever, say 'I'm sorry'. Now I get a second chance." Emma gave a small smile and looked down.

"That's….wonderful," Mary Margaret stiffly smiled. Regina smugly smiled. Victory….

"Well it's something of a miracle," Dr. Whale announced the group as soon as he got out from the room.

"He's okay?" Kathryn asked.

"Physically," Dr. Whale answered. "He's on the mend. However, his memory is another issue. It may take time, if at all."

"What brought him back," Mary Margaret asked concerned.

"That's the thing," Dr. Whale said. "There is no explanation. Something just clicked in him."

Emma leaned forward and stared at the doctor.

"So he just got up and decided to go for a stroll?" Emma questioned. This is was a bit….weird.

"He woke up and he was delirious," Dr. Whale tried to explain. "And….his first instinct was to go find something, I guess."

"Or someone," Henry muttered as Austin gave a little smirk. Everyone turned to Henry and Austin. But all Henry and Austin did was smile innocently.

"Can I see him?" Kathryn asked.

"Yeah," Dr. Whale nodded as he opened the door. "Of course." Kathryn smiled at the group and then walked back in to her husband's room.

"Henry let's go," Regina said sharply before walking away.

"Bye little man," Austin gave a small smile. "Good luck." Henry nodded and started to follow Regina. He had to obey her…

"Wait," Henry stopped. "My bag." Henry then ran back to grab his backpack but as he went back to follow Regina once more….

"Don't believe them," Henry whispered to Mary Margaret. "You're the one he was looking for."

Mary Margaret sighed.

"Henry," Mary Margaret started.

"He was going to the toll bridge," Henry whispered. "It's like the end of the story."

"Henry," Mary Margaret sadly smiled at the boy. "He was going there because that was the last thing I read to him."

"No," Henry disagreed. "It's because you belong together."

"Henry," Regina called. Henry hurriedly put on his backpack and ran out to follow Regina. Emma sat there in her seat and thought about what just happened….hmm….

"Madam Mayor," Emma called as she rushed down to the entrance of the hospital. Regina sighed.

"Wait by the car," Regina ordered Henry. As soon as Henry got in the car, Regina turned to the blond teen.

"Miss. Swan, I left you off the hook back there," Regina said. "Don't press it."

"I'm sorry, but Mrs. Nolan—I kind of feel like her story could be a load of crap," Emma interrupted. "All this time, John Doe was just in a coma and no one bothered to put it in the news? Nobody goes looking? Something is not right here."

"What else makes sense to you?" Regina said. Emma didn't say anything. She rather let Regina finish her sentence so she can process it and do something about it. "Why would Mrs. Nolan lie? Oh, do you think I cast a spell on her?"

"I think it's rather strange, you've been his emergency contact all these years, and you only found her now," Emma shot back.

"Well," Regina smirked smugly. "This town is bigger than you think. It's entirely possible to get lost here….and it's entirely possible for bad things to happen."

"And just when it's convenient, you just happen to solve the mystery?" Emma questioned.

Regina smirked.

"Thanks to you," Regina said.

"What," Emma asked.

"That tape you found-that was a stroke of genius," Regina explained. "So we went back and looked at past tapes. Turns out Mr. Doe's been talking in his sleep. He has been calling out for a "Kathryn" all this time. After that, it wasn't hard to put the pieces together." Emma looked away from the evil woman. Unbelievable…..

"And here I thought you and Mary Margaret would be pleased," Regina slowly said. "True love won out. So bask in the moment dear, if it weren't for you two, they would have lived their lives completely alone. That's why I am willing to forgive your incessant rudeness…..because all 'this' has reminded me of something oh so very important…how grateful I am lucky to have my son. Because not having someone…is the worst curse imaginable." Regina then turned away from the teen and walked away. Emma then just stood there.

Worst curse imaginable….

Mary Margaret sat there alone in her apartment. Emma was out grabbing dinner and Mary Margaret didn't feel like going down to the diner.

She was just alone….sure Emma was great and all but it still felt lonely in her apartment…..

Emma was distant sometimes and would always hang out with Henry or her new friends. She was hardly ever home….

Mary Margaret sighed.

Mary Margaret felt…sickened with herself. When she read that story to that man….she felt…loved. Every word from that story made her feel like she belonged with him. She felt like she had spent every waking moment with John Doe and never spent a day apart…She thought it was nothing at first and just thought it was just the rush of touching other's lives but….when their lips touched….it wasn't the normal lip to lip contact…that kiss made her feel like she was alive and sparks were flying.

It was until…..Kathryn Nolan. Why did she have to be married to him? Why?

Mary Margaret shook her head. She had to get over this. He was married…

It had to be the fact that she never went on a proper date. It had to be!

Mary Margaret fingered her family ring.

It had to be.

Then there was a knock. Mary Margaret frowned and got up to open the door.

It was Emma…..she was fully handed. On one arm, she had a tray of two hot chocolates and on the other hand was a bag of Chinese take- out.

"Hey," Emma smiled. "So, I got Chinese take -out and movies in one bag and two cups of steaming hot chocolate from Granny's." Mary Margaret smiled and helped the girl by taking the tray of hot chocolate.

"You didn't have to do that," Mary Margaret smiled. "You could just have gone out with Austin, Maddie, and Cody."

Emma gave a small smile before shifting.

"Well….You see…" Emma stumbled on her words. Mary Margaret smiled.

"Do you want to talk about it?" Mary Margaret said. "We can talk about it on the couch with Chinese food and movies?"

Emma smiled and nodded. Mary Margaret opened the door wider and let the girl in.

Yeah…she was going to be okay.

Please read this to gain information…..VERY IMPORTANT

I am done! This took me a long time to write even though it was a short chapter for me. It was more due to the fact that I had school and family problems….Anyway, I will probably post the next chapter either today or sometime this week. I have already planned out the whole season and I know for a fact that there will be more romance drama between Emma and Austin. I will also be creating a new character that will have an important role for the first two seasons and a possible sequel. I also have decided to only write the four seasons of Once Upon a Time. I will let you know if I change my mind. My story will of course still follow the whole series but I will only write up to season 4. I want to get started on the sequel as soon as possible. I will give you a hint, it's based off of 'Love Never Dies'. I will though change it a bit to make it a stronger story. I happen to love the Phantom of the Opera sequel but I have to admit that it has a few plot holes in it. I want it to be more stronger.

Also, remember to vote for your favorite dress that Emma will be wearing. It's important. Also, for the end of each season I write, I will be doing a little behind the scenes. It will be filled with an interview, deleted scenes, and bloopers. I want it to be a little fun thing to read. I will be giving you deleted scenes that I happen to take away from my story due to the fact it was not necessary.

That's it! Remember to vote! Review! Favorite this story! It encourages me! Bye!

P.S.: What should I do with Hook? Emma will still have a relationship with Hook. So, Hook or a new character that will be Hook's son or brother?
