Hey Guys. So I'm sorry that I haven't updated in nearly forever, but I don't think many people read my story anyways. However, if you guys would like to prove me wrong, please comment! It takes a lot of time for me to write this and I have a lot of homework and stuff, so if I don't get at least five new comments, I think I'm going to stop writing. SO... Tell your friends and everyone about my story! Anyways, enjoy!

"You're welcome," said Alicia as we walked to the parking lot.

"For what?" I asked really frustrated that she interrupted my conversation with James.

"For saving you from certain death, duh!" she replied.

"Wow. Really? I'm pretty sure that we have been over this: if he planned to kill me, he would have done it in the woods."

"But that's where you're wrong!"

"Really? Are you psychic now or something?"

"No, I've just been watching a lot of SVU, and Psych for that matter. He's going to use you until he can-"

"ALICIA! NO! Just stop. I don't know much about him, but I am almost 100% sure he would never do such a thing. He's not Kyle," I said, about to literally explode on her.

"Ugh, let's not get started on Kyle," Alicia responded.

"Good. Now I am going home," I said as I opened my car door. "Be good and stop googling criminals with the name of James."

"HUH! I would never-" Alicia muttered before I could cut her off with a glare. She smirked.

I got home at about 4pm, just in time to make dinner. Ahhh. Mac-n-cheese. My all time favorite. I found a note on the fridge from my mom saying that she was going to be at a friend's house probably until tomorrow and for me to remember to feed the cats and get the mail. As I walked out to get the mail, I wondered what James was going to tell me before he got cut off. His real name? Where he was from? Something, anything about him? I guessed I would find out that night, because I found a letter in the mail from him.

Dearest Emily,

Wow. Your friend is quite the character. She really doesn't trust me, does she? Well, then again, I don't even know if you do. I mean I hope you do but.. Just tell me what I can do to get you to trust me. Anyways, meet me outside your house at sunset?

Fondly,

James

Well, how convenient. My mother would be out all night and Alicia would hopefully be making no surprise appearances. I went upstairs and showered and changed into some sweats and a t-shirt. Sunset could not have come soon enough. As I saw the sun hit the horizon, I walked outside to wait for James. Just as I sat down on my front steps, a black Range Rover pulled into my driveway and James stepped out wearing the usual concealing clothing. He walked over and sat down beside me with a, "Hey."

"Hey," I replied. "So, shall we continue our earlier conversation?"

"I guess," he said. "Ummm... For starters, I'm really sorry for kissing you all of a sudden like that.. I mean it was really rude cuz like you don't even really know me and..."

"It's ok, it's ok," I whispered. "I forgive you."

"It's just.. I don't want to lose your friendship, if we have one at all."

"Of course. Yes, I'll go with friends."

"Good, good. Now, what I was going to say earlier is that the reason I'm not letting you know who I am is because most people only want to be around me or be my friend because of who I am, and not my personality and stuff."

"Okay, but I already said we're friends, so why can't I see who you are?"

"Because, Emily... Because I really want to be more then just friends with you."

Also guys, I really need more ideas so I can keep writing, so comment anything and I'll give you credit! Thanks for reading!
