535 words...pathetic...

But I feel guilty not updating this as much as my other story. Geez I keep having trouble with this story. But NO, I won't quit! I will continue until it's finished!

'AAARG! ROBIN!' I cried out. As if it was a reflex, I covered my female body parts with the towel.

'I...' that was all Robin managed to say. His jaw was opened and he looked extremely confused. It was just like he was frozen in shock.

'C-Can you please t-turn around?' I asked, feeling uncomfortable. It seemed to snap it out his paralyse.

'Of course, sorry...' he said as his head turned away. I got myself dressed as soon as possible. I shoved the mask back on my face and tugged my long blue hair back into the usual form.

'You can look now,' I said. Robin turned back and sat down on his bed.

'So...you're a woman...' he spoke. 'God, why didn't I notice earlier?' He sounded like he was betrayed. Was it betrayal? Of course this whole situation is weird, but was it completely wrong to pretend to by a guy?

'It's not your fault.' I didn't know exactly why I said that. Had I to apologise?

'No it's just...look, it doesn't happen often when you come home and find out your roommate was a woman all the time, by walking in during shower time...' A deep red blush crawled around the tactician's face.

'Well, at least I don't have to wait until you're gone when changing clothes,' I noted the positive side. That, however, didn't keep Robin from asking that dreaded question.

'Why are you pretending to be a woman then? The Shepherds will accept every gender.' I tried to seek an answer that would explain, yet not reveal too much.

'It is for my own good. And eventually, yours.' Robin looked up with a puzzled face.

'What do you mean? Who are you exactly?' he asked. I stood up. I wouldn't reveal more.

'I go having dinner,' I said as I walked away. One meter before the tent opening, I turned around.

'Can you keep this a secret?' I asked with a serious tone in my Marth-voice. He thought for a second.

'It's a secret to everybody, Marth,' he finally spoke and gave me the sign to leave with confidence. As I walked outside, I pretended like nothing happened. That dinner, I kept calm, although Robin seemed to avoid eye contact. Fortunately, Chrom didn't notice. He was too busy talking to Sumia. I tried to focus on that, instead on what just happened. Those two were made for each other. And I could know that, because otherwise I wouldn't be here. I also took a look at the other to-be couples. Lissa and Frederick were already married, but Sully and Stahl looked so unlikely now.

That evening, I saw that Robin had a hard time going asleep. He looked very uncomfortable, sleeping in the same bed as a woman. I had reassured him that he had slept months with me without a problem, so it wouldn't be any different now. "I'm still Marth" I had said to him. Then he had nodded and slackened. I, however, kept pondering. Tomorrow I would change the future. Tomorrow I would safe Emmeryn. Tomorrow I would crush Grima's chance to awaken. Tomorrow would be the ultimate day. With those thoughts, I entered my own dream.

Next time: I think I'm gonna speed up the story a bit. And I mean the story itself, not the publish date unfortunately...
