This is NOT mine. This is by someone called Passionate Phoenix on All Poetry. It's brilliant. Great work. Hope you dont mind me using it, it's just too good to not use ;)
The Weeping Angels
Lost in time and all alone,
The angels wait in their stone,
Energy stealers in order to live,
All you need is the touch they give.
Silently creeping and hiding,
Sighing sad with time colliding,
Cracks and splits their bodies of rock,
To the TARDIS they must all flock.
Shielding their faces from all to see,
Looking so harmless stone beauty,
Biggest asset is their biggest curse,
Never to be seen or to obverse.
The angels that crawl to seek,
The demons that quietly peek,
Innocent at glance so saintly,
Fingers reaching you so faintly.
The perfectly curvy carved cloaks,
Crying and calling the Doctor evoke,
Closer the get little time to think,
Angels around you must never blink...
