Me: Konichiwa mina-san!~~ And welcome to the 10th chapter of Amnesia! (I'm so proud I made it to 10! :D) This chapter will be extra long and I hope you'll like it and continue to support me!
Also I appologize sincerely for making you all wait so extremely long! I was very busy with school in order not to fail this year!
Disclaimer: I don't own Inazuma Eleven GO Chrono Stone or any of the characters! (If I did I would've made the galaxy season WAAAAYY better!)
p.s. My friend and I have this very ambitious idea to write our own manga. Right now we're making a simply story line, and we'll need much time to perfect it but I hope that we'll get to finish it one day so we can share it with the world!
- Normal P.O.V. - (at El Dorado)
"This will be your last chance Alpha!" Toudou Heikichi warned. "If you fail me one more time I'll have no other choice but to move up to plan 'B'."
"I understand Master." A cold, emotionless voice replied. "I wont fail this time."
The purple haired captain of Protocol Omega bowed to the elderly of Saint Elda, turned on his heels and walked to the nearby exit. Once he set foot on the teleportation device his body was illuminated, his molecules were broken down and build up somewhere else.
It stayed quiet for a while, deep frowns were etched on the already wrinkled faces of the seniors. Even though no one said a single word, they all thought the same thing. Their plan to save mankind from the SSC by traveling through time had been the best option they had had in quite a long time, yet here it was crumbling down right in front of them. When Alpha was challenged and defeated they had known that their plans had been revealed to their arch-enemies. It would be only a matter of time now for them to come to the city for some 'payback'.
"What should we do now?" One of the members asked.
"There's very little we could do at the moment," Another answered. "All we can do now is wait. Wait for something to happen, wether we like the outcome or not."
"Toudou-sama, what do you think we should do?"
The chairman didn't reply immediately. He had been thinking about that girl he met in the hospital, could she have told them? The frown on his forehead deepened. He hadn't thought about it before, that one little kid could cause so much trouble.
"didn't you hear your colleage?" He asked in a voice much colder than he actually meant to. "We can only wait for something to happen!"
And he hadn't finished his sentence or loud bangs and screaming could be heard from the outside world.
Almost immediately, the once oh so 'calm' aura that had been hanging around in the air of El Dorado, had been overthrown by a hurricane of all kinds of negative emotions. At first shock had made it's way into the room of Saint Elda, wiping the little bit of pride they had left away. Followed with disbelieve mixed with anger and disappointment and maybe, just maybe, a little bit of fear as well.
The bitter truth could be clearly seen in the eyes of the elder men. Their plans had really been revealed to their arch-enemies.
And not only had they been able to find every single alteration the elderly had strategically made, they even managed to undo them with great succes. And now that they were back, attacking the city to the extend of their abillities, they had lifted the tip of the veil that was usually supposed to conceil their wrath against the old farts of Saint Elda.
"It has started." Heikichi said. He stood up from his chair and walked to the large window right behind him. Behind the bulletproof glass he had nothing to worry about, he could look at the chaos underneath him send some men to evacuate the people and catch the SSC... or at least they would try to. In all these years of fighting, they had never been able to catch even a single one of them. Even though most of them had died, due to their shortened lifespan, they seemed to be with more everytime they came back.
"Yo!" A very familiar voice greeted. Toudou looked down only to see Feida's emperor stading at the foot of their building with a sadistic grin on his face. His purple eyes were glowing, meaning he was using his telepathy to talk to the chairman without actually have to face him. A way of talking which the both of them prefered. "It's been a while since we last met, wasn't it?"
"Indeed it was." Toudou replied in his mind, knowing the white haired teen would hear it loud and clearly. "Although I prefered our seperate ways not to cross with each other again."
"Come, come chairman." He replied a smirk on his face. "We both know that's never going to happen. It seems you're forgetting a very important point here. But before I cut straight to it. I must admit it was pretty clever of you, traveling through time was a very creative way to get rid of us. I never would've thought someone like you would think of something like that! But there was only one thing you didn't reckon with."
"And what's that, if I may ask?"
"As close as you old farts watch us, the closer do we. You didn't really think your actions would go unnoticed by us, now wouldn't you?"
"You filthy little.." Toudou started.
"No hard feelings here chairman. Consider this as payback," The teen interupted him. "And make sure you keep that in mind!" And with those final words he took out a gun pointed it towards the window where the chairman was standing and shot.
The large window shattered before Toudou's eyes, little splinters of glass flew through the room, making little cuts in the elderly's flesh along the way. Their bulletproof window had been broken. As had their pride.
They felt weak in front of their opponents who seemed to become stronger with every encounter. While they were flabbergasted and safely inside, the people outside were in a real war that was destroying their town, families and mind.
- Nagisa P.O.V. -
Following the Hope we called for
We overcome the world which has come to a halt.
And one day, because we didn't gave up,
our hearts will become one
Crying or laughing, let's welcome the new tomorow.
Even if the vow we've settled on is painful and strikes me down,
It's so I can protect your heart.
The time travel bracelet had brought me to a space outside time. I was surrounded by millions of pictures of different era's, I only had to pick the right one. That exact picture out of millions that would bring me to the right place and the right time. It was like watching millions of different movies each one prickling my attention, every picture caught my eye and almost forced me to look at it.
Almost as if it was holding a big board that begged you to look at it.
As I floated around in the immense space, almost forgetting what I was doing here, a picture of Fei flew right for my eyes. He was looking sad, and confused and above all, hurt. His eyes were glowing as ten players of the opposite team lied squirming in pain over the field
"To far." A voice in the back of my head said. It told me to move on and find a better point to intervene with his story. But as hard as I searched, I didn't find the right picture. Even though I had found so many with his face in it, non of them was the right one. I had found a few where he was smiling, a few where he looked a little troubled or anxious or excited even. But I had found an equal amount of them where the warmth of happiness was replaced with the cold hand of sadness.
I had noticed once, the sadness that dominated his life, this boy, he carried so much grief with him. Yet it didn't seem to weigh him down even the littlest bit.
"Fei.." I muttered. The painfull tone that could be heard in my voice surprised me. I hadn't known how it felt like to miss someone to this extend. It felt wrong, yet it didn't. The only word close enough to describe this feeling was bittersweet. Close enough to reach out to him, but still too far to be with the one you love most.
"Where.." His voice said with an equal amount of pain in it. "Where have you gone?"
I looked around desperately, trying to find the face that matched with the voice. The only thing I did see was only a mere image of him, but it was him nontheless. And he was crying. I reached out my hand and touched the screen where his cheeck was supposed to be.
And even though I was just an astral body now, floating somewhere where no one would see, hear of feel my pressence. It was exiting to be able to see everyone everywhere, yet it was a curse since you weren't able to be with them no matter how hard you tried or how much you wanted. I could feel the armth of his cheeck on the tips of my fingers, and I smiled a little.
"I'm right here!" I replied. "Fei!"
"Where..." He whispered softly as he looked up, meeting my eyes. Not that he would know, or actually see me, I wasn't real at the moment. But I didn't care even the slightest bit. Fei was calling out for me, I simply had to say the words I needed to say, that wouldn't be heard by anyone but myself.
"Right where I'll always be," I replied. "I'll be standing beside you to accompany you to wherever you want to go, I'll be standing in front of you to lead you the way to a new tomorow and I'll always be standing behind you, to encourage you and catch you if you'd ever fall."
"I need you." He whispered softly, though loud enough for me to hear. "So please, come back."
"He needs me?" I thought, and almost every vessel in my body longed for him.
I had to see him, I had spent too much time goofing around already.
"To far, yet too early." The small voice said again. "The right moment isn't picked that easily, yet a little help always ocurs for those who need it most."
An abandoned picture far away from the essence of this wicked place started to glow a bright and almost blinding light. I reached the picture as the light started to fade and I finally could see what scene was beeing played on the screen. I had expected to see Fei or the soccerteam he was with now but I saw Wonderba, washing the Inazuma Caravan.
"Not too far, not too early, a bit far off the main goal isn't bad at all."
I didn't get a single word of that. But I reached out and with my index finger I gave the frame a little poke. Almost as if re-awakened by my touch it started to emit a great blinding light again, enveloping my body with the same radiation before sucking me into a large void. I was now traveling towards the past, the perfect moment to interupt the original timeline.
- Normal P.O.V. -
Three guys were standing in front of a huge building that had a lightning bolt on it. The well-known soccer building was standing proud in all it's glory. It was an open, but really HUGE building, nothing much to be impressed by or even frightening. Yet... Why did they seem to hesitate to enter?
At least, one of them seemed hesitant to enter, the other two were looking at him, as if waiting for him to make the first move before they would follow in his footsteps. One of them was the lovely greenete we all know, the other the older brother of an ex-ace striker and the last was someone who shared the same face with another well known character. (I like being vague XD) (but I think it's very obvious though XDD)
The tanned guy with metalic blue eyes was looking at the lightning bolt, a frown etched on his young face. What if they would tell him again that Raimon jr. didn't have a soccer club? Would he be doomed again as a member of the calligraphy club? Going once through the shock was one time too much for Tenma.
"What's wrong?" Asked the dark-blue haired teen, his hazel eyes trailed from the front doors to the brown haired boy. "Let's go inside!"
"But what if there are different clubs in there again?" He asked with a worried tone in his vioce that matched the look in his eyes.
Fei took a step forward so he cold stand next Tenma instead of behind him. His voice was as calm as the smile on his face that didn't leave as he spoke. "Then I'll call Wonderba so we can time-jump and fix it!" He said encouraging.
"Was it a good idea to leave him behind in the first place?" Yuuichi asked.
"In this timeline he'll only scare people off!" Fei replied. Thinking back how Aki had looked totally calm at first before freaking out.
"Huh? Tenma?" A female voice asked, causing all the males to turn around to take a look at the voice's owner. Climbing up the stairs they saw a very beautiful saphire-blue haired girl with sky blue eyes looking confused at the three of them.
"Aoi." Tenma said not taking his eyes of of her, not even for a second.
"Practice is starting soon," She said as she approached them, she stopped in front of them and noticed she didn't knew the two guys who were with her captain.
"Practice for... calipgraphy club?" Tenma asked slowly. Trying to see if indeed he was still a member of the caligraphy club.
"What are you talking about?" She asked as she sweatdropped of his stupidity. "The soccer club!"
"The soccer club!" Tenma repeated, a look of total bliss on his face now that he knew his precious soccer had been saved. "It's back to normal!" He added as he sank to his knees.
"Ne, Tenma," Aoi started and she finally disconnected her eye contact with Tenma to take a look at the two other guys. "Who are these people?"
"Uhm... uh.." He stuttered, not quite sure how to explain this.
Thank god that Fei and Yuuichi were better at filling in the blanc spots.
"I'm Fei," The greenete introduced himself. "One of Tenma's soccer pals! We're here to take a look at the soccerclub today."
"Tenma's friends huh!" She said, finally a smile appeared on her once mistrustfull face. "Then why didn't you say so before, come with me I'll show you around!"
They followed the Aoi inside where she lead them to the centre of the building where the meeting room was, as were the rest of the players.
"Mina-san! We have guests today!" She said as soon as the doors had slid open and revealed the meetingroom behind them.
The members were scattered over the room. Some where sitting on the benches by the lockers on the left side of the room, others were sitting at the tables on the right, some one the couches centered around a huge screen on the opposite side of the room where they held strategy meetings every week and only a few of them were simply standing around, goofing off and chatting with each other.
"You're late Tenma!" Shindou's stern voice said.
"I thought you'd never come!" Shinsuuke said as he came running to Tenma.
"Captain, you had us worried!" One of the new managers said. Her lavender hair reaching her back midway, a braid going from ear to ear and a sky blue headband on top of her head. Her chocolate brown eyes had a worried and slight angry look in them, like a parent that had been worried sick and was happy to see that their child was safe and sound but also very angry at them for doing something incredibly stupid. "Where have you been?"
"Riony-chan! Let the guy be, I'm sure there's a decent explanation for this." Kirino said as he gently laid a hand on the girl's shoulder. (That's right B******, I included my own OC into the story! XD)
The poor captain looked at the group that had surrounded him, words failed to form as he his thoughts were racing to come up with a decent explanation. It was as if the two strangers behind him were totally invisible, they weren't noticed until the taller one of them took a step forward. Once Tsurugi Yuuichi came into a clear view for everyone to see him did the soccerclub members realize how rude they were towards their guests. (even though Aoi had clearly mentioned that they had guests, how hard could a club fail to even do something as simple as to greet a visitor and offer them a seat and something to drink?)
"Ah! Konichiwa!" Shinsuke managed to bring out, seemingly as he was the first one to unfreeze from the stunned group.
"Tsurugi-senpai!" Shindou greeted with a smile on his face.
As soon as the (apparently) infamous name of the ex-ace striker came in contact with the second and third years the group that had been swarming around their former captain had moved towards their old comrade.
"Yo mina!" Yuuichi greeted with a happy smile. "It's great to see you all again!"
"Ehm.. Who are you?" Came the awkward question from Kageyama Hikaru, he had a kind smile on his face yet a hint of unease was hidden underneath it.
"Ofcourse you first years wouldn't know him," Sangoku said. "he graduated before you came to this school."
"Ne, ne, Amu-nee-chan. Wasn't Tsurugi-san your math tutor when you were a first year?" Aoi asked to a girl that looked like an older version of the petite manager. Her sapphire blue hair reached her shoulders and was partly tied back with a light blue ribbon, the elder sister also had the same fair skin as her little sister. The only difference was that Amy had dark blue eyes that shimmered like a night's sky full of stars.
"True indeed," Amu replied in a calm voice though her eyes had a rebelling glance in them. "Yet you should know, Tsurugi-kun, that even though you're my senpai and helped me through my first year, you should not expect me to go all over you as one of those random fangirls of yours."
"Amu-nee-chan! That's pretty rude to say!" Aoi said in a shocked voice to which her sister just huffed.
"Don't worry Sorano-san, Amu and I are good friends," Yuuichi explained and gently rubbed Amu's head, to which she shot him an angry look. "I'm used to get her cold shoulder by now."
"I told you a hundred times before!" Amu snapped at him. "Stop rubbing my head like I'm a puppy!"
Yuuichi just chuckled. "How are things between you and Taiyou-kun? Last time I heard you talking about him you said you wanted to confess to him, did you do it? Are the two of you dating now?"
"SHUT UP!" Amu screeched, her face red like tomato from embarrassment.
"Shut up means yes." Aoi said, knowing all of her sisters quirks and habbits. "They've been dating for a full year now!"
"Aoi!"
"Wow a full year! Another year and the two of you practically can get married!" Tsurugi joked.
The others watched as the three of them kept on their teasing bickering, and when Tsurugi Yuuichi turned into the protective elder brother modus when Amu yelled that Kirino ad Riony had become official only a few days ago. As Yuuichi told Kirino that he should treat a woman well, Amu sighed in relieve that finally the pressure of Yuuichi's attention had shifted to someone else, it dawned to Tenma that their current ace-striker was missing.
He looked around the room once more to confirm his early suspicion.
"He guys where's Tsurugi?" Tenma asked.
"He's right here Tenma," Shindou scolded. "don't speak of him so disrespectfully!"
"No I mean Tsurugi Kyousuke, Yuuichi-san's younger brother!" Tenma said quickle, only to be answered with looks full of bewilderment.
"Tsurugi-senpai, you never told us you had a younger brother." Riony said.
"Did I never mention him?" Yuuichi asked with a shocked look. "I remember I couldn't stop talking about him."
As the others tried to remember if their ex-ace striker really did mention a Kyousuke Tenma turned around to Fei, a slightly scared look on his face.
"Things aren't yet the way they're supposed to be." He said to his green-haired friend ho nodded in reply with a frown on his face.
"Maybe it's better to involve everyone in this one." Fei replied. "I'll call wonderba, don't worry, I'll make sure you'll get your friend back!"
- Nagisa P.O.V. -
After had explained everything to Wonderba about why I was here and how I got here, he pushed a bucket with water in my armes and threw a sponge in my face.
"Now you're here you can help me washing the caravan!" He simply said before he continued cleaning the front, washing all of the squished bugs from the hood and the headlights. It made me wonder how you could get that to happen when you were traveling through time, could bugs timetravel too?
And as I washed and scrubbed every little inch of the caravan, I was followed around by wonderba the intire time while he kept on shouting one weird order after the other as: 'crack the first tire' and 'sparkle the silver'.
After a few minutes I heard a little bell go off inside the caravan, Wonderba ran inside and answered to whoever was calling. I walked towards the door to try to hear what he was saying.
"What?" He shouted. "Right now? Allright, I'm coming!" He hung up and dashed towards me, grabbing my wrist and pulling me into the caravan.
As my face met the ground, Wonderba jumped into the driver's seat, shouting a few orders away as he went.
"Caravan cleaning modus OOONNN!" The caravan lit up for a moment, from the inside as from the outside, when the light faded the caravan look brand new! It even had that new car smell that always managed to nauseate me.
"Couldn't you have used that before you made me wash the caravan from bottom to top!" I shouted.
"I could, but using this trick takes a lot of energy! It would be a waste to use it every time!" Wonderba replied not looking back as he pushed button after button and pulled lever after lever. "Now please sit down in one of the seats and make sure you put on your safety belt!"
I did as he told me and I had just heard the click of the safety belt as I felt the caravan being lifted from the ground. I looked out of the window and saw we were getting higher and higher until we were lunged forward with great force.
"TIME JUUUUMPAAHH!" Wonderba shouted, and before I knew it we were shot into a big rainbow colored tunnel. We drifted through it like a majestic eagle in the royal blue skies. Yet... somehow the look of the piecefull and happy kaleidoscope, sent dark shivers up my spine as an uncomfortable cold made its way through my body.
Every vessel in my body wated to get out of this as soon as possible.
"You allright there?" Wonderba asked, a little concern in his voice. "You look a little pale."
"I.. I feel a little uneasy," I replied by truth. "Like I'm heading towards my death or something."
"If you feel sick there's a little bag underneath your chair," he replied. "Just don't barf over the chairs, puke-stains are very hard to wash out of leather. And I didn't even mention the smell yet."
I giggled nervously as wonderba kept on blabbering that keeping such a sensitive instrument clean and working was a huge task only someone as great as himself could handle and that it wasn't laid away for just any random goof.
And finally! The end of the tunnel turned lighter and we jumped out of it! Right into the normal world again. I took a deep breath out of relieve and felt my tensed muscles relax as the cold finally left my system.
I looked out of the window again and saw Fei and a lot of unknown, yet familiar, people standing on the soccer field beneath us. Everyone except for Fei, a guy with brown hair and a very tall guy with navy blue hair, looked shocked, their mouths hanging open not yet catching flies. Wonderba landed the caravan on the ground and opened the doors as he walked out, scolding Fei about calling him in the middle of washing his dear caravan.
I stood up hesitantly from my seat, my legs started to shake a little and nervosity washed over me. So many eyes would look at me as soon as I set a step out of the caravan, the same frightening thought of those eyes boring their way into my body like the one I had had on the hospital rooftop made its way into my mind.
"What's even worse is that you're not even thanking me for bringing you a special guest!" Wonderba said in an angry tone.
"Special guest?" I could hear Fei ask. "Who did you bring?"
"She's standing right he.." Wonderba started as he waved his paw at the empty space beside him where he thought I was standing. He looked at his side, then to his other side and eventully turned around a few times but didn't find me. He cleared his throat and excused himself as he rushed back into the caravan.
"What are you waiting for in here?" He asked as he turned a little pink, just like he had done back in Doctor Aruno's lab. "Are you waiting for a special entrance cue? Well you just missed it!"
"I wasn't waiting or anything!" I replied softly as a small blush of ambarrassment made it's way aross my face. "It's just... I uhm.. I'm just.. a.. a little nervous."
"What are you nervous for?! It's not like they'll bite you or anything!" Wonderba replied, turning completely pink now. "Just get your ass out there and greet the people!" He gabbed my wrist and dragged me out of the caravan, he threw me into the open air and I stumbled right into Fei who quickly wrapped his arms around me before my face would meet the ground for the second time today.
I looked up into his beautiful mint green eyes. He looked a little shocked, but that faded soon enough, now he was looking at me with a happy smile on his face and a little bit of pink dusting his cheecks.
"Hi." He said.
"..Hi." I replied.
And that's where I end this chapter.
PLEASE DON'T KILL ME! I know it's short and nothing much happened and I already hear a few saying: I waited this long for this short crap!
I sincerely apologize and promise to update this coming sunday! If not you have my permission to kill me!
(please don't! I like life and am not ready to die yet!)
