Broken Hearts – Broken Dreams

Chapter 10

The small group from the train entered the Great Hall, with Luna, Susan and Hannah separating and heading toward their own house tables. Susan giggled softly when Hannah made a point of saying goodbye to Neville. The Gryffindor had blushed and shyly said goodbye too.

He followed Ron and Hermione and sat down with them. He was greeting some of the others sitting nearby when he heard Hermione gasp in shock. Glancing at her, he saw her staring at the head table, her eyes wide in surprise.

Following her gaze he snorted as he tried but failed to stifle a laugh. Sitting there among the Professors were Fred and George, looking quite pleased with themselves.

Ron was grumbling about having to wait to eat when he noticed those around him staring at the head table. Wondering what they were all staring at, he looked too.

His jaw dropped open as he stared for several moments. Then with a frown, he said hotly "What the Bloody Hell?"

"Language, Ron," Hermione immediately chastised.

"Bugger that, Hermione," Ron retorted. "You think they'd have at least told me about this, I am their brother after all," he complained with a huff.

Neville just shook his head in amusement. Like the Twins would ever tip someone off on what they probably considered a great prank.

Neville laughed when he saw the Twins notice Ron staring at them. George leaned over and said something to Fred, or was it Fred who leaned over and said something to George.

Neville wasn't sure but from the looks on their faces they were quite pleased with themselves.

His attention was drawn away from the pair by Hermione.

She was shaking her head slowly, a frown on her face. "I should have noticed something was off. I mean they've graduated, why didn't I question them getting on the Express?" she asked rhetorically.

Neville gave a shrug. "I guess everyone was caught up in remembering what happened the last time we rode the Express and it didn't sink in," he said thoughtfully.

Hermione looked at him in surprise, as if she couldn't believe Neville could be so insightful, but before she could say anything, Dumbledore stood up.

As if by magic, everyone fell silent, their attention on the Headmaster.

"I have a few announcements to make but they can wait until after the feast. Tuck in," he said amicably.

Immediately the tables filled with they myriad of dishes that everyone was accustomed to.

As usual, Ron was the first to begin filling his plate, moaning softly as he grabbed his favourites, piling his plate so high you'd have thought he hadn't eaten in days.

Hermione huffed and rolled her eyes as she put a much more reasonable amount of food on her plate.

Neville just smiled and shrugged when he caught her eye, Ron would be Ron, especially when it came to food.

Eventually everyone was stuffed and as the tables cleared themselves after the wide selections of pudding were consumed.

Dumbledore rose and cleared his throat, drawing everyone's attention. "Welcome to all our new students and welcome back to all who are returning," he said with a smile.

Ron groaned, earning him a glare from Hermione. "What?" he asked irritability. "Every year he says the same thing," he whispered.

When Hermione glared he said, "Watch, next he'll mention the forest."

Before Hermione could say anything, Dumbledore continued. "The Forbidden Forest is just that, Forbidden to all students, something that even a few upper years should remember."

Ron gave Hermione a smug grin, causing her to huff in annoyance once again.

"Also, Mr Filch has asked me to remind all students that magic is not to be used in the halls between classes," Dumbledore droned on.

Hermione was really glaring at Ron now as he had mouthed the same thing that the Headmaster had just said, annoying her greatly. Though it was just as likely it was because of the smirk on his face while he did so.

"It is my pleasure to announce that Professor Snape has agreed to take on teaching of Defence Against the Dark Arts this year," the Headmaster said with a smile.

While the Slytherins greeted the announcement with cheering and loud, enthusiastic clapping, the response from the rest of the students was anything but welcoming.

"While I'm sure you will miss his extensive knowledge in Potions, his replacements are more than adequate to handle the job. It is my pleasure to introduce to you Professors Fred and George Weasley," he continued, his eyes twinkling merrily.

There was a moment of stunned silence before a majority of the students cheered mightily. Only the Slytherins seemed unhappy with the announcement, though if one looked closely, they would have seen a number of hushed conversations taking place questioning whether or not the Twins were qualified to teach the subject, after-all they hadn't been known for their prowess in their classes.

Ron just grumbled again, "They should have told me."

Hermione rolled her eyes but for once decided not to say anything.

Harry and Ginny

As luck would have it, Ron, Hermione and Neville all had Potions first thing after breakfast, where they received their timetables.

At first Ron had groaned, muttering about them having Potions with the Slytherins again. "Bloody Hell, you'd think that they'd realize they're just asking for trouble," he said in annoyance.

Hermione was just about to reprimand him on his language when he suddenly smiled smugly.

"What?" she asked, shocked by his sudden change of demeanour.

With a dreamy look he turned toward her. "I can't wait till the Snakes try something. Fred and George won't let them get away with things like Snape did. Plus with me being their brother, I'll have a much easier time of it."

Neville and Hermione shared a disbelieving glance, thinking Ron was in for a rude awakening.

"Ron, need I remind you that this is the NEWT Potions class and all four houses will be represented," she said rather primly.

Ron just glanced at Neville and rolled his eyes, something Neville ignored, not wanting to get involved in one of Ron's and Hermione's arguments.

They were joined by Parvati Patil as they made their way down to the dungeons and the Potions classroom. Just before they got there, Padma joined her sister, along with a couple of other Ravenclaws.

Ron smiled widely and very familiarly at his brothers as he entered, even giving them a small wave, missing their frowns when he went to sit down.

Hermione and Neville didn't miss the looks he received and they prepared themselves for the worst.

Once everyone was seated Fred and George smiled at the class. "Good Morning," they said simultaneously.

This caused several of the students to chuckle or giggle and almost immediately Padma Patil raised her hand.

Ah! Professor, we have our first question," George said to Fred.

"Yes, Miss Patil?" Fred asked pleasantly.

Though she was smiling, she looked a bit hesitant. "I was wondering what we should call you. I mean if I call out Professor Weasley, how will you know which one I'm referring to?"

"Excellent question, Miss Patil," Fred replied with a smile. He then turned to George, "Would you like to answer it?" he asked genially.

George nodded with a smile. "Certainly, my esteemed collogue," he replied before turning back to the class.

"To avoid confusion it's been decided that you may refer to us as either Professor Fred or Professor George," he said, beaming.

"That's utterly ridiculous," Draco muttered, though it was loud enough for the whole class to hear.

Fred and George turned and gazed at Draco, their eyes hardening. "Five points from Slytherin," they both said at the same time. Surprised, they looked at each other and smiled.

"Five points!" Draco protested in outrage.

"Actually, that's ten points," George stated firmly. "Five from Professor Fred and Five from me."

When Draco opened his mouth, looking like he was going to protest further, Fred glared at him. "Want to make it twenty?" he asked menacingly.

Draco gave him a surly look, his face turning red. "No Professor," he replied lowly.

Acting like nothing had taken place, George turned back to the rest of the class.

"I'm sure you'll find that our teaching methods are a bit different from your previous Professor," he said amicably.

"While due caution must be adhered to when we're dealing with volatile ingredients, that doesn't mean we can't enjoy ourselves or have fun even," Fred added pleasantly.

Virtually everyone laughed, even a few of the Slytherins and it was a much more relaxed group that started their first lesson.

Though the class was going well, Hermione kept glancing at Ron worriedly. He had a smug, superior look about him and she was sure it wasn't going to end well.

Sure enough, not five minutes later, Ron added his hastily chopped up sunflower roots to his cauldron and he haphazardly stirred his potion.

It immediately began to give off a thick pungent smoke and Fred was there in an instant. He looked at the contents of Ron's cauldron and frowned. Drawing his wand, he vanished Ron's potion.

"What the bloody hell, Fred," he protested, his face, neck and ears turning bright red in anger.

"Ten points from Gryffindor," Fred snapped, eyeing his younger brother darkly.

Ron's eyes bugged out as he turned a deeper red, looking like he was going to explode.

"See me after class, Mr Weasley," Fred said forcefully before he turned and stalked away.

When it appeared Ron was going to charge after him, Hermione grabbed his arm and hissed, "No Ron, you'll only make things worse."

Ron glared at her but sat down with a huff, clearly still angry about the situation.

It wasn't long till the bell rang, signalling the end of class. Hermione gave him a worried look as she finished packing her things away and giving him a small thin smile, she left him sitting there.

Fred and George waited until everyone had left before they came over to their brother who was glaring at them.

"What the hell," Ron said hotly. "Taking points from me and vanishing my potion."

"Listen, Mr Weasley," Fred emphasized. "During class you'll treat us with respect just like you'd do for any other Professor," he said firmly, a frown on his face.

"But you're my brothers," Ron protested angrily.

Fred and George shook their heads, giving Ron looks of disgust.

"So that means you expect special treatment?" George asked disdainfully.

Ron nodded his head uncertainty.

"You expect us to act like Snape did with the Slytherins?" Fred added, looking equally disgusted.

Ron eyed his brothers bewilderedly.

"I though you hated the way Snape always favoured the Slytherins," George said.

"But you expect us to act just like him," Fred said softly.

"We don't appreciate you doing that," George said sadly.

"You do it again and you'll be serving a detention," Fred added.

"Understand?" George asked.

"Yes," Ron replied unhappily, not meeting either of their eyes.

"Yes what?" Fred asked firmly.

Ron glanced up in surprise and though he looked unhappy, he grudgingly said "Yes Professor."

Fred and George glanced at one another and sighed.

"Listen Ron, you especially need to set a good example," Fred said softly.

"If you don't, how can we expect anyone else to treat us with respect," George said sadly.

Ron just sat there, saying nothing.

"You'd better go or you'll be late for your next class," Fred said with a sigh.

Ron grabbed his things and left, Fred and George watching him as he stalked away.

"I hope he gets it," George said with a small frown.

"So do I," Fred replied.

Harry and Ginny

September gave way to October and all remained quiet in the Wizarding world. Harry and Ginny continued to train and make the rounds of the major places where the Death Eaters had attacked before.

They even checked out the seedy pubs where the low level Death Eaters and other supporters of Voldemort used to hang out but they never saw nor heard of any of them.

This fact worried Harry greatly. He could only think of two things that could have caused it. First was that Voldemort was having trouble recruiting, though he found that hard to believe. There were always those willing to prey on the weak and helpless.

The second was that he was planning something and Harry found that much more likely. He hated that they hadn't been able to find out anything about what that might be.

All he and Ginny could do was remain vigilant and be prepared as much as possible.

With that thought, he turned and looked at his beautiful wife. She was sitting on the edge of their bed, plaiting her hair. She had a small smile on her face along with a thoughtful look.

"A Knut for your thoughts?" he asked warmly.

Ginny met his eyes and blushed. "I was just thinking about how happy I am," she replied demurely, her smile widening.

Harry walked over and stood in front of her. Denied running his fingers through her hair because of the plait, he cupped her cheek tenderly.

Ginny looked up into his eyes and smirked. It was as if she could read his mind because of the look he was giving her.

"I know you'd prefer if my hair was down but plaiting it helps keep it out of my face when we're training," she said saucily.

Harry chuckled and said "You know me so well," his eyes dancing with laughter.

Then his look changed and Ginny gasped at the depth of emotions she saw in his eyes. "I Love You," he whispered intensely.

Ginny felt like molten lava was erupting inside of her as she heard his words. Her eyes took on a blazing look and she began to unplait her hair, taking Harry by surprise.

"Ginny?" he asked hesitantly.

As soon as Ginny had her hair free, she shook her head, causing the fiery red mane to fan out around her head. Instead of replying to him, she pulled her jumper off and threw it to the side, not caring where it landed.

Harry stood there mesmerized as he watched his beautiful wife continue to take off her clothing. Her eyes never left his and he was overwhelmed by the love and desire he saw in their deep chocolate brown depths.

Then after she had kicked off her jeans and knickers, Ginny stood and wrapped her arms around his neck.

For a moment she just stood there, staring into Harry's eyes. "I Love You too," she whispered huskily. Then she slowly captured his lips with hers.

Harry groaned as Ginny kissed him. Though her kiss was unhurried, there was a depth and intensity to it that took his breath away.

Just as slowly as she had initiated the kiss, Ginny broke it off. Her eyes never leaving Harry's as she stepped back and climbed into bed.

Harry found he couldn't stop looking into Ginny's smouldering eyes and never breaking eye contact with her, he began to divest himself of his clothing.

In no time at all he joined Ginny in their bed, capturing her mouth this time with a kiss that was no less intense as hers had been.

Slowly hands began to wander as they gave themselves over to the emotions they were feeling. As their passion rose, so did the speed of their movements until they joined together in that age old union of man and woman.

Ginny was in heaven, loving everything that Harry was doing to her. She shuddered as she felt him enter her, filling her completely. All conscious thought left her as she gave herself over to the wonderful feelings that he was giving her and she tried her hardest to do the same for him.

Harry's world shrunk to just Ginny and what she was doing to him. His mind spun as it seemed her hands and mouth were everywhere at once. Even though they had made love before, this time there seemed to be so much more to it.

He felt her shudder as he entered her hot centre, loving the way it enveloped him, welcoming him inside of her. He groaned as the sensations enveloped him from top to bottom. He'd never experienced anything like it before in his whole life.

Their passion peaked as they both cried out as they climaxed, sending them off to heights never before achieved.

It was much later, their ardour cooled, they lay wrapped together, each feeling the love from the other.

"I don't think I'll ever tire of doing that," Harry said softly, a huge grin on his face.

"Me neither," Ginny giggled contentedly.

Ginny closed her eyes, thinking about how wonderful being with Harry actually was. Sometimes she had a hard time believing it was real and not some dream.

Somehow she had known when she had awoken in the Chamber and saw Harry hovering over her, giving her a look of such concern, that they were destined to be together.

She gently chided herself for her lapse of judgement but then realized it had led to where they were now. She knew that if she had gone with Harry on the Express they wouldn't be where they were now.

She had no doubt that they'd be dating but that was nothing compared to their current situation. Not only were they both powerful and highly trained, they were also married and enjoying all that entailed. Something she was sure that wouldn't have happened if they had remained at Hogwarts.

Sure she was confident that they'd have eventually gotten married but that would have been a long time coming. No, she was much happier the way things had played out.

She smiled as she felt Harry cup her breast and idly begin to play with her nipple. "You know, that's quite distracting," she said playfully.

"What?" Harry asked in surprise, not aware of what he was doing.

"This," she replied, covering his hand with hers, twisting her head to look at him."

"Sorry," Harry said contritely as he blushed deeply.

"You have nothing to be sorry about. I didn't say I didn't like it, only that it was quite distracting," she said with a smirk.

Harry opened his mouth to say something but was interrupted by Ginny's stomach growling loudly with Harry's growling in reply.

They both began laughing, their eyes dancing with mirth.

"I guess it's lunch time," Ginny said humorously.

Harry nodded in agreement, reluctantly removing his hand from Ginny's breast.

Ginny sighed, seeming just as reluctant as Harry was to get up but when both their stomachs growled again, she rolled out of bed. She grabbed Harry's tee shirt and slipped it on as she headed for the cooker.

Harry followed right behind after he put on his boxers.

Though it was now quite cold outside, with the stove blazing merrily and with a few warming and protective charms, the cot was nice and toasty warm.

Ginny went and grabbed a loaf of fresh bread and began slicing it to make sandwiches.

Harry started frying the bacon as Ginny gathered a few other fixings. Once she had everything ready, she went and snuggled into Harry's side.

Harry smiled and gave her a quick kiss before returning his attention back to the bacon, both sighing contentedly.

Once the bacon was ready, Ginny took it and finished putting the sandwiches together while Harry went and got them something to drink, choosing a couple of the muggle bubbly drinks that Ginny loved so much.

As Harry sat down and placed Ginny's drink before her, she smiled, marvelling at how well he had come to know her and what she preferred. She also loved all the little things he did for her, from his getting her drink for her, to helping her cook, and especially things like when he gave her massages and foot rubs.

He treated her like she was the most precious and important thing in the world and she realized that she really was. Something that made her love him all that much more.

They ate their lunch mainly in silence, sharing loving glances and small smiles, both just enjoying being with the one they loved.

As Ginny finished cleaning up, she looked at Harry and smiled. "I guess we should get dressed and get back to training," she said a bit reluctantly.

Harry smiled and gave her a contemplative look. "How about we go do something fun?" he countered.

Ginny's eyes widened in surprise. "Like what?" she asked happily.

"Just never you mind. I want it to be a surprise," he replied with a roguish grin.

Ginny eyed him expectantly, she loved it when Harry let his playful side out.

"Come on, lets get dress so we can go," Harry said, heading to the bed where their clothes lay scattered about.

In short order they were both dressed and ready to go. Ginny was only slightly surprised when they left their cloaks off.

"Ready?" Harry asked, his eyes gleaming with mirth.

"As I'll ever be," Ginny replied with a smile. She could feel Harry's excitement and she wondered where he was taking her.

Harry smiled mischievously and as he captured her lips, he stepped into the Shadow.

It took a moment for Ginny to take stock of their surroundings. The first thing she noticed was the sound of nearby traffic and the hubbub of quite a few people.

Harry led her out of the small alcove they had appeared in and steered her down the street.

"Where are we?" Ginny asked, looking around, trying to see everything at once.

"We're in Staines," Harry replied a bit sheepishly.

"Where?" Ginny asked bewilderedly.

"It's the town closest to Little Whining that I knew that had a place I wanted to take you," he replied blushing deeply.

Ginny was surprised and her face must of shown it. She couldn't conceive that Harry would return to near where his relatives lived.

"And just where is that?" she asked a bit cheekily.

Harry smiled and turned Ginny to face their destination.

Ginny looked up and saw large letters on the side of the building across the road read VUE.

She got a thought look on her face for a moment, then she spun and looked at Harry.

"Is this one of those places that show those Muggle moving picture things?" she asked excitedly.

"Yeah, I thought you'd enjoy seeing a movie," Harry replied with a smile.

Ginny gave him a quick kiss before grabbing his hand and dragging him toward the entrance. She pulled up a little short, staring at the large, boldly coloured posters showing what movies were playing that evening.

Harry watched as Ginny's eyes swept over each one intently.

"So which one are we going to see," she finally asked.

"That's up to you," Harry replied, his eyes dancing.

"Really?" she asked in surprise.

"Yes, really," Harry replied, grinning at her.

Ginny's head spun around and she stared at the posters once again. She studied them once more, her eyes dancing from one to another. Finally she nodded, "Okay, I know which one I want to see," she said firmly.

"So which one did you pick?" Harry asked, his eyes flashing with amusement.

"You'll see," Ginny replied smugly.

They joined the line to get their tickets and finally made their way to the front of the queue.

Ginny had been paying attention to the people in line before them so when the attendant asked which movie, she confidently answered "Two for RocketMan."

Harry was a bit surprised by her selection but figured as it was one of the comedies listed, why not.

Ginny eyed him in confusion as they entered and handed their tickets to another attendant, who tore them in half and handed the stubs back.

Her expression immediately changed when she saw the concession stand. "Can we?" she asked breathlessly.

Harry chuckled at her. "Of course, it wouldn't be right to see a movie without getting something," he said humorously.

Ginny eyed all the strange, to her, Muggle candies on display. In the end all they bought was two large Muggle bubbly drinks and a huge tub of popcorn, with extra butter.

Once Harry had paid for their selections they went and found the cinema where their movie was playing. Since RocketMan had been playing for several weeks, it wasn't nearly as packed as the movies that had just been released.

Ginny tried to drag Harry all the way down front, but Harry was able to dissuade her, pointing out that being that close would make them have to crane their necks to see the screen.

Ginny pouted playfully but figured that he was probably right.

The found seats further back, right in the middle of a row about two thirds back from the screen.

As they settled in and began munching on their popcorn. Ginny glanced around, looking a little confused. "When does the picture start?" she asked softly.

"In a few minutes," Harry replied reassuringly.

Ginny nodded and settled down some, though she did fidget in her seat now and again.

She jumped a little when the lights began to dim and she gave Harry a sheepish smile when he gave her an amused look.

She frowned when the title of a different movie flashed onto the screen. "What's going on?" she asked in annoyance.

Harry tried to hide his grin but failed miserably, something Ginny noticed irritability.

"These are previews of other movies, most that won't be released till next year," Harry patiently explained.

Ginny blushed deeply and hung her head embarrassingly.

Harry wrapped his arm around her and drew her close into his side. "Ginny, you have nothing to be embarrassed about. So you didn't know. Big deal. I can't tell you how much I didn't know, and still don't, when I joined that magical world. Stuff you take for granted. Stuff you and your brothers grew up with. It's nothing to be ashamed about," he said comfortingly.

Ginny looked up lovingly into Harry's eyes. "Thank you," she whispered emotionally.

Harry smiled at her and leaned over and kissed her tenderly.

They both jumped when the music changed and RocketMan began to play.

Harry spent as much time looking at Ginny as he did the movie screen, loving the enthralled look on her face. Being a comedy, they both laughed often and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Harry doubly so from watching Ginny.

As the credits began to roll, Ginny sighed and cuddled closer into Harry's side. "Thank you for bring me here," she said contentedly.

"Believe me, it was my pleasure," he replied with a smile.

They stayed seated while the rest of the movie goers slowly filed out of the theatre. Ginny giggled as she reached in and ate the last of the popcorn. "I can't believe we ate the whole thing," she said happily.

Harry just smiled at her, loving seeing her so happy.

As the last of the other people filed past, Harry and Ginny rose and began to follow them out. Harry briefly considered Shadow walking right from there but he was loathed for the evening to end.

They joined in the masses of people heading out of the theatre as a couple of other shows had ended at about the same time.

Once out on Mustard Mill Rd. Harry looked into Ginny's eyes. "Want to just walk for a while?" he asked, glancing up and down the road.

Ginny tried to hide how worried she was. There was something about the way Harry was acting that bothered her. As she quickly thought about it, she realized it was the deep underlying sense of sadness that he was trying to hide from her.

"Okay," she replied with a smile, hoping that Harry would confide in her.

Harry glanced left and right and then he gave a small shrug and headed to the right.

They walked along slowly just enjoying being together. Harry glanced around and shook his head. "Guess we should have gone the other way," he said, looking at the car park for the mall on their right and a small wooded area across the road on the left.

Ginny just shrugged. "We have to come to something sooner or later," she said encouragingly.

While Ginny tried to keep an eye on Harry and his mood, she couldn't seem to stop herself from glancing ahead where she saw some bright lights.

Sure she'd been into Ottery St Catchpole shopping with her mum but that was nothing like where they were at the moment.

Harry noticed the looks Ginny was giving him and he knew he hadn't been as circumspect as he had wished. He sighed and looked at her in the eyes.

"Even though I grew up near here, I almost never got taken anywhere by my relatives. Most of the time I was left home alone locked in my cupboard or had to stay with one of the neighbours, Mrs. Figg, who I found out is a Squib, planted there by Dumbledore, supposedly to keep an eye on me," Harry said sadly.

Ginny felt her blood begin to boil and she had to clamp down on that feeling quickly, not wanting Harry to know how upset she was. She silently swore to make Dumbledore pay for what he'd done to her Harry.

The fact that he had someone watching him while he grew up made her realize that he had to have known how Harry was being treated and he hadn't done one thing to prevent it.

She glanced at Harry, who gave her a small shrug. Nothing either could say would change what had happened to Harry at his relatives.

Ginny took a deep breath and let it out slowly and then pulled on Harry's arm, bringing him to a halt. She stepped in front of him and reached up with both hands and drew his face to hers, kissing him with every last ounce of love she felt for him.

Harry felt Ginny's love wash over him, driving away his sense of melancholy.

They slowly broke apart, Ginny staring into his eyes. "Harry," she started.

Harry shut her up by kissing her, letting her know he understood. Their lips parted once more and Harry smiled at her.

No words were necessary and Ginny smiled back, happy she had been able to drive his sadness away.

Taking his arm again, they continued down the street. As the road turned sharply to the right, Ginny pointed to a sign sticking up above the buildings across the street.

Harry chuckled as Ginny asked. "Scottish food?"

Harry shook his head, smiling widely. "No, McDonald's is a Yank company," he explained. He glanced at Ginny before looking back at the huge bright sign.

"Come on," he said, steering her across the street. "Dudley always raved about their food. Let's go see if it's a good as he said."

Though they had polished off a huge tub of popcorn, Ginny was curious so she let Harry lead her toward the building.

They both ended up ordering one of the companies signature items, something called a Big Mac, large orders of chips and Cokes, Ginny's favourite Muggle Bubbly drink.

Ginny groaned as she finished off the last bite of her burger. "I'm stuffed," she said happily.

"Me too," Harry replied, his smile matching hers.

Ginny slurped down the last of her Coke and sighed contentedly. "I think we'd better continue walking," she said, patting her belly.

Harry chuckled, his eyes dancing. "Yeah, we'd better," he agreed.

They dumped their trash in the bin and resumed their walk down the street, both sharing goofy smiles. For once they both felt like normal teenagers.

As they reached the end of the road and turned right toward the mall and all its stores, Harry felt the hairs on the back of his neck stand up as the temperature dropped precipitously.

Harry gave Ginny a hard look. "Dementors," he said breathlessly.

Harry and Ginny

A/N: First off, I want to apologize for the length between updates, I hadn't realized it had been so long. Hopefully that won't happen again.

Ron sure received a shock when Fred and George showed up at Hogwarts. Will that boy ever learn?

RocketMan was released in the UK in the middle of September that year, 1997, what would have been the start of Harry's 7th year, Ginny's 6th.

Harry and Ginny continue to train and settle into married life, growing closer all the time. Too bad their their little sojourn into the Muggle world has been so rudely interrupted.

As always, I love getting reviews, so please leave one if you are so inclined.
