Hey everyone. It is me again and I'm bringing you another chapter of this great fanfic. But it's already too late for that.
Chapter 10: Divided or together; forever Avengers
When Dan threw the ecto ball, the teens got ready to fight him. Aang and Danny quickly ran forward and shot a blast of their own. The Avatar shot an air blast while Danny let out an ecto blast. Both attacks destroyed the ecto ball, allowing the heroes to moved on to Dan.
Danny was the first as he threw a punch at Dan. But Dan was fast enough to catch his wrist and send painful voltage into his body. It caused Danny screamed until Dan threw him against an incoming Superboy. This sent both heroes to the ground and leaving the others to fight on. His next attacker was Incredible Girl as she flew on a force field platform and shot a force field ball from behind. She got Dan at his back, sending him a while down in the air.
Suddenly, multiple fire balls came at Dan but they did no harm to him. Instead, it brought Dan's attention to look above him to the American Dragon heading straight at him. Dan charged up eyes and shot red hot laser beams at the magical dragon hero, but he missed as the magical protector moved out of the way. The American Dragon came closer and shot out a torrent of fire from his mouth. It didn't harm Dan, but it was able to blind him as Astrodactyl ram right at him.
As the Omnitrix bearer sent Dan closer to the ground, the villain snarled, "Let go of me!"
"If you insist." Astrodactyl squawked shot a direct green beam from his beak.
Dan got hit the chest and sent crashing to the ground faster than before. But something in the form of a fast blur caught him before he could hit the ground and swung him away even higher in the air. It turned out to be Kim as she watched him fly uncontrollably through the air. Starfire flew right pass Kim and got around Dan. She powered up her fists and threw it down on the villain, sending him crashing to the ground this Dan got hit, he was sent crashing faster the ground. He was about to reach it though, but a fast blur caught him by his cape.
The impact of the crash shook the ground and made a big crater on the ground. The group of heroes soon arrived while keeping their distance in case of any sudden attacks. A huge dust had formed when Dan hit the ground. When it began to clear, Dan stood on the crater with his glowing red bloody eyes at the heroes. He suddenly let out an unexpected ghostly wail at them, knocking some of them away.
However, Kim was able to fly out of the way and stay high in the air. She wasn't the only one as Astrodactyl followed her and Danny phased through the ground to avoid it. It was the rest that got hit by the wail that was sent flying backwards.
A moment of silence took over until Dan's ghost sense went off. He knew who and where it came from and turned around and shot an ecto beam. He almost got Danny, but the ghost teen shot a beam of his own. Both attacks collided, leading to a one enemy's beam trying to overpower the other.
At first, Dan's beam seems to win, but Danny's own became stronger. It surprised Dan as he realized Danny only had one hand to do so. Dan did the same thing, but yet Danny was overpowering his beam with some strained look. It even got worse for the ghost villain as the beam cut right through his own and hit him at the chest hard. The villain was sent flying through the air before hitting the ground with a loud grunt.
Danny pulled back his hand and walked to Dan. He was taken off guard as he heard the villain laugh to himself. Curious, he asked, "What's so funny, Dan? Did that blast make you lose your marbles…well more of it anyway?"
Dan laughed again in his own humor, but stopped as he stood up, "I'm very impressed, Daniel. You were able to blast me away with just one powerful blast. I guess it goes to show that you're becoming more like me."
"I'll never become you!" Danny growled in anger as his eyes flashed neon green.
"Keep telling yourself that, Dan junior." Dan said in sarcasm.
Unknown to the two, Kim and Astrodactyl were watching from the edge of a building. Originally, they were going to interfere, but when Dan and Danny began the conversation they stood away and watched.
"What is he talking about?" Astrodactyl asked in a serious curiosity.
"I don't know." Kim said and let out her thoughts, "From the looks of it both of them know each other very well."
"Hmm, so should we trust Danny?"
"I'm not sure. But first we take down Dan and then find out what they are talking about."
Right after she finished, Kim took off from the building and flew straight at Dan. Astrodactyl stayed behind with his own thoughts. Just listening to the conversation between Dan and Danny made him have a very big distrust at the ghost hero.
Suddenly, Kim shot a single energy beam at Dan that sent him rolling on the ground and crashing into a building. She landed on the ground and walked to Danny, "Is everything alright here?"
"Yeah…it is." Danny said, a bit hesitant.
Astrodactyl came along and landed on the ground, next to Kim. It wasn't long though as the rest of the heroes joined in on the fight. The place Dan crashed into was blasted into debris as Dan walked out. He saw the group of teens together and knew that he had to take them down separately. So he flew up high in the air and spreads his hands out, "I see together you teens are strong, but let's see what you do divided."
Immediately, Dan made seven duplicates next to him and sent his hands to the teens to indicate to attack. The duplicates did as ordered, forcing the group to dispatch individually. Danny stood his ground through it, knowing that Dan wanted to fight him alone. He shot an angry glare at the villain and flew straight at him to fight.

Not too far, Dexter watched the fight from the balcony top of his tower. When he saw the teens dispatch he put down his binoculars and frowned, "This has proven to be a great problem. Dan is unlike most of the villains any hero has faced."
"I wouldn't say that, boy." A creepy ghostly voice said.
Dexter spun around to see who it was and gasped. It was a being he had never seen before. But before he could act, the being grabbed him by his shirt and threw him into the tower. Dexter hit the ground hard with a grunt since he was thrown from a high place. He was able to have some strength to get up and look above to who threw him. However, the being hid in the shadows for reasons known to him.
Like the situation wasn't bad enough, it became worse as blob ghosts phased through the walls and surrounded Dexter. The teen genius knew he was in trouble and shouted to his A.I computer, "Computress, commence security protocol 5A."
However, Computress failed to reply and do his order. The being that threw Dexter laughed, "Foolish boy. I had your systems hacked by my slave over there." At the last word, he pointed to a door way as a huge figure walked in. He had the appearance of Frankenstein, though with a few appearances of his own. He had some robotic parts that are bronze. He has a small right purple eye with no pupil while his left eye is bigger. He wears a purple and gold shirt with a black belt.
"Isn't that right, Dr. Viktor?" The being asked directly at his slave.
"Yes…master." The alien confirmed.
Dexter looked away from Dr. Viktor and back at the being, "So what about you? Who are you really? I've read the Plumbers files on villains and I think I already know who you are."
"Good thinking, boy. You see, I'm one of the universe greatest threats. I was trapped in a device, only to be controlled by a child like a puppet. But here I am now, running my time as I wish despite my numerous defeats. I am the unstoppable and I always return to claim what's rightfully mine." Finally, the being came out and revealed himself in sight, "FOR I AM ZS'SKAYR."
"I figured." Dexter nodded a bit, "And since you are as you calm, then this should hurt."
Before Zs'Skayr knew it, Dexter drew out a sun gun and shot a beam at the Ectonurite. Zs'Skayr cried out in pain and flew into the shadows again. Dexter quickly jumped back as Dr. Viktor shot a electricity blast that destroyed the gun. This allowed Zs'Skayr to come out and shout in anger, "KILL HIM!"
Immediately, the ghost blobs and Dr. Viktor charged at the surrounded teen genius. They got close, but Dexter was able to activate his jetpack which formed from his lab coat. He then took off from the ground and flew right through the window without a second to waste.
Zs'Skayr watched the teen fly away in anger and growled at his slaves, "Leave him! We have a planned schedule to keep! Hook up the machine to the balcony!"
A portal formed on the ground just in time for the Fright Knight to come out on his horse. Two blob ghosts flew into the portal and carried a huge looking machine to the balcony as ordered by Zs'Skayr. While all this happened, the Ectonurite smirked, "Soon, Tennyson shall die and nothing will stop me from being High Ecto Lord!"

Meanwhile, when Dan sent his duplicates at the heroes, it forced them to dispatch as they tried evading them and their attacks. Starfire flew right above the city and through the skies. The reason is to lose the Dan duplicate chasing her and by doing so, she hovered above the clouds. The sun was clearly seen brightly that it forced her to block her eyes.
"The sun is indeed blinding to see." Starfire stated to herself.
"I wouldn't think of that if I were you." Dan's voice suddenly came up.
Upon hearing that voice, Starfire moved out of the way in time to avoid an ecto blast. She turned around and found the Dan duplicate that followed her. She clenched her fists tightly and powered them up, "Leave me alone if you do not wish for your defeat."
Dan chuckled a bit and smiled with a smug, "Oh that's funny. I was so afraid a second ago." Of course this was sarcasm as he shot an ecto blast, "Did I say I was afraid? Oh no, that should be you."
Starfire shrieked a bit as she moved out of the way before flying straight at Dan. As she came, she threw dozens of starbolts to bring down the evil foe. However, Dan simply moved his hand in a circle and a green ecto shield formed. Her blasts were instantly sent absorbed before he sent them back at her. The alien princess was caught off guard, allowing her to get him severely as she began to crash.
It became worse when Starfire lost all conscious and hit the waters below. She sank down for a while which allowed her hair to scatter a bit. The waters touch on her face was able to wake up as her eyes snapped open. At first she was confuse, but when everything that happened rushed into her mind she quickly flew out of the waters. She took a few breathes to clear her mind as she hovered in the air. But the moment of peace she had was ruined when Dan hovered right before her.
"I see that didn't hold you." Dan said out of the sudden, "It won't matter though because I'll make sure you perish."
Starfire became alert that instant and flew off to the streets of Manhattan. Of course she didn't go alone as the duplicate Dan gave chase with a small smile on his face. They flew through the top of some of the buildings with the duplicate gaining on her. Starfire flew backwards while facing the villain and shot two starbolts. However, the duplicate became intangible so that way the blasts went through him. He became tangible again and shot a fast ecto blast at Starfire as soon as he could. He got Starfire at her chest, sending the princess crashing to the ground.
The people in that area quickly ran for their lives. Those that were in cars hit other cars in vain attempts to get out of the way. It became a bad looking street blockade as people ran for their dear lives. When Dan arrived, he snickered at the whole scene and flew down to Starfire. He found her lying in a crater and picked her up by the neck, "Oh how sad is this? You're all alone with no one to save or protect you this time. I would have killed you, but we have unfinished business if you recall when I first beat you."
Though weakened, Starfire heard those words and snap back to full attention. It made her angry to the extent that her eyes brightened neon green as they looked at the duplicate of Dan. Not only that, but her hair flew up and apart like a wild wind as she felt a strong rush of power. Dan was caught off guard by the sudden action and didn't act as Starfire shot a strong green laser beams from her eyes. She hit Dan right at the chest, sending him flying a few feet away.
When Dan hit the ground, he got right up and rushed at Starfire in a fast speed. He threw a fast uppercut at her, but it was caught firmly despite all the power it held. Dan looked forward at Starfire and saw it was her that held his powerful blow. She threw a strong and fast punch at his face which sent him flying through the air and through a few abandoned cars.
Dan came to a stop when he crashed into a taxi and stood up. He looked forward when he heard footsteps and saw Starfire walking towards him in a tough casual way as she spoke up.
"I have always had to hold back. Too afraid to break someone or…something with my full unknown might. But you, you have threatened many lives in your insane pleasure…" She stops for a moment as Dan got up and charged at her. He threw a punch at her, but the alien princess caught it and threw a punch at his stomach, sending him flying, "Now I do not have to hold back. We have an opportunity here to show how truly powerful I am."
Again, Dan got up and threw an ecto covered fist at Starfire. However, she dodged to the right and gave him an uppercut punch at his chin. The force of the punch launched him fast to the air while at the same time crashing through buildings. Starfire flew right pass him and hovered right behind him, waiting till he came close. She held both her fists in the air and threw it down when the villain duplicate came. Dan was sent crashing straight to the ground in seconds which made the ground the shake in the process.
The duplicate now lay in a huge crater due to Starfire's power. His body was roughed up as he let out a groan of weakness. He couldn't take the pain to hold up together anymore and dissipated into air. Starfire saw him gone and calmed down enough for her eyes to return to its normal color along with her hair. She then looked away and said, "I must help my friends before it is too late." With that said, she flew off.

Somewhere else, the American Dragon flew around the buildings of New York in an attempt to lose the Dan duplicate chasing him. The duplicate had tried shooting him several times, but the American Dragon has always been able to maneuver out away from them.
"You can't keep flying away forever!" Dan shouted as he shot another blast.
The American Dragon sensed it coming and headed to the left to avoid it, "Who said anything about flying away?"
Dan didn't pay any attention to what the magical protector said as he chased him. He tried keeping up with him that he missed when the dragon turned around a building unexpectedly. It took a few seconds later before he came to a stop and looked around angrily, "Where are you, you lazy lizard?!"
"Over here, punk!"
Dan looked to his right above, but received a kick to his face. It sent him crashing to the street and making a crater of his own, though not too much. The American Dragon came down a bit and hovered above him. At first everything was calm, but then Dan shot off from the ground and headed straight at him.
"Not good!" The American Dragon became wide eyed and flew away. The duplicate Dan followed him, but this time faster. This made the American Dragon to fly as fast as he could that he reached the Empire state building. He flew directly up to avoid Dan catching up to him, but even though Dan was flying too fast he was able to fly up like him. Both of them reached the top where they faced each other.
"Come on! Fight me, coward!" Dan yelled.
The American Dragon kept his distance and shot some fire balls at Dan. Unfortunately, they simply hit him without any effect whatsoever, leading the villain to laugh as he cleansed a small puff of smoke on his chest, "You have to try a lot better than that to beat me." Dan said.
"Laugh it up, ghost guy! I was just warming up for this!" At the last syllable, the American Dragon rushed at him fast. He didn't catch Dan off guard as he backhanded the magical protector, sending him to hit the rooftop of the skyscraper.
"Pathetic." Dan frowned. He looked down on the American Dragon, "Quit while you're ahead, boy. It will only make your death swift and amusing to my liking."
"Not happening." The American Dragon said he stood up straight, "I've kicked a lot more butts than you can count, so there's no way I'm losing to you."
Suddenly, blue flames began to surround the American Dragon. It didn't change him back or hurt him, but rather it grew big and higher that Dan had to look up to the top. When it finally dispersed, the American Dragon was thirty feet tall in a strong looking form. His scales were sharper and his chest was bolder looking. His green and black hair was higher and his mouth was longer, though it did not hide the fangs showing out.
Without a warning, the gigantic American Dragon threw a fast punch at Dan. His huge fist hit the ghost duplicate, sending him crashing into the streets immediately. Dan let out a groan as he tried getting up to his feet to fight back. But when he did, a large shadow casted over him and only seem to growing. He looked up to see who it was and found the magical protector flying down to him. He was unprepared when the American Dragon threw down both fists and cried out in pain from the attack. The streets rocked from that major attack and a huge crater formed on the ground.
Jake stood in the crater in his human form while he looked down on a defeated Dan Duplicate. He watched him dissipate into thin air before changing to his normal size dragon form, "Now that's how we handle things in New York."
With that done, he flew off to join the main fight.

At another side of Manhattan, Incredible Girl flew over the streets on a platform she made as a Dan duplicate gave chase. He was coming in fast, but Incredible Girl knew how to avoid him. Every time he gains closer to her, she made a turn in a way that it made him miss in every chance he got. It was frustrating for the duplicate of the villain as he continued to chase her.
When Dan got close, he powered up an ecto ball in his hand and threw it at Incredible Girl. It almost got her, but when she turned around and stood in front of him on her platform she disappeared out of sight. The ecto ball flew harmlessly at where she once hovered, confusing the duplicate of the real Dan.
"She can disappear?"
"No." Incredible Girl said as she became visible behind him, "I'm just unnoticeable."
Dan looked back to face her, but she threw a force field ball at him. It hit him right at the head and sent him crashing to the streets. While he was down, Incredible Girl went down and touched down on the streets. She saw Dan rise back to his feet and got ready, even when he charged at her. He threw a strike down punch at her, but she moved back to avoid it and avoid two upcoming right and left hook punches.
Dan got frustrated and did a spin kick, but Incredible Girl ducked down and went behind him. The villainous duplicate growled through his teeth and shot an ecto blast at her. It came at her, but she formed a force field to block the attack. Dan got angry and shot a direct beam at the super heroine. Incredible Girl saw it coming and strengthened herself to stand her ground. When the blast came, it pushed her back with the shield, but her feet remained on the ground. She put down the shield with a strained look and faced Dan. She failed to react as Dan came and gave her a strong punch at the chest, sending her flying a few feet away.
Hitting the ground, Incredible Girl let out a groan as she felt the pain of the impact and the blow. It hurt so badly since her body wasn't as strong as her father, so she stayed on the ground and held her chest. Dan noticed and snickered as he approached her causally.
"Ready to give up yet?" Dan asked with an amused smirk.
Incredible Girl let out another groan and sat up, "Not…happening."
"Good." Dan grinned, "Then killing you will be easy."
Immediately, Dan rushed at her and threw an ecto ball at her. It would have hit her, but Incredible Girl managed to muster enough strength to get back on her feet and do a back flip. She landed safely on her feet and got into a fighting stance.
"Do not underestimate me, Dan! You wouldn't like me when I'm angry."
"Seriously, you just took that from the Hulk."
"I'm trying to state a point here." Incredible Girl got into a stance and balled her fist. Deep within she concentrate to let out everything she had to beat Dan and once it was tapped she knew she was ready.
Just a swift punch in the air, Incredible Girl sent a strong force field wall at Dan. It hit him right away, forcing him to move back a few meters away. Dan still had his feet on the ground, but that didn't stop Incredible girl as she shot more force fields at him. She sent force field walls and force field sized fists that it forced Dan to keep moving back while distracting him from fighting back.
When Incredible Girl got closer, she pushed both her hands forward, sending a big wave of a force field at Dan. The duplicate got full on and was sent flying a few blocks away. He made a crater when crashed, but he was able to stand up a bit. He didn't get up fully as he felt an invisible rope tying his hands to his side. Angered, he tried breaking free but it didn't break.
"Over here, Dan!" Incredible Girl shouted.
Dan looked forward in frustration and saw Incredible Girl standing there. Her left hand was at Dan which meant she was the one that made the force holding his hands. She also had her other hand up, but it was for a different reason. The super heroine smirked a bit and looked up for Dan to see. The duplicate looked up and saw her holding up an armored jeep in the air.
"You wouldn't dare." Dan said in a threatening monotone voice.
"Try me." Incredible Girl smirked more. She threw her right hand at Dan, sending the armored jeep on him. It crashed down on the duplicate directly, trapping him within. But Incredible Girl knew it won't hold him for long so she clapped her hands together, sending a force field that hit the jeep at the engine. A few minutes later, it exploded into flames.
Incredible Girl raised a shield to avoid the debris from the explosion. She put it down when she was sure it was over and walked to the scene. It was a bit hard to see through the fire, but she was able to see Dan dissipate away into thin air. It was then that she knew that she beat his duplicate, but sadly it wasn't the real one.
"I hope the others are doing okay." That's all she said before flying off in her platform.

Another side of Manhattan, Astrodactyl flew through the air fast with a duplicate of Dan chasing him. No matter how much it tried getting to him, Astrodactyl was faster that he couldn't gain anyway closer. This humored the alien as he snickered and looked back while flying, "Come on slow poke! You got to do better to catch me."
"Indeed you're right." Dan concluded. He made an ecto whip in his hand and threw it around the ankle of Astrodactyl. The alien was forced to a halt as his eyes flew wide.
"Darn it! Me and my big beak." Astrodactyl said before being thrown into a nearby business skyscraper. He was thrown through a lot of wood and tables before coming to a stop at a wall. A flash of light covered him and he was back as Ben. The teen hero rubbed his head as he groaned, "Well that would have gone better."
Dan appeared right in front of him and chuckled, "Oh no, keep talking. It will make your screams enjoyable while I kill you."
Ben gave a smug look as he stood up, "No way, dude! It ain't over until it's time to go hero." The Omnitrix faceplate moved down as the core pop up to be used. Ben raised his hand high to slam it down, but a hand caught it. Confused, he looked forward and saw it was Dan, "Let go of me!"
Dan laughed and kicked Ben at the stomach. The force of the kick sent him flying through a wall; luckily it was made of wood. Before Dan could proceed forward, a flash of green light came from the hole in the wall. The duplicate knew Ben has changed into another alien form and cursed himself for letting him go. It didn't serve him better though as two black antennae shot out and hook on to his chest since the tips had plugs. Dan screamed as voltage of electricity was sent through his body, forcing him to weaken and fall to his knees.
Through the small hole Ben walked out in an alien form. He had a black and green color scheme with one green eye in the middle of his head, two black antennae and a tail with each having a plug. He has four fingers which also had plugs on the tip. He was muscular looking and has the Omnitrix symbol on his chest.
"Oh yeah! It's Feedback action!"
Upon seeing the form, Dan got angry and stood back to his feet. He powered up his fists and shot a strong direct ecto beam at him. Feedback didn't move out of the way as he stretched out his hands and antennae at the ecto beam. When it came, the Conductoid absorbed it right through his hands and antennae. This surprised Dan who took a step back.
"No…it's impossible." He gasped.
"Nothing is impossible with Ben 10!" Feedback remarked as he charged up the absorbed energy, "Tell me, Dan, what happens when a Conductoid absorbs ghost energy. It makes a huge boom!" He finally let out the energy at Dan, leaving a huge trail of destruction from that direction. The firepower was so powerful that it eradicated the Dan duplicate and blasted a hole through the floor of the building.
When everything calmed down, Feedback walked right to the huge hole he made, "Now that's a serious firepower. One distraction down, the real deal is next on my bucket list." He slaps the Omnitrix symbol on his chest and was a muscular blue moth man alien, "Big Chill!"
In his next alien form, he spreads open his wings and flew off.

Above the Brooklyn Bridge, a duplicate of Dan held an almost unconscious Superboy by the back of his shirt. The two had battled it out in Manhattan, but in the end the duplicate won. Now he carried Superboy all the way above the bridge, giving both of them a scenery of it. There was still street activity on the bridge, so Dan threw Superboy down without a second thought. Superboy crashed down on the streets, throwing off drivers focus on the street.
It became a total disaster as cars screeched to a stop while hitting other cars. Everyone was confused at who fell from the skies that they came out to see who it is. As they gathered, they found Superboy lying in a crater. He let out a groan as he regained consciousness and stood up to look around him. The people were astonished at him and began whispering to one another, all wondering if he was Superman or someone important.
Superboy didn't pay any attention to the people as his eyes went on Dan. He saw the evil duplicate shoot down some ecto blasts and quickly shouted to everyone, "Everyone get out NOW!"
At first everyone was confuse until a taxi exploded into flames. Upon seeing that happen, everyone ran for their lives to escape the bridge. It was a total chaos as panic spread to every man, woman and child ran for their lives. Some drivers were successfully enough to drive back while others that couldn't ran as fast as they could.
Superboy witnessed it all happen, but he had to take down the Dan duplicate before he threatens any more lives. He had his eyes on Dan mainly and immediately made a huge leap at him. But when Dan moved his eyes at him, he backhanded the teen clone to another direction, sending him crashing to the ground. This time it wasn't a big crater and Superboy was able to stand up right away.
Dan hovered lower to the ground to get close to him, "Is that the best you can do, boy? I've seen better efforts by Superman."
Superboy growled just from hearing the name of the man that rejected him. But unknown to him, this way Dan's way of making him angry. The evil duplicate took advantage of his moment of anger and shot an ecto blast at his chest. Superboy was caught off guard and was sent flying against a few abandoned cars. The Dan duplicate finally touched his feet on the ground.
"Let's get this over with." Dan said with a deadpan look as he prepared to blast Superboy again.
However, Superboy snapped back to life and ran at Dan. He threw a fast punch at his face, sending him to hit the ground. The villainous duplicate got up to his feet to fight back as he got up to his feet. But he got hit by a swing of a car which knocked further away to the ground. It turned to be Superboy as he dropped down a car he picked up and leaped into the air. While up, he held up both his fists and came down on Dan.
The force of Superboy's attack made the bridge to shake. It also made a dust cloud which began to clear up soon to reveal Superboy holding the duplicate Dan in his hand by the shirt. He had his other hand back in a fist while concentrating very much on that fist. But unknown to him something unlocked in his body, that is sure to help.
Superboy gave Dan the meanest look he had before throwing him away. He watched him go and unknowingly shot direct fire blasts from his eyes. It flew right at Dan and destroyed him in an explosion in seconds. Superboy was surprised as he touched his eyes and looked at the hand he touched them with. He then smirked, "I'm gonna like this new ability. I wonder what else will come up."
After saying that, he turned away and made a massive leap away. He had a long way to go, but he was sure he will make it to the main battle in time.

At another part of Manhattan, another Dan duplicate gave chase to Kim Possible. The teen heroine was able to avoid any blasts the evil duplicate could throw at her. The battle suit she wears allowed her to go faster to avoid Dan catching up to her. This angered the duplicate though as he came faster and faster. Kim didn't look worried, but was rather determined at a pole standing up on top of a skyscraper.
When Kim got close to the pole, she caught it and used it to spin around and kick Dan when he came by. Her kick hit him at his back, surprising the villain as he was sent crashing to the streets. Kim landed on the ground safely, while a few meters from Dan's crater sight. She knew the fight wasn't over, so she wasn't surprise when Dan flew up into the air right away. She got into a fighting stance while facing the evil duplicate, "You won't be able to win this. My fight along with the others is for the real Dan."
"Not happening. You'll have to pass through me to get to him."
"I'm not surprise. Dumb henchmen are always like that." Kim said with a small smile.
However, Dan became annoyed by her attitude as he let out two furious ecto beams from his fists. Kim saw it coming and stood her ground to face it. She then raised both her hands up which formed a blue dome shield over him. Fortunately, the attacks hit harmlessly against the shield before she put it down. But it didn't end there as Dan rushed at her in a fast speed.
Kim quickly saw Dan coming and did a back flip. She avoided him just in time as Dan stomps down on where she once stood. His knees were crouched down a bit, but he stood up straight and shot an ecto blast at Kim. It came in fast, but Kim was able to move out of the way and shoot an energy blast of her own. Dan backhanded the blast away and rushed at Kim quickly.
A hand to hand combat soon engaged between the two fighters with Kim mostly winning. Since she was more skilled in a fight, Kim was able to block mostly his attacks and dodge a few swings. She then sent a strong kick to his side that forced him a few steps back. Before Dan could regain himself, the teen super heroine charged at him and did an air roundhouse kick. She hit him hard on the chest, forcing him to fall to the ground.
"No…" Dan groaned as he returned to his feet, "I won't lose to anyone, especially a weak human like you."
"That's where you're wrong, Dan." Kim stated determinedly.
Dan snarled at her with a glare. He took a very deep breath and let out a torrent of flames from his mouth. It came fast, but Kim was able to fight back. She powered up the power in the chest of her suit and let it out at the torrent of flames. Both blasts made contact and fought out to overpower the other. But it was Kim's energy beam that cut right through Dan's flames. It hit right at his mouth, causing him to scream out in pain. It became so much that he exploded into thin air.
Kim shielded her eyes from the explosion and glanced back. She saw that Dan was no more which brought her to smirk, "How about that for a weak human? I may not have powers, but I have the looks and skills to help me up."
With that said she turned away and flew off to join the main fight with the others.

While the others were fighting, Aang stood on the top of a building. Like the others he had been chased by a Dan duplicate, but he had managed to lose him in a run. He held his staff firmly as he continued to stay on the edge of the building. Not a single sign of fear could be traced on the teen's face. He didn't have to wait as he heard someone land behind him.
It was Dan who stood behind him, "I'm impressed, kid. You were able to elude me for a while."
"What can I say? I have a way with the wind." Aang said as he turned back.
"Maybe, but this is where it ends." Dan got into a fighting stance with a glowing ecto fist.
Aang didn't reply as he got into a stance. He held his staff firmly while facing the evil duplicate ghost in front of him. It didn't take long as Dan shot an ecto blast at him. Aang leap off the ground by an air blast from his feet and landed behind Dan. He shot an air blast when he swung his staff at the ghost duplicate, but Dan became intangible to avoid it.
Dan spun around and shot a double ecto blast at Aang. However, the Avatar fell down on the ground willingly, avoiding the blasts in the process. He rolled on the ground which in turn made him in a rock based armor. When he got up, he was blasted by ecto blasts that would have hurt. Fortunately, his rock armor protected him from getting hurt or killed.
Aang struck his foot against the ground which made a sharp trail of rocks to fly at Dan. It was avoided though when Dan created an ecto shield. The duplicate got irritated by the resistance and flew at Aang to swing a punch. However, Aang jumped out of the rock based armor at the last minute and hovered for a moment in the air. When Dan stood on the remains of the rocks he stood in, he shot down a huge blast of air that blasted Dan through the building.
Aang touched down on the rooftop safely. He knew the fight was far from over, so he looked through the hole to find Dan. It seems all was quiet until a fast blur flew right up. Aang took a few steps back while he looked up in a search to find Dan. The evil duplicate hovered high in the air with a mean look on his face, "Big mistake, kid! No one surprises Dan like that and gets away with it!"
Without a chance to give, Dan sent both his fists forward and shot a huge ecto beam down at Aang. The Avatar gulped a bit and did a hand motion that an rock covered over him. Unfortunately, it didn't last as it exploded into dust and maybe along with Aang.
A moment silence filled the air as Dan looked closer at the thick dust. At first it seems he had killed the Avatar, but a glowing blue light caught his attention. Before he could look further, a huge air blast shot straight at him. Dan was surprise, but was able to fly out of the way. He looked at the thick dust and was able to see clearly as it cleared away.
Aang stood safely, but he looked and felt different. His tattoos were glowing brightly along with his eyes as he casted an angry mad look. Dan was a bit taken aback as he sensed a strange cosmic power coming from him. He shrugged the feeling off and composed himself to see, "Nice look, kid. But glowing like a Christmas tree won't help you."
Like a lightning bolt, Dan flew straight at Aang and punched him. The Avatar was sent flying that he hit the streets hard and made a crater in the process. He didn't stand or move, so when Dan came down on him he began to throw rapid strong punches at his chest. He then flew back and powered up both his fists and flew back at Aang as an ecto energy formed a strong force before him.
Aang didn't move, not even when Dan got closer. But when Dan came in arms reach, the Avatar held out his hand and caught the field Dan was in. The evil duplicate let out a gasp as his eyes went wide. Aang was able to hold a powerful force with one hand without any strain. His action soon followed with a single blow which destroyed the energy field and sent Dan flying in the air. He was able to stop in the air, but Aang shot off from the ground by a gush of air and punched him at the air.
A strong punch by a fully powered Aang sent Dan flying through a skyscraper. The evil duplicate managed to regain himself and flew back at Aang in a green aura. His energy filled to a high capacity that he could achieve as a duplicate. When he approached Dan, he found Aang coming at him inside a ball of air. The Avatar shot his hand forward which made an air blast from the front of the ball to hit Dan. The duplicate was sent crashing down to the streets in seconds.
While down, Aang hovered above Dan in the air ball and casted a furious look at Dan. It was so scary that even the duplicate shivered at the sight of the face and the power Aang possessed. The Avatar held out his hand and swung it down at Dan. It was just one swing of the hand that sent a powerful air slash that made the ground to vibrate. It also caused a huge boom sound to be heard distance away.
A dust formed at where Dan once lay. When it cleared away, Aang was in the ball of air while in his powerful state. The only difference now was that the duplicate of Dan was gone and a big crater was on the ground. The Avatar blinked Aang his eyes as he finally began to come out of the Avatar state. All traces of the cosmic energy vanished with the ball of air as well. He slowly touched down on the ground and looked away from the crater he made. It just reminded him of how dangerous the Avatar State was.
He looked a few streets away and went to pick up his staff. He took it into his hand and made it into his glider. With it, he said no word before flying off to join the others.

Meanwhile, the main fight continued on with Danny and the real Dan giving out everything they had. It was an intense battle that they left some damages everywhere they went. Danny shot out as much power as he could while avoiding Dan's opposing and harsh attacks. Even now both were above the city, fighting in hand to hand combat.
Danny dodged a few blows and shot some ecto blasts at Dan. However, Dan dodged it swiftly and shot an ecto beam at the young Phantom. To avoid it, Danny created a shield. But the force of the ecto beam pushed him and the shield all the way to the ground. Danny stood back up to his feet since he didn't sustain a harsh hit.
The young Phantom was caught unaware when Dan appeared from behind and held him in a headlock. Of course Dan received opposition as Danny tried to break free. It wasn't easy, but the young Phantom did it anyway.
"Come on, Daniel, don't you see? You and I have the power to rock this earth and universe. All you have to do his renounce that pathetic family and friends you have and join me." Dan said while gripping Danny tighter in the neck.
Danny had a frustrated and strained look, but he still fought to break free. While doing so, he growled a bit, "I'll never…do that! My family and friends have stood by my side! Why will I want to join a wacko like you?"
Dan snickered a bit and whispered into his ear, "Because I sense power within you waiting to be let out."
Upon hearing that, Danny's eyes flew wide. He snapped out of the shock and broke free of Dan's grip. He then turned around and shot an ecto blast at his chest, sending the villain flying away. His mind still wrapped on what Dan said, but for now he knew to fight the villain head on.
Dan snicker a bit more than before. It must have occurred to him that just what he said had triggered Danny to break free quick. He found it amusing as he smiled and turned to the younger Phantom, "Well, someone seems jumpy a bit."
Danny shot an angry glare at the villain, but something then occurred to him. He noticed throughout the battle and also remembered his first fight with him back when they first met. It was kind of confusing, but Danny knew Dan was planning something. He eased up upon knowing this and calmed down while facing the villain.
Suddenly, a breath of foggy ice blew on top of Dan. It froze him into an ice block which confuse Danny because he had nothing to do with it. He looked up above and saw a blue muscular moth man flying his way. At first he got into a fighting stance, thinking that the alien was going to freeze him too, but when he notice the familiar green and black hourglass symbol on the chest he knew who it was.
"Ben, is that you?" Danny asked with an unsure look.
"Yeah." The Omnitrix wearer replied as he touched down on the ground. He slaps the symbol on his chest and in a flash of light he was his normal self, "So did I miss anything interesting? From the air I see you two caused a lot of property damage."
"Um…my bad." Danny said nervously with his hand behind his head.
Both heroes were interrupted when they heard the ice explode. Dan stood like he did once more, though an ice fog blew through the air since it exploded. The villain walked out of the remains and raised a charged up ecto fist. He would have fired, but a sonic boom caught his ears. He looked up and saw Kim Possible blast two energy blasts at him. Since it was sudden he got hit in the chest and thrown off the ground.
Kim landed next to the boys and whipped her hair back, "Nice to see I'm not late for the party. Where are the others?"
"I haven't seen them. Maybe they're on their way." Ben said.
Suddenly, Dan appeared in front of them and blasted three shot for the heroes. However, Ben quickly ducked down to avoid it, Danny became intangible which made it to go through him and Kim made a shield that took the blast away.
Dan glared at the three teens determinedly and threw his hand out. By doing so, he sent a huge wave of ecto energy that hit the trio massively. Danny and Kim hit the ground and so did Ben, but it was mostly Ben that felt the pain. Since Danny and Kim had their own protection by ghost form and a suit, they were able to feel less pain from the blast.
Ben, however, let out a groan as he sat up, "Alright…maybe I should get my game on." He went to the Omnitrix and chose the alien of his choice. Then he slammed it down and was engulfed in a flash of light. When it died, Ben was a red skinned humanoid alien that has well developed muscles, two pair of four-fingered arms and four eyes. He wears a black tank top like shirt with a large green stripe in the middle and pants. The Omnitrix symbol is located on his belt.
"Time for some Four Arms action!"
Kim ran at Dan and began blasting him with energy beams. She was swift to do so, but Dan raised his hands at them and absorbs them. Danny came from his other side with a big ecto ball in his right hand and threw it like a baseball. Dan didn't know about it until he got hit, sending him crashing into a store. He came right out after a few seconds and casted a glare at the teen Phantom.
However, Fourarms intervened as he threw a blow at Dan. But Dan caught it, along with his other fist when Fouarms threw it. Since Dan held the upper ones, the alien threw the lower ones to his face. Dan noticed it coming and formed two extra hands at his lower side. He caught Ben's lower fist and did a head bud at his face, knocking him to the ground.
Danny and Kim saw what happened and stood their ground to fight. The ghostly villain smiled when he saw them and turned to face them straight on. It only lasted for a second, though, as an invisible force threw Dan away. The heroes were confuse until they saw Incredible Girl land on the ground.
"What did I miss?" She asked with a smirk.
If that wasn't enough, Superboy stomps down on the ground right in front of them. He made some cracks when he landed and turned to the others, "Alright, now I'm mad."
"Not without me, Super dude!" The American Dragon shouted as he flew down.
"And me." Aang came right after and landed next to the magical protector.
Starfire circled around the air and calmly hovered down, "Yes, we must all do battle together."
All of them agreed within themselves and faced the direction Dan was. They saw him finally on his feet with his eyes upon them as well. Dan knew now that even separating them won't accomplish his plan. The teens were powerful in their own ways, which may achieve them the name Earth's Ultimate Heroes.
However, Dan still had a few plans up his sleeve. He casted a sly mischievous smile on his face and said to the group, "Ah, well I can see indeed you heroes are the mightiest of heroes in this universe and beyond. A boy with the most powerful device on his wrist, a ghost teen with the power of a king, an alien princess, two boys from very powerful and strange worlds, an above average teenage girl with strong skills and another girl with the ability to move things with her mind. "
"What are you getting at, ghost?" The American Dragon asked suspiciously.
"With your combined powers you can rule this earth. Make it anyhow you fight like wipe out all evil and settle long time scores. You'll be gods upon all men. If you play your cards right you'll…"
"Enough!" Aang interjected, "We're not gods and we'll never be. I may not know the others, but we've all tried and worked hard to maintain the peace we have. None of us have or will ever turn to the side of evil."
Dan snickered, while glancing at Danny, "That's what you all think."
No one seems to notice how intensified Danny shot an angry glare at Dan except Kim and Ben. But while the teen heroine pretended not to notice, Ben debated about it as he gave Danny a suspicious look. Dan saw the look Ben was giving and smirked, which made the heroes suspicious. He hovered off the ground and held his cape, "Come get me, Avengers."
Soon after, Dan covered himself in his cape and was gone in a blue wisp of air. This surprised the heroes a bit as they looked around for the super ghost villain.
"Where did he go?" Superboy asked in a mix of anger and confusion.
Kim took a bold step forward and rose up her wrist. She glanced on her Kimmunicator as it digitally formed on her wrist and displayed a radar diagram on the face. She indicated the red dot on it before pointing at the north, "According to my radar, Dan is over at the north! Let's move guys!"
Everyone complied easily and went off to that direction in their way. However, Fourarms came to a stop and gripped Danny by the shoulder. Confused, the halfa looked back to face the Omnitrix bearer, "Hey, what's the hold up? You heard Kim."
"You know what the hold up, Danny Phantom." Fourarms stated in a serious tone. Danny was still confused, so Fourarms went on with his words, "You're hiding something about you and Dan. Now spill!"
Danny casted an offended look and shrug off the big hand on his shoulder, "Now is not the time. You won't understand."
"Too bad!" Fourarms narrowed his eyes at Danny and gripped both Danny's shoulders, "Something is going on with you and that guy and I don't like it. One wrong move can mean disaster for everyone, including the people I love. Now I'm giving you the last chance to tell me what you and him have in common or I'll beat it out of you."
His words were threatening, but it didn't go so well with Danny. With all the anger he boiled up, he casted an angry look at Ben, "Make me."
Clearly offended, Fourarms pulled back all his fists and sent them at Danny. He almost hit him, but strangely he came in contact with a green shield. Even the force of hitting the shield didn't bring a single strain on Danny. The ghost teen just stood normally with an angry look at the hero with a powerful device. He balled his own fist, which caused it to glow, and threw it at his face in an upper cut. Such a blow blew Fourarms away a few blocks away before he hit the ground.
A flash of green light engulfed Fourarms and died down to show him as Ben again. The teen hero let out a groan as he stood up to his feet. He heard someone fly above him and looked up with a smirk at Danny, "You pack a punch, Danny; and I'll give you that."
"Does that mean you'll leave my past alone?" Danny asked straight forward and seriously.
"Not happening, dude. You think just one punch will take me down. Obviously, you need a lesson beat down on why they call me Ben 10."
Danny hovered to the ground, clearly staying angry as shown on his face. His hands were charged up with ecto energy as he got ready to fight, "Then bring it on! I'll make you regret butting into my life."
Upon hearing that, Ben narrowed his eyes threatening at Dan, "Oh, it's so on, dude!"
With that, Ben slammed the Omnitrix core. He was blinded by a flash of light, but that didn't worry Danny. He still retained his eyes on Ben as he got ready to fight one of earth's mightiest heroes. This is truly going to be an ultimate battle between two great heroes.

That's right everyone. I just brought in another cliffhanger, but I'm really sorry. This just shows you how serious and awesome this story is becoming. I'll be updating more on this story for reasons I'll reveal soon.
I want to clear out that the device Zs'Skayr had his minions do is based off from the Avengers movie. Those ghost blobs with him are also from the Ghost Zone, so you can tell he has ties with Dan.

CyberActor15: Yeah, I decided to try out some things to make the fanfic interesting. I would have made Dan to curse visibly, but I'm debating if that will be right for readers who hate it. As for Jake Long coming, I had him planned ever since I had the idea of this story. But I didn't give him a chapter of his own because I couldn't think of one and also because of another reason I might reveal later on. I hope you like this chapter.

The leader of the Avengers is Danny while co leaders are Kim Possible and Ben Tennyson.

I remember the list of powers Danny has and we'll get to see some of them in the next chapter in the big fight. I have everything planned out.

I know about the characteristics the teens share with the actual Avengers and I really appreciate that you pointed them out, especially Kim being like Black Widow. As for your question, I would say that the multi-crossover universe spreads out a lot more than you think.

I feel so touched and appreciated on how successful this story is getting. I've tried previous works on this story, but none of them became as popular as this one is now.
