"Do you want to get killed?!" OJ shouted at Salt, who was now whimpering on the ground. She had made one careless mistake that almost killed her. She was still scared.
"N-no, I-I wasn't-" Salt started, but she burst out in tears. OJ suddenly noticed that he had been too harsh on her. Pepper was mad at OJ; he had been over reacting. But, it was only because... well, of course he cared, they were in this together. He sighed and held his hand out to Salt, who looked at it, bewildered. She weakly grabbed it, she was still shaken up by her previous scare. However, OJ had pulled slightly too hard, but hard enough for Salt to fall on OJ in an awkward position. He somehow landed on top of Salt, and they were close enough for Salt to notice OJ blushing. She was obviously blushing, there was no hiding that. OJ got up quickly and brushed himself off. Salt did the same, but felt much better. But, she still felt something inside that had been in her ever since she fell in love with him.
"OJ, where's Pepper?" Salt asked, noticing that her upset friend was missing. She must have gone ahead.
"She probably left us. She couldn't be too far off." OJ started off, but Salt grabbed him. She looked deep into his eyes, and he looked surprised. He stared at her curiously, and then Salt pulled him in close. Then, something unexpected happened: OJ kissed Salt. She was beyond surprised, but went along with it. After some time OJ pulled away, and Salt fainted. He sighed, blushing as if having a fever, and carried her. Why had he done that? I'll let you decide.

Many weeks earlier, the time they all arrived, Leafy came alone. She wasn't dead, someone had revived her when Gelatin crushed her. She couldn't tell who, but she wanted to rip Firey to shreds. How could he forget her? GLaDOS, whoever that was, had given her an Aperture Science Portal Gun, and just as the name implied, it shot portals. She was upset, no one was there to help her. GLaDOS, the robotic disembodied voice, was her only friend. They got along surprisingly well, both wanted revenge more than Ice Cube. After five chambers, she thought she heard an odd noise. Still holding a Turret, she looked. She couldn't believe it, it was Tear Drop! But she had mixed feelings about the silent drop. She had tried to kill her for Dream Island, everyone but Firey had. TD was looking for something, shuffling through the broken portal surfaces. She threw one into the toxic waters, and it floated. Leafy was tired of waiting, she dropped her Turret behind TD. TD, realizing the Turret fire, jumped onto the platform. Leafy cursed silently.
"Was that one of your foes? She never speaks." GLaDOS commented. Leafy told her it was, and kept moving. But TD had seen Leafy, and she could tell she was angry. Oh, how she wished she could tell someone. Leafy's murderous and deceiving tactics proved useful. She advanced quicker than Test Tube, and made it to an iron door. "I see you've made it. Well, not for long."
