Toadette and Birdo were both walking together inside Princess Peach's Castle as the two were sharing memories with each other, the two walking to an elevator.

"And that's what I went through." Birdo stated as she moved her hands around, finishing up her tale of misadventures to Toadette. "I have been searching and searching, and at long last it came to mean nothing."

"Just like Seinfeld!" Toadette exclaimed as she held her hands together, smiling as she and Birdo walked into an elevator. "You know, even though you never found us, I'm so happy that you always had intention to look for us, no matter what."

Birdo smiled, somehow, as she pressed a button on the elevator pad, folding her arms together. "Well you know what, Toadette? I'm glad that you managed to appreciate my efforts, as well as find some merriment in my long and... unforgiving journey of nonsense."

The two pink colored girls then turned around and looked up at the panel above the elevator door, with the elevator slowly heading up as it suddenly stopped, the lights beginning to flicker as they gave each other horrified looks.

"Oh no... you don't think this means..." Toadette remarked as she gasped, covering her mouth with both of her hands.

Birdo sighed as she closed her eyes, placing her right hand on her face. "Ugh, I fear for the worst, but I think that you and I are trapped in this elevator..." She then opened her eyes, a look of disgust on her face. "Which of course for you, Toadette, is once again."

"...I guess this is a pretty big elevator," Toadette sheepishly chuckled as she tried making a Bane reference, with the two girls wondering how they were gonna get out of the elevator.

Alas, what an ironic end to such a captivating tale... of a stopped elevator.
