(But if I did; oh the things I'd add to this anime) *smirks evilly*

I fall onto my bed in a paralyzed shock.

Natsu sits down next to me.

"H-how...I didn't even-"

"Trust me, I'm just as shocked as you"

I turn to Natsu, on the verge of tears. "I just lost my friend! My best friend! How did that ring- I didn't even know about the ring!"

"I know Luce. You were with me" I can tell that Natsu was trying to calm me down a bit but to no avail.

I quickly stand up and pace around my bedroom. Pulling my hair and slightly biting my nails.

"Something...Something is going on here"

"Well obviously, didn't you see that whole scene Levy just gave"

"Not that! I mean think about it...Happy blamed me for leaving him in the woods, but I didn't do it, Mira said she saw me when she really didn't, Levy said I hung out with her and stole her ring, PLUS it was in the same damn bag that-" I turn around slowly towards Natsu. "That you brought me"

I couldn't really piece what was going on but I had a strong feeling that someone was out to get me...

"Uh, what's your point? Shouldn't you be happy that I found your bag?"

I pounced on Natsu. "Where did you find that bag!"

"Woah! What the hell?!"

I completely ignored the fact that the position Natsu and I were in wasn't best looking at the moment, but I made a realization that during that moment I didn't care.

"Answer the question, Natsu" I seethed.

"Alright! I found it outside of your apartment. It was just hanging on your doorknob"

"And you didn't find that a tad bit suspicious that you found a bag, with a note on it, outside of my house just hanging by the doorknob?!"

"Nope."

I rolled off of Natsu.

Why do I like him again? Scratch that- how do I like him?!

"Uh, earth to weirdo"

I get pulled back into the sad reality that- "Someone is setting me up"

Natsu raises his eyebrow "Huh? Who would want to set you up?"

I sit on my bed and think "I honestly have no clue. I don't think I've done any harm towards anyone"

"Well...Why don't we ask around the guild? Maybe someone wou-"

"Thanks, but no thanks. After that whole scene with Levy, I don't want to face anyone until we figure this out"

"Well, I don't think you really have a choice" Natsu responded.

God, I hate when he's right.

Natsu sits down beside me, crosses his arms and puts on what seems to be his thinking face.

It's pretty cute.

"Hey Natsu, thanks. For ya' know, sticking by me this whole time. I know the odds haven't been in my favor but...You stuck by me when no one else really did..."

Natsu smiles "No problem, Luce. I can't just leave you out to dry, I care about you to much for that to happen"

I felt my heart skip a beat.

Did...Did he really ju-

"Okay, I say we just question people. Ya' know, at least the people who don't already hate you"

Aaaaand he killed the moment. I stood up from my bed and think, I actually think of a list of people that we can actually ask.

"Let's see...Levy is definitely out" I say. "What about Happy?"

"Eh, I wouldn't bet on it. He just started warming up to you"

"Exactly! He could tell us!"

"Tell us what?" Natsu stood up "He thinks you're the one who did those things, why would he tell us any different?"

I stare at Natsu then squint my eyes.

"What?"

"You're smart when push comes to shove aren't you"

Before Natsu could respond, I felt a light-bulb go off in my head. "Oh my gosh! I think I know who can tell us!"

Without another detail, I grabbed Natsu's wrist, the bag he found and headed out the door.

We're gunna find Mira.
