A/N So again I'm sorry about the very late update :( I've been so busy lately and I encountered a writers block. But it's okay! I forced this out with tons of fluff just for you guys so its all good

Normal P.O.V
Everyone was situated at the table with Stephanie, Tim, and Jason on one side and Dick, Bruce, Damian and Alfred on the other. Dick of course demanded to sit right beside Damian and he was currently dying from cuteness overload.
"Damian can you tell me how old you are again?" Dick asked for the 4th time that night. Damian rolled his eyes at Dick.
"I'm almost thwee yeawrs old" He said while holding up 3 fingers for Dick to see. Dick squealed in the most girly fangirl voice anyone has ever heard. (A/N besides mine)
Damian didn't seem to be annoyed at Dick at all and was actually enjoying all the attention he was getting from the older man.
"Do you want to colour with me?" Damian asked Dick in one of the most innocent voices he has ever heard. He gestured to the colouring book and crayons the restaurant provided for kids under 10 years old.
"I would love to colour with you!" Before Dick could ask if Damian would like to sit in his lap, Damian lifted his arm begging to be picked up; Dick lifted up Damian by his arm pits and sat him down on his lap where they began to colour with the provided crayons.
"Dick stop being a Damian hog, we all want him" Jason muttered
"aww but Jay you had your turn" Dick pouted
"Look I made a giwaff (Giraffe)" The small child lifted up his picture for Dick to see. Dick could barely tell it was a Giraffe but the way Damian was looking at Dick for praise made everyone at the tables heart melt.
"Damian, it's the best Giraffe I've ever seen in my life" Dick said with the most serious face he could pull. It seemed to do the trick because Damian was smiling brighter then the sun.
"So Bruce didn't you say you had a special guest attending?" Jason raised the question everyone was dying to ask
"Ooh Bruce you got a special someone now do you?" Dick smirked
Bruce rolled his eyes "Go back to playing with Damian, Dick"
"But Bruce, you got me curious when's she coming? And who's the lucky bird?"
Bruce took a quick glance at his phone "Actually, she should be here in..."
"Hello boys and Stephanie" A beautiful woman clad in a tight slimming black dress that hugged her hips and chest in just the right way appeared behind Bruce giving him a peck on the cheek; Her medium pixie hair tickling Bruce's ear. It was hard to believe this woman was actually catwoman but the diamond encrusted necklace with cats on it gave it away sort of.
"You know Bruce, I can always tell when you slip a tracker into my clothes" The children at the table giggled while Bruce just smiled
"Well I have to make sure you don't get into trouble now don't I"
"Well can't get into trouble if I am the trouble" Selena smirked
"Oh snap Bruce, kitties got game" Jason said trying to hold back a grin. Bruce just ignored Jason with an eye roll and looked back up to Selena with dreamy eyes
"Why don't you sit down Selena" Bruce said while pulling out a chair for her like the gentleman he was
"Selena you remember my kids right?" She laughed a little at that
"How could I forget?" Bruce laughed along with her
"There's Dick the Dashing charming one with perfect teeth and almost as much flexibility as me"
Dick smiled warmly at her enjoying the praise as always
"Jason the Handsome Bad boy who has spot on aim and who should really stay out of my territory"
Jason grinned trying to hold back his smile. "We could always share" He tried flirting shamelessly
"Jason" Bruce growled warningly. Jason put his hands up in mock surrender
"Anyways..." she continues "Timothy the Cute, Smart, precocious one and by the way you owe me a solid" Tim blushes at being called cute and the other boys whistle at Him.
"Stephanie the beautiful blonde sassy one and my gal pal" She winked at her
She makes a round circle all the way to Bruce who smiles at her "Bruce the Big, broody, stubborn jerk who has a heart of gold and changed my life forever" she gives a small peck on his cheek. The boys and Stephanie gag a little at that.
"Hm and who am I forgetting?" Everyone knew exactly who she was forgetting and that just made them even more excited for her to find out.
"Ahh and let's not forget about baby bat" she scans the room and table trying to find the little runt.
"So where does the little guy happen to be?" Dick was too busy soaking in the compliments that he didn't even notice Damian was gone
Selena feels a tug on her dress and looks down to see a little kid no older than 3 years old. He looks up at her with big innocent blue eyes identical to Bruce's. That wasn't the only thing that was identical to Bruce; In fact the little kid looked like a spitting image of Bruce when he was younger with hints of tanned skin.
"Hi pwetty kitty, I'm Damian but you can call me Dami because my bwothas call me that" She stares shocked at the little kid and the whole table tries to hold in their amused laughs and giggles.
"You can't be serious! Oh my god he's just precious!" she squeals and scoops the little kid up making him laugh in delight.
"Oh my god he's even littler then before!"
"Great looks like we got another Damian hog" Jason says
"I don't think I'm ever going to let him go" Dick laughs at that
"You can try Selena but he's all mine" The thief laughed along with him.
"Why did I know it would be you who would be obsessed with the little angel?" Selena smirked
""Pft angel? He's a little devil" Tim says with a smile even if deep down he still hasn't forgiven Damian.
"Well he's the cutest little devil I have ever seen" Selena says ignoring the secret meaning behind Tim's words "In fact he's so cute I can't wait to dress him up for Halloween, Too bad I can't come to the league Halloween party; Actually I wish I could come to the League Christmas party, maybe we could dress him up as a reindeer or maybe an elf!" she finished with false hope
"Those are very good ideas Selena but you have one problem" Dick said
"Oh really, and what would that be?" she smirked knowing exactly where this is going
"I'll be dressing him up" Dick smiled triumphantly
"Does that mean you'll be moving into the manor?" Stephanie spoke up with hope
"Nope..." Dick popped the P and everyone got a little depressed after that. "I'll be moving into Dami's room because he's going to need a roommate" The reactions were immediate. Everyone tried hiding their excitement, even Jason.
"Ohh little D this is going to be so much fun!" Dick exclaimed
"Dick you're a grown man, you're going to sleep in your own room" Bruce playfully scolded
"But daddy" Dick whined
"No buts Dick, sometimes I wonder who really got turned into a 2 and a half year old" Everyone laughed at that
Damian plopped off Selena's lap and crawled under the table over to Tim who Damian thought was really interesting at the moment.
Damian tugged on Tim's pant leg before emerging from under the table. Tim definitely did not make an undignified squeak when his pant leg got tugged on; When Tim saw it was just Damian he sighed in relief.
"What's up little guy?" Tim asked
"Up" the little monster demanded. Tim had no choice but to comply, so he grabbed the little miniature Damian and swung him onto his lap making the kid giggle; Tim could definitely get used to this.
Finally the waitress came and took our orders; Bruce being the billionaire he was ordered the full buffet 5 stars all you can eat platter. Everyone stares at Bruce with surprise except for Jason.
"So what's everyone else going to eat?" That sent everyone into a fit of giggles. (A/N for all they knew Jason was being serious)
The food came quickly much to Jason's excitement and the table was immediately covered with plates and plates of food. Jason let out a tear or two having to take his napkin and wipe away a stray tear.
"Have you all seen such a beautiful sight?" Jason sniffed
"Jay Jay why you cwying?" Damian escaped Tim's arms and crawled under the table to get into Jason's arms. Jason caught Damian in his arms before laughing a bit at his reaction.
"They're not tears of sadness baby bird, they're tears of happiness!" Damian's face lit instantaneously
"Jay Jay let's eat then!"
"Don't need to tell me twice Baby Bird" Jason took the biggest plate they had and filled it with almost everything on the table. Jason was about to dig in before he saw that Damian was having trouble getting his own food (and lifting his own plate).
The second oldest took the youngest birds plate and started filling it with chicken strips and fries much to Damian's excitement; when Jason finished filling the plat he set it in front of Damian and what the little one did next was very unexpected. He reached up to kiss Jason on the nose, making everyone at the table squeal (Except for the big ole Batman, but we all know he wanted to)
Everyone else quickly filled their plates before Jason ate all food; making quick work on Jason's favourite dishes because they all knew he would eat them all.
"Dickie look!" Everyone's attention shifted to Damian "I'm a Dinosaur Rawr!" the little carnivore said before shoving a chicken strip into his mouth, taking a huge bite making Bruce feel uneasy.
"Oh Dami I swear you're going to be the death of me" Dick said before faking a faint.
"Oh no!" Damian cried out before crawling under the table once again; moving to Dick's chair, climbing onto his lap "I'll save you!"
"Oh doctor I need your help" Dick played along "The only thing that can save me is a hug"
Damian wasted no time latching onto Dick like his life depended on it
"Look I'm all better!" The oldest bird cheered
"Yay!" Damian cheered along with him
"Okay boys enough playing, it's time to eat" Bruce always being the kill joy; well someone has to be the responsible one.
"He's right Dami it's time to eat" Damian physically deflated at that. Dick didn't even bother telling Jason to pass Damian's plate over because he was very much enjoying feeding the little brat.
Though Damian didn't want to eat his vegetables; Bruce was about to scold him but Dick put up his hand stopping him from doing so.
"Damian come on little bud eat your veggies" Damian just shook his head
"I'll tell you what, when we get home we can make a pillow fort and watch movies and drink smoothies!" It was literally that easy to convince him
"Only if you eat all your veggies though" Damian quickly took his utensils and spooned carrots into his mouth.
"Bruce please tell me this is permanent because if he changes back I'm going to be very disappointed" not that Dick didn't like Damian before it's just this Damian's so much easier to deal with
"Well I haven't really found a way to reverse it yet so it's technically permanent until I can find the antidote but that might take a very long time" Bruce smirked
"Well take your time" Everyone agreed.
Damian snuggled up against Dick and rubbed his face into his chest trying to get comfortable.
"Yea definitely take your time"
