Abe and Daisy walked into her room for the night, "I don't know where your pajamas went," Daisy said as she looked around the room for the pjs she had let Abe borrow the night before. She could hear him laugh from behind her, "I placed them back in the dresser. I brought my own clothing to sleep in tonight," he said causing Daisy to turn around. She smiled at him, "That was probably for the best. I don't know if I'd be able to see you in that outfit again," Daisy joked as she turned around to let Abe change. "I thought they were rather dashing, if I do say so myself," Abe joked as he finished dressing causing Daisy to snort with laughter. She gasped in embarrassment causing Abe to chuckle deeply. Daisy kept her back to Abe as she changed into her basketball shorts she had let Abe borrow the previous night and the oversized t-shirt. She turned around to find Abe already sitting in bed with his gaze faced downwards. She then crawled in bed next to him, "I was really worried about you today," she confessed as her voice became serious. Abe turned his body to face her, "I truly apologize. I did not intend to cause you any distress," he said as he took her hands into his. She gently rubbed the back of his hands with her thumbs, "And I'm very upset someone hurt you," she admitted as she raised one hand to caress the spot that was almost completely healed now. Abe placed his hand on top of hers once more, "That's one advantage of being a vampire; I heal very quickly," he smiled softly at her. Daisy remained serious as she leaned up and lightly placed a kiss on the spot. "Daisy," Abe whispered as she pulled back. Daisy looked up into Abe's deep brown eyes. "Daisy...I," Abe paused, trying to find the words, "it's been a very long time since I've cared about someone as much as I care for you, and I'm sure if it is wise of me to allow these emotions to continue," he said so quietly that Daisy thought she had heard incorrectly. "What?" she asked with hurt filling her voice and pain washing across her face. "It is dangerous for us to be together. I've encountered so much loss in my human life that I'm not sure if I could bare to live an eternity with knowing I was the reason something terrible happened to you," Abe confessed as he removed his hands from her. Tears began to burn Daisy's eyes, "That's selfish of you," she stated, feeling bitterness wash over her. "How is trying to keep you safe selfish?" Abe asked, more curious than hurt. "Did you ever think that I cared for you as well? And instead of you trying to fix your mistakes you have made in the past, you'd rather just deny me of someone I care about? Sounds pretty selfish to me," Daisy said before laying back in bed and turning away from Abe. Abe sighed sadly, "If I knew how to fix these mistakes, don't you think I would have done them already?" he asked with the sadness evident in his voice. Daisy quickly sat back up as she turned to Abe, "Train me," she ordered firmly. "What?" Abe asked in shock. "Train me to protect myself," Daisy ordered once more, "then you don't have to worry about me as much," she finished with her voice becoming slightly softer. Abe thought for a minute before answering, "That does not sound like such a bad idea," he said more to himself, "but do not expect to come on any hunts with Henry and myself. This training will be for your protection only when I am not around to protect you," Abe said as his eyes focused on Daisy's face, which still showed no evidence of a smile. "Deal," Daisy said, still somewhat upset. She then laid back in bed with her back to Abe. Sadness filled him as he leaned down and softly placed a kiss on the girl's cheek, "Good night, Daisy," he whispered to her before turning back to his side of the bed and laying back. Daisy's anger faded away causing her to sit up, "Abe," she whispered softly, causing him to roll over onto his side facing her. She leaned down, placing one hand gently on the side of his face, and pressed her lips gently against his. Abe hesitated at first but quickly returned the sweet kiss before Daisy pulled away. "Good night, Abe," she said, laying back down with her back to him. Abe draped an arm around Daisy's waist, "Good night, Daisy," he whispered happily with his arm resting protectively over her.

Hazel went straight to the bed once they entered the room and Henry followed suit, sitting in front of her at an angle, "I hate that someone hurt you," she said as she touched her fingers to the gash on his face. He didn't respond as he leaned forward and placed his lips to hers in a passion filled kiss. Hazel was surprised at first but then ran her hand through the hair on the back of his neck as she deepened the kiss. Henry began to pull away as if he was going to say something but Hazel stopped him as she ripped his shirt off of his chest and pushed it off of him. "Don't you want things to move slowly?" Henry asked against her mouth as he lifted her t-shirt off of her upper body, revealing that she'd never put a bra on that day. Hazel reached down to undo his jeans as she whispered in his ear, "I said I wanted to know we could get through an evening without it and we did so..." she trailed off as the two stood to remove their remaining pieces of clothing. Without warning, Henry lifted Hazel off the floor and pushed her back against the wall, "Wrap your legs around my hips," he instructed huskily. Hazel obliged as he entered her sending an explosion through her body that she thought could've pushed them through the wall, "Oh Henry!" she yelled as he began to pump his hips, his thrusts hard and fast. "Oh love, you complete me," Henry panted as he thrusted harder in and out of her body. Hazel moaned loudly as she neared her release and as she climaxed she ran her fingernails down his back, yelling his name once more. Her release was all Henry needed to find his own ecstasy and as he did he groaned loudly before sinking his fangs into her breast. Hazel wasn't startled this time as she let her head roll back against the wall, waiting for him to finish. After a few moments, Henry released her and placed her back on the floor, "In all my years, I don't think I've ever had a better time," he said as he gave her a quick kiss before throwing on some pjs, he'd brought. Hazel was shocked causing her cheeks to flush, "I had a pretty great time myself and that biting thing wasn't so bad," she admitted as she threw back on her sweats. Henry grinned as he grabbed her wrist and dragged her into the bed with him, "I meant to warn you this time but it was very spontaneous," he replied as he pulled her onto his chest. Hazel took a deep breath, "I have a random question but since all these vampire myths seem to be false, is it true that vampires can't get women pregnant?" she asked, her tone slightly panicked. Henry sighed, as if he was saddened by it, "As far as I'm aware the myth is true, love. Why would you be worried? I'd never leave your side," he admitted, revealing just how much she meant to him. Hazel bit her lip as she looked up at him, "I was only worried because I don't know if it would be a little vampire/human baby but you wanna stay with me for always?" she asked, focusing only on that much of what he'd said. Henry stroked her upper arm as he kissed the top of her head, "Hazel, I've not felt these feeling for many, many years but I can honestly vow that I'll be by your side until you want no more of me," he answered, his tone serious but tender. Hazel smiled as ha ppy tears burned her eyes, "Henry Sturges, I'll never tire of you," she confessed as she placed her lips gently to his, both closing their eyes lost in the moment. Once the kiss was done and the two opened their eyes, each had a smile upon their faces, "Good night, love," Henry said, "And don't worry, I'll be here when you wake," he finished with a grin. Hazel playfully slapped his arm as she laid back down in his arms, "Sweet dreams, Henry," she said as she closed her eyes. "Only of you," she heard him whisper as she drifted to sleep.
