Riku, fully dressed, followed Rondo to his secondary office-a simple room with a desk and two chairs. Rondo sat in the head chair and gestured to Riku to take a seat. Riku nodded as he took the remaining seat left.
"So, what is it you need to discuss with me?" Riku asked.
Rondo removed his hat and took a deep breath.
I have a mission-one that will win us the war," Rondo said, "But it comes with a risk."
"What risk?" Riku asked.
Rondo looked at Riku with seriousness in his eyes.
"The risk-you have to go in alone…and if you fail…you will die," Rondo said.
Whoa! I wonder what this mission is… Anyway, I'm ready to do the next chapter. I must send a shout out to Shen's General for helping me put the finishing touches on this and a shout out to everyone who love reading my stories!
