I had to go to a place called Heaven's holy ground. That place was the home to a very dangerous group of people called Hunters. Hunters kill vampires and werewolves to make sure humans stay alive. Of course they have the things to kill us there, such as a cross, holy water, a wooden stake, silver bullets and knife and their nasty attitude.
I pulled the hood up to my jacket, I'm almost there. . .
As I neared the holy ground, I could see destruction from within the castle that my friends had caused. There was some fire here and there as well as yelling from the hunters who were organizing themselves.
I stayed close to the tree line; my friends already know I'm here, they will find me soon so for now I will watch the craziness.
I turn my head slightly to look at the side of the castle and saw my friends running my way, bloody and beaten.
"Byakuya!-" Ukitake yelled to me as they all got closer "-Glad you made it! Now let's get out of here!"
Nodding slightly, I started walking the way back to my house "Come on back to my place, I have a surprise for you all." They followed behind with curious glances.
As we left there were shouts behind us as the Hunters tried to follow. Luckily, we'll always be faster.
Once we neared my home I looked back at my friend's. They consisted of Juushiro Ukitake, Shunsui Kyouraku, Mayuri Kurotsuchi and Zaraki Kenpachi.
As I turned back to face the woods in front of me, Zaraki boredly asked
"What's the surprise anyway? You aren't planning something like an orgy, right?" I scratched the back of my head softly
"Well. . . My soon to be mate is there. . ."
They looked at me in surprise. Shunsui was the first to smile and ask "Well that's great! Who is the lucky one?"
I looked to the side and said a little softer "Ichigo Kurosaki"
Their reactions were varied considerably. Ukitake looked so thrilled that he might as well be the sun. Shunsui smiled politely while Mayuri rolled his eyes and Zaraki smiled, showing large, threatening teeth.
"Byakuya . . . you mean the Ichigo Kurosaki? The one that helped Rukia?" asked Shunsui as he neared to stand next to me
"The one and only" I stated as the house was only a couple feet now
"HAHA! Byakuya you got a strong one! Hope you don't mind if I beat him up a little!" Bellowed Kenpachi
"You better not harm him unless you do plan on dying Zaraki" I glared back at him.
"I would like to see you try" Mayuri stated coldly. Instead of retaliating I just unlocked the door and said to them
"Be nice to him" and I walked in only to stop and stare at Ichigo who so happened to be sitting on the ground, covered in blood. A
All was silent
"Ichigo . . ." I started "What happened" I asked calmly He mumbled as he tried to get the words out.
"W-well . . . I was looking for something to eat and uh . . . I found the packets of blood so I. . . Uh . . . might have dropped one?" I raised an eyebrow at him.
"And why did you feel the need to pick it up?" He looked to the floor, looking like a child in the process but only with a scowl
"I just wanted to look at it. . ."
Quietly I walked forward, the others laughing softly behind, and moved everything aside to help clean up.
Ichigo got back down, solemnly cleaning with a soaked rag, and looked just cute while doing it. The blood in and on his hair and body was very alluring in him. Shacking my head slightly, I move to the bathroom to grab other towels.
Once we finished up we moved everything back to their original places and I got everyone settled. Ichigo stood awkwardly to the side, messing with the blood on his hands.
