Woahhh guys- happy Holidays! Hope it was nice for you all. Thankyou to the increase of favs and followers :'D I'm very happy.

But alas- this chapter won't be that exciting. Or full of Loki flashbacks. :c sorry.

There was no doubt that Loki had done evil to earth. Thor wasn't that thick to deny such a thing. But now- for his little brother, punishment was unfair and unjust. You would think the humans would atleast see the side Loki was on now, right? The poor child was scared to even step outside- or even ask for another glass of milk! And now… and now he was called to court.

What had come over Jane to break the news to the world? This nation? SHEILD! You would think his love would understand… would sympathize. But now… now…

It was done.

Loki was expected to go in-front of thousands of nations to speak for himself. To speak on an event he could not remember. Thor couldn't have this. He wouldn't have it!

Neither would Steve, Natasha, or Tony.

.

"Thor?" a shaky voice echoed the hallways in Steve's dark apartment. "Th-Thor?"

Loki was being held in the Thunder God's tender arms, a blanket over most of his body and even face. They were bouncing from how quick Thor was moving. "Thor?" He asked once more, choosing not to look the ways they were going. But he knew Natasha was in front and leading, while Steve was in the back, making sure nothing happened. But what was going to happen? Where were they going? "Thor." He whimpered, clenching fists into the big man's clothes.

"Loki, it is alright. We're only taking you to a new home." Far, Far away.

"Why." The little boy insisted, but got no answer. Thor only held on tighter when they got outside into a chilly atmosphere, a black van waiting for them. Natasha opened it to drive, while Steve scooted in the back with Thor and Loki. What was happening!

He was still seated in Thors lap, curled up and hiding. Natasha stepped on the gas and sped off into the clear night streets, everyone not saying or doing anything. But Loki couldn't have it this way. He may be a scared kid but he wasn't stupid. "What's happening." He whimpered, threatening to cry.

Thor spoke again. "We're taking you to a new home, Loki. Some place where you'll be comfortable. Friend Stark will be there."

"Why can't I stay with Steve in his home?" His voice was getting quieter.

"Because we thought you'd like a bigger home. You haven't seen Starks mansions, but they have lots of food, books, and Tv's. You'd get a bigger bed too." Natasha said, but cold eyes never wavering from the road. Steve kept quiet about it all.

"A bigger bed?" Loki asked, peeking out of his blanket. The Car was just as black as the outside. He also couldn't see out of the back windows- only the front. "Yes." Natasha replied.

This all… sounded nice. It sounded very nice. But he knew this couldn't be the reason entirely. It just couldn't. Loki sniffed, settling back into the comfort of his brother and closing his eyes.

.

Everyone was on the verge of having a breakdown.

Natasha felt her eyes burn with the itch to cry, to just scream and curse at SHEILD and these stupid people who were now hunting Loki down.

Steve wanted to break necks for the first time in a long time.

Thor wished to create such a storm in the sky that the streets of New York would flood and Fury would wash away somewhere. He also wished to yell at Jane for what she had caused. Then he wished to fly to his father and then yell at him- maybe mother too.

Loki was still a mystery. He was a child once more- no memories, and had befallen a nightmare on earth. But why was he on earth? Why was he a child again? Had father created this?

.

Loki was sound asleep when arriving to their new hidden home. The car drove to an eerie mountain pass near the state called Maine, up a gravel road, and to a field of grass and moss, where Tony stood. Natasha helped carry Loki out while Thor looked around. What a spooky place.

"Glad you all could make it." Tony said, amber sunglasses with a silver suit. Perhaps he wore these things to hide his emotion.

"Are you sure this place is full proof?"

"Not even Pepper or Happy know about it. The government can't even trace it." Tony said to Steve, starting to walk into the foggy field. Thor tilted his head, looking towards Natasha. The woman only shrugged.

"All he said was it was safe for Loki."

They walked about a mile until Tony suddenly stopped, going down to the soft grass and feeling through until he pulled up a patch, revealing a doorknob. He took a huff, and with the help of Steve, opened what looked like a bomb shelter door. Dirt and grass were pulled up by the size of metal.

"I take it you never use this place?" Natasha asked, looking down to where a hole now formed. It was dimly lit by a lantern with dusty stairs going down for what seemed like forever.

"Never. But Dad always talked about it. How one day, the Russians would nuke the shit out of us." Tony shrugged. "Now I have a use for it. Jarvis is already set up down there- and to be honest, it's pretty damn comfortable for a bomb shelter."

"Are you sure this place will last?" Steve asked again, showing he might be the most nervous one of them all. Tony nodded, taking of his glasses to reveal very, very serious brown eyes.

"Cap. Nothing will happen down here. They'd never find him or us, to be honest."

.

It was a deep walk down the stairs with only a goddamn Lamp.

Loki had also woken up, trying to fuse together with Natasha as they walked down. "Th-this doesn't seem nice…" He said meekly, meaning no harm to Tony. But- it didn't seem nice.

"Well that's because we're not down there yet, kid." Tony said, looking back. Loki shrunk behind his blanket. Geez- they weren't kidding when they said the kid was like a kicked puppy. Maybe Tony should've visited him more often at Steve's.

"Don't worry." Tony began, feeling bad for scaring the wee god. "Once we get down there, a feast of pastries and soup await us! Well- not really. But I can make that happen ina' flash. This place is old but it's quite fancy." He pretended to swivel his invisible mustache.

Loki peeked up again.

"You like books right? Well, there actually is a mini library down here. Granted the books aren't up to date- no Hunger Games or Twilight. But we got the whole Harry Potter series." He chuckled, looking to his new green-eyed friend. "How does that sound?"

"H-Harry Potter?"

"Yeah. You know. The teenage hero of magic!"

"I've never heard of such a boy. Is this a true story?" Thor asked. Natasha couldn't help but smile and roll her eyes. Loki looked to Thor then to Tony.

"Hmm- No. Sorry. It's fiction."

.

The group finally arrived downstairs, and needless to say, they were impressed.

The shelter was completely underground- perhaps a whole mile or two, which made for a humid and warm atmosphere. Tony insisted they could change that.

Steve and Natasha disappeared into a private room, talking about what they should do next. They got a safe place for Loki and Thor—but now what?

Loki was let down by the Widow so he could stretch his feet. The ground was thankfully covered by a very soft rug, and the rooms were lit by bright candles and lights. A grand leather couch and TV were the greetings, and Loki took to that couch like lightning. The kid could make himself at home.

"You like?" Tony asked, coming with a glass of scotch in his hand and sitting right next to him. Of course Stark would also have an alcohol collection down here.

Loki looked up, puppy eyes and all. He simply nodded, looking down to the rug.

"You want that Potter series?"

Loki looked up again, but this time, alittle less sad and sick looking.

"I take that as a yes."
