Chapter 10: The Waterflower Battle

Me, Dark, Misty and another guest all prepare for the next chapter of the series inside the main studio room. Though, things seemed a bit tense around us all. Well, to me anyway...

Me: Well... this is gonna be a fun chapter to go through.

Dark: Why do you say that?

Me: Well, looking back to the previous chapter, this battle WILL be tense I can say... considering the little outbreak one of my OC characters just had.

Misty: Oh come on, everyone knows that I'll win.

?: Not unless I beat you!

Misty: I was just kiddin' Cealy! Take it easy a little.

Cealy: I AM taking it easy!

Dark: Okay Cealy...just calm down a little-

Cealy: I AM calmed down!

Me: *Sweatdrop* Well, moving away from this odd drama... I hope you all enjoy this next part of the chapter. Hopefully you all have a wonderful day/night and please continue to give us reviews, favs or follows. And also, I would like to give thanks to those who have reviewed this so far. We really appreciate your thoughts. Now to end this... Disclaimer! Take it home!

Disclaimer: KW does not own Pokemon, but if he did, he would perhaps change a majority of the recent seasons so far. However, he does own his OC characters.

Following the events that took place so far, Kidan, Cealy and Sora have all reached Cerulean City where they all attend to get their second badge. But before they could go to the gym, Cealy and Sora had to make some stops before battling the Gym Leader of Cerulean City. Splitting off from Cealy and Sora to do their own business, Kidan decided to visit the gym by himself to know who the gym leader is. By entering the gym, Kidan and his Pokemon friend, Slice, both watched as the "Sensational Sisters" performed an underwater ballet. Confused about if it was a gym or not, the Sensation SIsters, Daisy, Violet and Lily announced to him that they were all the gym leaders. However, after learning that others from Pallet Town have beaten them countless times, they had no Pokemon to battle.

Before receiving the Cascade Badge from Daisy, the oldest sister of the three, Cealy and her cousin that she was to meet up, Misty Waterflower, the fourth and youngest sister of the Sensational Sisters, arrive to stop them from giving him the badge. Though, after reintroducing each other, Cealy began to get angry after her cousin began to flirt with her childhood crush. Deciding to battle her first, Misty and Cealy face off as Misty chooses to use her Staryu for the opening round. Can Cealy beat her cousin in the gym battle, or will she accept a brutal defeat at the hands of the Cerulean Waterflower Gym Leader and lose her pride?

Misty and Cealy continue their stare down for a moment or so as Kidan, Slice, Daisy, Violet and Lily all watch from the top of the balconies in anticipation to see what Cealy will choose to start off the first round.

'I better start out strong and fast,' Cealy thought to herself as she reached for a Pokeball from her belt. "Alright, let's go Spree!"

Tossing her Pokeball into the air, the Pokeballs opens up and produces a light purple colored Moth-like Pokemon, Venomoth or Spree. Spree hovers over the small platform that is floating on the surface of the pool as she stares at the opponent's Pokemon, Staryu.

"So a Venomoth, huh? Interesting. I didn't imagine you would raise a Bug-type Pokemon," Misty called to her lightly intrigued.

"I'm just full of suprises cous'. And Spree isn't just any ordinary bug, it's one of my strongest Pokemon on my team. So you better watch your back!" Cealy shouted back to her with determination.

"So Cealy chose Spree, huh? A good choice for this round, considering the moves Spree consists," Kidan observed with intrigueness. This was his first time seeing Cealy use Spree in a real battle ever since he captured it for her.

"A Bug-type against a Water-type? This should, like, be something," Daisy said to them.

"Alright, let's start things off with Rapid Spin Staryu!" Misty commanded.

Jumping into the air, Staryu begins to spin extremely fast like a spinning disc and flies up towards Spree quickly.

"Don't let it hit you Spree! Use Gust to blow it away!" Cealy ordered quickly.

Without hesitation, Spree starts to flap it bug-like wings fast and hard, forming a large gust of wind from her wings, sending them towards Staryu who was still spinning towards Spree. Catching Staryu off guard, Staryu was send flying backwards, right into the pool water.

"Don't think it's over yet cous'! You're in our territory now! Staryu, use Water Gun attack!" Misty called out to her Pokemon.

Spree, who was trying to find Staryu from the surface of the pool, was totally left off guard from the back that she didn't realize that Staryu floated to the top of the surface quietly and shot a blast full of water at her back, causing her to cry out in pain.

'Ow! That stung, considering that was a Water-type move!' She exclaimed through the stings.

"Spree, you okay?" Cealy asked with concern.

'Yeah, for the moment,' Spree replied with the sting still affecting her.

"Wow, I didn't expect Misty to use a combination move like that," Kidan said in a bit of awe.

"Misty is, like, the best Water-type Pokemon trainer in Kanto. She knows her way around this kind of stuff," Lily replied to him.

"Like, it seems our littl' sister is actually blooming too," Violet examined.

Kidan gave her a confused look. 'Blooming? What?' he thought to himself. "What do you mean 'blooming'?"

"You'll, like, know later," Violet waved her hand at him, motioning him not to worry and continue watching the battle.

Not wanting to know and just change the odd topic, he turned his attention back over to Cealy. 'Be careful Ceal. She doesn't seem like any other ordinary gym leader...' he thought with concern.

He knew too well that Cealy was a type of beater and can sometimes go overboard with strategies. What mostly concerned him was how she was acting, and that gave him a concerned feeling. If she was going to keep this act up like this, she would definitely lose this battle.

"Hang in there Spree! Fight back with Stun Spore!" Cealy commanded.

Reacting on instinct, Spree flew a bit higher from the pool and began flapping it's wings a bit producing dark yellow pollon spore from them, falling on top of the pool.

"Quick, dive underwater Staryu!" Misty quickly ordered.

Before the spore could hit Staryu, it quickly dived down into the watery pool depths out of view point from everyone. Spree hovered back over the pool and waited for Staryu to rise back up.

"Now use Rapid Spin!" she called out to Staryu.

Spree, who was hovering over the pool, checked her back to see if it would come and attack her from the exactly spot. However, what Spree or Cealy didn't know was that Stayru was coming from the front as it flew out of the water and towards Spree.

"Spree, get out of the way!" Cealy shouted in concern.

Unfortunately, before Spree could see what was going on, Staryu was already close behind her as she landed a direct hit on Spree's back repeatedly from the Rapid Spin attack, causing Spree to be flung over to the platform.

"Spree!" Cealy called out.

Struggling to get up, Spree tried to lift herself up by flapping her moth-liek wings, but failed as she collapsed onto the platform unconscious.

"Spree is unable to battle! Round one goes to Miss Misty and Staryu!" The female referee announced.

"I can't believe Spree lost to Staryu." Kidan sadly said, hoping that Cealy would have won the first round of the match.

"It was, like, totally a close call." Daisy told him. "But Staryu is, like, a tough one to beat due to the training it had from our little sister."

"You did great Spree. Come back and take a good rest." Cealy said with a gentle smile to her fallen Pokemon returning her back to her Pokeball.

Putting her Pokeball back onto her belt, she starts to think who to use next. The other three Pokemon she had left were Bulb, Grace and Magic. Bulb seemed like the perfect choice to use, as well as Grace. But Magic was still too weak to fight against a Pokemon like Staryu and whoever Misty had last. She continued to think when she heard Misty's voice calling out to her.

"You'll have to do better than that if your gonna beat me Cealy!" Misty yelled out to her cousin.

Cealy narrowed her eyes at her with a glare, but knew that she was right. She needed to win this match for sure. Not just for the badge, but for her own personal reasons, in which she lightly blushed from just thinking it.

After some thought, she pulls out her last Pokeball for the match. "Do me proud..." she whispered to her Pokeball. "Come on out...Bulb!"

Tossing her Pokeball into the air, the Pokeball releases a blue colored Seed-like Pokemon with a green bulb on it's back. That Pokemon was Cealy's loyal Pokemon starter, Bulbasaur, or Bulb. He lands on the floating platform that Spree was hovering over earlier in the match.

"Bulba!" Bulb called out getting into a fighting stance. He glared at the opponent's Staryu that was just floating in the water glaring back.

"Smart choice," Kydan said, "Bulb's a grass and poison type Pokemon. And since Staryu is a Water-type, Cealy's got the upper advantage."

'Go get 'em Bulb! Send that starfish right out of the water!' Slice yelled in determination

"Let the battle resume!" The referee announced once again.

"Okay, Bulb! Use Razor Leaf!" Cealy ordered her starter Pokemon.

Taking his stance, Bulb crouches down a bit as a few dozen leaves launched out from the sides of it's bulb, flying directly at Staryu.

"Staryu, dodge and then dive into the water!" Misty commanded.

Staryu, who was quick to act, jumps off the platform as it dodged the incoming attacks as it started to dive into the pool. However, Cealy, who was aware of her cousin's tactics, smirks to herself. 'Gotcha!'

"Bad move! Bulb, use Vine Whip and grab Staryu!" Cealy ordered.

Extending his vines, they quickly wrap around Staryu before it could even touch the water's surface, holding it in mid-air.

"Oh no! Staryu!" Misty cried out.

"Great job Bulb! Now send Staryu packing by flinging it down to the ground!" Cealy shouted.

Nodding, Bulb picks Staryu up further into the air as he pulls the vines and Staryu back and flings it directly down onto the platforms. With a loud smack, Staryu was seen laying on the floating platform, fainted, with it's red gem blinking in response.

"Staryu is unable to battle! Second round goes to Bulb and Cealy!" The referee announced.

"Way to go Bulb!" Cealy cheered excitedly.

'Piece of cake!' Bulb grinned.

"Alright, she beat Staryu!" Kidan exclaimed with a pumped fist in the air.

'Way to go you guys!' Slice cheered.

"Aww, too bad for Staryu," Lily said sadly.

"And like, she was doing so good too," Violet smiled sadly.

"Yeah, but, like, she's still got her best Pokemon to use now," Daisy assured her sisters.

"What's her best Pokemon?" Kidan asked curiously. He knew that Staryu was tough, but he wasn't really expecting another Pokemon that was tougher than that. If Misty's sisters were so confident about her next Pokemon, then it must be very powerful.

"You'll see soon enough," Daisy simply informed him.

Misty calls back her Pokemon as she thanks it for doing it's best. When she heard Kidan cheering for Cealy from the stands, she gave off a small smirk. 'Well Ceal, looks like you got yourself a cute fan cheering for ya'. No wonder you like him so much,' she thought to herself, holding back a small giggle of fascination.

Looking back over to Cealy and Bulb, she takes a moment to think about who she wanted to use next. Since Bulb was a Grass and Poison-type Pokemon, water attacks were useless against it. However, that didn't mean she had a Pokemon in her arsenal that couldn't bring it down still.

'And I have just the Pokemon!' She thought to herself confidently. Reaching for her next and last Pokemon, she expands the Pokeball to a regular size and tosses it into the air. "Misty calls Starmie to the field!"

As the Pokeball is sent to the air, the light emerges from the ball as it produces a purple-starfish Pokemon, landing on the pool platform. It was very similar to Misty's Staryu, but with some difference. It was a bit bigger than Staryu and it was a double layered starfish-like Pokemon. That Pokemon was none other than Starmie.

"A Starmie?" Kidan thought out loud as he reaches into his jacket pocket for his PokeDex, pointing it directly at the purple-starfish Pokemon.

"...Huh, so Starmie is the mysterious Pokemon. It's central core glows with the seven of colors of a rainbow, and some even consider the core the value of a gem. It also sends mysterious radio signals into the night sky with it's red core," Kidan read out loud as he examined it's description.

"And you're gonna, like, know why Starmie is powerful too," Violet pointed out to him.

"Starmie is, like, Misty's strongest Pokemon her team so far," Lily finished.

Now a bit nervous, he returns his attention back to the battle, he couldn't help but feel worried. 'If that's true, then Cealy is gonna have a field day with Starmie. Come on Ceal, don't let Misty beat you.'

'Do you think Cealy will win this battle, Kidan?' Slice asked who was also worried like his trainer.

"...I don't know, Slice," he replied to him, "I don't know."

"Let the last match of this battle begin!" The referee announced to the trainers.

"Okay Bulb, use Razor Leaf!" Cealy ordered her Pokemon.

Once again, Bulb crouches down a bit as another few dozen leaves launched out from the sides of it's bulb, flying directly at Starmie. However, Starmie easily dodges the attack by side stepping, much to both Bulb and Cealy's shock.

"What?!" Cealy exclaimed in disbelief.

'That starfish dodged my attack?!' Bulb exclaimed as well in shock.

"Whoa! How did Starmie dodge that so easily?!" Kidan asked, not able to hold back a suprise and awe expression.

"Like, that's Misty's Starmie for ya'," Daisy replied to him simply.

"We, like, told you that she was tough, and we weren't kidding either," Lily continued.

Kidan couldn't help but look at Misty and her Starmie at awe. He was certain that Starmie would have taken the hit due to it being a slow-type Pokemon, considering it's growth. But just watching Starmie easily dodging Bulb's Razor Leaf with no effort, was making him think that Misty was possibly alot tougher than any other gym leaders, possibly Brock by far. But yet, he knew that Cealy would be able to make a comeback form this. She had to he kept thinking.

"Come on Cealy..." Kidan muttered to himself, not wanting to let Slice get worried as well. But he already knew that Slice was worried for Cealy, and that just made him even worse.

"Starmie, let's show them both what you're made of! Use Hydro Pump!" Misty ordered her Pokemon.

"Hydro Pump?!" Cealy, Kidan, as well as their own Pokemon shouted is disbelief.

Complying, Starmie launches a maasive amount of pressured water from the top of its arms, quickly flyign right to Bulb, who was in compelete shocked by the attack.

"Quick, dodge it!" Cealy shouted out, refocusing herself back to the battle at hand.

Bulb tries to jump over to another platform next to him, but was unfortunate when the attack hit him successfully, knocking back Bulb to the end of the pool's platform.

"Bulb, are you okay?!" Cealy called out in concern.

'Nhn...so far...but that Hydro Pump really packed a punch! I can feel the after stings!' Bulb replied fighting off the pain it received.

"Woah, I didn't think that Starmie could use Hydro Pump this early," Kidan said in shock.

"Misty had, like, trained Starmie ever since it was a Staryu," Violet replied to him.

"She had, like, made sure Staryu was able to use that move from the beginning," Daisy continued. "She trained Starmie every single day. And, like, when she was strong enough as of right now, she had evolved it into Starmie. You could then, like, say that Starmie was her very first Pokemon as a gym leader."

"So they must have gone through alot, huh?" Kidan asked as he looked over to Misty and her Starmie. "If that's the case, then Cealy is gonna have to come up with a new strategy, otherwise..."

"Alright Bulb, hit Starmie with PoisonPowder!" Cealy ordered.

Leapign from platform to platform, Bulb gets close enough to Starmie as it launches a large wave of purple powder into the air, right at Starmie itself. As it landed on top of Starmie, it quickly had started blinking a purple shade, indicating that it was now poisoned.

"Good job Bulb! That should slow it down!" Cealy shouted with confidence.

However, this didn't deteriate Misty one bit. In fact, she just smirked. "You really think so, huh Ceal?"

"Huh?" Cealy didn't quite understand what Misty meant by her comment.

"Watch this...Starmie, use your Natural Cure!"

Hearing her words, Starmie starts glowing a yellow color all around her body as it starts to sparkle. After a few moments, Starmie's posion effect was cured and Starmie was now stronger once again.

"What happened? Starmie's not poisoned anymore!" Cealy said with a suprise look on her face.

"Natural Cure, it's Starmie's ability," Misty explained. "Whenever Starmie is either burned, paralyzed, asleep, poison or frozen, Starmie is able to cure itself automatically."

"I think I've heard that ability before!" Kidan thought out loud.

'You have? Where?' Slice asked him.

"It was a few years ago; I was about nine when I was at Professor Oak's Lab in Pallet Town," Kidan explained, remembering his tiem at Oak's Labratory. "We were outside in the back of the lab in the PokeRanch where all the Pokemon that the other trainers have caught. He was studying a trainer's Starmie out by the pond area, trying to learn about it's Natural Cure ability. Apparently, Starmie are able to heal only a few times when it's in battle, but it's continuous when its ever returned to it's Pokeball. It was pretty cool, but I've learned that it could be very annoying if your up against it."

'Wow...I hate to go up against Starmie, that's for sure,' Slice admitted to him.

"Yeah. But you never know, you might just go up against Starmie later than you realize," Kidan pointed out to him.

'Oh...great,' Slice muttered. He wasn't really thrilled that he could possibly be going up against Starmie later.

"Great. So Starmie can easily dodge Bulb's Razor Leaf and cure itself from any side effect that it gets," Cealy muttered to herself, getting annoyed by Starmie's strength. "What next?"

"Okay Starmie, hit Bulb with Rapid Spin!" Misty ordered.

As if it weren't enough, Starmie jumps into the air and quickly spins extremely fast, much more than Staryu could, and flies towards Bulb.

But Cealy wasn't about to let Misty get another hit on Bulb, however. "Bulb, use Razor Leaf directly at Starmie to stop it!"

Nodding, Bulb, again, launched another wave of leaves at Starmie right into the air. As the Razor Leafs hitted Starmie, though, it didn't seem to affect it as they all just bounced off of Starmie.

"No way!" Cealy exclaimed in disbelief.

Making it even worse, the attack directly hit Bulb dead on, sending him flying back towards Cealy and onto the platform, groaning in pain.

"Bulb!" Cealy cried out.

"This isn't good," Kidan said. "Bulb is not having any effect against Misty's Starmie at all, and whatever Bulb does isn't doing a thing."

"I wonder if this is, like, too much for littl' Cealy to handle," Violet thought out loud.

"Starmie is, like, alot stronger than Cealy's Bulbasaur," Daisy addressed to them. "If she gets hit by another attack from Starmie, then it's all over for her."

Cealy can't believe what was happening; First, they go for a Razor Leaf, but Starmie easily dodged it, then they sued PoisonPowder to weaken Starmie, but was able to heal itself with it's Natural Cure ability, and now, when it attacks with that much force, they can't do anything to defend it against. She was compeletely lost now. She couldn't figure out what to do. Perhaps she was too weak to beat her cousin, and perhaps she was failign as a trainer at this point. She was goign to lose, both her battle, her gym badge...and for her comeback for Kidan.

She was done.

Kidan could feel his heart hurting; his best friend was getting beaten by Misty's Starmie one after another. The look on Cealy's face showed that she was compeletely lost. He knew that face all too well. It brought back the day he was in that disastrous day, feeling like he was unable to protect her like before. And just like her, he felt like a failure. But, remembering what she told him, brought an idea to his head.

"CEALY!"

"Huh?" Cealy snapped out of her inner thoughts as she looked up to who was calling her.

"Don't give up now! You've come too far already to lose this one battle! You're alot stronger than Misty is, act like it! Show her what you can do! Make your Pokemon proud! Make us proud!" Kidan shouted to her.

"Kidan..." Cealy could feel herself blushing just a bit. She never had Kidan supporting her before, let alone standing beside her in this battle. She knew he was right. She needed to show Misty what she was capable to do. Smiling, she nods at him and looks back over to the arena with determination in her eyes.

"We're not done yet! Right, Bulb?" Cealy asked her Pokemon, hoping Bulb was able to keep on fighting.

'Right! I ain't done yet!' Bulb replied as he stood up, though feeling the pain from earlier still.

'Well what do you know, thanks to Kidan's pep talk, she back to her regular self. You two are something special alright,' Misty thought to herself with a smile as her eyes were closed. She looks at Cealy and smirks, "okay Cealy, show me what you got!"

"Okay...so if Starmie is able to cure itself, no doubt it'll have another move like Recover to use when it gets injured...so if we can just hit Starmie while it's curing itself, then... wait that's it!" Cealy said to herself as she came up with a plan.

"Looks like Cealy's got something in mind," Kidan said smirking at her determination.

'You can do it you guys!' Slice shouted, cheering for his friends.

"Okay Bulb, use PoisonPowder once more!" Cealy ordered in determination.

'Huh?! But Starmie's only gonna heal itself!' Bulb exclaimed in confusion.

"Just go for it! I know what I'm doing!" Cealy replied to him, wanting him to trust her.

A moment of looking at her expression for an answer, he saw that she was determined. Even though he thought this was a waist, he complied as he shto another wave of PoisonPowder at Starmie, who quickly turned to purple, causing it to be poison.

"That's not gonna work cous'. Starmie, use your Natural Cure ability!" Misty ordered her Pokemon as Starmie began to heal itself again with it's ability.

"That's what I thought! Now, Razor Leaf go!" Cealy shouted.

"Starmie, hurry!" Misty exclaimed.

As Starmie had just finished it's healing, it was unable to dodge the Razor Leaf attack in time, cuaisng it to be super-effective against it. That move alone had taken alot of damage to it, considering what it did earlier.

"Quick, use Recover to heal yourself!" Misty commanded.

That's when Cealy smirked in victory. "Gotcha! Bulb, use Leech Seed on Starmie!"

Now figuring out Cealy's plan, Bulb launches a couple of seeds from the tip of it's bulb as they land right on top of Starmie while it was recovering, as the vines shoot out of the seeds and wrapping themselves around Starmie, draining her powers slowly.

"Oh no, Starmie!" Misty cried out in concern.

"What just happened?!" Violet exclaimed in disbelief.

"All of a sudden, Cealy's now, like, winning!" Daisy said in awe.

"Her plan worked perfectly!" Kidan replied with excitement as started to explain. "You see; Cealy noticed as Starmie was recovering from it's Natural Cure ability, it was unable to move during the time. So by using Razor leaf while healing itself, the attack would make a clean hit. Also for Recover; Recover causes you to use your turn to recover your strength by not moving, and so, by using Leech Seed on Starmie while it recovers, it would drain Starmie's strength back to Bulb, doubled! And with that, Starmie won't be able to make an attack due to Leech Seed and being weaker. She figured out how to counter Misty's strategy by turning it around!"

"Okay Bulb, time to finish this! Use Tackle attack to finish it!" Cealy cried out in determination.

"No, Starmie, you gotta get away!" Misty shouted out to her Pokemon. However, with Leech Seed in effect, Starmie was too weak to move, and also was caught in its vines. Starmie was doen for. "Oh no!"

"End this Bulb!" Cealy shouted one last time.

'Take this!' Bulb cried out with a loud battle cry, hopping and running towards Starmie from platform to platformwith speed.

As it reached Starmie, who was still trapped in it's vines, Bulb was able to tackle Starmie backwards to the walls, crashing itself with the solid wall and sliding down to the floor. As it landed, it's gem flashing red, indicating that it had fainted.

"Starmie!" Misty cried out rushing over to her fainted Pokemon.

"Starmie is unable to battle! Bulb is the winner! The match goes to Cealy Seriea from Pallet Town!" The female announcer concluded.

"We did it, Bulb!" Cealy cheered as she hops across the platforms to her Pokemon.

On instinct, Bulb hops towards her as he was suddenly engulfed by her arms, earning a victory hug from her as he cheered along with her.

"Alright! Cealy did it! Come on Slice, let's go!" Kidan cheered as he runs down to meet her and Bulb with Slice not far behind. Not even a minute later, he rushes over to Cealy who was still congratulating Bulb. "Cealy!"

Hearing his voice, Cealy and Bulb look behind them as he and Slice both approach them. Getting up, they hop back over to them onto solid ground.

"You guys were awesome out there! Best battle by far!" Kidan exclaimed to them.

"All thanks to my amazing strategy," Cealy teased sticking out her tongue at him. "But I couldn't do it without Bulb's amazing power...and without you're encourgament, Kidan."

"Glad to help Ceal," Kidan replied appreaciating her compliment. "I couldn't just stand by and let you get beaten while you were down. You're too great to let that happen."

"T-Thanks..." Cealy replied with her cheeks turning red. Before she could continue, they hear footsteps coming from behind them as they notice Misty and her sisters approaching them both.

"Amazing battle, cous'," Misty said to her cousin. "You really turned the tables on us in the end. I never imagined someone would be able to counter our Natural Cure and Recover moves like that. You guys really showed us all that you and your Pokemon are close."

"Thanks, Misty. I couldn't done it without them," Cealy replied to her."

"And since you've beat me in a official gym battle, I present you your badge; the Cascade Badge," Misty said handing her the badge.

"Thanks, Misty. I appreciate it," Cealy said to her as she examined her badge before placing it inside her badge case.

"So since Cealy beated me, I believe it's your turn, is it not?" Misty asked them.

"Yeah, I can't wait for our battle! You're guy's battle really pumped me up!" Kidan exclaimed with excitement.

"Well, since my Pokemon need rest for today, would you mind having our battle tomorrow?" Misty asked him.

"Sure. That's gives me more time to strategize our moves," Kidan agreed.

"Hey, I just realized something," Cealy thought out loud as she looked around. "Where's Sora at?"

"He must've gotten lost or something," Kidan concluded. "Hang on, I'll go and find him. You just stay here with Misty and her sisters for a bit. Come on, Slice."

Nodding, both Kidan and Slice run out of the gym as they head out to find Sora in the city. Since he was gone, that now left both Cealy, Misty and her sisters in the gym alone.

"...You know, he is a keeper Cealy," Misty said to her.

"Huh?"

"If I were you, I wouldn't let him slip away that easy," Misty told her with a wink. "And don't you start denying it either."

She didn't say anything, cause she knew she was right. Thinking about it now, she could really appreciate all the things she and Kidan did throughout the previous years. And she wouldn't change the world for it either.

'Don't worry Misty...I attend to make sure that he doesn't,' she thought to herself as she stared out the door with a smile on her face.

TO BE CONTINUED...
