It's been a couple of minutes since Luke left the room. He just finished having so much fun disrespecting Quinn's body but he needed to smoke. He wore back his clothes and went out of the room. Sam closed his eyes on the last minute of his torture. He wasn't seeing it but hearing Quinn's voice cry out was suicide to him.
He finally opened his eyes and saw that Quinn was just covered in sheets, her back facing him and she looked destroyed. He wanted to stand up so bad and check how she was but the tight knot on his wrist was only giving him bruises as he tries to move.
"Quinn." He called out in a whisper. "Quinn, are you awake?"
The girl didn't respond but Sam could hear her sniffling and crying.
"Quinn, look at me. Speak to me." He said but still no response. "Quinn, look at me." His became a bit louder as the girl continued to cry.
"I can't, Sam. I can't look at you. I'm sorry." She cried out more, feeling embarrassed by the fact that he had to see what Luke did to her.
"We need to work together. We need to get out of here, Quinn." He begged. "Look at me."
Finally, Quinn shifted to the other side to face him, fully covered in sheets while her ripped clothes are somewhere around the room. Her eyes were red and tired as she looked at him. "I'm sorry."
"Baby, its fine." Sam said, couldn't really hold back his tears. "You sacrificed yourself for my life. I'm not mad at you. I'm mad at him." He said, watching as Quinn started to cry even hard. "Quinn, listen to me. I want you to try and be as strong for me as possible, okay? Find your clothes and help me out of this chair. We're gonna get out of this."
She covered her face with her hands. "I don't know if I can, Sam. I feel so destroyed, so broken, so…"
"Hey, hey, hey." He cut her off and she looked back at him. "I love you." He tried to smile and at least give her strength about their current situation. "I know you. You're stronger than this. You can do this."
She slowly nodded and a weak smiling formed on her face. "Okay." She whispered. Quinn crawled around the dark room to find her clothes and finally saw them. She wore back her skirt and Sam's jacket since her blouse was completely torn off.
Suddenly, Sam remembered something he brought when they got inside the motel. A weapon he had for safety and defense purposes, hidden in his car. After hearing the screaming before he went to save Quinn, he carried it in his jacket. "Quinn, open the side pocket of my jacket. My Swiss knife is there." He ordered and so the girl followed. There were four pockets in the jacket and when she opened the last one, she found the knife he was talking about.
Sam smiled when he saw that she found it. It made her smile as well. She ran to Sam's back and immediately cut off the knots in his hand and on his feet. Sam felt freedom when every tight rope was released and he quickly hugged the girl that set her free.
"Oh God." He said and just wrapped his arms around her, making her feel safe and secured. "Are you okay? Does anything hurt?" He asked, making sure if nothing else happened to her besides from what he saw.
"I'm okay now. I just need you." She replied, not really wanting to let go of him. "I love you, Sam and I'm sorry."
"I love you, too Quinn. I love you, too." He answered and finally moved back to cup her face and kiss her on the lips. "Listen, I have plan but we're gonna have to work together in this. We're gonna have to trick him so he won't use the gun." He explained as she nodded in response. "Do you have my phone?" He asked.
She shook her head, remembering what Luke did to his phone. "He threw the phone out on the street on our way here."
Sam bit his lip. They were gonna have a problem dealing with a guy who holds a gun while the two of them are weapon less. They don't have any back up. It was just literally him and her. Sam tried to think of ways how to get out but the room was completely closed. There weren't any windows and the only way out was one door. He finally figured out a plan but wasn't sure if she'd agree.
"I have a plan but…"
"But what?" She asked.
"Do you trust me?"
Quinn suddenly had doubts. She got scared about his plan but she trusted him. She just didn't trust the fact that it might not actually work. Sighing, she closed her eyes and nodded. "Let's do this."

Olivia went home as soon as she started bleeding, courtesy of Quinn's hands. The two boys were left at the living room of the house, chugging down on some beer. Puck was staring blankly in front, thinking of the betrayal he did to his once friend, Sam Evans.
"Come on. You deserved Sam's position. He deserved a beat down." Luke tried to make him see the brighter side of the situation.
Puck looked at him before taking a sip on his beer. "What's the plan? What's our next move?"
"Oh, don't you worry. You did your part. You're free to go. I don't need you anymore." Luke answered, taking a sip from his own bottle.
"I mean, what are you gonna do to him?"
Luke stopped midway from finishing the beer, slowly putting the bottle down and away from his lips before looking at him. "Simple. You want his job, right? We're gonna shoot him."
Puck's eyes widened as his heart started pounding when he heard the word shoot. He didn't sign up for this to kill someone. He just thought beating him up was the farthest they'd go. "I… I can't do that, Luke. I can't kill someone."
"I can." He said and stared at him for a while before laughing his ass off. "I'm so ready to get Quinn all to myself." He noticed that there was only one bottle of beer left so he reached in his pocket and gave Puck some money. "Here. Buy another case of beer. We're gonna celebrate the death of one Sam Evans before midnight strikes."
Puck took the money and was left speechless. He walked out of the house and looked for a convenient store somewhere. Luke remained seated, watching the wall do the nothing when he realized his bottle was empty. He grabbed the last bottle of beer and opened it when he heard a voice from inside the room.
"Luke! Luke, come here!" Quinn called out and Luke was surprised that she did. He stood up, setting down the bottle and walked over to the room. He got inside and saw the girl on the floor, in her clothes already. There wasn't really any light in the room except the small night light in one corner of the room. Sam was still in his chair, his head down and hands on his back.
"Quinn, what do you want?" He asked, walking over to her.
She stood up and reach for both of his hands. "I don't want to get hurt anymore. Please. I want to be okay." She said with pleading eyes. "Will you stop hurting me if we get married right now?"
A smirk marked on Luke's face as he brushed the hair covering Quinn's face. "I knew you'd come around."
Quinn held her breath as he ran his hand against her skin. She tried to smile at him as much as she can. Her hand slowly slip downed his pocket and grabbed his phone. She lifted it until it was in front of his face. "Call the judge. Let's get married before midnight." She said, holding his phone.
Luke switched his eyes from the phone, back to hers. "Kiss me first." His eyebrow raised as her eyes widened.
"What?" She asked, not really wanting to hear it again.
"Kiss me if you want to marry me." He repeated. Quinn gulped a bit before holding his face with her free hand.
Sam from behind wasn't really tied. His hands were just intertwined with each other while his feet were loosely tied with the rope that was cut. While Quinn was distracting Luke, Sam slowly got out of the chair and walked over to reach the gun that was held in Luke's back pocket. As quiet as possible, he tried to reach for the gun but when his hand was about to grip on it, Luke grabbed the gun and pointed it to Sam. He looked back at Quinn with a smirk and looked back at Sam with a straight face. "You both think you could fool me?"
Sam raised both his hands, annoyed that they couldn't outsmart the guy. He remained quiet as he watch the anger grow back in Luke's face. He slowly moved back but Luke was moving forward. He cocked the gun and pointed it back Sam. "Goodbye, Sam." He said and before he could pull the trigger, Quinn sliced his side of the body with the knife they had. Luke cringed in pain and it was finally Sam's chance to knock his hand as the gun flew to the other side of the room. He kicked Luke in the stomach and punched him in the face.
Quinn had the chance to call 911 while the beat down was happening. The cops said they were on their way and when Quinn hung up the phone, she saw that Luke fought back. Sam had been too weak to keep Luke down for long. Tables were now turned as he was down on the floor and Luke was on his feet. His hand was on his bleeding side as his face turned to Quinn. She got really scared as the look on his eyes was devilish. He looked like he could actually kill anyone at that moment.
She walked back slowly as Luke moved forward. Quinn saw the gun on the floor and immediately picked it up. She pointed it to Luke but the guy was tough. A devilish smile came out of nowhere and laughed at the girl holding the gun. "You're gonna shoot me?" He asked but Quinn remained in her position. "You're a tough girl now, huh Quinn? How about you pull the trigger and we'll see if you really can kill your fiancée." He said and slowly walked forward. Quinn's back touched the wall, which means he had nowhere else to go.
"I knew you couldn't do it. You're just the same old, weak shit Quinn Fab-"
Luke didn't even finish his sentence when a gun shot was made and targeted his stomach. Quinn did it. She became brave enough and pulled the trigger. "Oh my God." She said as Luke slowly went down to his knees with blood coming out of his mouth.
Sam finally stood up and walked over to hold Quinn. She started crying, both from fear and joy. She just shot a guy in a stomach but in defense and finally, it was over. "Shhh. It's over. We did it." Sam said and hugged her tight. She did the same and wrapped her arms around him. A couple of minutes later, they could already hear the cops. They were now safe and back in each other's arms.

2 months later, Sam and Quinn were back to Lima. They've both left New York and started fresh in Lima. Luke lived but he was locked in jail with Olivia while Puck was still on the loose. Quinn agreed to go see a therapist weekly to stop her midnight dreams of Luke hurting her. Somehow, it was helping. They were back to where they started; In Lima and once again, engaged to each other.
One morning, Sam decided to accompany his fiancée to the doctor since she hasn't been feeling okay for days now which has honestly been going on for weeks but she wouldn't let Sam know that and worry too much. She did some tests and remained in their seats as they waited for the results.
"What time does the food tasting start?" Quinn asked, leaning herself in Sam's arms.
Sam checked his watch. "About 2 hours from now. We can drop by my parents' house first before we go there. They want to know how you're feeling." He smiled and kissed her forehead. Quinn smiled and nodded.
"Okay, Quinn. I have the results." The doctor said as she walked back to her seat and opened the results. "Are you ready?"
"I am as long as it doesn't read that I'm dying." She joked and they all giggled.
"I think you'll live more when you find out." She said smiled at them. "You're pregnant!" The doctor announced as the couples smiled from ear to ear, especially Sam. They shared a kiss before listening back to the doctor. "Okay, so you're six weeks pregnant and I already assigned a very professiona; doctor for you."
The smile on Quinn's face fell when she heard it. Six weeks. How could she be pregnant for six weeks when she and Sam had only been back to their sexual activities about a week ago?
"Sam…" She said, her hand slowly sliding to hold his arm. She was cold.
"Yeah?" He asked, clueless that Quinn had realized something.
"We… we haven't done anything 2 months ago. It was 2 months ago when…" She wasn't even able to finish her sentence when Sam's face showed that he understood what Quinn meant.
"You…you mean…" He asked, pain, shock and disappointment already showing in his face.
Quinn nodded and stared at the window in front of her. "It's Luke's baby."
End.
