Hi Peeps! Sorry for the last chapter being about the possibility of putting this fanfiction on hiatus for quite a while and too rub salt into the wounds a) not updating and b) not responding to your lovely reviews! So again I deeply apologise for all three things ;m; I have decided though that I'm going to continue writing this again although I am still thinking about switching to a new account either on here or Deviantart – I'm not entirely sure!

Strong arms gently encased the younger boy in amongst the comforting confides of the wolf-wielder's body momentarily, basking in the delight of each other's presence before Tala nudged his head against Kai's neck blowing small positive wisps of warm air upon the delicate pale neck before him. Purring in delight the other leaned into the touch slightly feeling more like a baby chick than ever before, although he didn't want to particularly leave the encirclement of his partner and the feel of those formed abs lurking beneath the flimsy jacket, pressing against his back as though the two bodies moulded perfectly into one another. Kai reluctantly began to slowly turn round facing face-to-face with that oh so mischievous grin the red-head usually adorned, during their amazing but brief times of solitude together where there were no false-pretences consisting of wrong and right steps.

"Kai" breathed the elder, his beautiful ice-blue eyes shining in excitement as though all his Christmas's came at once. "You look as beautiful as when I first laid eyes on you back when we were kids. No. My mistake even more beautiful than anything in this world" A callous hand, caused by wintery weather, softly worked under then other lad's chin lifting his tattoo scared face slightly upwards, feeling rampant beads of liquid slide aimlessly down his weathered cheeks. "I…I-I'm sorry Kai, I'm so sorry-"

"Shhh" whispered the two-toned blue haired boy pressing a finger against his boyfriend's chapped lips, smiling in encouragement for the other not to worry. "I don't want to see my courageous wolf crying or apologising." His finger swiftly moved across the red-head's face brushing away the tiny streams, drying the icy cheeks with his crimson arm guards "Especially when there's nothing to be sad or sorry for" smiled the younger. A couple of sniff's filled the room, followed by a short but joyful fit of chuckles the wolf happily released pulling the young phoenix into a tighter embrace, humming contently when he felt the younger teen nuzzle his head in amidst space connecting his neck to his shoulders- if he had a tail it would've dropped off from how ecstatic the elder felt!

"Tal…"

"Hmmmm?"

"I think it's safe to say you can let go now"

"Hmmmmmmmmm?" Tala chuckled hearing a small sigh of annoyance.

"In plain Russian I said otpustit'!" the younger began to squirm somewhat.

"Well technically little phoenix, that was a mixture of English and Russian"

"Hn" came the 'amazing' comeback.

"Hn? Is that it?" laughed Tala releasing Kai a tad, casting his gaze towards those striking conker brown eyes glinting in what dim-lit bulbs illuminated the tiny boxed-room. "I come back from a perilous journey having the only pleasant company of a horse for two weeks, and all I get from the love of my life is a threat in Russian and a 'hn'? What happened to Mr. Grumpy Feathers with his amazing sarcastic remarks?" mocked the elder, that pearly white grin widened at the oncoming rose-bruised blush spreading across the other lad's usual porcelain face like wildfire.

"Sh-shut up Tala!" growled the younger trying to conceal his face under a few droopy slate-coloured bangs.

"Oh lord we've just reached the Tsundere stage, everybody watch out Kai's going to blush us to death!" Without warning the red-head hastily scooped up the phoenix-wielder in his arms raising the teen off his feet, ignoring the fierce and threatening protests blocking out the faint ebbing pain caused by an on slaughter of various kicks delivered by his truly. He began walking to Kai's bed keeping a firm hold on the other body 'tutting' with each bit of contact his foot collided against the dingy floor, as well as leaning his head against the malleable mess of two-toned hair taking in the sharp scent of mint and cinnamon blended together with pine disinfectant. "I think this big bad wolf needs to remind his mate who he truly is-"Together they flopped down on the bed with Tala softly pinning Kai beneath him allowing himself to plant one chaste kiss upon one of the smaller cobalt triangle tattoos that just seemed to feature the phoenix-wielder's face perfectly. Kai playfully glared up at the elder above him hoping for his ego's sake the cursed blush had finally disappeared. Tala continued his mockery unable to contain a grin that would put the Cheshire Cat to shame.

"Don't you think so too Kai?"

"Hn….horny bastard"

"N'awww ya' think?"

"I know, not think damned wolf"

"Aaawhoooooo!" howled the wolf-boy sending the pair into a slight fit of giggles. Timidly, Tala laid down on top of his 'mate' wrapping his arms around the other's neck into yet another hug. He paused briefly almost as though he was questioning himself to which Kai raised an eyebrow at the wolf-wielder's motives. Snapping out of it, Tala flashed a cheeky smile dropping his head towards the younger's finally being able to capture the soft, plump, tantalising lips with his own to which he had fantasised about every 'free' passing moment during his time back on the ranch. Ever so slowly Kai pressed back against the red-head's lips draping his arms across the elder teen's back leaving ghostly trail marks amongst the tangerine and snowy white hoodie with his nails lighting digging into the other's back. A moan enticed the younger to continue further to which his roaming hands carried on the attack of digging his nails into the other lad's features, bringing them across the nape of the neck into the fiery tufts of a tousled bird's-nest Tala somehow manages to called his hair. Tala smirked into the kiss, pushing back down on Kai moaning every so often the younger massaged his scalp with those sharp nails or teasingly pulled a few strands of the poor lad's hair sending a confused mix of pain and pleasure, ultimately pushing Tala further into his lustful desires. The phoenix-wielder purred at the hard force the male above him made feeling his head sink deeper and deeper into the mattress- they both wanted more.

Growling in despair at the slow pace, the slate-haired boy smoothly dragged a hand from his partner's head down across a pale cheek slightly caressing the skin beneath his touch grinning when another moan somehow managed to escape the elder. Quickly Kai lowered his arm running his elegant finger across whatever flesh had managed to come into contact with them, all the while keeping an eye on the prize when finally his hand gave a slight squeeze at its wanted destination. Tala jumped slightly from shock when one of the younger's sneaky hands had somehow squeezed his oncoming hard-on from beneath his trousers. He groaned in frustration, here beneath him lay this stunning creature he dreams about pleasuring every night trying to further seduce him into his wanting- no needing desires when yet the big bad wolf himself put all his effort into not roughly taking the boy here and now with no regrets.

Mischievousness danced between those two gorgeous brown ochre, glowing orbs at the wolf's pained state of arousal. Forcing his lips harder onto the younger lad's beneath him, Tala nibbled slightly on the other's bottom lip whining exasperatingly when he was denied access. Finally a light-bulb switched on in the midst of Tala's yearning mind making him instantly pull away from those slightly bruised fruity lips. Slate eyebrows furrowed in confusion at the elder's actions, since when the hell did Tala let him win these battles between him? Thankful for the break of lip-locking so the pair could catch their breaths, the younger didn't anticipate Tala placing his devious plans into action.

Hell he didn't even think Tala had a plan!

Grabbing the phoenix-wielder's upper limbs, Tala effortlessly pinned the pair of them above Kai's head with one hand his other provocatively snaking its way under the obscure tank top, pulling it up with his hand's motion all the while gently stroking the perfectly built structure of the other male's chest earned from various hours of hard training. Kai inhaled sharply at the sudden jolt of pleasure beginning to ride through his veins, those rough fingertips grazing every inch of skin they lingered on leaving the poor boy's body on fire with hunger. Through half-lidded eyes Kai observed his boyfriend's shameless yet loving stares, no matter how much the pair teased and taunted one another Kai personally knew Tala would never hurt or abuse him. Even if it got to the point of the wolf entering him and for some bizarre reason he got scared, Tala would throw away all his wants in that spilt second telling him it's ok to be scared or lost and he won't touch Kai till he's ready. Instantly Kai's thought were interrupted when a long moan erupted through his very core, the blood surging down to his groin which was undeniably getting harder with each assault Tala decided to implant on him. He thought the red-head's fingers lazily making small, insignificant patterns upon his chest were enough to turn him on, he was dead-set wrong when two fingers trapped one of his hardened buds beneath his fingers twisting it to and fro in a short set of jerky motions, the other hand still holding down the younger lad's arms.

Tala leaned down to Kai's level grinning in satisfaction as the lust began to cloud the two-toned haired boy's eyes, darkening the wood-coloured globes further, witnessing what could be called 'the blush of the century' that seemed to grow in size as much as his mate's swollen appendage. Seeing as the other rosy nipple was almost screaming out for him to touch it, like it's partner, the red-head deliberately hauled his tongue across the tantalising skin feeling it toughen making him encase the small piece of flesh within his mouth sucking desperately, watching his sweet little uke cry out in ecstasy all the while squirming to get out of his grasp. Seizing the opportunity Tala released the small bud lunging forward to claim those sweet lips once more with his own, hungrily biting down in this deja-vu moment whining, groaning almost begging for entrance into that delicious moist cavern of his phoenix. Thinking fast Tala ground himself down onto the body beneath him rubbing his arousal against Kai's crying in pure frustration this boy was putting him through, until finally the younger panted harshly in a mixture of surprise and desire his body had craved for the last two weeks, giving Tala victorious access to the young lad's mouth. Electrical pulses surged though the boy's bodies as the elder teen forced his tongue into the other's mouth tasting the blissful cave around him, his tongue gradually provoked the younger's into playing with his. Beginning with sluggish circles Kai licked Tala's tongue back enjoying the soft purrs emitting from the being above him, wallowing in the pleasure that drowned him like the love-struck pig he truly was.

Abruptly the wolf leaned back pulling further away from the teen beneath him, his eyes widen with panic followed by the short laboured breaths Tala had managed to choke out.

"T-Tal?" snapping back to the handsome little phoenix beneath him, Tala winced when the younger's eyes surged with panic and confusion his lithe arms returning back to their rightful spot with one either side of his chests – both fists clenching the duvet beneath him timidly. "D-did I do something wrong? I-I'm sorry Tal, I didn't mean for things to go this far I thought you wanted i-it as well. Tala please if it's me I….I understand I've caused you enough t-t-troub-"

"Shhhh" whispered the red-head sinking his body down to the younger's level. One hand firmly enclosed another clad in red and silver leather, the other hand quietly glided across to the panic-stricken face of his boyfriend's cupping the soft delicate cheek, like that of a peach, within his palm soothingly rubbing the skin with his fingertips. Tala hated what he had to do but he knew going forward and ravishing Kai like the world was about to end, without warning him of the future dangers not only Boris but unfortunately his wretched Grandfather held in store for them all; more importantly Kai. Would not only be selfish but would show how much humanity he may have already lost. On the other hand here lay his gorgeous little phoenix consumed by their powerful desire to not only feel but taste one another again, almost having a mini nervous breakdown in the fear that he, Tala, never wants to be with him again because of that sick fuck's twisted jealousy. Jeez life was extremely hard.

"Kai" started the elder gently rubbing away a solemn cascading teardrop whilst his other hand squeezed the lad's hand positively. "Don't ever think it's you because there wasn't a single moment back on that ranch I wished I didn't have you. You mean sooo so much to me it's unbearable if I were to lose you, never in my life do I ever want to be without you. Kai you're my everything, my claws, my fangs, my fire you're what keeps me going every day. As much as I want to have sex with you we can't. After seeing what Boris did to you I don't want to hurt you again where your wounds open up, two weeks isn't enough for your body to have healed after all that no matter how much rest you get."

"Tala"

"Don't Tala me" reprimanded the elder earning a small grin from the other lad. "Kai I'm not going to hurt to you-"

"Tala" interrupted the younger. "I'm not made of tissue paper, I'm a Demolition Boy one of Russia's strongest bladers just like you. I'm a phoenix and what does phoenixes do?"

"Kai…"

"What does a phoenix do Tal?"

"….Rise from the ashes"

"Exactly"

"That's not the point-"

"That's exactly the point Tal. I'm not going to break under your touch for one you make out I'm some piece of glass during sex, then in the training room you hammer my ass – no pun intended either" laughed the younger gently. Instead Kai raised up slightly leaning across to his red-head's jaw-dropping face planting a small but strong kiss across his lips to which the significant other sighed contently. " If anything Tala, I need this, I need you to take me so that I can get over what happened two weeks ago- I-I've been so lonely without you by my side"

"Kai, listen to me there's something else."

"Can't it wait?"

"No"

Kai whined in defeat eyeing two 'canine-like' azure eyes that glinted like freshly polished ice.

"Ok… spill"

"You, Dranzer and the Demolition Boys are all in danger" Eye's began to go bulbous at the mention of both bitbeast and what was left of the poor lad's 'family'.

"I-I don't understand…"

"Boris and Voltaire are going to be giving us replacement bitbeasts, ones that sap all the power from the blader and use it in battle. The old man Kai is off his rocker, he wants to conquer the world with whatever the hell these things are and guess what? Dranzer is the first to go!" Fear flooded the phoenix-wielder's system at the meagre thought of losing his precious friend. Dranzer called out in the distance conveying calming vibrations from within the young teen's mind, reassuring nothing is going to separate either one of them.

"Does the others know?" questioned the tattooed Russian.

"No" confirmed Tala. "But we need to escape and this time we have to take the team with us Kai, no matter how many times they refuse"

"Not only that, this has to work Tal we can't afford another slip up like the last time"

"Don't worry little phoenix" Lovingly Tala kissed the younger back pushing the smaller body back down into the pliable confides of the bedding. "I have a plan and it involves some dear friends"

"Friends?" questioned the other.

"Well yeah, although they're rather big, dumpy and sometimes very smelly but on the bright side of life, they move pretty quick, stick together and are faithful companions if you feed and fuss them enough" Kai raised an eyebrow.

"Wouldn't happen to be a pack of rats would it?"

"Since when were rats big?"

"Since the day you tried feeding that one all your dinner scraps so we could have it for Christmas dinner"

"I was that delusional?"

"Sadly yes, I fear you may have been dropped on your head at birth or your parents were somehow shape-shifters"

"Hey wouldn't that be something? Imagine Boris coming in after we have our private snuggles and the old fart keels over because I've sprouted ears and tail? Hey! Maybe, just maybe Kai I am a big bad wolf after all and all I need to do is concentrate on my 'wolfie' powers?" Kai sighed shaking his head mockingly before returning the red-head's dumbfounded gaze.

"What would I do without you Tal?"

"Probably go looking for that 'big' rat of mine?" joked the wolf. The pair took off in a fit of laughter, joy finally seizing hold of their bodies somehow ridding any negative emotion during that frame of time.

"So?" questioned the younger. Tala calmed down looking the phoenix-wielder square on in the eye.

"Sooooo?" Kai smirked grabbing Tala's dick through his trousers. "Can we carry on from where you rudely interrupted or do I have to get on my hands and knees and practically beg you this evening?" Grinning at the scandalous thoughts of his little phoenix begging for him to finally ravish his body brought his flaccid member back to full attention.

"Well…begging wouldn't be all that bad I suppose, I mean if you were to say put on a show for me and maybe go as far to even prepare yourself, I might just let you have your way with me" winked the red-head cheekily. Kai combatted his boyfriend's naughty grin with his own 'home-made' death glare burning supposed hole in the wolf-wielder's head.

"Or better yet" started the two-toned slate haired boy. "I could just leave you with your 'little' problem" he nodded down towards Tala's hard-on smirking in content "And never again let you take me, after all I'm sure Bry wouldn't mind having me right?"

"Fucking bird"

"Bastard wolf" Tala chuckled darkly pinning the younger back under him slowly making work of the metallic red and grey belt buckle.

"Looks like I better me on my best behaviour" commented Tala setting to work on finally pleasing his boyfriend and himself after two long tortures weeks of being apart, self-indulging the soft, alluring cries the phoenix made every time he succumbed to the pleasure.

Meanwhile trudging down the darkened corridoors a small stature stopped in front of a set of beautifully carved ashen marble steps in which created a long, winding staircase leading onto an upper balcony consisting of two ginormous wooden doors otherwise known as Voltaire's personal quarters. At the top of the balcony leaning on the grand pole also encase in similar marble stood Boris with Voltaire lurking behind him like the phantom he was.

"So he told Kai did he"

"Yes Sir" came the humble reply.

"I see, learn what you can of their plans and report back to us immediately – do I make myself clear?" interrogated the older Russian of the trio, his steel eyes glimmering dangerous in the nearby candle-light like a pristine dagger in glinting in the daylight. The smaller figure bowed respectfully.

"Yes Sir"

"That is all" the smallest lad turned cautiously and began to exit the way he came until a questioned stopped him in his tracks.

"Oh and Ian?"

"Yes Sir?"

"Destroy whatever pathetic excuse for a relationship my Grandson has with that inferior captain of yours. Do well and not only will you be able to take Kai, you may also keep him as yours" Ian smirked victoriously bending his body smoothly like the serpent he is.

"Yes my lords"

Dear lord that took longer than expected! XD I did want this posted yesterday but for some unknown reason we had to go shopping, so I've pretty much used up my 'cosplay-making' day to finish this which I'm more than happy about! Yeah I really don't like Ian, even when I was a huge Tyson fan I never liked the little guy, I would say because of his nose or something- but then I wouldn't like Severus Snape from Harry Potter right? Also did everyone enjoy their Christmas and New Year? It seems like years ago since it happened not a mere few weeks!XD Again really sorry for the long wait, I will be carrying this on so no worries there peeps c: Cyber-cookies to you all! :3

CH9 Kiscia: Sorry about Naruto! I couldn't get to grips with it either ;m; But at least the manga is still going and there's one more movie! (Although Naruto looks as though he's had a bad hair day and Sasuke's ultimately turned Mexican or something to go on a quest and steal tacos (No offence to Mexican peeps- you guys are awesome! :D ) ) N'awww wow! What's your native tongue? And I think Kai was weight-lifting if my memory serves me well XD
