The world tour and meetings
The Goddesses contacted their Oracles about them bringing Minato to visit their nations before they would arrive, so they could get the Basilicom's ready for a visit.
Lowee
The first place the goddesses took Minato was Lowee, Land of White Serenity. Blanc, who showed Minato the various locations of Lowee, led the tour of Lowee.
Blanc took Minato to her Basilicom to show him the overall area of Lowee. Minato took note of the cold climate here and changed into his winter wear.
Minato and Blanc entered the Basilicom while the others explored the town a little. Minato followed Blanc into an office. There she showed him the location of Lowee's cities.
Blanc looks at Minato "If these cities are in trouble I fully expect you to help them. Understood?"
Minato looks at Blanc "Of course. Trust me, I'm not the type to turn away when others are in trouble" Blanc nods at his answer. Suddenly the door opens up to reveal Rom and Ram running towards Blanc, followed shortly behind them was Mina trying to stop the twins.
The two hug Blanc while Rom said "Blanc… you okay? We heard you and the others were attacked by those things again"
Ram went next "We were scared you were hurt"
Mina came up to the sisters "I'm sorry lady Blanc, when Rom and Ram heard about what happened they wanted to see you"
Minato smiles at the heart-warming reunion until Rom saw him and asked "Who… is this guy?"
Blanc points to Minato "This is the savior of The Enlightened we were talking about. He also helped us when those shadows ambushed us"
Ram looks at her older sister and asks "Shadows? That's what they're called?" Blanc nods.
Mina turns to Minato and bows "It's nice to meet you saviour of The Enlightened. I am the oracle of Lowee Mina Nishizawa, please just call me Mina" Minato replies "Likewise Mina, my name is Minato Arisato and as the recent saviour of The Enlighten, also please just call me Minato".
Mina points at the twins "These two are Lady Blanc's little sisters Rom and Ram. Ram is the one with the long hair and Rom the short"
Minato turns to the twins "Nice to meet you two" the twins nod.
Mina turns towards the twins "Okay now girls let Blanc finish her meeting with Minato. How about we go to the library while we wait?"
Ram shakes her head, while Rom says "Fine, but can we play outside instead?"
Mina nods with a smile "Of course. Now come on, lets go" Mina starts to walk to the door, while Rom and Ram look at Minato.
Minato looks at the twins "May I help you?"
Rom answers "Yeah… we need to tell you something"
Minato knelt down to get to eye level with the twins "Okay, what is it?" Ram looked at Minato a bit shyly "Please keep our sister and the other CPU's safe" Blanc was surprised that her little sisters asked that.
Minato say the worry in the twin's eyes. From what he heard on the news the goddesses were almost killed. Seeing this Minato could relate to the feeling of losing those he held dear.
Minato looks at the twins with a smile "Don't worry, I'll make sure those monsters won't lay one finger on your sister or anyone else. So you two don't have to be scared of them anymore. Okay?" Rom and Ram smile and nod at that, they then waved goodbye to Blanc and Minato and went outside with Mina.
Minato looks at Blanc who looked annoyed, with a slight blush. Minato asks "Is there something wrong Blanc?"
Blanc answers "Nothing" and looks away.
It goes silent before Minato looks at his phone and sees they have 30 minutes before the others come to the Basilicom.
Minato asks Blanc "Hey Blanc, how big is the library here?"
Blanc looks at Minato "Our library here is the largest compared to the ones at the other Basilicoms. Why?"
Minato scratches the back of his head "Well… I'm curious about the literature of this world, and I wonder if you had any recommendations" Blanc looks at Minato wide eyed before she took him there.
Lastation
After Lowee Minato changed back into his spring and summer clothes as he went to Lastation next.
Noire showed Minato around Lastation, The Land of Black Regality. While telling him everything about it, Minato also noticed that Noire seems to hold a lot of pride in Lastation. She showed him the towns and various important landmarks. Minato took note that Lastation was most likely the nation with the highest production, going by how many factories there were.
Minato was walking along side Noire as they enter the Lastation Basilicom. Kei sees the two enter the Basilicom and approach the pair. Kei greets them "Hello. Lady Noire, I wasn't expecting you to return till later" Kei turns to Minato, looks him up and down and asks "Would I be correct in assuming you are the savior of The Enlightened we were talking about?"
Minato was shocked she asked but answers with a smile "Yes you would be correct. My name is Minato Arisato, however if I may, what made you think I was the saviour of The Enlightened Miss?"
Kei bows a little "Kei Jinguji, and I was informed before your arrival, besides there was only one other possibility. That Noire got a boyfriend while she was away, which was very unlikely"
Because of Kei's comment Noire got upset with a slight blush on her face from the mention of the word boyfriend.
Noire coughed to get the attention of the two "Kei. Minato and I will be having a meeting concerning the recent shadow attacks and to further protection as well as counter-measures" Noire said as she deadpanned at Kei.
Kei bowed "Of course, I'll let you two have your meeting. Please call if you need any food or drinks. Farewell" she said before leaving with a glance towards Minato. As Kei walked away, Uni ran past her and towards her sister.
She looks at Noire with worry "Noire! Are you okay?"
Noire quickly replied "Don't worry Uni! I'm fine" Uni let out a sigh of relief before she turned her gaze towards Minato.
Noire following her sister's stare introduced them "Uni, this is the savior of The Enlighten we were talking about. Minato, this is Uni, my little sister"
Minato nodded "Nice to meet you Uni, as your sister said my name is Minato Arisato"
Uni nodded "likewise, my name is Uni, CPU candidate of Lastation" she said with pride.
Uni suddenly looks down with a slight blush facing Minato and Noire "Um… is it okay I join you two in on the meeting?" Noire was slightly surprised her sister asked that, but she normally did attend meetings with her to try and be a better CPU one day.
Noire looks at Minato who nods his head, Noire smiles and faces Uni "Of course" Uni was happy she could attend the meeting with her sister like always.
During the meeting Noire showed Minato the layout of Lastation informing him to help if there's trouble.
Minato and Noire continued with their meeting with Uni joining in for future references.
During the meeting Noire and Uni noticed Minato had an eye for detail and seemed exactly with paper work and organization.
Leanbox
Minato was in Leanbox, Land of Green Pastures, being given a tour by Vert showing the various locations of the nation and recommending him a number of stores. When Minato looked at Leanbox it seemed to have a mostly summer climate and the stores looked like something he saw in the US when he was a kid, on vacation there with relatives.
Minato and Vert just entered the Basilicom when Vert was practical tackled by Chika, who was been fairly over-dramatic with crocodile tears in her eyes "Oh my precious Vert! I'm so glad nothing happened to you, out there with those harbinger things on the lose"
Minato simply blinked at the sight, while Vert smiled and rubbed her head "It's alright Chika, those shadows were quickly destroyed with the help of our guest here" she said as she gestured towards Minato. Chika lets go of Vert and looks at Minato, she stares at him as if he was a very suspicious.
Chika puts on a fake smile and asks "Nice to meet you sir. I am the oracle of Leanbox Chika Hakozaki. May I ask who you are?"
Minato noticed the fake smile but paid it little attention "Nice to meet you Chika, my name is Minato Arisato, and as of recently the saviour of The Enlightened"
Vert said "Alright, Chika. Minato and I will be having a meeting so please hold any calls and please bring some snacks and drinks later" Chika simply nodded.
As Minato and Vert were walking past Chika. Chika whispered to Minato "Try anything funny with my Vert and you'll regret it" Minato only nodded to the threat.
During the meeting Minato found out that Vert was a hard-core gamer, she had pretty much every type of games there were. He wondered if she really did play them all, and if so how much work does she normally get done. She must have excellent time management skills for that.
Planeptune
Minato was being given his last tour, a tour of Planeptune, Land of Purple Progress, led by Neptune who showed him around. Although they kept getting side tracked by Neptune who got distracted by something like games, food, anime and a number of other things. Really though he was thankful to IF and Compa who managed to get her under control enough so they could reach the Basilicom before nightfall.
When Minato, Neptune, Compa and IF finally got to the Basilicom Nepgear ran up to the group.
After Nepgear caught her breath "Are you all alright? I heard those monsters showed up and-"
IF cut her off "Gear, it's alright those things we faced weren't as strong as the one eyed ones that attack"
Compa then said with a smile "and with Mr Minato's help me and IF were able to fight too" Nepgear was wondering who Compa was talking about until she saw Minato with them.
Nepgear quickly bows "Oh, I'm so sorry I didn't notice you were there. I'm Nepgear CPU candidate of Planeptune and Neptune's little sister" Minato was slightly surprised, considering her maturity and height he could've swore Nepgear was the older sibling.
Minato smiles and with a slight bow "It's nice to meet you Nepgear. I'm Minato Arisato and as of yesterday the saviour of The Enlightened"
Nepgear suddenly went wide eyed and asked "Then you're the one who beat those harbinger things?" Minato nods.
Neptune then steps forward "That's right Nep. Jr, Minty beat those harbinger things even after they fused together, not only that he helped as us with some weaker shadows, as he calls them"
Minato looks at Neptune "I'm sorry Neptune but did you just call me 'Mintty'?" Neptune nods.
IF puts a hand on Minato's shoulder "Just go with it, she gives everyone a nickname, and no matter how much you protest she won't stop. Trust me" Minato just nods and takes IF's words for it. The group then moved to a room in the Basilicom with Nepgear coming along.
When they took their seats at a table, Histoire came in shortly afterwards, turns out Minato will be having the meeting with Histoire because she's the one who manages Planeptune because Neptune is a grand A slacker in her duties that doesn't involve monster hunting.
During the course of the meeting Histoire was cautious of Minato and always had an eye on him. Neptune seeing this suddenly shouts "Hold on, Histy don't tell me you fell for Minty already?!"
Histoire looks at Neptune in shock "What in the world gave that idea!?"
Neptune replied "Because you haven't taken your eyes off him from the start of the meeting. Don't worry though Histy, if you two do get together you'll have my support. But just one question? How are you two going to do a H – Scene?" everyone developed a blush, except for Minato because he wasn't sure what they were talking, this was the first time he heard the term H – Scene.
Histoire calmed down and replied "The reason why I haven't taken my eyes off Mr Arisato here is because I don't fully trust him, for all we know he could betray and use us, and with that power of his, get away with it"
Everyone was shocked that Histoire said that, but before anyone one could retort Minato answered "That's fair" everyone looks at Minato "It's only right after all, considering the shadows and me appearing all of a sudden out of nowhere would gave anyone enough reason doubt me or to take my words at face value" Minato looks at Histoire "However Histoire I promise you I mean no harm to this world or anyone to anyone else"
Histoire looks at Minato "Very well. Hold still" she flouts over to Minato and with her right hand touches his forehead.
Suddenly Minato feels a little light headed but quickly recovers, he looks at Histoire who looks a little tired. Histoire flouts away saying "We'll continue the meeting tomorrow" and left.
As everyone was about to leave, Nepgear came up to Minato "Um… Minato, please be patient with Histoire she's just a little on edge with these shadows showing up"
Minato nods "It's alright, Nepgear. After a while this will be sorted out. Ok?" Nepgear nods
Village 22
Minato and Satomi arrive back at Village 22 as the sun was setting.
While Minato was having the meetings Satomi was bonding with IF, Compa and the other CPU's, she said it was fun hanging out with them.
Soon afterwards Minato and Satomi parted ways with the goddesses and returned to the Hanoo house. There Yuko and Ichirou asked them what they do and what the goddesses were like.
Needless to say their image of their world's divinity was completely shattered.
Minato did learn one thing to day, that Gamindustri isn't as big as his world seeing as he travelled to the four great nations of the world in one day.
Minato looked outside and notice a full moon, he knew he wouldn't get much sleep tonight.
However at the same time in Planeptune Histoire was at her desk with her eyes closed, as if she was deep in thought. Suddenly she opened her eyes as tears ran down her face.
Later that night as everyone was in bed Minato heard a voice that wasn't any of his personas "Minato, its Histoire" Histoire seemed to be nervous about something "Could… could you come to Planeptune's Basilicom alone. I need to talk to you" wondering what she meant Minato agreed to meet her.
Minato decided to use some of his new powers in this world. He closed his eyes, he cleared his mind and focused on one thought of one person. When he opened his eyes he was on a balcony standing behind Histoire.
Minato took a step forward and Histoire turned around and looked at Minato shocked "How…?"
Minato smiled and replied "One of my powers" Histoire nods "Anyways what was it you needed to see me about Histoire?" Histoire looks down and turns away from Minato.
Histoire replied "Remember when I touched your forehead?" Minato nods "Well I used one of the powers I nearly never use. The power to see someone's memories" Minato's eyes widen realizing what she's saying. Though she kept her head low Minato could tell tears were threating to fall.
Histoire gripped a piece of her clothes as her tears fell down her cheeks "I'm sorry for ever doubting, you've gone through so much already. Losing your parents, having the personification of death sealed in you on the same day, watching over your sister, losing a friend and sacrificing yourself for your world. I'm so, so sorry" Histoire looks up at Minato "If there is anything you need or want just let me know and I'll make sure it gets done. After all it's the only thing I can do after what I've done" Histoire looks down again waiting for Minato to answer her.
Minato pats Histoire's, she looks up at him and sees him with a gentle smile on his face "The only thing I want you to do right now Histoire is to smile. To me a smile suits you better than a frown" he pulls his hand away and stares at the stars "Besides, I'm at peace with what I've done, overall I have no regrets" he turns back to Histoire with the same smile "so Histoire, let me see a smile"
Histoire blushes but smiles. The two of them talked for a while before Minato went back to the Hanoo residence.
Omake 3 what did they mean?
Minato was with Ichirou and Satomi as they sat down at the table.
Satomi looks at Minato noticing he was deep in thought "Is there something wrong Minato?"
Minato looks at Satomi "Actually yes, Neptune used a term today but I don't know what it means. i\It's starting to bug me"
Ichirou looks at Minato "What was it?"
Minato looks at him with a straight face "H – Scene"
Satomi went red, and with a blush Ichirou asks "Wait… you don't know what that means!?"
Minato shakes his head Ichirou sighs and brings out a piece of paper show the layout view of a baseball field, he points at third base. Minato looks at it before it develops a slight blush "I see"
Omake 4 outrage and support
When Minato and Satomi came home Yuko showed her pictures online, showing their time with the goddesses. People were mostly questioning who Minato was and why he was hanging out with the goddesses, they even commented when on to say stuff like "Kill him!" "Don't let this monster corrupt our beautiful waifu's!" and others "You can do it man!" "Live the dream!" "Do the impossible and create the DIVINE HAREM!" through all this Minato had only two questions. How did they get the photos? And what are these people talking about?
Omake spin-off Teacher Arisato
Hyper academy is a school that starts from day-care straight through to College. The school is the largest and most famous school in the world, people from across the globe gather here to learn and to teach. It accepts all students, but are picky when it comes to teachers, doctors and professors.
It also has orphanages, the children there are taken care of and enter the academy to become students.
One orphanage is known as Rainbow Heart. There lives Neptune, Nepgear, Noire, Uni, Blanc, Ram, Rom, Vert, Plutia and Peashy. Who all take on the last name Heart. They were all left on the doorstep of the Orphanage at one point. Because of this they began to consider each other sisters.
Now four of these sisters had a hot 18 year old teacher.
After school the four asked Minato if he wanted to hangout but turned them down saying "Sorry I have business to take, maybe some other time". Later that night the girls find out Minato, their new teacher is in charge of their dorm / orphanage and will be living with them.
Writer's section
There is an empty classroom that looks like the one from Gekkoukan high school.
Angel of Light and Darkness walks in wearing his hooded coat and gantlets, he stands in front of the classroom looking at the readers.
"Greetings one and all. First of all I would like to thank you because this fic Hyper Persona has gone past 10,000 views!"
Angel bows "Now as for this class room it maybe use as an extra in chapters to inform you all of either the persona universe or the neptunia universe. Here to lead the class are Minato Arisato and Histoire"
Minato and Histoire walk into the room, both dressed as teachers and stand on either side of Angel and towards the readers.
Minato looks at angel "Hey, remind me why are you putting this in for? I mean this is a crossover so most the people reading this should be familiar with both series"
Angel shrugged his shoulders "The truth is, it's just mostly to increase the word count" Minato nods
Histoire then asks "Angel, don't you think you're being a bit impolite not letting the people now your face"
Angel thinks about it "Fair point" Angel is surrounded by light before he appears again wearing a grey jacket with two wings on the back, one black the other white. Underneath the jacket are a black dress shirt and a white tie. He's wearing black trousers and white shoes with blue trim. His hair is pure white, his face is covered in bandages covering his left eye and forehead, his right eye is blue. "Better?". Both Histoire and Minato nod.
Angel slams his hands together "Right then, this goes without saying… but Minato will explain things from the Persona universe while Histoire from the Neptunia universe. Also the girls will show up here as students in the uniform as well"
Minato looks at Angel confused "Why?"
Angel looks at Minato "Just the right amount of fan service" Minato looks at Angel with a questioning stare but drops it.
Histoire looks at Angel "Well… I guess that's not too bad"
Angel clear his throat "Now then allow me to tell you something about my up in coming project, Messiah Re Birth. I will now tell you all some details about it. First off Minato turns into a 8 year with an eye patch over his right eye"
Minato cuts Angel off "Wait… why do I turn into an 8 year old?!"
Angel replies "Story. Trust me" Minato shakes his head "Besides Minato, I'll give you the chosen weapon only a wild card can wield"
Minato asks "What is it?"
Angel replies "This!" a light forms in angels hands. A single tarot card with an infinite symbol. He gives it to Minato and says "Now think of a weapon" Minato did so and the card turned into a sword "That weapon is known as 'wild card' or 'other self', it can become any weapon you want and only you can use it"
Angel now looks at the readers "Now then, I won't be using the s link from persona, but the lily system from neptunia. Why? Because it's the neptunia universe not persona and Minato already maxed out the s links in his world" his expression turns dark and serious "Just so you all know, I got a review saying Neptune would be a fool, meaning a wild card let just say that Neptune isn't cut out for the position of fool or wild card" his expression then turned into a uncaring one "Besides, she fits the magician's arcana better anyway" Histoire ask "Why?"
Angel looks at Histoire "Because she's a bit of a pervert, like all of the magicians arcana. Don't believe me check out the megami tensei wiki"
Angel looks at the clock and bows "Well then… time up is up. Until next time we meet. Farewell" Angel then snaps his fingers. After that he relaxed his posture "Whew, that went better than planned. Hope I don't get too many flames for that comment. Minato, Histoire thank you both so much for helping me with this"
Histoire turns to Angel "it's alright, if it helps promote our series I don't mind teaching a class" Histoire looks at Minato who's changing Other Self into a number of weapons.
He changes into a 9mm gun "Hmm… does this actually shoot?" he fired the gun at the lower part of the wall, after the bullet hit, a piece of the wall opened to show a pile of papers. Angel pales at the sight.
Minato picks up the papers and reads the first one "The perfect idea to start persona mass crossovers" Minato looks at angel "what are these?"
Angel sighs "Those are some ideas I've written down" he takes the pages from Minato "The perfect idea for a multiple crossover or an excuse for one is. During the events of the first persona game the machine that was meant to turn fantasy into reality caused a side effect, resulting in the most popular anime and games turn real in a another dimension and can be accessed by the sea of souls"
Angel then shuffles through the pages "The rest of these are story ideas I would like to see made, I'll just put them in the authors notes if people would be interested, or they could just go to my profile to read them"
Histoire taps Angels shoulder "I'm sorry, but I think the camera's still on" Angel looks at the camera before he run towards it and it turns off.
