Chapter 9: Avalanche of Emotion

Hades

"Submissives stay together and you're my Papa and Daddy. Please don't cry anymore." So much for being angry at them. I mentally rolled my eyes.

"Let him go boys, come here." Ay commanded. Both Siri and Remus let go immediately and return to him, burrowing into his sides. He gave a small bow to me while holding both. "I am High Healer Aymntas Iason Kealton, your brother-in-law and step-father. May your journey be long, and the fruits of our entwined families flourish."

"Well met. And may the love between you and my fathers' ever last, and give way to children of your blood. I am Lord Hades Raban Jair Potter-Evensun, your brother-in-law and step-son."

Xander made a face. "Let's not think of you two and stepfather and stepson please. You're my mate and my twin brother, it's kind of disturbing. Course it happens a lot in creature twins that they somehow end up in the same family. Normally to the same mate(s) or siblings. But whatever, Ay has always been weird."

"I am weird? You're the one mated to my stepson!"

"I was mated to polýtimos before you were to Lord Black and Master Lupin!"

"Oh shut it the both of you. Is there anything we needed to discuss today, Hagnor?" I snapped at the twin hybrids before turning to my goblin manager.

"Yes, would you like us to test the others on the list of those who stole from you – see if any of them were forced?"

I blinked. I had not thought of that. "Yes please. But do it discretely. And Dumbles need not be tested, I know he is not to be trusted."

"Of course my King. I will have cursebreakers out to check each at once." The goblin bowed once before leaving the room.

Four sets of eyes, two hazel, one grey, and the last amber, turned to stare at me in question.

"Er…so I'm sort of the King of Magyk now?" I asked instead of explaining.

Xander took a breath. "Explain." His voice was hard, and I suddenly saw the twin's resemblance.

"Hmm. Well when I came into Gringotts a few weeks ago I had them do a blood inheritance and magical inheritance. From the blood inheritance I am Lord of Potter, Gryffindor, Peverell, and Pendragon on my paternal side. My maternal side I became Lord of Evensun, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff, LeFay, and Slytherin. Then the magical inheritance named me Merlin's heir and the heir of Mother Magyk herself. I am her right hand, her ruler among mortals. She said I didn't have to take up the title though. I just have to return balance. So I'm not gonna become the King. I don't like the title or power of it." I trailed off, gazing into the fire and waving my fingers in front of Cat who gurgled happily, her siblings asleep.

"And how are you supposed to restore balance?" Remus asked calmly, the other three still digesting what they had been told.

"By getting rid of the so-called Light and Dark Lords and their ideals." I was saved from answering any other questions by Hagnor and Ragnok entering the office. "Ragnok, good to see you."

"And you Hades. We had forgotten something of import. Lord Black, Master Lupin, was William Weasley a part of the conspiracy? We have not fired him. In all honesty when Hades last left the bank was the last we saw of the man. Did he run?"

Sirius started. He smacked his forehead. "Yeah he did. He and his family are holed up in Dumbledore's Manor. They gave up looking for our Cub about two weeks ago, deciding to wait until he showed up at school to regain control of him. They had Remmy and I continue looking though. I think it was just to keep us busy and out of the way."

"That's the most I've heard you speak without cracking a joke bræt."

"You know just changing the word 'brat' into Greek does not make it any better. I still know that's what you are calling me." Siri pouted.

"Good. You're supposed to bræt." Ay smirked down at the petulant weregrim.

"Do you know where this manor is located?" Hagnor asked.

"Nope! But Freddie and Georgie aren't there. They are staying with their friend Cedric Diggory."

I cocked my head to the side. "Why aren't they with their family?"

"The two of them came into a creature inheritance this summer and their parents haven't treated them the same since. Dunno, maybe that means they weren't part of the betrayal."

"Xander I want to be the one to go and test them." I declared. "Talin! Take the kids home, we won't be back until later. Hagnor, Ragnok, was there anything else you needed from us or are we free to leave?"

"You are free to go and please take these three with you." Ragnok gestured to Aymntas, Sirius, and Remus. "They are far too loud and troublesome to remain here."

I grinned. "Sure, we'll take them. Is it safe for Siri to be out in public?"

"We had his innocence and full pardon published in this morning's papers, so he should be good." Ay answered.

"Then let's go." Xander scooped me up and headed out of the bank amidst my half-hearted protests – my instincts from last night were still too close to the surface.

Xander carried me all the way to the Diggory household, including during side-along. Xander and Ay insisted on having the three of us Subs stand behind them as we knocked on the door, just in case. It was annoying, but annoyingly sweet.

A woman I could only assume was Lady Diggory answered the door. Ay was the first to speak. "Pardon our intrusion Lady Diggory. My brother's submissive would like to visit with your son and the Weasley twins residing in your home."

"I apologize for my rude brother." Xander interrupted. "I am High Healer Alekxander Kealton. This is my twin brother High Healer Aymntas Kealton. Our submissives, Lord Sirius Black, Master Remus Lupin, and Lord Hades Potter-Evensun. May your family line flourish, and your House remain protected from harm."

Her eyes wide she returned the greeting, her voice soft. "Well met. I am Lady Phoebe Diggory. And may your mateships thrive, and submisses be strong. Come on in, make yourselves comfortable. I'll go get the boys."

We were led to and left in a small parlor with cherry wood couches that had light brown cushions. Xander sat with me in his lap. Ay with Siri and Remmy in his. Both our Doms were large, and could comfortably seat to smaller submmisses on their laps, so it wasn't uncomfortable for my godfathers.

Phoebe Diggory entered the room after a few moments, followed by two familiar red heads and a handsome honey brunette. The twins stopped surprised when they saw me before gaining twin grins.

"Look Gred, Harry missed us so much he went and found him another set of twins."

"I see Forge. Should we be offended –"

"- that they are so handsome?"

"Not a chance! We are by far better looking!" They finished together.

"I dunno boys. Potter has found himself some nice looking Greek twins."

"You jest Ced!"

"Ah my heart! It hurts!"

"The wounds –"

"- the pain! Do –"

"- you no like us –"

"- anymore dear Cedric!" They dramatically clutched at their chests.

Annoyed I turned to look at my Dom. "Just start the scan please Xander. I want to leave. I don't like them looking at you." I pouted, clutching his chest, my Neko side returning to the forefront.

"Scan us!?"

"Whatever for!?"

"For suppression spells and potions, and for anything that would cause you to betray Hades."

"Oh you don't –"

"- need that silly –"

"- scan of yours."

"We know that mum –"

"- and dad. And –"

"- Bumbledore and everyone else –"

"- were spiking our food and drinks –"

"- since we were little."

"Coming into our inheritance –"

"- broke that. Now how did we –"

"-betray you Hades?"

"You stole from my vault! You took money and the Marauder notes."

"Er Cub? We gave them the two chests of Marauder things. During one of our moments of sanity." Remus stated.

I blushed. "Oh. But they still took money!"

"Nope!"

"Nada!"

"Little brother dearest!"

"Our names were on the money taken –"

"- but we've never seen a dime."

"We'll take –"

"A wizard's vow to prove it."

"That's alright." I smiled. "I believe you."

"Awesome! Now –"

"- tell us about –"

"- the two hotties!"

"This is Alekxander. He is MY Dom. Aymntas is Xander's twin and is the Dom of Siri and Remmy."

"Calm down Hades!"

"We won't be poaching –"

"- on your man."

"Besides we're straight and have our eye on a little Seelie who will shortly be coming into her inheritance." The red headed twins winked.

Cedric had been watching me since they came in. "What are you? I can tell a werecat – but what else?"

"I'm a pure hybrid. Any of the five creatures I am will register as pure. I am Neko-were, haltija, Abwata, wyvern, and Ljósálfar. At the moment Xander is my only Dom." I looked at Diggory curiously. "Why is your scent faded?"

"I'm wearing a suppressant charm. Mum said a submissive with only one mate was visiting so I slid it on."

My face drooped. "Do you not want to possibly be my mate?"

Xander wrapped his arms tightly around me. "Polýtimos not all dominants are like me. I will be a unique experience for you. As I'm already as old as I am I have more control over my instincts. Young Diggory –"

"Call me Cedric."

"– Cedric here is still a young dom, a baby dom. Younger dominants, if faced with a compatible sub, will go nuts. That is why we have a hunting season. It's going to be held at your new school this year. It lasts for 4 months. Hunting seasons have a year in between occurrences. Unless a submissive really needs a mate they normally hold off with suppressing charms, as do the dominants."

"Do the charms hurt?" I was curious.

"No little one. They are entirely safe. No bad side-effects."

"Why did I feel the need to mate with you immediately?"

"Because you are going to be transforming for the first time as a werecat this weekend. You will be having your first heat."

My face turned scarlet. "Okay! Please don't talk anymore about it Xander. I'm still working on adjusting to losing my virginity this weekend."

Xander smiled softly and pulled me into his arms.

"If you are willing come this hunting season I will not remove my charm before I find you." Cedric informed me solemn.

"Good. I can already feel something for you even with the charm." I answered just as solemn and serious. Then I turned a scowl towards the twins. "What are your intentions towards my sister?"

"Sister? We were talking about Luna. Luna Lovegood." Fred and George looked at me weird.

"Yes I know. But it's Serenity Luna Potter-Evensun. I magically adopted her as my sister by accident in her first year, my second. She is on safari with her father. When she gets home Xeno has given me permission to blood adopt her into my family. Xeno is dying, and wants Serenity to be as protected as possible."

"We, Fredrick Brian Weasley and George Wulfric Weasley, ask permission of the brother of Serenity Luna Lovegood to court her for the time of three months until her fourteenth birthday, and for three months after. And if she so claim us at the end of that time we, as fire Fae, promise to forever bond ourselves to her, as a spirit Fae."

"I, Lord Hades Raban Jair Potter-Evensun, head of Serenity Luna Lovegood's house accept the courting proposal of Fredrick and George Weasley. On condition that they mate at a sooner date if it protect Serenity, be her desire, or is absolutely needed."

A bright red light engulfed the three of us. As the magic began to settle I could feel the courtship take hold. I knew Luna would be fine with being courted by the twins. She had voiced interest in the two before.

The twins grinned. "Now we will be off. Have to buy the perfect first gift for our lovely little starlight."
