"He is tall, but he leans in just for me to kiss him,

He is dark, but he loves me with all of his heart and would never let me go,

He is handsome, but he only pays attention to me and puts me at the top of the world."

-My description of the perfect guy.

Taking notice of her actions, Sasuke brought her back to her previous position and made sure this time she would not be able to get away. "You don't understand!"

"Then explain it to me, because what I got out of your confession" she made little quotation signs with her hands, "is that all you want from is to get me in bed and then I am positive is that you will get rid of me like all your other hoes."

Tears were at the brim of her eyes, but she held them in. She was tired of looking so helpless in front of him.

"I HAVE STRONG FEELINGS FOR YOU!"

Well that made her calm down.

"Do you understand?"

Chapter 10

She nodded at him vigorously, a blush forming on her already pink cheeks. She turned her body in his grasp, and made sure to face him. He complied to her movements and stared at her as her face turned towards him. They were only mere centimeters away from each other, they could feel both of their breaths on each other's faces.

If one of them moved any closer, their lips would be interlocked with each other. However, neither of them moved.

"I - I think it's about time I went home." Sakura whispered, her melodic voice hitting Sasuke's ears. He closed his eyes and took in a sharp breath.

Releasing the air in his mouth, it touched Sakura's cheeks. The tension in the room made her squirm from anticipation, but she had no idea what she was waiting for. Slowly she leaned her head towards his own and instead of their lips brushing against each others, like they desperately wanted, she leaned her forehead against his.

He had to lean down for her to do so, but once they met, it made a small bang sound that echoed in their ears. That echo would forever be engraved in their minds of the moment they knew that they had mutual feelings towards each other.

Their eyes were staring right at each other, at that moment it was not embarrassing or shy for them to look deep into each other's eyes. It made them feel whole.

Sasuke looking at the green orbs of the girl in front of him, sighed for the last time that day and looked away from her. He gently untangled his arms around her body and set her down on the floor next to him. He got up from his sitting position and looked down at her as she was looking up at him.

"Would you like me to drive you home?"

She continued to stare at him and brought out a hand up towards him. He took it and helped her up, but instead of letting go right away he brought it up to his face. He turned her palm towards him and gave it a small peck.

A sign of affection.

Sakura averted her eyes and took her arm away from him. He complied and watched as her hand slipped away from her grasp.

"Could you please drive me?"

Sasuke began to nod his head but stopped half way. "Only if I can hold your hand."

Shocked by his demand at first but smiled at his true intentions, she said yes. She brought her hand up to him and he grasped it into his own. Their fingers intertwined with each others, and a small shock went through their bodies. It was a pleasant one were they wouldn't mind it happening again.

They left the bedroom, and made their way down stairs. The party already left, only trace left was the huge mess left in the living room and kitchen area. From their position, near the stairs, they could see Sasuke's mother chatting to his older brother about how successfully good the party was, and how they would have to call in the maids earlier to clean up the mess left behind.

Trying not to get any attention on themselves they slowly crept out of the living room and made their way to the front door, but before they could successfully open the door without being caught they heard a feminine voice call out to Sasuke. But still tried to get out of the house with no interruptions.

"And where do you think the two of you are going?"

They froze.

Both slowly turned around to come in contact with Mrs. Uchiha.

Sasuke stepped forward towards her. "Mother, I was planning to drive her home." He said.

She raised one of her delicate brows at him and gave him the all famous Uchiha smirk. "I think not, son. You can come join me at the couch. We need to discuss something. And Itachi can take your friend home."

Giving his mother a shocked and scornful look, he tightened his grasp on Sakura's hand. "Can't I speak to you later?"

Itachi stepped in to the conversation "what's the matter little brother?" he said, while looking at Sasuke with an amused smile.

All of this just unnerved Sasuke, but considering that it was his family and he could not deny them he slowly let go of Sakura's hand but not before giving it a tight squeeze and looking into her eyes.

"Whatever."

Itachi took the chance to step in between the couple and finally open the door. "After you Sakura."

She looked up at him, and was wary of his intentions, either it being innocent or full of malice, only to be found out once she took the steps away from Sasuke and towards his brother.

She gave a final glance towards Sasuke and followed after Itachi outside towards his car.

He unlocked the doors and she went to sit down in the front passenger seat.

Buckling up. She sat quietly as he started the engine and watched as he pulled out of his house's driveway.

The ride was silent and awkward for Sakura, but when she glanced at Itachi his face was neutral as if he was feeling absolutely nothing. Trying to break the tension, she tried to think of something to talk about with him. But all the came up was about Sasuke and what his mother wanted to talk to him about.

Finally not being able to take the silence any longer, she opened her mouth to speak but got interrupted by his gruff voice stopping her.

"You don't have to engage in conversation with me, I am perfectly fine driving in silence."

Shocked by his words, Sakura gaped at him. How did he know that she wanted to talk to him?

"I only say that because it seems as if you were bothered by the silence, but I could be wrong."

"I just wanted to ask if you knew what your mom wanted to talk about with Sasuke?"

He glanced at her, with the same amused look he shot at Sasuke in the house, and shook his head in slight laughter.

He chuckled to himself, "You remind me so much of him."

Sakura was confused by his answer and asked what exactly he meant by that.

He yet again just shook his head, and continued to look straight ahead at the road.

*****************************Back at the Uchiha Household**************

Sasuke watched through the window as Sakura climbed into the car, and how both his brother and the girl he fancied drove away from him.

He looked back at his mother, sitting on the white leather couch staring back at him, waiting for him to put his full attention towards her. However, it was impossible for him. Right Now he could only think of Sakura alone with Itachi in his car.

"Sasuke"

"Yes?"

His mother smiled at him. "Its about time we started talking about the wedding, don't you think?"

Sasuke shot her a glare and waited for her to continue. This topic, not his favorite, was bound to be faced by him sooner or later. But he would have preferred later, or better yet never.

Mrs. Uchiha crossed her leg over her left one, and prepared herself for the worst.

"I can't prolong it anymore. You and I know that. Now tell me what do you think about having it in a month?"

"It doesn't concern me." Right at this moment Sasuke wanted to do nothing more than shut his mother up and run after Sakura. For some bizarre reason he just could not stop thinking about her being with his brother. It riled him up. It made him feel that disgusting feeling again. That feeling whenever he wanted to smash something up, but ten times worse.

It was eating him up, and he could not do a single thing about it because his mother decided to talk to him about some stupid wedding that he did not give two cents about.

"Can we talk about this another time?"

He gave her a pleading look but she shook her head and urged him to say something else about the topic.

"Fine ! What do you want me to say? What exactly do you want to talk about?"

Taking deep breaths to calm his nerves, Sasuke tried. He really did try to calm himself down. However, he just kept on thinking about Sakura. Sakura in a car seat alone with his brother. Alone where he couldn't stop Itachi from doing anything to her. Anything that he himself so desperately wanted to do to her.

"When should the wedding be? I, myself, think the sooner the better but I should probably get your opinion considering you are one of the important people in it." She gave him a wink, and he just scowled at her.

"A month is good."

"Should it be at home or should we reserve a hall?"

He rolled his eyes at her, why was she so excited about this event? No one else in the family cared.

"A hall, I don't want anyone disturbing me at home."

The thought of people constantly walking in and out of his house, made him shudder in disgust. This was a place of tranquility for him.

His mother gave him an annoyed look, and sighed. "I don't understand why you are so uninterested in this wedding."

This time Sasuke gave her the annoyed look.

"Why should I care?"

"Your brother is getting married and you don't care? What happened to you Sasuke, you used to be so cute and follow your brother around everywhere he went. You loved each other so much. I just don't understand what happened to you two."

Tears started to form at the bridge of her eyes, and she let out a soft whimper of sadness. Once Sasuke saw the distress in her eyes he shot out towards her and have her a huge hug.

"Shhhh mom, please don't cry." He tried his best to soothe her, but considering that he was so awkward near crying females he had no idea what to do.

He gently raised his hand out towards her, and brushed away her fallen tears.

"Mom, you know I love you right? Isn't that all that matters?" He whispered to her, trying to stop her crying but his words just made her cry even more.

She wrapped her hands around his, and they held each other. Both in each other's embrace of love and warmth.

They remained that way for a couple of more seconds until they heard the front door open, and walk in Itachi. He looked the same, except for his worried look directed at his sobbing mother in his brothers hold.

"What the hell did you do?" Itachi yelled. Fists up, ready to pummel his brother. Sasuke, raged filled at his brother, let go of his mother and too got up and brought his fists up.

Both were staring at each other, daring one another to make the first move. Their mother on the coach a sobbing mess lifted her head up.

"I have had enough of this!" She yelled. "Both of you are grown men, acting like complete idiots. You two better make up and stop hating each other or I shall no longer speak to both of you, do you understand?"

She was up from the couch, no traces of tears left on her face except for her red eyes. She smacked Sasuke on his head and marched up to Itachi to do the exact same thing.

Once done she gave them one final glare and left the two brothers to deal with their hatred towards each other themselves.

Itachi looked at his younger brother, and imagined him when he was younger and so much more likeable than now.

"What are we doing?" Itachi asked. "Why are we always fighting?"

"Maybe it's because you are a total prick."

"Sasuke,I am trying to be serious right now."

"So am I."

Itachi sighed, he could not talk to him right now, he was being unreasonable. He had enough of this and walked towards the stairs to his room. Sasuke reached out and grasped his arm before he could leave.

"Did you do anything to Sakura? What happened during the ride?"

He looked genuinely concerned and this just made Itachi form an evil grin. He continued his way towards the stairs, but Sasuke would not let go of his hold.

Itachi snatched his arm away from him and continued up the stairs. He stopped mid way and looked back around at his brother who was staring at him, hoping to get an answer.

"You know I do want you to be my best man."

With that said he took the last couple of steps to reach the top and left his brother to stand alone at the bottom.

Sasuke heard the footsteps fade away, and the slamming of a door being shut. The only thoughts swirling in his head, as he looked around his surroundings to find nothing, was that here he is alone. Like always alone, everyone left him. His mother, his brother, and Sakura yet again.

And he was tired of it.

He was tired of being alone.

Infuriated, he turned his body away from all of his troubles and headed towards the door. He needed to see someone, someone that could simply not live without him.

He needed to see Karin.
