"Not this time, after your last defeat I can't take any chances, and besides you should be more worried about your own rank then Jaden's right now," said Crowler sneering at Chazz
"What, are you saying I might be demoted?" yelled Chazz as he left the office slamming the door behind him.

"How can Jaden and Syrus beat a professional tag team," said Faith
"Not just a professional tag team I've read about these guys they use to work for Pegasus as dueling mercenaries," said Alexis
"They aren't meant to, Crowler just wants to humiliate them before expelling them," said Chumley
"Chumley's right Crowler stacked this whole thing in his favor," Yako said as he pulled his arm back.

"Now Crowler don't you think this is bit extreme," said Shepherd from the sidelines.
"No of course, not Shepeard Jaden and Syrus broke a big-time rule, so they should face big-time opponents, besides they already came all this way it would be rude to have them leave now," said Crowler
"That doesn't matter you are paying for all there travel expenses," said Sheppard as Crowler fell hearing he was paying for them. "Well Jaden I'll leave it to you, do you want to face the Paradox brothers?" asked Sheppard

"Then it is my turn," said Para as he drew a card. "I'll begin with Zolga in attack mode and a card face down," Said Para as a monster with no limbs wearing a purple cloth and a metal mask appeared on the field ATK 1700 DEF 1200, and a card face down behind Zolga. "And with that, I end my turn."
"Then my move I draw," said Jaden, "and I'm gonna start strong with Polymerization to fuse Elemental Hero Avian with Burstintrix in my hand to summon Elemental Hero Flame Wingman in attack mode," said Jaden as the familiar winged dragon arm hero appeared on the field ATK 2100 DEF 1200. "My turn is done," said Jaden
"Then my move begin," said Dox as he drew a card, "First I play a monster in face-down defense mode," said Dox as a card appeared sideways on his field, "Then I activate the spell card Tribute Doll, brother do you mind?" asked Dox
"Of course not brother what is mine is yours," replied Para
"Thank you brother now I use Tribute Doll's effect to Sacrifice Zolga in order to summon Kazegin," a green sphere with arms appeared on the field ATK 2400 DEF 2200.
"And because Zolga was tributed to summon a monster we gain 2000 life points," said Para. Para and Dox's LP 8000-10000
"Now my turn is complete."
"Ah man, they haven't even attacked yet and we are already behind on life points, plus they got the stronger monster out on the field as well," said Syrus already starting to lose hope.
"Take it, easy man, the duel just stared we'll turn things around before you even know it," said Jaden smiling at Syrus. Jaden inward thought "Sy is right they got the monster and life point advantage these two are the real deal,"
"I hope you're right," said Syrus as he drew a card, "Alright It's my turn and time to deal some damage I activate Polymerization to fuse Steamroid with Gyroid in my hand to summon Steam Gyroid in attack mode." a strange helicopter train combination appeared on the field attack ATK 2200 DEF 1600, "Then I summon Submarineroid in attack mode as well," A yellow and blue submarine with a face and arms appeared on the field ATK 800 DEF 1800, "You may have gotten a strong monster on the field but you left your partner unprotected, so now Steam Gyroid attack Para directly," Steam Gyroid began charging at Para who had a shocked look on his face before it changed into a smile.

"I guess I'll use Submarienroids other effects which lets me switch him into defense mode," said Syrus, Submarineroid DEF 1800 ATK 800. "I end my turn," Syrus said sounding defeated.
"Cheer up Sy, you still helped our defenses, this duel only starting," said Jaden
"And yet it is almost over," said Para as he drew his card, "First I flip my brother's monster face up," said Para revealing a humanoid red monster with green shorts and eyes over its body, Big Eye ATK 1200 DEF 1000. "Now thanks to Big Eye my brother gets to look at the top five cards of his deck and rearrange them in any order he wants," said Para as Dox took the top five cards and put them back in a different order.
"Thank you, brother, and now the final piece is almost complete," said Dox
"You are most, welcome brother, and now that your monster has played its part can you spare it?" asked Para
"Of course that is why it is there Brother," said Dox
"Thank you, Brother, I now activate Tribute Doll and sacrifice Big Eye in order to summon Suijin," a blue monster with a face in between what looked like two legs ATK 2500 DEF 2400.
"Not another high-level monster," despaired Syrus
''Yes and with it, your defeat come near," said Para as he ended his turn
"And with that, it's my move," said Jaden drawing a card. "Alright they have two high-level monsters on the field, meanwhile we got my flame wingman and Syrus's roids and right now I don't have anything that can turn this duel around" thought Jaden, "I switch Flame wingman to defense mode and set one card face down, that's all," said Jaden as Flame wingman went down on one knee.
"How pitiful a defense," said Dox as he drew a card first I summon Kaiser Sea Horse in attack mode, then I activate the spell card know as Dark Designator which allows my brother to add a card from his Deck to his hand I just need to call its name, now brother why don't you bring Sanga of the Thunder to join the party," Dox called out as Para added the card to his hand.
"Thank you brother, here it is ready to tear them asunder," said Para
"And with a face down I end my turn," said Dox
IN THE STANDS
"Wait did he just forget to attack?" asked Faith
"No, they are being cautious they don't want to risk their setup before it is complete," said Sekia

"Ace monster, if they manage to get that out, does Jaden or Syrus have anything that can beat it?" asked Alexis
"I'm not sure if they manage to bring it out their chances of winning would go to 100 and 1," said Bastion and once again he received a hard glare from everyone but Seika.
"It's not like they had much of a chance, either way, this duel was just for show," said Sekia
"Don't count them out just yet, I'm sure Jaden has a plan," said Yako
"We all believe Jaden could find a way out but that's not the problem it's weather Syrus can follow through or not," said Bastion
Yako grasped his hands together knowing Bastion and Sekia were right, "Syrus will come through," said Alexis surprising everyone.

"Okay Jay I draw," said Syrus as he noticed he drew Armoroid, "If I summon this all spell and trap cards will be removed from the game I can't summon him now," "alright I switch Submarineroid back to attack mode and use his effect to attack you directly," Submarineroid dug underground then popped up behind Para and Dox's monster and launch a torpedo, Para and Dox LP 10000-9200

"Now Submarineroid effect activates and he switches back to defense mode, Submarineroid DEF 1800.

"Relax Sy, we have five monsters on the field so our life points are safe for now," said Jaden.

Crowler was smiling ear to ear as he saw Jaden and Syrus get pummeled by the Parabrothershers. "They are picking them apart turn by turn at this rate they'll be on the next boat out of here." thought Crowler poorly trying to hold in his laugh.
"Crowler aren't you enjoying the boy's punishment a bit too much?" asked Chancellor Sheppard
"No of course, not I'm just happy this punishment is almost over, I hate to see the boys suffer," Crowler faked tears as he tried to cover for himself.
"Maybe, but take a look at Jaden doesn't look like he has given up yet

"My turn," Said Syrus looking at the card he just drew, "Shield Crush?, this doesn't help us, but right now I need to take care of that Fairy Meteor Crush," thought Syrus. "Hey Jay do you mind saying goodbye to that face down of yours?" asked Syrus
Jayden looked confused for a second before smiling at Syrus, "Go ahead make your move pal."
"Thanks, Jay, I sacrifice My Gyroid and Steamroid to summon Armoroid in defense mode, a robotic machine jet monster appeared on the field DEF 2000 ATK 2700.
"Hah why even bother defending with our Fairy Meteor Crush there is no monster you can hide behind," laughed Para.
"Don't be so sure since Armoroid was summoned with a roid sacrifice all spells and traps are removed from play," said Syrus with a grin on his face
"What!" yelled Para and Dox as their spell and trap cards along with Jaden's were removed from the game.
"Now I end my turn," said Syrus
"Way to go Syrus I knew you had it in you," said Jaden

"Would you look at that the little man actually made a good move," said Seika as her interest was once again peaked

"I summon Defense Wall in defense mode," a brick wall with arms legs and a head appeared on the field, DEF 2100 ATK 0. "As long as Defense Wall is here our Gate Guardian is safe from attacks, "I end my turn," said Para
"You only prolong the inevitable," said Dox
"We'll see about that my turn I draw," said Jaden as he smiled, "I activate Pot Of Greed, so now I draw two more cards," Said Jaden as he drew two new cards. "Alright Syrus did it now it's time to get my game on," said Jaden. "I activate the spell card Fusion Recovery with it I add a fusion material and Polymerization from my graveyard back to my hand so come back Burstinatrix, I then activate Polymerization to Fuse Clayman and Bustinatrix to summon Rampart Blaster in Defense mode," as Jaden called the fusion monster's name Clayman and Burstinatrix were fused together and in their place was a feminine looking Clayman with a red shield and a blaster for an arm DEF 2500 ATK 2000.
"I suppose like your partner your monster has an annoying ability as well," said Dox
"Yep, even those she's in Defence mode she can attack you directly but only with half her attack," said Jaden
"Our life points," Para and Dox said together
"Yep but first I equip Rampart blaster with Fusion Weapon to Increase her attack by 1500, Rampart ATK 2000-3500, now she will attack you with half of those points," Rampart Blaster let loose a volley of missiles that went by Defense Wall and Gate Guardian and made contact with Para and Dox. Para and Dox LP 9200-7450. "And with a face down my turn is done," said Jaden
"Then it is mine, I draw," said Dox. "I attack Rampart Blaster with Gate Guardian,"
"Not if I activate Hero Barrier, Which negates your attack, Said Jaden as Gate Guardian fist was pulled back."
"I end my turn, you will fall it is only a matter of time," said Dox.
"I draw," said Syrus, "I summon Truckroid in defense mode then end my turn, I'm sorry Jaden I couldn't do anything else," said Syrus as the truck monster appeared on the field DEF 2000 ATK 1000
"No problem Sy, thanks to you our life points are safe," said Jaden as Syrus smiled back
"Hah but how long can you and your monsters protect your life points," said Para as he drew a card and set it face down.
"You have no way to beat our Guardian, why not just admit defeat," said Dox as Para ended his turn
"That's where you're wrong cause I know Sy is gonna take that monster down hard," Said Jaden Smiling as he drew a card
"What do you mean?" asked Syrus as he looked worried and confused why Jaden would have so much faith in him.
"I know you can do it Sy just trust your deck and it will give you the answer," said Jaden
"I'll try," said Syrus with a weak smile
"Great but first I summon Sparkman in defense mode and equip him with Spark Blaster then Rampart Blaster will take a chunk of your life points," said Jaden as the blue and golden hero appeared on the field equipped with a laser gun, then Rampart Blaster once again attacked the Paradox Brothers. Para and Dox LP 7450-5700.
The crowd cheered for Jaden and Syrus as they took the lead in life points.
IN THE STAND
"They actually made a comeback," said Seika surprised
"I knew they would," cheered Faith
"Now we see if they can keep it," said Bastion also surprised
"Way to be optimistic Bastion," said Alexis
"It's small but they have a lead but this duel isn't over yet," said Yako finally breaking his silence
"Do you think he can pull it off?" asked Seika
"I think they can, but we'll see."

"Come on beat these slackers and get it over with already," Chazz nearly yelled in rage kicking the seat in front of him again.

Jaden has ended his turn, and Dox drew a card. "it's time for that Rampart Blaster to disappear I activate the spell card Dark Core so now by discarding one card your Rampart Blaster is removed from the game." said Dox as the monster was sucked into a black vortex. "Now I attack Sparkman with Gate Guardian, I'm not sure what that Spark Blaster of your's does but we won't be finding out today," said Dox as Sparkman and his blaster were destroyed by Gate Guardian he then ended his turn.
"My, move I draw, I pay a card face down and end my turn," said Syrus
"My turn then said Para I draw and equip Gate Guardian with the spell card Twin Swords of Flashing Light - Tryce now by lowering Gate Guardian's attack points by 500 he can attack twice in one battle phase," Gate Guardian ATK 3750-3250
"I don't think so I activate Mystical Space Typhoon so now your spell card is destroyed," said Syrus
"Not this time boy, I activate Curse of Anubis now your spell card is negated and your Armoroid is destroyed and you take damage equal to its attack points," said Para smiling as Syrus's Typhoon petered out and Armorroid was destroyed, Jaden and Syrus LP 6050-3350.
"I'm sorry Jaden thanks to me we lost half our life points and another monster,"
"Don't worry Sy I still know you are gonna be the one to turn this duel around," said Jaden as he drew a card while Para and Dox laugh.

"Right you are my brother, now Gate Guardian destroy their last line of defense," said Dox as Gate Guardian destroyed Truckroid.

"Hah even if that card could beat our Gate Guardian have you've forgotten about our Defense wall," said Para
"Nope that's why Drillroid is in attack mode so I can attack your defense wall and destroy it," replied Syrus
"Fool our wall has more defense points," said Dox
"Maybe but Drillroid automatically destroys any defense position monster and we take no damage."
"But that means," said Para
"Your Defense wall is getting a one way trip to the graveyard," said Syrus as Drillroid attacked and destroyed their wall with Jaden and Syrus not taking any damage for it."
"It doesn't matter our Gate Guardian will destroy you on my brothers next turn," said Para.
"Nope because I'm destroying it this turn, with my block attack spell card, now Gate Guardian is switched to defense mode," Para and Dox were going to question Syrus's play but he kept talking, "Now I activate Shield Crush which destroys any defense position monster like your Gate Guardian," said Syrus as a green energy beam shot at Gate Guardian destroying it.
The entire stadium was silent as Syrus successfully done what most people in the crowd considered to be impossible. Jaden then gave Syrus a thumbs up, "Way to go Syrus that's how you do it!"
BACK IN THE STANDS
"I don't believe he pulled it off," said Seika
"He did and now they are back in this duel and on the way to a win," Said Faith being
"Totally licious play," said Chumley
"I guess we didn't need to worry so much about Syrus after all," said Yako as he visibly relaxed
WITH CHAZZ
"How the hell did that low rate wannabe duelist pull that off"
WITH CROWLER
Crowler was currently bitting his handkerchief at how the Paradox brothers were somehow losing to Syrus.
BACK WITH DUEL
"If all the praise in done, we would like to thank you," started Para
"Becuase when Gate Guardian falls an even stronger monster takes his place," said Dox
"for what doesn't destroy you only makes you stronger, now I activate Dark Element," said Para
"What does that do?" asked Syrus
"It allows us to summon Dark Guardian from our deck when Gate Guardian is destroyed by paying half our life points," said Para as their life points decreased, Para and Dox LP 5700-2850. Then a giant half spider half man monster with a giant ax appeared on the field. ATK 3800 DEF 3800.
The crowd once again fell silent as the Paradox brothers came out with an even stronger monster, Chazz and Crowler both relaxed thinking the Paradox brothers couldn't lose now. "I end my turn," said Syrus
"and with that comes the end of the duel comes closer Dark Guardian attack Drillroid with Ax Slash Bash," Dark Guardian threw his ax destroying Drillroid, Jaden and Syrus LP 3350-1150. "And with I end my turn," said Para
Jaden stared at his deck knowing he needed to make a big play this turn or else this duel was over. "Well boy will you continue this duel?" asked Para and Dox.
"No way, I'll see this to the end I draw," said Jaden.
"The Slifer forges ahead," stared Para
"While the smart duelist would have fled,"
"Well this duelist is gonna summon Elemental Hero Bubbleman and since he's on his own on my field I get to draw two cards," said Jaden as he picked up another two cards, "Sweet just what I needed," said Jaden
"What? there is no card in your deck that can compete with Dark Guardian," said Para
"Just watch cause I'm playing Miracle Fusion which allows me to fusion summon using monsters on my field or graveyard so I use Bubbleman Sparkman and Avian to summon Elemental Hero Tempest," Tempest appeared on the field a hybrid mechanical birdman with green hair ATK 2800 DEF 2800.
"Ha what a fool your monster is far too weak to beat our Dark Guardian," laughed Para and Dox
"Wait a minute please, because now I activate the field spell Skyscraper so now when an Elemental Hero attacks a monster with higher attack points, it gains 1000 attack points so Tempest let Dark Guardian have it with, Chaos Tempester." Tempest charge up his hand cannon as Skyscraper took affect raising his attack points ATK 2800-3800 Tempest then fired the blast of energy at Dark Guardian causing an explosion. "And if Tempest would be destroyed by battle I can tribute a cad to save him," said Jaden as one of his two face-down cards were sent to the graveyard.
"No matter our Dark Guardian can't be destroyed by battle," said Para as the dust cleared both monsters were still on the field and Tempest attack returned to normal Tempest ATK 3800-2800.
"Man guess I wasn't able to destroy it, after all, I end my turn now," said Jaden
"Now it is my turn," Said Dox as he draws a card "With Dark Guardian on the field our victory is already assured so I'll place a card face down and end my turn." "With double attack face down on Para's next turn, we will make Dark Guardian attack twice and finish this duel," Thought Dox
"Jaden how do we beat that behemoth," said Syrus.
"Don't quit now we took one Guardian down we can take another one down two," said Jaden
"But how?" asked Syrus as he drew his card.
"trust your deck Sy it will give you the answer," replied Jaden
"Okay Jay, well the first thing I will do is activate Card of Sanctity so now everyone draws until they have six cards in hand," Syrus, Jaden, Para, and Dox all draw until their hands are fully replenished.
"Thank you for filling our hands not that we need them when we have Dark Guardian, and on my turn, Dark Guardian will finish you," said Para
"That isn't gonna happen because I got the cards I need to end this duel," said Syrus
"What could you possibly have?" asked Dox
AT THE SAME TIME IN THE STANDS
Yako got up from his seat and began to move, "Where are you going?" asked Faith
"I think this is the last turn of the duel so regardless of how it ends I want to get down there so I can meet them when it ends," replied Yako
"Good Idea we should all go," said Faith as she began to get up
"No stay I could be wrong and in that case, you all should stay here to cheer them on besides I can just bring them back here after the duel ends," said Yako as Faith sat back down
"Well I'll go with you," said Seika
"Seika can you please stay here with everyone else," Yako flashed her a smile asking her nicely
Seika with a small blush on her face sat back down as well, "Fine go run to your boyfriend but afterward I want to talk to you," said Seika as Chumey and Faith both held in a laugh as they remembered the conversation the group had at the beach a couple weeks earlier while Bastion and Alexis tried to ignore the conversation.
"Hmm guess I could do worse," said Yako as he walked off alone thinking he made a harmless joke. As Yako left the arena he was in a hallway he knew the right path would lead him to the stairs where he could get to the lower level where Jaden and Syrus was, but Yako began running down the left path thinking, "I don't have much time so I'll need to be quick," Yako soon arrived at the library/computer lab and walked in seeing the place almost empty except for a few others Yako walked all the way back finding the computer they hid him from as many peoples view as possible as he logged in the quickly logged into his account with Industrial Illusions. "Since Kaiba Corb and Industrial Illusion are partnered I will be able to access the Kaiba Corp database specifically there duel disk GPS system then all I need to do is typer in Atticus Rhodes then his duel disk location log will come up," Yako then plugged in a USB and began to copy the data since he couldn't use the satellite he'll need to load all the data on Atticus Rhodes duel disk. Yako sat back and allowed technology to run its course.
As Yako is waiting for the data to finish someone comes up behind him and asks, "What are you doing?"
"Yako recognizes the voice immediately as he begins choking on nothing and barely able to produce words.
"what's the problem got something stuck in your throat?"
Yako still gasping for air as normal functions start to return he chokes out, "Zack"
"Oh so the monster can talk," Zach then grabs Yako by his shirt and pulls him up and against the closest wall, now listen hear freak I don't know what you think you're doing but I won't let something like you do as it pleases,"
Yako still weak and low on oxygen but now able to form actual words, "You tried to kill me,"
"yeah a great mistake, next time I will kill you and anyone else you have poison to believe you aren't the danergous freak I know you are,"
Yako still choking his words out manages to get out in between gasps, "leave my friends alone,"
Zach starts moving his hand up to Yako necks griping onto it sending Yako into a freak attack where he begins kicking and clawing at Zach's hands trying to break free from his grip even though it wasn't hurting him physically. "Please monsters like you don't have friends just your next victim, Zach lets Yako goes as yako falls to his knees, Zach was about to walk off but before he left he gave Yako a swift kick to the stomach. Yako clutched his stomach in pain.
"The world will be better off without things like you, so don't start thinking you're human you're a monster that I plan to take care of so you can't hurt any other people and if I have to I'll kill those so call friends of your if they get in my way," Zach finally leaves letting Yako pick himself back up he then went back to the, computer and grabbed the data then logged off knowing he'll need to go over the data later as he began to walk back.
Thinking, "maybe he's right I've only ever known what it is like to be treated like the monster I am, I don't deserve those friends."
Just then Crystal chimed in, "don't think that way my Sire that another boy has only hatred and anger in his soul."
"That doesn't mean he's wrong or it is misdirected," said Yako as he walked back to the stadium feeling his definitely bruised mid-section.
BACK AT THE DUEL
Syrus took a deep breath as he looked in his hand and saw the card Power Bond and thought to himself, "Am I really good enough to use this card?" Syrus then remembered the advice his brother gave him how he has to learn the difference between using a card and knowing when to play a card. "I'm going to prove to everyone that I belong here with the card Power Bond." said Syrus as the fusion card appeared on the field, "So now I fuse Jaden's Tempest with my UFO Roid in my hand to summon, UFO Roid Fighter," A strong flash of light casted over the field and once it died down there stood UFO Roid Fighter who was just Tempest now riding UFO Roid ATK ?.
"What is it attack points?" asked Para
"UFO Roid Fighter attack is the combine attack points of the monster used to summon it," said Syrus UFO Roid ATK ?-4000
"ha with only 4000 we will only take 200 points of damage," laughed Dox
"not quite because when I use Power Bond to fusion summon that fusion monster attack is doubled," said Syrus
"Wait but that would mean," started Para and Dox
"That UFO Roid Fighter attack is 8000," said Syrus
"Oh no that means," started Para
"You lose now UFO Roid Fighter attack with Cosmic Flux Blast!" Jaden and Syrus yelled together as UFO Roid Fighter fired a large blast of blue and green energy reducing Para and Dox's life points to zero, Para and Dox LP 2850-0. The paradox then fell to their knees after losing the duel shocked they were bested. The stadium cheered with their friends cheered the loudest again Except Seika who just smiled and applauded normally. Syrus and Jaden were both celebrating hugging and dancing with each other on the stage.
IN THE STANDS
Chazz had stormed out by himself mumbling angrily under his breath that the Paradox brothers were pathetic losing to Silfer sackers like that.
At the other side of the field Alexis too a deep breath, "Looks like Jaden and Syrus get to stay after all,"
"I must say they impressed me, good show idea," said Bastion while Faith and Chumley were cheering and happy their roommates weren't leaving
As Crowler was in shock screaming, "How could they win against the Paradox brothers,"
BACK AT THE ARENA
Professor Banner then came over, "Well it must be because of all your excellent teaching, oh wait they are in my dorm," Pharoh the cat then licked Crowler's face sending Crowler into a fury demanding to see Pharoh's papers.
Syrus ignored the conversation still in disbelief that they pulled it off as he looked around and saw up in the rafters his brother, and thought to himself, "I hope was I able to impress you today Zane," Zane returned the look with a small smile before walking off as Syrus had a huge smile as Chancellor Sheppard walked onto the stage.
"Congratulations boys you were successful against all odd and I am happy to say that your expulsion is officially revoked you are here to stay, but no more going near the abandoned dorm," said Sheppard
Jaden and Syrus both turned to Chancellor Sheppard ad said in unison, "Yes Sir" as the Paradox brothers were getting up Jaden turned to them and said, "That was a sweet duel I hope one day we can duel again," The Paradox brothers smiled and nodded before leaving the arena.
Jaden and Syrus then left the arena to find Yako standing in the hallway waiting, "Congrats you two,"
"Hey Yako have you've been there the whole duel?" asked Syrus
"No I left the stands and everyone else right before you played Powerbond, I told them to wait there so you wouldn't think we left you," Yako replied smiling
"Sweet so let's go meet up with everyone else," said Jaden as the three began walking back to their other friends. Once Jaden and Syrus were there they were both hugged by Chumley and Faith while Alexis apologized again but congratulated them on a duel weel fought as did Bastion and even Seika complimented them.
"You're Seika, right? The woman from the beach" Jaden stated
"Yep that was me," Seika responded
"Well, thanks for cheering us on,"
"It was a good duel so no thanks required besides I was mainly here to spend time with Yako anyway"
"Speaking of which you said you wanted to talk to me what was it about?" asked Yako
"I wanted to talk about your relationship with Jaden and why you two seem to run off together without telling anyone where you are going, like at the beach." Alexis and Bastion looked at Jaden and Yako unsure of what to say and surprised at how blunt Seika was being.
"My relationship with Jaden?" Yako asked not sure why she phrased it like that "Me and Jaden have been friends for a long time,"
"So you two are just friends?" Seika asked staring right at Yako
"Ohh I get it you think me and Yako are a couple," Jaden blurted out causing everyone but himself, Yako and Seika to faint
"Well, are you? you two seem much closer than just friends always by each other side Yako even wanted to leave the duel early so he could get to the arena by the end of it,"
Yako sighed, "No we aren't a thing the truth is Jaden and I were never popular with other kids they just didn't like us for some reason so we grew up with me being Jaden's only friend and Jaden y only friend at least until we came here," said Yako
"That's right it was just the two of us for the longest time so we yeah we may act a bit strange cause we're new to having more than one friend," said Jaden
Seika looked sad but also relieved, "I'm sorry I didn't mean to bring up bad memories,"
"it's fine you and Jaden are right we do act strange and tend you leave you all in the dark," Yako and Jaden both apologized as Alexis and Bastion also apologized for jumping to conclusions then they all decided it was time to part as they began walking back to their dorms.
LATER AT THE SLIFER DORM
The whole gang was is Jaden's Syrus's and Chumley's room celebrating, "You had me worried there for a minute Syrus, but I knew you'd find a way in the end," said Faith.
"Thanks, but I won't lie if it wasn't for Jay constant support I would have surrendered on the third turn," replied Syrus
"You just gotta keep working on your confidence, and you'll get even better," said Jaden causing Syrus to be embarrassed by the praise. They all celebrated for a few hours talking and laughing until Faith started to fall asleep.
"Guess we should get to sleep it has been a long day," said Yako as he covered his mouth while yawning
"Well goodnight," said the three boys as Yako and Faith went back to their room. Once in bed Faith said goodnight to Yako who returned the saying as he fell asleep on his side his stomach still sore from when Zach kicked him and in his Jacket pocket that now hung by his chair was the USB stick that held the data he copied from Kaiba Corp. "I'll need to redownload the data then organize it so I can find out Atticus's duel disk last known location and hopefully find him as well."

Well, here it finally is chapter 10 after over a year. So first off sorry I truly never want a chapter to take this long ever again and the reason for this chapter taking so long is due to the fact that it was just a pain to write I believe this is the fifth time I rewrote this chapter because it didn't feel right or just didn't read well or because the save file I have of it was deleted for no reason.
Regardless I'm back and I have no idea of any sort of publish time I enjoy writing but don't always have the time to write so bear with me on that, but I don't plan to quit on this story.
