Tobi was surprised because he didn't feel Naruto at all and while he expected some kind of response from Konoha, he never expected it would be so quick "Look you even brought me the Kyubi" said the masked man trying to mess with Naruto's mind
"Hahahaha that's a good one" said Naruto laughing "You can't even feel me" added the blond Hokage activating his own Sharingan
"We're serious aren't we?" answered Tobi before Naruto disappeared in a blink to appear in front of him and passing through instead of hitting him "Can you see it?" asked the Akatsuki founder "All your attacks are useless so why don't you just surrender the Kyubi to us and let me make a better world?" added the masked Uchiha trying to make Naruto drop his guard
Naruto was furious with this man, he was the guilty for the death of his parents, Yagura's possession and the whole blood purge in Kiri and many Jinchuuriki's deaths so he had to stop him 'I'm taking him down even if it's the last thing I do' thought the blond before disappear again
Tobi was a little worried because he couldn't feel Naruto and he started throwing elemental attacks as if they were simple kunai, lightning, fire and water were at the Hokage's control so he was forced to use his Kamui continuously during Naruto's charge 'He's not thinking clearly but his power is amazing' assessed Tobi from Naruto's fighting style
The blond on the other hand wasn't fighting as usual he was just letting his anger telling him what to do while he shot an elemental attack after another towards Tobi who just let them pass through him 'he can't keep this technique forever otherwise he wouldn't have run after fighting my dad' was the thought on Naruto's mind while he used the most destructive techniques he could cast
Jiraiya was watching the fight from the shadows with his chameleon technique and the sanin was impressed but a little sad because the power Naruto was showing was amazing, in terms of power during the sage mode Naruto clearly outshined him but this was the first time on his whole life that he saw him losing his cool during a fight, he was still following the plan 'it seems that he even planned losing his head' thought Jiraiya for a moment before summoning Ma and Pa
Tobi was in a tight spot because while he hadn't being damaged at all, Naruto was attacking nonstop with very deadly moves so he was being forced to abuse of kamui but his time limit was dangerously close, when he realized the Hokage had two Sharingan eyes he cursed Itachi because there was no other possible answer for that but he realized he would have to leave and tried to teleport away but what he didn't expect were the black flames that appeared in the vortex place that forced him to drop the space-bending technique
'He can't disappear being intangible' realized Naruto who was starting to use his head on this fight after venting most of his anger on the previous minutes of the fight 'Let's try something' thought Naruto before giving Tobi a break and stop his attacks for a second. In that moment Tobi tried to turn the Kamui off letting Naruto feel him so he just disappeared and the next thing he felt was a hard shock on his body 'This boy is incredible…I just dropped the Kamui for a fraction of a second and he was able to close the distance between us and touch me with a lightning attack…if it wasn't for the quick Kamui I would be dead by now' thought Tobi after taking some distance
'There you go…you beat him' said Jiraiya to himself before he used a technique with the toads to ensure Tobi's death on that fight, so before any of the two fighters could do anything their bodies were completely paralyzed thanks to the old toad's sound based illusion so once he was sure both of them got hit and disabled by it he showed himself next to Tobi "Congratulations Naruto you were able to crack his technique but I'm not taking any chances with him…he's already caused enough pain and deaths for many lifetimes" stated Jiraiya before taking one of the stone toads swords to stab Tobi in the chest until the ground stopped the knife, then Jiraiya channeled some nature energy through the weapon turning Tobi's body into stone "There you go…there is no way back from that" said the white haired sanin dropping the jutsu releasing Naruto "Are you okay kiddo?" asked the toad Sage to his godfather
"Yeah…" said Naruto before releasing the sage mode 'We did it…Dad…Mom…Kurama' thought the Hokage before fainting
"The kid's has surpassed all of the previous generations of ninja…even Minato" said Pa making Jiraiya and Ma agreeing with him "Yes…he found a way to defeat this mad man but I wasn't going to risk it…" added Jiraiya justifying his interruption "I think you did well…I wouldn't want for him to be tempted by revenge" said Ma making Pa and Jiraiya to think about it
"Fortunately we don't have to worry about that anymore" was Jiraiya last phrase before thanking the old toads and letting them return to Myoboku with Tobi petrified corpse. The sanin took Naruto and Fuu and went into hiding because after the blond's attacks there would be some ninjas from the waterfall looking the place and they didn't have the authorization to fight inside Taki's limits

It had been like six hours since the ambush and fight with Tobi, Jiraiya was hidden with the two jinchuuriki who were unconscious and what surprised him the most was absolutely none Taki ninja had come to check the area 'Their disregard for Fuu's wellbeing is incredible' thought Jiraiya with sadness on his hearth 'I'm pretty sure the first wasn't expecting this when he gave the villages their bijous' added mentally
Said girl was starting to awake and was very surprised to see Jiraiya and another boy around his age sleeping close to her "Are you with the Akatsuki?" asked a very weakened Fuu due to Tobi's Sharingan messing with Chomei's chakra
"No missy" said Jiraiya before standing and making some very weird poses "I'm the gallant Jiraiya!" shouted in low voice trying to keep their hidden position but without missing the chance to make his presentation 'weird…' thought Fuu after watching that performance
"What happened?" finally asked because she wasn't expecting to awake again after Tobi got a direct look at his eyes and got her unconscious "Well this kid you see here is the Hokage and we ambushed the masked man you fought and killed him" told the white haired sanin making the girl open her eyes wide because he seemed as any young ninja but the rumors said the Hokage was one of the most powerful men in the world
'Chomei…is him really that powerful?' asked a confused Fuu who didn't think this sleeping young man could be the hero everybody said he was 'I don't know girl but he's the Kyubi jinchuuriki so he has a lot of power at his disposition' answered the Bijou happy for not being imprisoned
"Look I know you are a jinchuuriki but it had been like eight hours since everything started and nobody came looking for you so I'll be direct" started Jiraiya getting her fully attention "Would you like go to Konoha with us?" offered the sanin knowing Naruto would support that option
"Are you sure?" asked the jinchuuriki, she knew who Jiraiya was so she was considering the proposal and the fact that the Hokage was there kind of gave him more support because he would be able to say the final decision after awakening but even with that it seemed so unreal to have a chance…to have someone that paid attention to her and cared…even a little, Jiraiya just nodded and Fuu bowed and accepted the offer "Let's go there is no need for us to stay here" stated finally the toad sage before putting the sleeping Naruto on his shoulder and leaving for the hidden leaf

When they were about to arrive to Konoha the two ninjas carrying the Hokage were intercepted by two entire platoon of ANBU making Fuu assume combat behavior but Jiraiya stopped before she would do anything "What is the Hokage status?" asked who seemed as the leader of those eight ANBU
"He won…but he's been unconscious since the fight" informed Jiraiya who knew exactly who was this man 'You took a serious risk just to know how he was' thought the sanin realizing once more Naruto was right with Itachi, he was a serious asset for the village "He probably stays like that for some days…he practically didn't sleep since two weeks ago" informed the masked ninja before making a command and disappearing with the rest of his men
"Please forget this whole exchange" asked Jiraiya to the confused kunoichi who just assumed it was something of internal security 'So he was very affected with all of this…well you deserve a good rest now' thought Jiraiya before rushing to the hospital to have Tsunade check him
When the blond got installed in the hospital everybody got worried but the public story was he was suffering chakra exhaustion after fighting an Akatsuki member who was beaten and that was enough, a lot of people was worried for him and while visits were limited some people like his students were able to see him
At the start of the third day Naruto woke up with a bright smile on his face "Have you been here the whole time?" asked the Hokage to the man who was on the ceiling "No…we've been taking shifts…" was Itachi's answer before disappearing after making sure his long life friend was alright 'It's done…Tobi is no more' realized Naruto who knew there was still a lot of dangerous people in the world but the source of all the conflict was dead, the Hokage knew A as a strong Kage but while he relied on an elemental battle style he would be able of beating him and the rinnegan wielder known as Pain was an interesting rival but as long as he could unleash the force of nature on him the odds were on his favor
A little later came Shizune to check him up and happily found him awake so she made him a full examination and released him from the hospital letting him take his position at the office again "You seem in a good mood" said Jiraiya as a greeting before Naruto hugged him and then the white haired super pervert left the office
That was a day full of the people and villagers love, many ninja and civilian came to the office to tell him how happy they were for his wellbeing and they wished him success and good luck, so in those moments he realized that was exactly how Sarutobi felt ruling over the village for so long 'You could get used to this' thought Naruto remembering his old sensei

A person was contemplating the Gedo Mazo statue for some time, it was Pain who was traying to decide what to do without knowing of Madara's demise 'A person could think it's fitting for the sage of the six paths's descendant to get the six tails beast' Thought Nagato trying to find enough conviction to take the Rokubi from his imprisonment to put it on his body 'After all if my greatest enemy is a jinchuuriki It's normal trying to even the odds' added mentally before putting his right hand on the statue

When Yagura got the news of Tobi's death he practically made a city party because he felt completely relieved and despite all his anger for the damage he did to him and his village, he was satisfied knowing he wouldn't harm anyone again but he was on that cheerful mood when Mei got him back to ground level "You can't forget about Akatsuki…they're still out there" said the woman when the Mizukage told her everything about the plans and talks with Naruto involving this masked man
Mei was quite surprised because both young kages were quite skilled at politics and secret negotiations despite their lack of experience so she knew their future was in good hands
After that revelation Yagura kept the Akatsuki response team in Kiri because they had two of the remaining bijou and obviously the Kyubi was well protected so there was no need to move them from his current position

In Konoha Fuu was panting very hard because Naruto had backed Jiraiya's offer to stay in Konoha but he asked for a fight between them at full power and while she couldn't control all of Chomei's chakra she was able to go four tails with the second level form but against the blond and his sage mode that wasn't so impressive "You are pretty strong but your techniques rely too much on Chomei (Naruto had earned the seven tails gratitude for saving them so he was rewarded with the bijou's name) and while it's very rare there is some ways to counter that…maybe if you get strong on your own, the power you can reach teaming up with your bijou will raise" said Naruto as an assessment from the recent fight while he filled some forms to put the girl as an special Jounin of the leaf and leaving to trace of her jinchuuriki status
'This guys's really a monster…he doesn't even need the Kyubi's chakra and his power is beyond anyone else…the legends about him must be true' thought the girl who came from the waterfall village after that fight when Naruto withstood all her power but his elemental attacks were too much even for her second transformation
"That was a good workout how about we eat some ramen…my treat?" asked Naruto who wanted to eat all the ramen he didn't ate being in the hospital some days ago
When they were eating the girl saw the people of Konoha give Naruto a very good treatment and started to think that probably it was just her life the miserable one "I believe I know what you're thinking" said the blond distracting her from her thoughts and drawing her attention
"What are you talking about?" asked Fuu confused because she didn't think he knew her enough to figure that "You're probably right…but in your original thoughts my life's been easier than most jinchuurikis but while I wasn't isolated and mistreated I was often seen as the shadow of my father or the demon inside me…the third Hokage was the first person to see and proof my existence" told Naruto surprising her for his accurate prediction "I've known some other jinchuurikis and most of them are isolated and treated as emotionless machines…I think I was lucky but even being seen as the heir of Minato Namikaze is better than not being seen…but with that in mind I'll always try to help our kind in any possible way" stated Naruto making his intentions very clear
"Where do you get your power from?" asked Fuu very curios for the great power Naruto had showed her and the one the stories talked about
"From nature and my convictions…I know I'm very strong but my power is the result of long days of harsh training" answered the blond with a smile "I'm a thinker before a fighter so probably I always have an ace thanks to my brain but the rest is just using nature in very creative ways" confessed with some pride 'I need to be smarter than my enemies…but sometimes the sacrifices needed to beat some men is too much' thought thinking about the fight between his father and Tobi or the Uchiha's massacre that gave him the information needed to make the trap

It had been like a week since Naruto awoke after fighting Tobi and he was handing missions as usual, these last days seemed very good for everyone so he was surprised when a root ANBU appeared on the corner of his office
"Is there any problem Itachi?" asked Naruto after arriving to the special place Root used as operation base "No, no problem at all but I wanted to test something if that's okay with you" was Itachi's answer that got a nod from the blond who trusted him enough to accept without asking
"Do you know about this?" asked the Uchiha handing the Hokage a scroll with some financial reports "Yes, I got it yesterday…but I fail to see the point in the money the farmers make" answered Naruto not following Itachi's meaning behind this "Naruto I think your happy attitude is affecting Konoha as a whole" started the Uchiha making Naruto to look at him "Since your victory over Tobi you are very happy…and the farmers are making more money, the flowers are more shining and even the trees are greener…and by now I think you know the Sharingan gives you photographic memory so that is not a subjective thought…it's a fact" told Itachi adding many proof that led him into a very interesting idea
"Are you implying I could be able of sync with wood?" asked a very suspicious Naruto who didn't expect something like this even on his wildest dreams
"Think about it" were the last words of Itachi before disappearing and leaving the Hokage thinking deeply in that conversation 'Could it be true?' asked himself the blond who didn't know if he was able to understand nature to that extent to the point of creating wood because there was a really big difference with wood and the other elements…the wood had life 'Kurama could this be an effect of the sage mode?' asked Naruto to the Kyubi who quickly gave him an answer "Naruto you know the Sage mode doesn't have powers on its own it's just a way to amplify your abilities" said the nine tailed fox
Naruto was shocked and that was the reason he didn't even thought that could be possible but probably the time and training would make things clear

It had been six months since Tobi's death at Jiraiya's hands, this whole time the ninja villages were in their usual piece while Akatsuki wasn't seen acting in the open
This was just a normal day when people in Kumogakure was shaken by an incredible earthquake followed by a giant rhino trashing with the buildings, the first response was the ANBU ninjas who quickly were surrounding the big summon trying to contain it with electrical webs but then a giant centipede came out from the ground killing some of the ninjas who were trying to restrain the first summon and the chaos overpowered them
Some ninjas were gathering around trying to evacuate the civilians while some few sensors ninja were trying to find the summoner that called those beasts but unfortunately for them Pain was stronger and more skilled than ever and his mastery over the rinnegan let him felt the scan some sensors were doing so he killed two of them before bringing another animal to the fun and he went to kill the third sensor after making appear a giant two headed dog
A was in his office when the first quake shook his village so everything fell over him "Mabui what's happening?" shouted the fourth Raikage before his assistant came to him "Raikage-sama there are some massive summons destroying the city" informed the girl before he felt Darui on the window "The village needs us boss" said his right hand man before surrounding himself with his lightning armor before rushing through the wall "Sorry Mabui-san" apologized Darui before going with the Raikage
Nagato was watching the fights from the inside of a chameleon, with his rods he was able to control up to six summons at the same time and with this method they were more powerful than before when he just unleash them to create havoc
Suddenly a massive chakra source arrived to the center of the disaster and "Guillotine Drop!" shouted the Raikage killing the rhino in one hit 'the Raikage is just as powerful as Kakuzu's reports said' thought Nagato watching A's chakra with his rinnegan. After that a black lightning attack got the centipede leaving just the multi headed dog that by now had five big heads
A quickly used a lariat on the main neck of the creature that just made another head appear, Darui hit it with a powerful black lightning technique but it just slowed it for a while "Boss watch out!" shouted the Jounin when some weird projectiles were about to hit him but thanks to his enhanced reflexes it was no problem to avoid them
In a great sacrifice a sensor used that distraction to throw five kunai to the chameleon and activated a special sealing tag that shocked the animal to death making Pain finally visible "Hel-" Nagato was going to greet the village leader when he quickly charged at him trying to kill him as soon as possible but unfortunately for the muscular man the Shinra Tensei was quicker than his lariat
Darui was shocked when A's lariat didn't work because he charged almost at full speed and his enemy didn't even moved a muscle to throw him away with a lot of power "Lightning Release: Black Panther" shouted to keep the enemy busy and stop him to attack his boss but just like with A, he just stood there and the attack dispelled millimeters before hitting him 'What's going on?...Why our attacks don't work?' thought the main bodyguard of the Raikage who couldn't help but remember the event with the Hokage
This was an unknown man who wearing a red clouded black robe showing he was with Akatsuki but there was absolutely no records from him but he quickly neutralized a technique legendary between the Raikages 'Maybe we should try to be more reserved with our styles' thought Darui trying to find a weakness in this man
"Lightning Straight!" shouted A again attacking this man now in a linear trajectory but the result was the same because he was rejected backwards with a great force but this time there something else, Bee attacked the man from behind with his seven swords dance but just when he was about to land the hit, the Akatsuki man disappeared in a cloud of smoke 'Was him a clone?' thought Darui looking at the field finding two people with the robes now 'No…it seems the man behind summoned the other out of harm's way' analyzed the Jounin looking at the fight 'But the good point is that he was forced to avoid an attack' added mentally with a smile on his face
"Bee what are you doing here?" asked the Raikage getting back to the battle field after being thrown two times like a punching ball "The village needs all the possible help" said B making his brother realize he was serious because he wasn't rapping, he looked around happy to see an ANBU team who had contained the six headed dog with some webs and sealing tags but most of the main market of the village was completely destroyed
"You even brought the jinchuuriki to me…hand him to me and I'll go letting you and your village live another day" said Nagato walking in front of the three ninja that were facing him
A already knew there was no point in rushing with his attacks because he just repelled them with some invisible force that threw things away "I don't know but an invisible force threw me away the two times" said the Raikage to the other two "I used my black panther but it just dissolved before landing" added Darui
"What is your answer?" asked Nagato taunting the three ninjas from the hidden cloud, said men just shared a brief look before disappearing from the view and then Nagato heard a double "Lariat!" shout when A was about to hit his neck from the right side while B was about to do the same from the left "Shinra Tensei!" shouted Nagato this time throwing both fighter away but in that moment came Darui from behind with his chakra enhanced cleaver sword, the surprise came when the red headed man lowered himself letting the sword fail and then grab him by the neck
Fortunately for the Raikage's bodyguard a kunai came to him and he was forced to drop him and jump back because thanks to the rinnegan he saw the great amount of lightning chakra it had, Darui used that distraction for a tactical retreat and went with the A and B duo 'There must be a reason to just stay there using that Shinra Tensei technique to repel you but jumping to avoid that kunai' thought Darui thinking about all that had happened 'He's just avoided that kunai and Bee sword attack but everything else he repels it without moving…Why?' though trying to figure some answer 'Both attacks he avoided were physical attacks but so were the lariats he just reflected' remembered the right succession 'Bee attacked just after A-sama was thrown while my attack with the sword was after he shouted his technique…and the kunai came just a couple of seconds later' realized a little idea about why he repelled some attacks and evaded the others "Storm Release: Laser Circus" said in loud voice shooting powerful beams from all directions towards the Akatsuki man who just stood there looking at the technique without being hit despite the fact there many projectiles being shot for around a whole minute "The chakra based attacks are dispelled but physical ones could work in a quick succession!" thought in loud voice surprising A and B who still were thinking in a way to hit that damn bastard
"It seems that bodyguards of yours is worth his weight in gold" said Nagato once his Deva path abilities were explained
"I'm done playing!" shouted Bee with a fist on the air and going for the level two transformation just like A that went for the 100% of his lightning armor 'I'm still worried for the other guy behind the red head' thought Darui before channeling more chakra to be ready
"Elbow" "Drop Kick" shouted both brothers before disappearing from sight and rushing towards Nagato who wasn't able to follow their movements and just used the shinra tensei when he felt them close enough but in Bee case it was just a replica and the original came from a blind spot with a hard chop that was blocked by a steel tail thanks to the Asura Path 'How did he knew where to block?' asked himself Darui who remembered the orange haired guy from behind "Storm Release: Laser Circus" said after a quick Ranton bolt went towards him forcing him to summon a weird Stone-like panda that got hit by the attack
"Guys these guys have some kind of mental link so as long as one of them is able to see you we won't be able to exploit any blind spot" said Darui after that attack making Nagato frown for his perceptiveness
"You're a nuisance so you'll be the first to die" said Nagato before surrounding himself with a red chakra "What! Are you a jinchuuriki too?" asked an enraged A who just wanted to end this man "I'm Pain, wielder of the rinnegan and descendant of the sage of six paths…so it's only fitting for me to have the six tailed bijou" said the Akatsuki man before opening a hand towards Darui and using the Bansho Tenin to attract him
Bee quickly used one of Gyuki's tentacles to hold Darui and protect him from Pain's gravitational powers and then A attacked from one side making him use the shinra tensei to protect himself but he didn't realize it was just a decoy to let bee throw three of his swords to the other orange haired man who got stabbed by one of the swords that had lightning chakra through it so the discharge stunned him for a while "Sealing Technique: Octopus Hold" said Kumo's jinchuuriki to shot an ink projectile to the other Akatsuki who couldn't avoid it
'Damn…if he was destroyed I could get the Path's abilities again, but sealed away I can't control him' Thought Nagato who was getting annoyed for all of their resistance "Suffer Pain!" shouted Nagato channeling a lot of the six tails chakra to enhance his Shinra Tensei blowing A, B, Darui and at least on third of the village on a single move
The one crippled Nagato Uzumaki was a new man thanks to the Rokubi because after extracting it from the statue the chakra overload modified his body to withstand this new amount of power healing him completely, after that sort of transformation he was able to use all the paths of pain on himself but he could give the power to another body to help him covering his blind spots and supporting his fights while he overpowered his enemies
That great display of power would have left him without the Deva Path abilities for at least one hour before but now he would just have to wait around eight to ten minutes so he turned his body into mechanic and waited for their return
But he didn't expect for another earthquake and then a colossal stone made wurm (giant kick-ass worm) raised from the ground, it looked brick-composed because you could see all the blocks but then most of them were released and went like projectiles towards Pain who thanked his transformation when a scythe came out of nowhere and cut his right arm because thanks to that ability he was able to re-grow the mechanical appendix
When the shaken and bruised Kumo ninja came back they saw a pair of new ninjas facing this guy, a tall and thin blonde woman and a husky young man "Who are you?" asked A who thanked their help but wanted to be sure they were on the same side
"That man's mortal enemies" said the woman while her partner didn't take his eyes from the long expected battle while he was on top of the giant earth wurm thinking about all the pain he wanted to inflinct to that man
"What is your problem?" asked Nagato "Can't you see you're getting in the way of god's judgment" said again trying to make this newcomers angry
"We're here to take revenge for Sunagakure!" shouted the man in the black suit before making the wurm charge at him, the Raikage was about to shout him to warn them about the gravitational techniques but the Akatsuki ninja just jumped away and shot many missiles towards the new duo letting him an opening
"Lightning Straight!" Shouted the man before rushing in a straight line to hit Nagato who just reacted channeling more of the Rokubi's chakra to stab the man in the chest with a metallic tail but A's lightning release armor was too dense and the tail couldn't pierce it so the only thing it did was making him slower and be able to withstand the attacks thanks to the high resistance of the Asura Path
What worried everybody was when the Akatsuki formed six tails at his back and used them to hold A close to him then he threw some missiles to keep B and Darui busy while he dropped the metallic tail and used his hand to absorb A's chakra. Despite his great strength the six tail's cloak was too much for a trapped Raikage who just looked surprised when a known chakra spike told him Bee fully released the Hachibi within the village
Nagato felt all that massive chakra so he dropped a weakened A and got on guard for anything the jinchuuriki might do while Kankurou used the chance to land some chakra wires on the Raikage and get him back "No Bee! Don't do that!" shouted A but it was too late because after seeing his brother out of harm's way he shot a full powered Bijoudama towards the Akatsuki member
The wielder of the rinnegan changed to Preta Path and opened both hands in the attack's direction so when the final jinchuuriki's technique hit the enemy, he absorbed all that energy giving him a great boost that let him use a technique right then "Chibaku Tensei!" said Nagato throwing a black sphere of chakra to the air making all of them look with caution before the destroyed buildings and everything around them started to float and went in the black sphere direction
Nagato's enemies tried to stick to the ground with chakra but the pull that attack had was too much and all of them ended going upwards, the Akatsuki current leader used that time to release the Aminal Path body and dissipate him in a cloud of smoke getting the summoning powers back so then he flew towards the big sphere floating and attracting mass on the air and grabbed one of Bee's tentacles absorbing his chakra until he dropped the transformation
All the other ninja facing Nagato were able to see him pin Bee's hands and legs with some black rods before summoning a weird bird and leave the place with a smile on his face, A shouted in agony because he was angry his village had been destroyed and on top of everything Akatsuki had kidnapped his brother right in front of him…
…they stood on that situation around fifteen minutes before the large sphere in the air lost its power and crashed into the ground making a mess with the little part of the village that was still standing
