Ch 33 Live To Fight Another Day Part 2

Day 156

Before the fight.

While Zach and Kenji getting ready to depart at the old base, they notice a white van just pass them.

Since they didn't start the engine yet nor even move, It was like they just enter the Armored SUV that it happened.

Why didn't the van stop for them? Well, the two doesn't know the reason but they conclude a reason that the white van didn't see them get in the armored SUV and just keep on driving.

Out of curiosity their following the white van stealthy.

A couple of minutes later...

Kenji- "Motherfucker…"

Zach- "Dude, what's with the negativity."

Kenji- "Sorry, I just remember something while we're following this white van."

I got curious why he just suddenly got angry and what he remembers.

Zach- "What did you remember?"

Kenji- "This white van belongs to my old group and seeing it explains to me that motherfucker is still alive."

I was slightly surprised to hear that from him.

Zach- "So you're saying that they survived that horde of zombies heading towards their base?"

Kenji- "Of course, if not this white van shouldn't be outside right now."

He crosses his arm and began to speculate of how the leader of that base escape.

Kenji- "He must have used his very own people just to escape that place."

I step in.

Zach- "You sure It's him? It must be some other survivors."

Kenji- "Bruh, do you trust me or not."

I chuckled. Of course, I'm skeptical about this but since I just realized something, I do trust him.

Because the road we're taking right now while fallowing this white van leads to the way towards Megurigaoka Private High School. Which leads me to trust him.

Zach- "Haha, I'm just playing around with you."

Zach- "But If you're thinking of killing him I have a plan."

Kenji- "Oh so it's your turn now."

Kenji- "Okay let me hear it Kohai."

I got pissed off because I haven't acknowledged him as my senpai.

Zach- "Don't you fucking dare say that to me again."

Kenji- "Hahaha."

Afterward, I told him about my plan.

Just slightly away from Megurigaoka Private High School.

Zach- "Taromaru, listen to me boy."

I crouch down and start petting him on the head as I looked at him very seriously.

Zach- "I want you to get in that building, without being spotted."

I said as I point to the school building.

Taromaru- "Walf?"

He tilts his head to the left and seems like he didn't understand what I just said.

Zach- "(This is gonna take a while.)"

*Step* *Step*

Kenji- "Oi, your seriously not gonna send that dog over there alone."

I look behind me and there he is standing, ready to commence the plan.

Zach- "He's not going there alone."

Zach- "All of us will contribute something in this plan."

Kenji- "Dude, you're talking to a puppy."

Zach- "Oh, I know Taromaru better than you. His very intelligent puppy."

Zach- "He will do what I told him too, just watch."

I said with determination.

He shrugs his shoulder.

Kenji- "If he ends up dying not my fault man."

He goes inside the car I hijacked earlier for the plan.

I went back to looked at Taromaru and pet him more as he wags his tail in happiness.

Zach- "You really like getting pet by me, huh."

Zach- "..."

I breathe in and breathe out as I calmly said.

Zach- "Taromaru, I need you to do this for me."

Zach- "If you manage to the get inside and protect the girls inside that building, I'm fine with that."

Zach- "So, please understand what I'm saying."

He put his paw on my hand.

Zach- "Taromaru…"

Taromaru- "Walf!"

Those eyes…his ready.

I smirk with determination and proudness.

I stood up and point toward the school.

Zach- "Go, boy!"

Tamomaru- "Walf!"

Tamomaru starts running toward the school.

As I get in the car.

Kenji- "Took you long enough."

Zach- "Oh, shut up. I'm trying to let a puppy do something that is very impossible."

Kenji- "Despite you think it's impossible, you still did it."

Zach- "Yeah because I believe in that puppy."

Zach- "Now let's do our part too!"

I start the engine.

Zach- "Are the smoke grenade and the grenade ready?"

Kenji- "Way ahead of you."

Zach- "Alright, let's do this!"

I begin to drive towards the school at full speed.

*SCREECH*

Zach- "Brace for impact!"

And towards the van.

*CLASH*

From the sudden impact, I felt dizzy and my fucking body hurts but I'm conscious.

Remembering the plan, I immediately looked at Kenji and told him to throw the smoke grenade outside of the window.

Zach- "S-Shit...Kenji...do it!"

Kenji who is currently feeling the something as I am managed to throw a smoke grenade out of the window.

Then I open the door beside me as I take out my seat belt and tumble down.

I sit up and looked at Kenji.

Zach- "C-Come on, this way...quick."

Kenji- "T-This is a shitty plan you fucker…"

Zach- "Just shut...up and hurry."

As Kenji head towards my exit, suddenly...

*BANG* *BANG* *BANG*

Kenji- "Shit!"

Kenji suddenly immediately lunged forward towards my exit as I pull him right away outside.

Zach- "Did you get shot?!"

He checks his body for any shot.

Kenji- "N-No I'm fine. Fucking hell."

He sighs in relief as he looks at me.

Kenji- "Thanks for pulling me out right away."

Zach- "No problem."

*BANG* *BANG* *BANG*

Looks like were fully conscious once again after hearing that gunshot.

We also notice the area were in is covered in white smoke.

Kenji- "Okay, I'll set up the grenade and you'll take care of the leader right?"

Zach- "No, change of plans, were blowing this shit up right now."

Kenji- "You fucking crazy."

Zach- "I have always been crazy."

I open the passenger door of the car and we grab the grenades and our gun which are the pistol.

*Opened*

The van driver side door open as we just notice a man just came out of the van.

Kenji and Zach- "?!"

I open fire with my silencer pistol as the man died right away because of I headshot him.

As I stood up so is Kenji and we pull the pin of grenades and throw it inside the van and closing it immediately.

As we begin to run forward.

Zach- "We have to get over that wall-"

While we're running towards the wall and passing the van just now, I notice In the corner of my eye, Megu-nee, Kurumi, and Yuuri looking confused on what's going on and standing slightly close to the van.

Without even thinking, I turn right as I charge towards them and tackled them with both of my arms wide open.

All of us sudden lunged forward and hit the ground.

Then.

*BOOOM!*

The white van and the car behind it explodes.

The white smoke was clear due to the explosion, making everything clear.

Zach- "Ow, ow,ow…."

Zach- "Damn...not my day today."

I get up and saw the three are staring at me.

But let's not worried about the reunion right now.

Because I know there's still one person who is still alive.

I took out my silencer pistol, Immediately turn the other way around and point.

*Click*

*Click*

Zach- "Things could have been better if you're just inside that stupid van."

Zach- "Right?"

Ian- "You...you motherfucker..."

The leader who is pointing his gun towards me with the amount of bloodlust coming out of him because we just killed his men.

Looks at me wrathfully.

Ian- "I'll fucking kill you!"

Meanwhile at the school building.

While Miki was watching over her senpai and Yuuri little sister, suddenly a loud noise of gunshots was happening outside of the school as she checks it out.

She notices white smokes but Miki immediately knows what to do, which is bringing the two to the emergency shelter.

But then Yuuri little sister, Ruu was nowhere to be found in the room therein.

Miki- "Senpai! Where's Ruu?!"

Yuki- "I saw her getting out of the room."

I looked at her frustrated and start shaking her.

Miki- "Why didn't you stop her?!"

Yuki- "Waaa, Mi-kun stop Im getting dizzy."

I stop.

Miki- "We have to go find her right now."

Miki- "Come on!"

Yuki- "Mi-kun, why you so serious, she must have gone to the bathroom."

This pissed me off but I know how Yuki-senpai act and she can be slow also dumb. So I calm down and slowly explained to her why I'm so serious about this.

Miki- "Because she would have not gone to the bathroom and might be going downstairs. Do you know what will happen if she does?"

I let her think for a bit. Her easy going expression turns to grim.

Yuki- "Mi-kun! Ruu-chan is in trouble!"

Good, she realizes.

Miki- "Then let's hurry and find her!"

Yuki- "Mm!"

We began to search the whole third floor, and then on the second floor.

We also heard a big explosion just outside, it scared us both, to be honest, but we continue searching.

While searching on the second floor, Yuki-senpai found something.

Yuki- "Mi-kun! Mi-kun!"

Miki- "What-?!"

I turn around and say she's holding a puppy.

Puppy- "Walf!"

Yuki- "Isn't he cute!"

Miki- "We-

Then we heard a loud voice outside.

?- "I'll fucking kill you!"

*Bang!* *Bang!* *Bang!*

This time we took a look at what's happening for real.

*Bang!* *Bang!*

What we saw was unpleasant.
