All medical personnel of NEST on that flight did the set up with Nick running the bad guys, the research medical team. Every team had to pick a location to start the epidemic.

Will looked at the map. "Sam, which country is the last country you want to get sick in?"

Sam looked and she hit pay dirt. "We will be going back to Liberia. It is the last place in the world where you want to get sick."

Fig groaned. "Damn, I thought it would be in the middle east. Come on Sammy, change it. It will be fun."

Will rolled his eyes. "Fig, Sam would know more on this than we do."

The next section was the transmission. Zack looked at. "What's the best way to transmit a disease?"

"I prefer going the air and droplet route."

Then the next place were symptoms. Vladimir took a look. "What about stomach and respiratory?"

"No, that will draw attention. Heart and lungs will create chaos. Then start going through the skin, blood, and then go after them on the psychiatric level. It will make them harder to treat."

"Sam, why don't you start in with a fever?"

"I want this to look like something that would be initially overlooked by a doctor or nurse. Many viruses will not cause fevers. The goal is for them to be examined then sent home to take medicines that will just help the symptoms. There are antiviral medications out there but they are limited in what they can cover."

Will followed Sam's suggestion. Then the last one, what is it resistant to. "Start it out with drug resistance and gene modification."

Soon the fatalities began in on the team in Liberia. "Sam, did they teach something like…"

"I had epidemiology 101, microbiology helps too."

Zack looked bug-eyed. "What the hell do they teach you PAs?"

"It's not like that. I had to do an infectious disease rotation. My instructor said to think of the absolute worst case scenario. Drug resistance and gene mutations is something you dread in medicine. The goal is to treat and things like that make it impossible. However, if we have a chance to go back and add more ways of transmission, you go the route of pigs?"

O'Connell was not quite sure. "Is Liberia a Muslim country? Sam, if it is you will not have much luck with the transmission that way."

"No, it's predominantly Christian. If you are bitten by a pig, they can spread some nasty infections that are hard to treat with antibiotics."

Suddenly there was an option for social strife. Will looked at the options. You could create a natural disaster, you can cause the president to be overthrown, or you can cause a terrorist attack.

Will looked at it from the Ranger side. He went with a terrorist attack. Then it brought in military quarantine by the borders.

"Sam, is there any way we can get out by water?"

Sam began moving towards the ships. The navy can blockade but that takes a while. We need to get out to sea. It will bring the disease in by seaport."

There were curses from one of the medics then followed by another medic. "You could have even the odds for us NCOs by letting Bumblebee play."

Bumblebee was snickering. He would not help them but it was funny to watch them.

The research team was killing off the other infections but they had not been able to go after the hemorrhagic fever on steroids. That is what Sam has created. The death toll was rising and Will understood the importance of random mutations. Then he unlocked the last thing you could do for transmission, infect healthcare professionals. Epps saw what Will did.

"Shit, the docs go down and we are all fucked."

The cure was only twenty-four percent complete. A minute later humanity was destroyed. Greene glared at Sam. "You got off lucky this time Sam. Next time you will lose. I thought playing on a team with an MD would have been an automatic win."

"Greene, anyone could have won it. However, I must ask how good of a student were you in science?"

"I wasn't, I had to do summer school."

Zack cracked a joke. "Greene, you do not stand a chance against someone who is in MENSA."

Sam had a slight blush and Epps saw the blush. "Sam, care to explain?"

"I took the MENSA test for the hell of it in college. I passed."

Zack had to hold back a laugh because his mother, the mother that Sam does not know the truth about was a member of MENSA. The next time he talks to his father, he will tell him.

"I think the next thing we need to do is we all need to gang up on Sam and Nick in scrabble to take them out in Scrabble."

Suddenly they were interrupted by Bumblebee. "Starscream, Thundercracker, and Skywarp are in the area."

There was one conclusion for every human. "Shit"

Then Greene made a mistake in exposing Major Lennox's fear without knowing it. "Just our luck, three Deceptibitches in a haunted doll factory."

Will had to keep his cool because he hates dolls. Then Fig cracked a joke. "It can't be that bad. There is a haunted doll island in Mexico. There are dolls hanging everywhere, that is a place you do not want to spend the night."

Sam covered for Will. "Come on, what are you guys still twelve? That's an urban legend and urban legends are fake and typically used to scare people. The only reason why people are saying that is because it is an old building."
