Scorpius woke the next morning with Rose wrapped around him still. He smiled a little as he did his best not to move not wanting to wake her up. He could feel her as she started to move a little and smiled when she finally looked up at him. Her hair was a mess and her eyes sleepy as she smiled at him. With the waking of Rose he moved his hand gently making the curtains swing open. She made a face and hid her face in his neck.

"Why did you have to do that? It's bright out there."

He laughs a little as he makes a face and tilts her head up to kiss him gently. She moves back borrowing her head under the blankets.

"Hey come on its time to get up now."

He could help but laugh as he heard her grumble a bit curling into a pile of blankets. He shook his head but moved away and thought about it for a moment and slowly moved closer. Thinking for a moment he leaned in and started tickling laughs and she started to squeak and trying to get away from him. It was only after a few moment did she flip the blanket up to cover Scorpius and quickly made her escape.

"You're so mean to me!"

He pulled himself free and looked over to her and smiled as she still looked slightly sleepy but still rather happy. He shrugged a little and fell back laughing as she made a face and stomped her foot. He hopped up from the bed and made his way over and pulled her into his arm kissing her forehead before tilting her head up and kissed her gently.

"Why don't you get ready and well go get some food and then head to Hogsmead."

She titled her head to the side and with a raised brow stared at him for a moment.

"Together?"

He nodded his head taking a deep breath.

"Yeah. Who cares what they say. They don't need to know that where together but screw them. We're aloud to be friends and if they have a problem with it…"

He leaned in and looked her in the eyes, his thumb gently running over bottom lip.

"I'll take 5 point from their house."

He grinned and wiggled his brows a moment making her laugh and look away from him. She nodded her head a little and went on her way to get ready. He watched as she went to her room and he made his way back into his own to dress.

She was quick to get ready not wanting to keep Scorpius waiting. There was something about him that made it so that she couldn't stop smiling. She knew that she was falling for him but it was so scary in her mind. She pulled on a jumper that her Grandmother made for her with a large R on the front. She smiled a little as she made her way down the stairs and to the common area to see Scorpius lounging on the couch. She smiled a little as she made her way over to him kissing him on the forehead.

He tilted his head up and looks at her grinning as he gets up and hops to the other side of the couch kissing her gently.

"Ready to go? First time out as friends?"

She smiled and nodded his head. She took a deep breath it was truly a nerve wracking thing honestly. He looked to her and he could see the nerve in her eyes. He takes a few steps over to her resting his hands on her face. She smiled a little and looks into her eyes. He leans in and presses his lips to hers calming her. He pulls away and looks into her eyes.

"Come on lets go."

Grabbing there cloaks they head out of the common room and make their way down to the great hall. They didn't pay much mind to any of the other students as they just walked making a few jokes. The walk to the head table and settle in and grabs some food before heading into the village. Standing they started making their way out of the hall. He spotted a few of his Slytherin friends and he spoke with them for a moment and all they did was giving her a few dirty looks. He watched holding back a laugh as he watched Paige turning a bright shade of red. He waves to them as the made there way out and he knew he was out of ear shoot before he started laughing.

"Did you see the look on her face!"

He stopped for a minute and leaned against the fence trying to catch his breath. Rose just stared at him her arms crossed over her chest.

"I don't think that it was that funny. I think she was trying to work out non verbal curses."

He takes a few deep breaths as he wraps his arm around her shoulder as he worked on calming his breathing.

"I don't think that she would be able to do that. I'm really good at counter curses. You have nothing to worry about."

She smiled a little and nods her head a bit as they make their way into the village. The talked to each other and headed into Honeydukes to pick up some candy. It was very clear that they were being very closely watched. They both really shrugged it off and just thought about going on their way.

After Honeydukes, Rose dragged him off to the quill shop to get more quills ink finally they made their way off and just wandered around the village. After getting a little bit of lunch they made their way to Three Broom Sticks to get a butter beer before making their way back up to the castle. Upon entering there was a bit of a line. Scorpius smiled and looked to the line before looking back to Rose.

"Why don't you go get a table and I'll go get us some drinks."

She nodded her head before making her way to find a table for them looking over watching Scorpius as she waited. It wasn't long until Albus, Hugo and Lilly made their way over to the table. Rose smiled as she looked over to them and smiled.

"Hey. How are the three of you today?"

They all looked at her and had a rather grim look on their face. Albus was the one to move closer and crouch down so that he was sure that she was the only one that could hear him.

"Rose what do you think you're doing hanging out with him?"

She raised her brow shaking her head a little bit.

"What are you talking about Albus? He's my friend."

She watched as his eyes got wide and he looks to the other two before turning back to her.

"What do you mean? You can't be friends with him."

She laughed a little shaking her head a bit as she leans back in her seat.

"I can do what I want. Were both heads so it just better for the two of is to get along. Makes it a nicer time."

He took a deep breath shaking his head a little as he looks to Hugo motioning to Rose as to talk some sense into her.

"Rose, you shouldn't be hanging out with him. I mean, what if James finds out about this?"

She made a face shaking her head a bit.

"Does it matter if he finds out or not. I don't care what he would even say about it."

They both look a bit shocked Lilly looked totally afraid as she hovered behind the boys. She watched as Scorpius made his way back to the table setting down the glasses smiling to the others around the table.

"Oh hello. If I would of known that the three of you where joining us I would of grabbed some more."

Albums stood up straight not saying anything to Scorpius and started to walk away. He turned to Rose a hard look on his face.

"Remember what I said Rose."

And with that they all walked away. Scorpius sat at the table and took a swig from his class before looking over to her.

"What's with them?"

She shrugged a little and smiled as she took her glass.

"Oh it was nothing."

She held on to the smile for a moment but began to think, and maybe worry slightly as she wondered why they where warning her about James.
